Plz remove the staf above age 60 there is a person called Narendra salunke and very aggressive scolding people so we the people going to complaint

I was there at your pump indaian oil corporation located at Nhangattiri (opposite thrithala road)today at 7.25am, i was asked to fill petrol in my bike for 110Rs and i have given 510 Rs, sales man told in a rash manner it is difficult to give petrol as i have no exact change and he ran away for some other business.he haven't even asked whether i have card to swipe, this i my first worst experience, hope you will take necessary action As soon as possible

Hi i have paid online payment through upi of rs.645.50, due to some technical error it got timed out but my payment is processed.
Could you please check and refund.

I have petrol and cng fitted car and it's new model. It is clearly mentioned on the tank that its petrol car but even though without asking me fill up diesel.

Sales man in petrol pump located at the area of manigram, sagardighi always use abusive language and they are very rude in manner. Always face such slang every time i go to buy petrol from there. Particularly today at the evening i condemned their behavior and they started altercation with abusive language.

My con.no -[protected] ...agency name is sheel gas service .i apply a online 2nd cylinder.. I call the agency the agency ask me m.not release your 2nd cylinder..bcoz the rule is if any one get a new connection then he aply for 2nd new cylinder in maximum 6month...they staff very rude, talking very bad not give any infomation about my aplication ...i ask them.bt she cut my phone without any explaination abt my querys...its very bad staff...

I have not so far received the eligible subsidy amounts by way of direct credit to my linked savings bank account with tm bank ltd, annanagar chennai branch for the following two invoices of the lpg gas distributor :
Ganesha gas agencies - chennai - 600037
1. Tax invoice no :[protected] dated 28.04.2020 for rs.761.50
2. Tax invoice no :[protected] dated 22.06.2020 for rs.606.50

I fail to understand the exact reason for this delay. I am a senior citizen aged 72 years meeting my family maintenance from out of the small monthly pension from my last employer. Also i am a chronic diabetic incurring on an average monthly spending of rs.4500 to rs.5000 every month towards medicines alone.in addition, towards periodical quarterly reviews and annual checks with my doctor incurring ongoing sizable expenses thereon and also age related discomforts too.
Hence any small amount of credits into my savings account is of huge relief.
I therefore request you to look into the matter and arrange for immediate release of applicable subsidy for the above listed invoices.

I am trying to book indian gas cylinder from registered mobile (Consumer no. Is 2353) from 16th july, after booking through ivrs booking no. I am getting. Immediately after the call disconnected i am receiving message
"your booking could not be created due to refill order can not be created as open order already exists for the consumer"
I cross checked with my agent and he confirmed that there is no booking after june 1st...

I lodged online compliant by calling toll free no.... No use...

What to do now...

On 28 july 2020 at around 9 am i went to indian oil petrol pump located at delhi bypass rohtak. Three employees at filling station misbehaved with me and were so aggressive that they were even ready to beat me had i not avoided the same. They used abusive language and threatened to beat me if i didnt go from there. I tried to meet the owner but he was not available and i was not given his contact no if i wanted to call him.
Later on i got the contact numnber [protected] which was picked by some mr ankit who refused to listen and asked me put down the phone saying that he has many petrol pumps and do not have time to entertain such compaints.

Yesterday the petrol pump employees were caught mixing water in oil.

Earlier the similar incident was also highlighted where the pump people were caught dispensing less oil in the vehicles.

Till date no actin has been taken against the gas staion.

This is to take it to your notice that about the petrol bunk staff misbehaviour and abusing and collecting money twice from customer.

I have filled petrol worth 500 on "bhagirathi petrol station near bhattrahalli busstop, kr puram" using google pay, and he took the gpay receipt then and there and took my number stating that if he doesn't get the money he will call back.

Today he called me and spoke rudely and i had to submit 500 as cash and he was very rude by using bad words.

It would be really helpful if you can take this concern as abusing and teach them a lesson, to not repeat it.

The petrol pump person said his name as prakesh and claimed that he is the manager of that petrol pump.

I am very much disappointed as being cheated by ranjit automobiles - s g highway - indian oil dealer.

As generally i do fill petrol when i got alarm for empty petrol and used to fill petrol by[protected] rs. To india oil dealers only and by filling the petrol everytime it indicates above full in my car in fuel indicator. But when today i did the same by rs 2010/- but here dealer was different and new for me - ranjit automobiles-bodakdev-ahmedabad. After filling petrol and paying by paytm i check my fuel indicator and surprised to know it was only showing half petrol so i asked that person he said ` wo thodi der me aajayega full par' i said ok. But aftt driving almost 25-30 km it was slowly going down then i cross check with maruti nexa team as yesterday only i did service. They also told me that we have checked your fuel indicator it's working fine and if it's getting down it means they must created.

The chenpur petrol pump at ahmedabad gujarat is having nil control of the sales officer. It has been several times noted that the services are poor of the persons working here. At the place where the puc is alloted they use in changing the oil or doing some other task. Where is the sales officer on this issue not known.

Charge fine and penalise the pump persons for wasting the time of the consumer and also hurting the dignity by misbehaving.

I have a gas connection of your company in under your distributor "the pioneer consumers co - operative" bhadrakali hooghly-712232. My consumer no.386. Last five months regularly i have received leakage cylinder. Today also 25.07.2020 when i change my cylinder and open light i saw my new full cylinder has leak. It is too much. Pl. Do need full about this matter.

Dear sir i am coming from delhi and now in front of surajmal petrol pump at murthal road sonipat, here 02 guys around 40 age i request both of that guys my bike petrol is finish plz fill little petrol sothat i reach at my home. But both guys tell me petrol pump is closed you have to go for petrol at nh highway. But at the home page of iocl petrol pump surajmal showing timing 24 hrs open.

Refill order: that i have domestic connection of iocl cooking gas gyan praksh mishra, boudh town, boudh, odisha. Tax invoice s[protected], tax invoice date:01/07/2020. Booking no.[protected] and booking date[protected]. When i connect the gas with regulator i used for a single day for on[protected] on the next day it did not work as it is filled with full of water and it shows clear with water formation. It is not working due to no gas but only water. May i hope and trust that you can provide me with proper solution and service at the earliest. I hope it is a harassment to the consumer. Please give us the proper service with solution at the earliest.

Respected sir, I am an indane customer. yesterday(23/07/2020) i was delivered a refill cylinder which i odered the day before(22july 2020). the delivery person asked me for an otp. since the registered mobile number was my father's i was dialing to him to ask for the otp. Meanwhile he gave me the change(i gave him a 1000rs and the bill was 635+45=680. but he gave me change of 220) which i did not check properly. i gave him the otp and he left. later when i checked i did came to know he hasnt given me the proper change. i could not get back to him since he left soon.
