as we had shifted our house frm shenoy nagar to urapakkam . we were unable to get supply frm shenoy nagar branch . so we had transferred frm shenoy nagar indane gas agency to pattamal gas agency in tambaram on 11/06/09 . but they said that they wont supply gas for new customers.but we are not new customers we had transferred only . so kindly request them to supply gas for us .make it quick as we are running shotage of gas

I Live In Azamgarh and I consumer indanegas my consumer no.is 23896 Tusar gas agency Azamgarh. but i want to transfer phoolpur tahsil bsnl indane gas Agency.but my regulator was dameged.i go to agency for regulator but regulator was unstock to the agency.so i bought market regulator.and old regulator is lost.the agency owner tell me without old regulator i am anable to transfer. i want to know without old or new regulator i cant transfer other agency. i go to january to july 2014 every month for transfer but agency owner not transfer. so i want to know what i can not transfer without regulator or pay regulator fine fees.
so i want to just keep away my problem.

    Sir,
    With due respect, I beg to state that I am working in BSNL in UP (E) Circle at Distt. Ballia under O/o TDM Ballia as a Jr. Hindi Translator after transferred from Lucknow. I joined at Ballia on 29/03/09 and submit my transfer paper of Indange gass connection to M/s Uphar guess agency, Ballia on dt. 22/04/09. But the same is still pending in want of confirmation report. After lapse of 2 months, the confirmation is still pending.

    Sir, I don't konw who is guilty person for the same. In this situation, I am in very distress position. Kindly instruct the concern person or concern agency for early confimation so that i continue the connection.

      I have inddane gas cylinder from ujjwal gas service since 14/07/06.i have transferred my gas cylinder indane from divya gas agency Baroda to ujjwal gas service Surat. On 24 jun 2009 when i go for refilling cylinder ujjwal gas service manager say
      reshan card transfer from Baroda to Surat and without this UJJWAL GAS SERVICE manager will not serve refiling cylinder to me . He say also UJJWAL GAS SERVICE have not centralized so they cannot serve the refilling gas cylinder out of his Surat zone .


      In my reshan card LPG gas information is DIVYA GAS AGENCY.
      Customer no- 1545,
      mamlatdar Baroda zone 3.

      so my question is reshan card transfer is necessary when customer changing city in Gujarat . Rashan card is valid only for one city or one city zone in Gujarat,

        Sir,

        I don't know if any action will be taken. But I find no other way.

        Acme Gas Agency, Vadodara are very irresponsible towards the customers. Twice I had given a written complaint regarding my address change. But they don't seem to have taken note of it.

        I had booked a cylinder again, but have'nt yet got the delivery. On calling-up on telephone
        again they took the cylinder to the old address & say it(the booking) stands cancelled.

        I hope somebody takes note of this.

        Further, many customers who are my friends too have complaints regarding cylinder bookings.
        What happens is people book cylinder on phone. Acme gas agency people say your cylinder is booked.
        But the cylinder never comes.Again on calling them up by telephone, they say your cylinder is not
        booked.

        PLEASE SOMEBODY TAKE SOME ACTION.

        suzlon energy ltd. — New connection getting delay

        Dear Sir,

        I had applied for new connection of Inden Gas at the following address
        11, Sweta Appt., Nr>Tulsidham cross road, Manjalpur, Vadodara.Gujarat.
        It has taken almost 1month for the process still i have not get any ragistration letter from the company. also the deler (MARUTI Gas at manjalpur) is not reply properly.i had visited 3 times and he was not a tall cooprate for the same.

        I am suffering for the gas bottle for my home.

        Please can you take action on the same in turms of costomer services & releations.

        I have connection with Anuj GAS agency, vadodara. when I called for cylinder booking, they told me my connection is cancelled. Reason they told was, since I have not booked cylinder since last 6 months (though it is 2-3 days above six months.).
        First thing is they did not tell same at the time of connection.
        Second thing They did not called me intimating regarding same.
        Third is, they now want me to do whole procedure like, address proof and all.

        Please help me in the matter.

          my gas connection no.AG4242 was in name of smt vinita parulkar at M/s Anant gas service gwalior . it was get transferred to Belgum (Karnataka state) as i am shifted at Belgum, in termination voucher no[protected] dt08.02.09 issued infavour of m/s K R Enterprises Tilak wadi Belgum, my surname was wrongly wirtten by agency at Gwalior i.e. Parmalkar instadeof Parulkar and the same has also been accepted by the agency m/s Anant Gas service Gwalior and given in writing . but M/s K R Enterprises Tilak wadi Belgum is refused to make correction in my wrongly writteen surname .please take need ful action on the matter by instructing concerned agency m/s K R Enterprises Tilak wadi Belgum.

