Today i have purchased 1000/- diesel for my dzire car, it has poor meter reading and also fraud meter reading i didn’t get even 500/- diesel in my car, for thousand rupees diesel just two points reading is showing in my car, i have noticed while driving my car, definitely its a fraud, kindly revert on my complaint if not i’ll proceed on this with next level.

Liquid possibly water inside the lpg cylinder.
Usually one cylinder lasts for one and half month, but this time the gas was finished in twenty days.

Here we are facing so much issues regarding the cylinder delivery. Now a days delivery man (Imran) who is working with gokul gas agency near panchvati, undera vadodara. He always refused to give delivery at 3rd floor while lift is not working. He and gokul gas agency staff told us that they are not deliver a cylinder at upper floor while lift is not working.
Now my concern is that at the time of giving gas connection there is no any condition written ove there in the form. So why they are not deliver a cylinder at our floor.

We had purchased a gas connection as on 16-dec-2020 along with two burner stove from sahaj enterprises located at govindpuri kalkaji. Recently out of two one burner is not working properly. We have rejsetered the complaint in local agency however they are asking to get it repaired from outside despite having warrenty in place.

I hereby inform that mr. Inderveer singh owner of city petro use bad quality water mixed petrol at their petrol pump nd people harrased when there vehicles are starting missing after filling petrol or diesel. If i complained to the owner of this fuel station he never ready to accept his mistakes nd not even listened what i m saying he just said listen me i used automated machines at my filling station i[censored] have any problem, complaint to indian oil. Now i want to know that is there any staff or higher authorities u have who can check their petrol pump nd check the quality that he sold to innocent peoples who waste their money on this petrol pump nd then they go to a machenic to repair their engines.

I hope that u take a big action against this person or his gas station.

I have visitied bajrang indian oil petrol pump at bikaner road nagaur (341001). Whenever we visit there we have to wait as management is not good. I visited 10 times in last one year but they are giving same excuses that air machine is not from yesterday onward and there is no dedicated person there. Their toilet was always locked.

My phone no registered with indane gas is [protected]. I used to pay the amount online but whenever i visit the distributor to take lpg there is this huge queue when my no came i said to them that payment has been made already through online mode but eveytime the distributor guy ask me to wait saying he ll confirm from office and i have to wait for another 20-30mins till he gets verified. Also why the distributor doesn't delivers the lpg at home if it's paid through online mode. During payment they say it will be delivered within 3-4days of booking but i think it doesn't apply to this distributor

The delivery agent from mv enterprises ([protected]) is demanding and collecting excess amount other than billed amount for each cylinder. If we decline to give money ther behave rudely and delivery of cylinder will be delayed.

On today i. E. 17th july 2020 between 10:34 am to 10:38am (Bill no: 395004-timing 10:28:06 am), i filled at indian oil corporation petrol pump hitech city beside cyber pearl. After filling the petrol and making the payment, i realized that cb 150 unicorn full tank capacity is 13l. But i paid for 15.26 lts with little gap in oil tank. Can you please help with this. There is Misleading of petrol not pouring proper amount, when we ask them not giving proper response not only this one time many times there are doing, why there are not filling the petrol which we paying the amount ?
Why are doing ? Is there any one to ask them ? Please kindly take the immediately action on them again it should not repeat.

We have visited the "Sanjeevini Fuels, Nehru Nagar, Puttur Taluk, Dakshina Kannada District, Kabaka, Karnataka 57423", Where a lorry parked at middle and suggested the service guy named "Umesh", like its well and good if he parked aside,
But he responded rudely like 'where else he should park, if you able got in that way you go'. this kind of harsh or rude behavior not acceptable with customers.
Please take proper action on this.

To day at about 8.20 am when I was coming from Jalandhar for Tarn Taran and passing through Kapurthala, stopped at Indian Oil Petrol Pump situated near Bajwa Market, Opp. Punjab National Bank, Kapurthala on account of Nature Call but the staff as well as the persons alleging himself to be the Manager totally refused to use the toilets by saying that this the only meant for staff and there is no provision for the public. He further refused to submit complaint in the complaint/suggestion box and said I may submit complaint online.
The behavior of the staff was totally rude which is expected from service provider. Therefore, I request you to kindly take stern action against the licensee.

I hereby declare that i am the resident of h-2 jhuggi no. 401 jahangir puri north west delhi 110033 and i am the consumer of angad enterprise gas distributor of indane gas cylinder. Here i want to draw your kind attention that whenever i book my gas cylinder the delivery guy asks me to come some other place to get it instead of delivering it to my house. When i ask him to come at my place he says delivery is not available at jhuggi address where as not only he even whoever distribute the cylinder there they go the same place for black markenting of cylinder to some small gas refill shops.
In my family just my mother is available at home who could not lift the cylinder and go anywhere they ask to come. Therefore it's my kind request to you please look into this matter and take the appropriate action against the delivery guy as soon as possible.

But till today we have not received any cylinder. We registered a complaint calling [protected] on the same day. Compaint no is.[protected] and there is no response so far. The agency is refusing to take calls. Customer care disconnects our call. The payment is made but the cylinder is not delivered, it over 13 days. Is this some kind of fraud?

I am using ertiga vdi 2014 model, which contains fuel tank capacity of 45 liter as per the car standard and same has been confirmed by the company. I arrived at m/s prasad petroleam at chhadwada, ta. Bhachau, district kutch, around 8 30 am in the morning dt of 15 july 2020. I have been ask to pay the bill of 43.80 liter of diesel when i already has about 8 to 9 liter diesel in my car fuel tank as such i was wondering how come iocl filled...

I booked the cylinder on 7 th july 2020 & paid it online rs 621/- my booking id is[protected]Pict annexed) reference sms of my booking id is also available which i received (Screenshot annexed) yet my cylinder is not delivered till date till time (15th july 2020 10:53 am). It is an unusual delivery delay as the others are getting it quickly.
The delivery person does not want this one to be paid online because he usually demands more money to pick it up in first floor
My address is patra market which is maximum 300 meters away from the distributor.
Please take necessary action and thus oblige
