I have a cooking gas connection "MATA SHEETALA GAS SERVICE" address is -opp. sec-14 old delhi road, Gurgaon. In all the places, 21 days gap is between two booking whereas this gas agency is forcing me to book for my next cylinder 21 days after the previous cylinder delivery, it is also happening after 8-10 days of booking. Due to this, I am getting a cylinder in 28-30 days. This is forcing me to use commercial cylinder for demestic use but you can see these people are selling domestic cylinder in black for commerical use.

Dear sir our booking are last one month but just not delivery on time i aws three time complained but not delivery pl follow of these Thanks
The 21 days gap is counted by the gas dealers, only from the date of delivery and not from the date of booking the gas. Thus, the dealer is right in booking your gas only after 21 days from the date of delivery of gas cylinder to you. However, the point on which the dealer is wrong is the time taken for giving delivery, which should not be so long.

But the whole issue is even now ( April), they are delivering the cylinder after 8-10 days after booking and these agencies are taking benefits of these rule just to sell the cylinders in black market. If the gap between booking and cylinder delivery date is 2-3 days, it is acceptable. I know, at many places even in Grugaon for Bharat gas, 21 days gap is between two consecutive booking.

Till date they have not deliverd my cylinder to me and they keep promising that today it shall be delivered. Dear Sir,
I have book the cylinder of gas on 06 Jan 2011, but I have not received the cylinder properly
at time.
Next time I have book the cylinder of gas on 01 Fab 2011, but i have not received the cylinder till date (15 Feb 2011).
therefore I am suffering more problem in my home.
Why should i biother like that types of problems .I have no faulty.So I requested to the Gas deptt., Please take an action against that complaint.

    that i am a senior citizen . I am a regular costumer of RAM GAS AGENCY since 1986 along with one cylinder..my consumer no. is R-1500.on 2/4/10 i request for DBC on my said above connection.but Mrs pushpa &Mr Rajender told me that some body
    has already issued DBC on your connection .I requested them to see my signature on DBC challan form but they misbehave with me . i also contact Mr Ramniwas (Area manager) on phone but no any solution was take by them. They do not take my written compland.

    Indane Gas — Cheating the Customer

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am having a gas connection with the "Neelkanth Gas Service, C-1/12, Vashisht Park, Pankha Road, New Delhi - 110046, Code No. 9107242". Last time when I booked cylinder they did not give me my booking number over phone. One week past but I did not got the gas. When I inquired they said that wihtin one or two days they would deliver the gas. But to my surprise they did not turn up. When I personnaly when to the agency their I came to know one more surprise, they renew my booking number which which was dated after 16 days to my previous booking. When I asked about It Mr. Anil or Amit who seems be overall incharge of the agency said he donot knwo about it. In this way I got my gas after 20 days from booking.

    Further their delivery man are not behaving properly. When I insited on weighing machine a delivery man Mr. Mehra denied and said if I want to weight the cylinder, I should keep a personal weighing machine.

    I hopes you would certainly look into the matter seriously and redress the grievances at the earlies.

    My consumer number is 16962.

      Gas Cylinder booked on[protected] . Cosumer No. 6690. Agency name Riddhi Indane Service, Shop No.7, M.M Plaza,C-76, Hari Nagar, New Delhi- 110064. Cylinder deliverd on 3-4-2010 with invoice No.6983 dated[protected] printed price is Rs.281.20. But they demanded Rs.310.35( the new price which is applicable only from[protected].         Late delivery of gas cylinder

        I am consumer of Indane gas & my agency is Shri Radha Govind Gas Services, Krishna Nagar Delhi. My consumer No. is 3111. I am facing a lot of problem due to delay in gas booking & gas delivery by above agency. It is their common habits.
        Hence requested that please consider my complain