            Dear Sir

            I ajit kumar mohapatra, bearing consumer No. 34375 has only 1 cyclinder, but to day when I approaching Balasore Gas Agency, Saheed Park they denied me to recieved application for 2nd new cylinder application where as associated gas agency, balasore has been receiving the application of their consumers. So please taken my matter into consideration

              My family is a joint family and we have gas connection on the name of my father (one cylinder) and my mother (2 cylinders) for the last 25 yrs, refilling being done every 2 months for each of them
              Last week when we asked for a refill for the cylinder by the name of my mother, we were informed that the connection had been cancelled because as per rule their cannot be connection by two different names for the same address.We were not informed with respect to the same at any point of time before cancellation of the connection. On taking up the matter with the Area manager, we were threatened that the other gas connection will also be cancelled and we were asked to surrender the papers for the cancelled connection. We have requested the agency not to cancel the connection but transfer the same to a location in the same state but a different city where we require the connection. We have not cooperation from the authorities and they keep asking us to surrender the cancelled connection and take a new connection at the outstation location rather than transfering the same.
              Our complaint also includes
              1) we were not informed of the cancellation
              2) we were not given the choice for cancellation
              3) the authorities just to achieve their targets are forcing us to buy a new connection at an out location and not transferring the extra connection
              4) we are being threatened of other connection also being cancelled if we do not comply

              Pls guide as to what can be done with respect to the same.

                The distributor of Indane gas at B1- community centre- Janakpuri, New Delhi is rarely provide telephonic booking service to its consumer.You will find most of the time the telephones are either engaged or not attended. Is it necessary to go again again to the agency to show our face to them. Also, I have already book my gas conection no. 35518 on 27/06/09 but they that gas will be provided in 4 to 8 days, I have only one cylinder so I face so many problems when my gas cylinder finished, but we call them then they increase the limit time and told for the buying new cylinder. I want to say that if they can give me new cylinder with in a day, why not they refill my cylinder with in 2 or 3 days. I am unhappy for this connection. I request to all not to buy Indane gas service atleast from B1-janakpuri ND-58.

                  I am a regular petrol consumer at Indianoil Petrol Pump situated adjascent to Delhi Tamil Sangam Bldg, Sector V, R.K Puram, New Delhi. Off late I have observed that my Car as well as scooter have started giving less milage whenever, I fill petrol from this filling station. When I refill my car or scooter from other petrol pumps, I get more milage. This proves that the Petrol Pump in question has rigged its meter and is delivering/cheating the customers . I wish that concerned agencies should raid this petrol pump and if found guily, it should be sealed and cases of cheating and forgery registered against the owners of the petrol pump.

                  We need to discourgae such acts of fraud. I hope for an early action in the matter.

                    I totally disagree with you. So far I have had no problems with the agency and their service has been excellent. The gas delivery has been on time on monthly basis and the customer service has been excellent inside the shop.

                      Sir, We are residing in Coimbatore. I want to express my brief grivences regarding the supply of LPG gas to the public. The company NIRMAL INDANE GAS AGENCY, 33/1, aVARAMPAYALAM BUS STAND. AVARAMPALAYAM in Coimbatore involving in all 420 actions by supplying the cylinders to the unauthorised persons. The consumers are asked to register for the refill after 25 days of last refill billed. After booking they are supposed to issue withing 5 working days. But all the time they are suppliying after 11 days only. When we enquire them they try to blame IOC and even IOC also not taking any care and action. In my case so times they misbehaved and now also I registered for the refill on 17.06.2009 but still no supply. Today I asked the gas agency regarding the supply they replied it will be supplied on 29.06.2009 which also not ensured. When asked IOC complaint cell they refused to give me and wherever you want complaint proceed that. Being an ex-service men of this country I have told this statement in country border when I was less paid for my sacrificing life while in service. Even IOC Sales officer not ensuring the compliant Nos. to be displayed at the Gas agencies. It clearly ensures they are also taking money from the owners to loot from the public. It is not happening first time in Coimbatore. You go and visit any gas agency in this town you will not find any customer care and complaint nos. Even god also cannot control 420 action especially in Indian Oil corporation. Atleast by seeing this mail they should feel and take some action if they are taking real salary.

