Hello sir;
I have to complaint about siddhi vinayak petoliam which is located in rajpur. Dis vadvani, i have been travelling ahmedabad to nagpur,
I have to complaint about
1) no cleaning of toilets
2) need plumbing work to be done
3) no air machine is working properly
4) lack of co_opration & misbihaviour
5) worker are not allowed to park my car in petrol pump
6) they were only two labour in petrol pump and continuesly they were busy with mobile phone...
Is this service your company is given to comman man.. I hope you should take this complaint sirously...

मैनेजर से बात करने पर उसने भी कोई सुनवाई नही की और मालिक का नाम नम्बर भी बताने से मना किया और सारे स्टाफ़ ने दबाव बनाया और नीहायती घटिया तरीके से बात की...

Dear Sir, My Consumer no is 32822 and my distributor is NRIPRO GAS AGENCY SHOP no.67, D/1 LAXMI MKT. MUNIRKA, OPP. CANRA BANK NEW DELHI 110067 . I have done a booking on 22nd August 2020 with ref no:[protected]. Till date the cylinder has not been delivered at my residence but i have received a confirmatory SMS on 25th August 2020 that the cylinder has been delivered with Invoice no.[protected]. This is clear Black Marketing if i am not consuming the quota alloted to me that doesnt mean the distributor will sell the cylinders for black. If i will visit the distributor to complain he will treat as if he is doing some favour on me by giving this LPG cylinders

Pilferage during giving petrol to bike. When complaint to dealer he misbehaved also.

I am a consumer of indane gas, my consumer no. Is t33978. My gas agency is rewari gas service, ds shop 130, shopping complex, sector 4, rewari. I have booked the cylinder online and on saturday, 22nd august, i had received message that my cylinder has been delivered, while the same has not yet been delivered. While i had tried to contact at the agency, no one responded, except saying that kya hua, dusra book krwa do. Previously they have delivered the cylinder which is also leaking and same complaint is also not resolved

Petrol and diesel are never available in the sweta petrol pump located in nainpur madhya pradesh (Seoni road) and the employees and owners there do not behave well for the last one month, neither there is getting petrol and there is also a petrol pump. Zero does not work correctly. Zero does not work correctly. The more petrol that we get from here, the more we get it filled from us, the more we get. The day everything went well then as soon as it happened.

My father (K.S. Panwar) is having an Indane gas connection (Consumer no. 12685) through a distributor named "Satyam Gas – Address: S1, Rajguru Complex Opp Mangal City Scheme No. 94, Adarsh Mechanic Nagar, Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010. On 24th Aug 2020 he got a message that Gas Cylinder has been booked with Ref No.[protected] which my father did not book, and today (25th Aug 2020) he got the message that Cylinder has been delivered with invoice no.[protected]which is obviously not delivered to my father), so that means the distributor/Someone has booked a cylinder from his account and given it to someone else. It is a case of Forgery, please look into it.

Lolasur village Gokak taluk district Belgaum (Always hold the petrol gun button in half push position and every time it is happening pls ref photo sample same as doing pls give desciplinary action on them and pls give proper quantity of petrol for our money pls communicate to lock the gun button properly while pouring petrol in two wheelers and it's big cheating to formers and middle class family like us.

Here are my concerns:

1. Overcharged for my new connection
2. No delivery at home
3. Refill overcharged
4. No bill for anything.

Even I raised the concern with manager for above points but no action taken yet instead they tried to bribe me with some amount. My father is cancer patient and he cannot take his cylinder on his shoulder. Please intervene into this case and resolve this issue immediately.

I am a marketing person. So i use to fill petrol on regularly basis and also have xtra rewards card form almost 2 years. I am facing a problem form 4 months. Every time staff of pump is saying they do not have a machine to swap the card. I always ask form manager of pumps to slove this issue but they didn't given me an answer and today they ignore me like that i didn't purchase petrol at all.
Requesting you to slove this issue or tell me proper solution for this issue.

I was fill fuel in my scooty from above said Indial Oil petrol pump on dated[protected] of Rs. 187/- when ask for bill they denied for the same when I was request them that I need for reimbursement from my company they souted to me and said why you are required the bill we don't have after my somany request they told me very rudely that if you want then go to our office counter and collect, when visit there no one available after 5 min one person came and give me a hand cash memo (attached below) when informed him about the behaviour of there staff he also not respond when asked to give the complaint book first denied to give the same after my somany request he has given a complaint book and told me don't write that our staff is misbehaving you (Complaint book copy attached) when I was mention about there staff behaviour he is not acknowledge the same and said what you want to do do, his behavior is like this, please take a appropriate action for the same.

On 24.08.2020 at about 17.10 hrs, I filled petrol for Rs:1800/- from Devi Fuels, MK Building, Chengannur, Alappuzha, Kerala-689121. Payment was effected using my Federal bank Debit card, for which I received SMS confirmation (Attachment-1), but the lady at the station informed that the payment was not effected. So we went to the manager who just checked the machine and said the payment is not done and to prove that he took a print from the machine and the same is attached as 2. The manager never bothered to see his bank statement and demanded cash. So I paid Rs:1800/-as cash again and took bill for the same amount (attachment-3).
In order to check any issue with the card, I made some other purchase without any issue. Pl. see the attached bank statement for reference.
The petrol bunk is situated 15 KM from my residence and hence I try to contact them on the number provided in the bill. The mobile was not answered for dozens of try and land line was not at all connected.
I request to get a speedy refund of money and steps may be taken to avoid such humiliating experience to customers in future.

I have booked lpg gas twice within one week but haven’t got the delivery. First time i booked around one week ago they didn’t deliver and when i checked it’s showing delivered. Again i booked for the second time the next day i got the message it’s delivered and didn’t get the delivery. I mean what is going on literally? Here indane people is selling in black on name of our bookings and here we genuine customers are sitting without lpg gas. Is this how it works? This should be looked thoroughly.

I have filled Rs 50 petrol in my CD Deluxe bike on Indian oil petrol pump near punjab complex, Radaur Road, YNR, Haryana. They cheated and I travel only 5 km and then petrol went out. Please take strict action against them.

I was a frequent consumer of Indian oil. In this outlet they are rejecting the digital payment particularly scanning the QR codes. This policy is against the respectable PM Narendra Modi's digital India concept and also the use of cashless mode transaction in the wake of outspread of Corona virus outbreak.

The cynlinder booked by me on 11th august but system shows that it was delivered to me on 19 th august. Still now i not getting the cynlinder then where is it? Is it sold by delivery boy or distributor or indane company or indian oil corporation? Who takes it? Am i any problematic for indane? From that date by cooking was done by kerosine oil. This is not 1st time going on with me. Previously march month my local distributor pal indane does like dat. Now recent distributor doing dat. Tell me what i m doing now. Tell me it will b done with me on next year which time.

I have booked gas cylinder with consumer no # cx28422355. Its been 25 days but not yet received

My consumer number is 26984, my booking and payment was online through amazon pay.

I have not recieved cylinder but got delivery message from IOC.

PLEASE HELP!

I Have down loaded invoice in my house but I was out of home due to my duty your delivery boy said invoice is valueless show the OTP he gave the cylinder after a little misbehave with the housewife
Please look into the matter . No one go to office by keeping his mobile at home

My guess pass book customer no- CX 15295859 . I have Purchased only one cylinder Month-August on date[protected] but distributer ne two time cylinder sell kiya hai.
I request u, pls karyvahi karein.