        I have booked refill at to distributor on 14March2010. till date distributor has not provided me LPG refill. This type of delay in delivery occur almost evry month.Today the distributor has diliverd 3 KG LPG againest the payment of rupees 90/- (kam chala lo)Please do the needfull.our consumer no is 515303 and

        Indane Gas — supply of refill delayed beyond ten days

        Sir,
        My Consumer No.19289 @ ANBU GAS INDANE AGENCY

        Previous Indane gas refil bill date 4/9/2008
        Previous Indane gas refil supplied date 18/9/2008
        Indane gas booking date 9/10/2008
        Supply not given till 19/10/2008 (Sunday, 7.04 pm)
        Assured supply before 21/10/2008.

        My complaint is

        1) When I approached AGIA on 9/10/2008 I asked to come after 2 days but when I explained they accepted for registration?
        2) They have entered my registration number 19289 by a pencil
        in a register which I feel is not a correct way
        3) When I asked for my waiting list number unwillingly they promised they will inform over my telephone but they failed.
        4) When I contacted they said my WL no.2308 which i feel is not correct.
        5) When other agencies are able to supply the refil with in 10 days Why our agency is delaying beyond 10 days.

        Moreover when I have approached them for the reason why the delay is? I have been treated as an enemy.

        I was a consumer for indane gas since 21.12.1985 (24 years) and this is the first incidence occured that challenged my confidence with IGA because

        1) I don't know my waiting list number

        2) I don't know the fate of my registration

        3) I don't know when I will get the refil supply

        I have no other option but to approach you.

        Kindly ascertain and inform whether I can get the refil supply and if so when I can get the refil supply?

        Illegal supply of LPG gas to HOTELS, BEACH RESORT & delay in resident homes. We are not getting gas cylinders after 35 days from day of booking every month. I have booked gas cylinder on Nov 25 till day no response from their side. They are not attending calls also. the situation is really worse. It is time to do legal action against them.
        Gas booking not done on time, delays has been made.
        Time taken between 2 booking should be 21 days but they take 30days for Booking .And delivery time should be within 3 days after booking but it takes 15 days .
        My last gas booking date was 9th june 2009 and delivery was on 19th June 2009. Till date now its 14th July 2009 my gas booking has not being done . and When will my delivery date come.

        Indane LPG — non-supply of cylinder for 41 days

        I am a customer of Karuna gas agency, Surendra nagar, WHC road, Nagpur, vide customer no.18988.
        I had booked on 11/06/09. my wife enquired over phone for 12 times & i too for 3 times.
        most of the times answers were rude, also to me. today also he assured to supply.
        This is a routine experience.
        kindly do needful to rectify the problem & acknowledge.

        Indane Gas (Vinayak Agency) — Delayed delivery and wrong info provided

        I have booked the cylinder through 24 hr booking service (ph :1260 and booking no: 1) on Sat Aug 1st 2009. I was expecting delivery by Mon Aug 3rd (Sunday being holiday). Obviously I should not expect things to run smoothly (from my past bad experiences with Vinayak Gas Agency), I had to recheck with them.

        Now 1) The phone no: given are either not functional or not attended. 26641029, 26536294, 22441020 and 26645933. I have to keep trying so that someone will attend the phone.
        2)After my nearly 1hr of trying i get through 26536294 and not surprisingly The lady was very rude and insensitive to me.
        3) As per her explanation, 24 HR REFILL BOOKING NO. DOES NOT EXIST.

        Now I need to speak to someone who is responsible to print this no, on my previous bill and need an explanation as to why consumer is supposed undergo such a stress to listen to rude, insensitive employee and wait forever to use the gas?

        i have taken the indane gas connection from setal mata gurgaon. They are giving date to supply after booking but not supplying gas in proper time. When they are giving gas, the cylinder is not complete of 30.2 kg. Please take action on this.

        My consumer no.43920 and I am a resident of B-4 Ramjee Flats , 35 Rukhmani street west mambalam chennai 600033 (My cell No. is [protected] M/s Vir Gas agency West mambalam ) is the distributor for my connection.