                      Later on 2nd Sep I recd SMS your cash memo generated for supply on 02.02.09
                      Rang up and asked they said they have send it through the vendor, (07.09.09)
                      I did not receieve till evening
                      Today I rang up (08.09.09) the agency says that load has not come
                      I donot know waht is true
                      I called customer care they said thay will ask, later I asked customer care they say they have not asked them.

                      I am residing in Saibabacolony in Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu). Sir we have grivence against R. J. Gas agency in Venkitta puram. The agency is asking to book after 25 days and I have booked as per them and now it is over 45 days now they didn't give cylinder. Always they do like this to every customer. For past 15 days without cylinder we are suffering like anything. Please do any help to customers. My gas connection number is 17287. Please take action agianst them.

                      My consumer no. is 12696. My dealer is Chintamani. On 2nd Dec I booked a cylinder and i was informed that the suppply will be made with in 10 days. On 15th when I asked within on or before 18th I will be getting. But still 19th evening 7.30 cylinder not reached my place, which is highly regretted.

                      I think it is a common problem faced by Coimbatore residence for Indane cylinder supplies. Hope the officials of IOC check for the consumer comments or they just go by with the politicians say or may be they are governed by the agencies with due kick backs received.

                      Or else the efficiency would have been much better and little will be the complaints. How should we go about, should we collectively take upthe case in courts since in Chennai i haven't seen or experienced such an delay for supplies and either the staffs have spoken so bad to customers.

                      Indian Oil Corporation / Lpg Gas — Non delivery of LPG gas

                      This is repeated Complaint as Anand gas Agencied on New railway Roda, A Agency fo Indian Oil coperation is not delivering the gas to to my address. Every time for deliver i need to call at least 5 times , even after that the gas is not delivered by their delivery man . I had booked gas on 30th june and made many calls but on 29th July'10 , I came to know that the gas delivery was canceeled with a remark of door closed. this was absulutely wrong as I was regularly doing calls . This is not the first time where as many times I had visited the agency and complained . But in agency there is no complaint register to record the complaint.On 28th they again rebooked the gas and done the delivery where as my one delivery was clearly missed by the agency and now they are refusing for new booking.

I have booked a cylinder on 31.01.11 and the booking staff informed me that the cylinder will come on next 20 days.But still the date 23.01.11 I am not received my cylinder.If I ask the GP Gas agency, they informed cylinder will come on next 4 to 5 days.The such delay is happening in every month.If I complaint by phone to the IOC, they compromising, and assured to deliver immediately & informed that some short supply problem.But the delay for delivery of the cylinder from this agency not rarely and it is regularly & most of the consumers are suffering in receiving of delay.

                      Every month I am struggling to get the cylinder due to not proper maintaining by GP Gas agency, Coimbatore.

                      I hope this complaint will give get relief not only temporarily, but also permanent solution.

                      I have booked a cylinder on 20.02.12 and the booking staff informed me that the cylinder will come on next 2 days.But still the date 28.02.2012. I am not received my cylinder.If I ask the Sehgal Gas agency, they informed cylinder will come on next 4 to 5 days with misbevahier

                      dear sir, My name is S.V.Himesh sharma, Residing at No. 168, 1st Floor, 5th C Main, 7th Cross, Vijayanagar, Bangalore - 560 040. i had Booked for the Refill Gas Cylinder on 16th April 2012, and than I had received the SMS reading that Dear Indane customer, against your refill booking 509891, cash memo 9970 generated, cylinder shall be delivered shortly on 14th May 2012, yet till date I did not receive the cylinder, and I had been to the Agency i.e., Kalpana Gas Agencies, Vijayanagar, Bangalore - 40. to ask why we have not received the cylinder yet, they replied that the door was closed and the deal has been canceled, since we have not gone any were somebody will be their at home always. but how come the delivery persons could say that the door was closed and can cancel the gas which was booked, and we needed the gas cylinder urgently since the other cylinder was already empty. so we request your goodself to kindly look into the matter. and do the needful at the earliest and oblige.

