I am a Senior (Woman) Citizen of India and INDANE-LPG Customer (No.PGS/17913) of Padmashree Gas Services, Ganeshganj, Mirzapur, U.P, (SV.No.[protected]). I ouccationally go to my son staying at USA and as such I am unable to get issued LPG-Refills regularly for which I submitted my application dated 11/03/2010 for condonation of delay in demand/require,emts to AO, IOC-Allahabad. This time upon my return I went personally to Padmashree Gas Services, Ganeshganj, Mirzapur and booked for LPG-Refill alongwith my Passbook/Card Serial No.0120434 and said letter for condonation dated 11/03/2010. But inspite of my repeated request/reportings, no LPG-Refill was supplied to me till date. This is a clear case of harassment and delay in delivery to an old lady which please note and do the needful. Unfortunately, I received a sad news of detection of Cancer to my sister Mrs.Rekha Guha who had been shifted on Woodland Nursing Home in Kolkata; I am therefore, with broken heart proceeding today to see her. Our Indian Oil Gas dealer SEBA FUEL ( Add:- Chowdhury para road, kol- 700049). regularly deley to delevery our gas. Many time I complain aganist it but we are not getting any satisfactory response. The delevery boy often demand extra money for delevery the gas on time. Last five days they commited it it will be delever by tomorrow but still I am not getting my gas. And from our deler side they are not taking any action against it. They even not provide me the complain number.
If I not getting any satisfactory response from your side I will go to consumer forum against it.