        When ever we book for refil the cylinder , It takes atleast 20 days to give the supply , reason being said by the distributor is there were lot of bookings and the supply is less.
        whereas the other distributors used to supply within 10 days of the date of booking

        There is a ceiling from the oil companies the you cont book another cylinder within 21 days of the the last cylinder supply date

        In my case 21 + 20 days of supply delay total of 41 days , resulting my both the cylinder get emptied before i am getting the supply

        will the Indian Oil Corproation chennai officers look this maters and advice the vir gas agencies to normalise their supply

        we had booked our gas cylinder on 17/06/2010 and we have not yet get the same till now. If we try to contact the gas agency their telephone remain busy and nobody pick up the phone.         i am indian gas costmer in jaipur. sir i have some problem with gas agency my last cylinder supply on 26/10/2010.         Indane Gas — Delay for cylinder

        I am an indane gas consumer no : 14127. I made an online booking on 14.7.2011, and have not received the delivery till now. I made the booking by online on mobile and received the booking confirmation number 217869 as well as the message that the cash memo 14243 has been generated. But til... pending i have lot of problems delay for delivery in cylinder every time same problem face

        I, Anthony D'Cruz is Resident of Munirka is having Gas Cylinder Consumer No.6302. I am not at all satisfied with the services provided by M/s.Arjun Enterprises-Munirka. Mr.Mukesh one of the staff members talk in such rude manner to the Customer that is is un-tolerable. In the month of November'2011 I had booked the Gas Cylinder. It took almost 10 days to supply me the cylinder. On 26th December'2011 I had booked for Gas Cylinder and till 02.01.12 I did not get the cylinder and I was told 30.12.11 and 31.12.11 that it has already been sent but till 31.12.11 evening 6.00 the delivery boy did not turn up. Since two days they were giving us the wrong information to us. on 02.01.12 I called up and Mr.Mukesh picked up the phone and I asked him why you people are giving us the wrong information. He was very much rude with me and asked me when you have got two cylinder you should always keep one cylinder re-filled in stock instead of troubling us. You kept calling us three days that is why the wrong information is given. Then I said it my headache your job is to supply the cylinder when it is booked. Then he said no we cannot do like this. More the November'2011 cylinder got finished with in 20 days of re-filling. I am very much confident that, the delivery boy are mixing water in the cylinder. Serious action should be taken with the Agency Staff members and the Delivery Boys. First of all they should be taught how to talk, handle and behave with the customer.

        I hope serious action will be taken against M/s.Arjun Enterprises for late supplying the Cylinder and mis-behaving with the customer. More over proper check should made with the delivery boy that, how they mixing water in the cylinder.

          SIR/MADAM,
          I am a consumer (Cust. No 01368, Name OMBIRI ) of Indane Gas and the Agency who supply is DWARKA INDANE SERVICE,K-1/4,Raja Puri Opp. Sec. 5, Dwarka, New Delhi.
          When we want to book the Gas through Phone, the operator says that she has booked the gas and it will be supplied in one or two days but actualy she did not book the gas. Last Month it was repeated about 15 times and daily she answered that she is booking. We remained for 5 days without gas as both the cylender were empty. At last after 5 days i had to go their office and only then she booked for One cylender and it was supplied.
          Now the situation is same for this month also. The cylinders are empty and she is not booking and saying that we will count minimum 22 days after the day of last supply not from the day of booking.
          But I am sure she will do the same drama. She says that she is booking but really not.
          Please look into the matter and suggest me what should i do to find gas on time

          dwarka indane service — Less Weight In Gas Cylimders

          After giving so many calls to this agency there is no response and it is really pathatic to get reply abt solution.

          And They deliver less weight cylinders to all customers.