                        I am LPG consumer regd with M/s Kanwal Gas Service, Pusa gate, N.Delhi-110012. Consumer No. 7479. On 26.06.09 at 19.00hrs while replacing the refill the gas started leaking from the LPG bottle. None of the emergency service no. /helpline nos /24 hrs leakge complaint telephone nos mentioned in the receipt of M/s kANWAL GAS SERVICE could be reached. The ph nos. were either switched off or not in servive . I wonder if this is the 24x7 service being provided by M/s Indian Oil corp that too in case of gas leakage complaints

                          Dear Sir,
                          I have been delivered with a gas cylinder on 21/05/09 at my residence by my distributor. While placing the cylinder in use I found that the cylinder's life has been expired. I rang up to the gas agency and received the answer that as they are receiving from the Indane company they cannot help me in this regard. My question to the concerned authority is if the date has been expired then how it is circulated upto the distributor? And in this case as a customer what answer In am supposed to get from my distributor? Using the expired cylinder is very very risky and may prove catstrophic. The detail is as below:
                          1. Batch no of Cylinder: B 73289
                          2. Test Date: 11/97
                          3. Code: D 04( means the cylinder has been expired on 4th quarter ie, December 2004).
                          4. Customer ID: 31288

                            Sir,
                            For this regarding i mailed you that i am a customer of Indae Gas, Office time is 10 A.M. But office always open late. Gas always less 2 or 3 liter. Delivery time of cylinder is 5 A.M. this is not a proper time . Kindly do the need ful.

                            Dear Sir,
                            My name is Manish, from Arrah, Bhojpur, Bihar. I am a student of graduatation and i have a Indane gas connection.My problem is that i have no too much time for others works. When i receive the gas cylinder then from that date after 21's days i go to agency for order the new refile of cylinder then after that day 15 to 20 day ago i receive the new cylinder and my vender is not delivered the cylinder when i go to agency then i receive the cylinder. in that case time is very consume and new cylinder is receive after 35 to 40 days ago. I can't manage our time with Indane Gas. So help me.

                              Dear All

                              At my home (sub div-ganaur, distt- sonepat, Haryana) we are using LPG connection of Indane. The distributor comes to deliver the cylenders and force all the villagers( whosoever is a customer to them) to:

                              1. Purchase Tea Pouch costing Rs. 80- Rs. 120 from them

                              2. Purchase the Gas pipes ( which they bring with them ), upon denial they do not supply in time.

                              3. Charges for compulsory visit of a technician for chaecking the Stove (Rs 60 from all the vllagers)


                              See, How a blunder it is : A single technician will be visiting all the 200-300 houses ( with Indane Gas connection) and charging Rs. 60 (which infact charged in advance while taking the dlivery of the Gas cylender.)
                              This way in a single day through a single technician they are gathering 60 X 300 == Rs. 18000.00

                              This is the hight of the corruption.

                              lindane — Corruption in distributing connection

                              I have taken Indane connection and have been forced to buy the LP gas stove. The quality of gas stove they have given is very poor however the price is more.

                              The have given me LP gas stove for Rs. 1288 but i am sure that the actual price should not be more than Rs. 800 as compared to other products in the market.

                              To remove this corruption from the process Indane should recommend some vendors and give list to the customers and customers must be free to purchase any of those.

                              What should i do in this case now?

                              my name is rahul sharma n i want to complaint against the corruption i saw at ajay indane piro during the distribution of gas cylinders although i,m not a customer but i went there to fetch cylinder on the half of my brother n there i saw that the distributor whose name was ajay didn,t distributed the cylinders serially but distributed the cylinders firstt o who offered him bribe or who were his aquintances n when i argued about it he started fighting with me

                                M/s Sheetla gas Services Sunder Nagar Mandi HP is not giving (Officially) new gas connection. When i reached the agency on 16/06/2009 for booking a new gas connection, their officials said - You have to wait for THREE Months (till september), as we are not getting any new connection from the Company(indian Oil Ltd). Further they said we will give you only cylinder( without regulator, pipe & stove) for Rs 2300/- without consumer book.
                                Besides Officials are very rude and misbehaving with consumers.

                                I've submitted all required documents on 16/06/09.

                                  I am living in Surat . I have Indian gas( ujjawal gas service 26 lb apartment ringroad Surat) botal within 4 years, today i try for botol refilling, manager want rashan card of Surat, but have rashan card from Baroda, so i need information is it neccesary to transfer the resan card from Baroda to Surat . In my resan card indan gas( diviya gas agency baroda ) written . I have transfer my gas botal from Baroda to Surat in date 14/ 7/2006.

                                  I have inddane gas cylinder from ujjwal gas service since 14/07/06.i have transferred my gas cylinder indane from divya gas agency Baroda to ujjwal gas service Surat. On 24 jun 2009 when i go for refilling cylinder ujjwal gas service manager say
                                  reshan card transfer from Baroda to Surat and without this UJJWAL GAS SERVICE manager will not serve refiling cylinder to me . He say also UJJWAL GAS SERVICE have not centralized so they cannot serve the refilling gas cylinder out of his Surat zone .


