BAD COUSTOMER SERVICES
Dear Sir,
I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am your customer with Gas-O-Indane, 36, 37, Tagore Centre Dawa Bazar, Indore (M.P). having Customer No. Gas-O-Indane23805. I have Gas-O-Indane tel. nos. 2702500, 2702400 as printed on their cash memo. Whenever situation arises for booking for refilling of cylinder I used to contact Gas-O-Indane sevral Time and there Booking No. 1742 on 3-4.07.2009 on their telephone numbers . We have called 40 to 50 times but till date we had not received Gas so, we can get the Cylender on excess amount for Rs, 60.00
The rate of Gas cylender is Rs. 346.60 but they want 350.00 so we get the cylender of Rs. 350.00 plus telephone charged Rs. 50.00 or more. For the last many days I was also trying to contact them on their telephone numbers but their lines are most of the time engaged.
Sir this is very hard to go every time personally to Gas-O-Indane office for booking for refilling cylinder in today's mechanical life. Please advise me what to do for permanent solution and get my booking registered for refilled cylinder at the earliest.
Sir, you are requested to kindly look into the matter seriously and get my grievance redressed at the earliest possible and take stringent action against the erring responsible persons in this regard.
A prompt and necessary action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

indian oil indane/lpg gas — bad service
i am a widow staying alone in alwarpet chennai having a indane gas (single cylinder)supply consumer no.00010921.at SREE JAYAM Indane GAS AGENCY addressed new no.9 Mariappa Naicken Street, Teynampet.Chennai-600 018. On 06.01.2009 i had booked for a refill and on repeated request i did not receive any. On 10.01.2009 i was informed that that the billing was done and a refill was already given to the delivery person and that i will receive the refill the same day, but i did not receive it till 21.01.2009 even after several requests everyday.Hence i had sent a person on 22.01.2009 to the agency in person to know the problem and they had informed that a bill was made in my name on 10.01.2009 and handed over to the supply staff and their responsibility ended there, they cannot help further. They informed that the only way is that we have to collect the refill from their office in person immediatly without making any issue.Hence we collected the refill at our own task and transport from them. On receiving the payment they had issued the receipt dated 10.01.2009. to cover their fault they stamped their office seal several times on the space where the bill date was printed. The person i had sent had written the details on counter bill before signing.
This is not the first problem with them, i had already complained to indane customer cell several times over phone.One among them is delivery staff coming fully drunk(alcohol) and creating problem. Till date no action has been taken for the old issues and further new problem of not compling the refill in time has agonised us very much. so i request you to do the needful as early as possible. my contact no. is [protected].