          Indane Gas Service — avtar gas service

          I am a subscriber of Indane LPG cylinders for domestic. use, residing in PITAM PURA, DELHI. Our original connection was from the distributor AVTAR GAS SERVICE. Whenever i called them to book the cylinder, they don't even pick up the telephone. The telephone always came engaged.

          dwarka indane service — no supply of gas

          The gas complaint was booked on 01.02.10. Teh cokmplaints was again given, despite gas having been again booked on 10.02.10 the agency has not provided the gas despite repeated request.

            This is Chandraram V residing in Mogappair WEst Chennai having registered to Gas Connection in Maruthi Gas Agency (COnsumer No.35480).

            I was trying to make a booking for refilling of cylinders for the past two days over phone numbers[protected], 26154244, 26154245 and [protected].

            The phone number 26154243 seems to be out of order.

            When I tried to reach them through the other numbers, there is no response in picking up the phone calls.
            Due to this i could not make a booking for refilling of cylinders for the past two days.

            Please take up matter with the respective agency on this.

              I WENT TO RAMA SERVICE STATION AN IOC PETROL PUMP NEAR ANAND VIHAR ISBT , N.DELHI FOR GETTING PETROL FILLED IN MY CAR.

              I GOT Rs 1000/- WORTH OF PETROL FILLED AND PAID THROUGH MY CITIBANK CREDIT CARD ON 02.04.2010 AT 08.37.11 HRS IN THE MORNING.

              THE ATTENDANT STARTED THE METER READING FROM Rs 200/-. WHEN I POINTED OUT THE SAME HE STARTED ARGUING AND ALL THE PETROL ATTENDENTS ACCUMULATED AND FORCED ME TO PAY Rs 1000/- ALTHOUGH I GOT THE PETROL ONLY FOR Rs 800/-.

              THIS HAS BECOME A NUINANCE IN MANY PETROL PUMPS IN DELHI WHEREIN PEOPLE ARE CHEATED.

              I WOULD REQUEST TO GET MY CASE REGISTERED AND INVESTIGATED.

                I am a Senior (Woman) Citizen of India and INDANE-LPG Customer (No.PGS/17913) of Padmashree Gas Services, Ganeshganj, Mirzapur, U.P, (SV.No.[protected]). I ouccationally go to my son staying at USA and as such I am unable to get issued LPG-Refills regularly for which I submitted my application dated 11/03/2010 for condonation of delay in demand/require,emts to AO, IOC-Allahabad. This time upon my return I went personally to Padmashree Gas Services, Ganeshganj, Mirzapur and booked for LPG-Refill alongwith my Passbook/Card Serial No.0120434 and said letter for condonation dated 11/03/2010. But inspite of my repeated request/reportings, no LPG-Refill was supplied to me till date. This is a clear case of harassment and delay in delivery to an old lady which please note and do the needful. Unfortunately, I received a sad news of detection of Cancer to my sister Mrs.Rekha Guha who had been shifted on Woodland Nursing Home in Kolkata; I am therefore, with broken heart proceeding today to see her. Please condone and allow to continue my Utility Service under intimation by e-mail,

My agency owner in booking again LPG after 21 days of delivery date & supply LPG after 15 days of booking. I got only 2-3 LPG in 5-6 month. I purchased LPG in black from his hocker many times.                   I want to take one indane gas connection but the service in indane gas office is very poor. They dont pick up the phones. They pick the calls 1 time out of 50 calls. I want to know the required documents and charges for new connection. They must be doing it deliberately to harrass the customers.

                  we have so many times call to your authorised dealer Kuljeet Gas Service Patiala (Punjab) for doing service of gas at model town patiala, even the i visited 2-3 times in office.but till date we have not get any response from your authorised dealer.

                  Dear Sir,

                  My consumer no. is 23606. The firm is not providing the facility of Gas Booking (Refill) through Mobile. The lan line no.s are also not attended by the agnecy, most of the times.The agency is not mentioning the date of delivery in the receipt of refill cylinder.

