On 25/07/09, my Indane Gas have some leakage, I complaint about it and the Agency P K Music Store, Budge Budge, Kolkata - 137 asked me to deposit the Cylender to their Godown. I did and in a plain piece of paper they wrote "defective Cylender received" since then about a month gone past I being 68 years old man going everyday, pleading for returning me a cylender in place of that defective one. But they have not taken any initiation till now, moreover the owner is very rude behaved person.

Dear Sir,
I m presently residing at SanjayVerma.72/07 Partap Nagar, Sanganer, jaipur1 & consumer of Sanganer Gas Agency, 31/89-a Partap Nagar, Sector No.03, Sanagner, Jaipur . I would like to draw ur kind attention for remedial action for appended below points;
(i) Booking not being accepted on telecon / No responce for booking on tele.
(ii) Even after booking in presence, it take minimum 30 to 35 days for delivery. In between the period we r bound to take cylinders from out source by paying double amount. After numerous complaints no action is being taken at agency end.( At present booking was done on 06-Aug-2009 today is 14-Sept -2009 (Consumer No: 55474) & after rigorous follow up delivery. my both cylinders are blank.
Request ur intervention & help for necessary remedial action to avoid recurrence of the same.
I look forward for ur reply with remedial action taken.
