I am Dr.Lijo from kunnamkulam, kerala. My consumer number with Indane gas is 26084. I have only one gas cylinder in my name. I booked one gas cylinder 2 months back and that is not been delivered yet. So I again reminded them on last 8th that is on 8th August. The agency told me that, they will deliver gas in 2 days. Today I again went to that agency asking 4 gas and he said he did’t get time and he will deliver only next week. So now...

I have an Indane Gas Connection (Consumer No:47203). I had applied and got my first cylinder from Triloks Agency, Adyar, Chennai whose service was good.Then I was intimated that my connection has been shifted to Sri Kalarani Indane Gas Agency Mylapore Chennai. This mentioned gas agency is offering very poor service to me and the Customer Service is speaking very rudely and the vocabulary they are using is very bad...

In spite of several reminders and follow up with local LPG dealer at Ghatsila Branch under Jamshedpur area not supplying the gas and harshing the public regularly. Please take up the matter seriously and do the needful....

Gas agency named Ravindra Gas Agency, Anayadi, Kollam is not supplying gas Cylinders on their sevice location at Bhararnikkavu, Kollam dist frequently and as a result consumeres are not able to fill the Gas Cylinders on time. We complained regarding this a lot but no initiative has taken yet.

So kindly requesting you to do the needful to make the service proper and effective....

bhubaneshwar gas has 2 landline but one line remains off all the time and both the numbers are not available in the afternoon though working hours is till 5pm.this reduces the effective booking time.perhaps the number of consumers on its role is too much and should be hived off to a different supplier.it has happened that docket no. of booking issued by them has been dishonoured....