                  The telephone No.s of the firm are[protected]/2503536 and the mobile no. is [protected].

                  Just dial the above numbers and you can know the truth. Mobile booking on 05/02/08 and 06/02/08 not attended so for. After a long efforts the booking was attended through lan line on 080208 but the cylinder is yet to be delivered.

                  The mobile is kept in switched off mode most of the times.

                  My Consumer Number is 53773 & Code is 117367 (Customer Name is Amjeeth A.Actually the complaint is i taken this connection from Sri Rama agencies) Karnataka Now the problem is last june 2009 i got a transfer to my native place Kerala(SHORNUR) Doc Type Termination Voucher& its Number is [protected] when i reach kerala unfortunately the post is transfer to some other District (Kottayam).When i reach Koothatukulam) the indane agency is Arani gas Agency, they are refusing and rejecting to supply the connection.because the transfer addresses is (shornur).The validilty of the connection is only an year.i have a small kid its very difficult to maintain cooking and other things so i humbly request you please give me a solution as early as possible.

                  myself your (indane gas) customer ( A/ 23329 ) chandan singh from ajmer though awantika gas agency. i had booked my gas on 22 January 2011 for home delivery but not response until today.
                  there was i make many calls to remember them in ramganj office ajmer but they have no attention and forget...plz solve the problem of mine and make me satisfied

                  My consumer no. is J-5526. The firm is not providing the facility of Gas Booking (Refill) through telephone. The land line nos are also not attended by the agnecy, most of the times. Whenever I call they said booking time is over, it was on a week day i have called at 12 noon they havn't take my booking said booking time is from 2pm to 4pm. And at theat time their no become unavailable.

                  Just dial the above numbers and you can know the truth. And after the booking trouble another is delivery trouble the gas is being delivered in 35 days.

                  Please do something we are in huge problem.

                  I have booked for second cylinder and has got the release letter from my agency : KK INDANE ENTERPRISES Bangalore, dated 24/02/2011, My consumer no. 73153, Name : Rakesh, as I was out for a month at that time was not able to collect the cylinder and since then, the agency is buying time by saying that the INDIANE GAS has closed the release on any new cylinders and will call when its done. Every month they say next moth it will be released since JULY 2011.
                  Kindly let us know is this true you have stopped the release of second cylinders for single clynder customers, also let us know when exactly we get it.

                  I am a Consumer of NANGLOI GAS SERVICE, K-2, ADHYAPAK NAGAR, NANGLOI DELHI-41, CODE NO. 9107239, PHONE NO. 25944438. My consumer No. is NGZ 30071 Z, at address 59-A, Extn. 2-B, Nangloi, Delhi-110041.


                  Sir, I went to submit KYC form on 23.10.12 according to your instructions but the above said gas agency denied to take the KYC form saying that give 2 photos, copies of Bank Pass-Book, Electic Bill, Water Bill, Voter ID and Gas Main Papers which is not as per your instructions. As you know as per your instructions each and every customer will have to submit KYC forms along with at least one proof (List of documents) of residence and one proof of identity. As per instructions I went to submit KYC form alongwith Copy of Voter ID and one photo pasted on the duly filled form but same was refused to accept by the Nangloi gas Agency. Now let me know whether we are bound to submit KYC form as per your guidelines or as per self made guidelines of that gas agency.


                  Moreover, I booked my refill by sms on 25/09/2012 vide booking no.17979 but refill cylinder was supplied 8.10.12. Sms was sent to me your refill has been delivered on 1.10.12. Normally the supply is being done after 20 to 25 days each time by the gas agency. It happens each and every time. It is pertinent to mention here that the Indane gas cylinders are easily available in local market but registered consumers are remain in hardship. I have booked refill but sometimes refill is not supplied at all and I have to book refill again. It seems that customers are raising their voice but no improvement is seen in the gas services.