                                  In my reshan card LPG gas information is DIVYA GAS AGENCY.

                                  so my question is reshan card transfer is necessary when customer changing city in Gujarat . Rashan card is valid only for one city or one city zone in Gujarat,

                                    Forcing to take Gas stove with new connection

                                    I want to take a new INDANE gas connection from Guru Kripa, Gurgaon. But with a new gas connection they made mandatory to take a gas stove worth 1800 Rs which I believe don't worth more than 500 Rs.

                                    Please advice how I can take new connection without gas stove from gas agency. Is it a goverment stated compulsion?...

                                    After my transfer from Guwahati in May, 2008, I applied for transfer of my billing address from Guwahti to Digboi and had deposited all the relevant documents pertaining to its effect along with the Application of Transfer of Address at BSNL, Dispur Exchange. I was assured that the transfer will be done on July, 2008. But till date it was not materialized. And the bills are still being sent to the old address.
                                    The matter was referred to SDE (Dispur) over phone, but no result is found till date.
                                    I once again request to look into the matter.

                                      I wish to state that I am an employee o[censored]nited India Insurance Co Ltd., working as Incharge, Micro Office, situated at LIC Colony, Trichy 21. I have got own house situated at above address. I am paying House Tax and Water Tax regularly in my name. I am an Income Tax assessee having PAN (AAXPS0859G) and also having BSNL Land line connection[protected] since 1995.

                                      My father is a State Government Pensioner, who was worked as Deputy Inspector of Labour, in the Govt of Tamilnadu, also residing with me in the same house along with my mother independently.

                                      I have registered for LPG connection during the year 1991 at Pudukkottai. The allotment given on l0.08.1997. I have got the connection from my local distributor M/s Karuppiah Gas Enterprises, Trichy 21. My consumer/connection No.5537. Further during the year 1999 the distributors offered me double cylinder for which the deposit receipt now available. I got the supply of refill cylinders up to December 2006 (last supply 24.12.2006) with out queries or anything. While so the supply of refill cylinders stopped by the Dealers during the month of January 2007. On oral enquiry they stated the reason that I have not holding separate Ration Card.

                                      Then I wrote a letter to M/s Karuppiah Gas Enterprises on 20.01.2007 requesting them to supply of refill cylinders. As I have not received any reply from them, again I wrote a letter to Sales Officer (IOC) Trichy with a copy marked to M/s Karuppiah Gas Enterprises. ( This letter dated 14.3.2007 was handed over to the Sales Officer IOC, in person by my father Shri L Venkatasubramanian, during a meeting conducted on 14.3.2007 at Devi Thirumanamahal, Trichy 21).

                                      On 17.03.2007, one gentle man from M/s Karuppiah Gas Enterprises came to my house for inspection, but we have not received any reply from them or from Sales Officer IOC, about the supply of refill cylinders.

                                      Now the Government of Tamilnadu has issued orders, “Ration Cards should not be insisted upon by LPG distributors in future” towards LPG connection or supply of refill cylinders. Hence I have once again requested the distributors for the supply of refill cylinders through my letter dated 15.09.2008. The distributors once again inspected my house on 20.09.2008 and they returned entire documents on 24.09.2008 to me with instructions to approach Sales Officer, IOC (LPG), Trichy.

                                      The distributors has made endorsement on my request letter such as follows

                                      In this connection I wish to state that my house is constructed with two kitchens, two separate front/back entrances and other facilities like bath room & toilet, separate sub meter for EB connection also available.

                                      Above things are personally verified by the person came for inspection from M/s Karuppiah Gas Enterprises. But I cannot understand the reason behind the statement (ONLY ONE KITCHEN) given by the gentleman who inspected my house, which is basically wrong and not correct. If required, you are at liberty to inspect my house at any time.

                                      On the above circumstances, I am once again requesting you to appraise the situation and expecting your favorable instructions for supply of refill cylinders through the LPG distributors.

                                      I have a indane gas connection in the name of my mother.
                                      Now she is no more. But still I am using the gas in the name of my mother.
                                      Now for the past ONE MONTH supplier M/s. Sundara Vinayagar Agencies,
                                      Thanjavur, is not delivering the cylinder to my house. But for the past more
                                      than TEN YEARS they were supplying the cylinder to me in the below
                                      mentioned address only. When I enquired about this, they said, due to
                                      change in supply area, that I have to change my connection to
                                      M/s. Aravind Gas Agencies, Thanjavur-7.
                                      So, I request you to change the gas connection to my name as per the
                                      details given below.
