I was a LPG-Customer of Vindhyabasini Gas Services (V-11373), Shuklaha, Kachari Road, Mirzapur, due to their delivery problems, I was issued with Transfer Voucher [protected] dated 11/03/2010 and was asked to submit it to Padmashree Gas Services, Ganeshganj, Mirzapur which I did on 14/03/2010 and was told that Residential Verification would be done after which my New Customer Number be issued. On 29/03/2010, Sri Dinesh Chowrasia, said to be representative of Padmashree Gas Services, visited my Home at Vill: BANDHAWA MAHABIR, Vindhyachal; He inspected, checked and/or verified relevant documents e.g 1) Photo Identity Card, issued by GOI., 2) Ration Card No.496101, 3) Pension Book/PPO No.[protected] issued by GOI.4) Ownership of Land Certificate issued by Tahsildar, Mirzapur, as well as 5) Householder's Policy issued by National Insurance Co.Ltd. Usleyganj, Mirzapur. Inspite of all these submission, I was maliciously harassed/delayed indefinitely and even cautioned to cancel my consumership. This is most unexpected behavior of the Distributor : Padmashree Gas Services, Ganeshganj, Mirzapur,U.P.
IOC-LPG — Delivery & Booking Problem
Sir,I am regular costomer in Mathura Gas Service, Dampier Nagar, Mathura last few years. My agency owner in booking again LPG after 21 days of delivery date & supply LPG after 15 days of booking. I got only 2-3 LPG in 5-6 month. I purchased LPG in black from his hocker many times. I am accountant in Pvt.Ltd. Company.