                  Kindly look into above both the matters personally and take appropriate action in this regard.

                    Sir, I am costumer of Indane gas & my agency is Rainbow Gas Services, Sector-28, Faridabad. My consumer No. is R-14601. I am facing a lot for problem due to delay in gas booking & gas delivery by above agency. It is their common habits. Currently I have booked gas online on 03.03.2010 but the gas was not delivered then I went to their office on 10.03.2010 and they replied that my gas was not booked. After that they booked on the same day. Now they considering my booking on 10.03.2010 and not taking my new booking on 02.04.2010. They said for new booking on 07.04.2010. Hence requested that please consider my complain and booked my gas today i.e. 02.04.2010.

                    Indane gas booking issue — Delay in booking and delivery

                    I have shifted my residence from Delhi to Shalimar Garden Extn 1 , Sahibabad Ghaziabad. My connection no. is 3265562 and the dealer"s name is United Gas Company. Sector 3 Shopping Centre Rajinder Nagar Sahibad.

                    This distributor always create problems in delivery of Gas. Nobody picks up phone in his , we have to personally go there for booking. Another issue , he delivers the Gas after 15 days of booking and booking he takes after 21 days , hence if calculate we get one cylinder in 45 days. I have given complain so many time but all in vain. The hocker does black of cylinders with mutual understanding of dealer. The hocker sells the cylinder for 500 Rs.

                    This is not fair. I am giving this complaint and if nothing has been done we will lodge the complain to the highest authority in IOC.
                    This month I have booked the gas on 14.10.09 and booking no. is 16691. Today is 25.10.09. Nobody even bothered to deliver the cylinder.
                    We are having lot of problems and shall be grateful if you kindly look into it and sort out the issue.

                      I am a consumer of Indane gas having consumer number 23506.My distributor is Sonarpur Gas Service.I have booked one cylinder on 20/03/2010 and the same got delivered on 25/03/2010.After receiving I found gas smelling from the cylinder.I informed the distributor and they infrom to use as its because of excess gas in the cylinder instead of changing the cylinder.Further I called at 24357268 and[protected]incorrect number) and was infromed to report to police station in case the distributor not changing the cysliner.I earnestly request to take action and change the cylinder on priority to avoid any accident as there is a leakeage in the sealed cylinder.
                      What you are facing, is leakage of gas due to a defective o-ring in the cylinder. You must do the things described on this link immediately to avoid any mishap:

                        I being LPG-Customer (V/11373) of Vindhyabasini Gas Services (code[protected] who due to their delivery problem, issued me Transfer Voucher [protected] dated 11/03/2010 advising me to submit the same to Padmashree Gas Services at Ganeshganj, Mirzapur for smooth delivery of LPG-Refills henceforth. I produced said TV dated 11/03/2010 to Shri Sourav Agarwal of Padmashree Gas Services on 14/03/2010 but he told me that after the enquiry on residence-proof I would be issued with new Customer Number.But none inspected my residence till 29/03/2010 when one Shri Dinesh Chowrasia said to be the representative of Padmashree Gas Services visited my house at Vill: Bandhawa Mahabir, Vindhyachal, and checked/inspected relevant documents e.g.my Ration Card, Pensioner's Photo I-Card/PPO, Ownership Certificate of Land, Householder's Policy etc. But nothing has been done till date. This is clear case of delay and harassment.

                          I have one gas connection in indane gas agency in my local twon named kunnamangalam. the consumer number is 1992. consumer name: jouhara kabeer. the agency demands extra money from me to delivery cilinder. one i complained DISTRICT collector. they bring cilinder. after this incident they dint supplay cilinder at regular time. expecting your kind help on this issue. me booked my cilinder 40 days ago. but they didnt supplay cilinder till today

                              I recently transferred my gas connection from DK agencies,Jayanager, Bangalore to Benaka Agencies,Rajajinagar, Bangalore. I booked for refilled cylinder through TOMO services by sending an SMS. I was happy to receive the reply "Booking Registered. Booking No.1 Booking Date:31/3/2010 Time:12:08AM. Powered by NEIT". I thought finally there is use of technology in utility services arrived. It was only short lived as I happened visit the office of Benaka Agencies on 1/4/2010 and checked upon the booking status. They bluntly informed that they don't use TOMO services and any booking done through is not valid. My attempts to reach the main Indane Gas office at Unity Building in Bangalore was a futile exercise as their number was always busy (not even once it got connected in 3 hour period that I tried in the afternoon). If this service is not valid then why did they cut money for each SMS and also given the misinformation that booking is registered. Now, I lost not just 1 day but 4-5 days as the service (supplying of cylinders) from Benaka Enterprises is very bad (experience of other customers). I really want this SMS booking to work as it saves time for people who keep on calling the distributor's phone and gets the reply that it is busy.... But if it can't work then don't fool the people by wasting their time and money. Please make Indane to decide on this service and let all the customers of it know.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I am living in Keota Military colony, and consumer of Indian Oil Indene since last 12 years under Hanseswari Gas Service,14,Rudra main road,Bansberia,Hooghly.Ph. no. 26346060.

                              Now I have face lot of problems at the time of gas booking. First of all they are not take the phone calls.and send a massage to contact with a mobile no. and instruct to follow several process to booking than give us the booking no.But when we are follow up for our booking status after 15-20 days they said there was no such booking at there end. So again we have to follow the same process. Even if we want to contact with there shop also they have not give us proper response not finalized our booking.

                              I am requesting to your kindly look into this matter not only one case, this is the regular problems in our area.

                              I am expecting to take necessary action to solve this problems as soon as possible.

                                My family was at Sikkim, there we had taken a Indane Gas Connection in the name of my mother, Mrs. R.V.Katiyar, recently we have shifted from Sikkim to our native place i.e. Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, hence we had transferred our LPG Gas connection to Kanpur Dehat on 09/12/2009 from NSKY INDANE, SINGTAM, SIKKIM which I think falls under West Bengal State Office, Siliguri, AO. Sir, our nearest gas agency is in Sheoli, Kanpur...

                                    I was a LPG-Customer of Vindhyabasini Gas Services (V-11373), Shuklaha, Kachari Road, Mirzapur, due to their delivery problems, I was issued with Transfer Voucher [protected] dated 11/03/2010 and was asked to submit it to Padmashree Gas Services, Ganeshganj, Mirzapur which I did on 14/03/2010 and was told that Residential Verification would be done after which my New Customer Number be issued. On 29/03/2010, Sri Dinesh Chowrasia, said to be representative of Padmashree Gas Services, visited my Home at Vill: BANDHAWA MAHABIR, Vindhyachal; He inspected, checked and/or verified relevant documents e.g 1) Photo Identity Card, issued by GOI., 2) Ration Card No.496101, 3) Pension Book/PPO No.[protected] issued by GOI.4) Ownership of Land Certificate issued by Tahsildar, Mirzapur, as well as 5) Householder's Policy issued by National Insurance Co.Ltd. Usleyganj, Mirzapur. Inspite of all these submission, I was maliciously harassed/delayed indefinitely and even cautioned to cancel my consumership. This is most unexpected behavior of the Distributor : Padmashree Gas Services, Ganeshganj, Mirzapur,U.P.
                                    I am woman senior citizen, pure-vegeterian only take food after offering to Lord Ramakrishna coocking myself seperately, I find harassment after returning from my daughter-in-laws residence in USA, that no delivery of LPG-Refill, Customer No.PGS.17918, booked on 11/03/2010 with Padmashree Gas Service, Ganeshganj, Mirzapur, U.P. till date inspite of the submission of application for Condonation Of Non-requirements due to my long stay at USA. They take several plea to non-delivery of Refill.
