In my area, there is a petrol pump of indian oil at the petrol pump there is no availability of air for last 15 months and petrol and diesel thereafter 3 to 4 days no availability. The persons in the petrol pump are also rude behaviour.

Compliant against sri venkateswara petrol bunk., near nes bus stop yelahanka., in google it's show 24*7 petrol bunk but after 11pm they say no petrol many times and after 8pm they don't accept any online transaction including card payment., really i'm disappointed with this petrol bunk

I have refilled today my mahindra kuv100 on an indian oil pump namely apurv petrol sales, kumhrar, patna.
They filled the 35 ltr capacity tank with 39.13 ltrs.
Then i raised the doubt to the pump manager, he then nervously told to vacate the tank and measure the fuel vacated.
I did this to find the truth whereas my tank was filled with minimum 5 ltrs of diesel already.
When the tank was vacated only 39.75 ltrs of diesel was recoverd.
I asked the manager then about the theft done by them.
He then started arguing that you had no fuel in the tank before.
I just want the indian oil company to enquire about this case, and take hard measures about that fraud.

There are couple of person who try to damage ioc line through jcb, and dig the public property (Road) to, so my complaint is make a action against auch people

Gas is leaking from the cylinder when we try to connect the new one. I think there is some problem with the cylinder. Please resolve fast as this is the only extra cyl we have.

Iam customer consumer no 01892 of m s bajrang indane gas sonari jamshedpur jharkhand my problem is my gas regulator is faulty it is need to be replaced indane mechanic suggest i have all paper with old regulator today i go to bajrang indane office but indane office executive charged rs 300 for no number visible in regulator, why should i paying charges of 300 can indane this type of service provided please help us.

I am Amandeep Sharma belong to Punjab. I was traveling from Nawansaher(shaheed bhagat singh nagar) to Ludhiana, then I cross to Sarin Filling Station between Nawanshahar Raho Road, so I thought to check the air of my car but that guy asked me to charge ₹ 20 i Talked to petrol pump worker but no answer came properly from their side. Petrol pump workers said we can't do anything. The pump workers were saying very bad that you can do it where you can. Please pay attention to the complaint. Have thought that from now on I will never get the Indian Oil Petrol Pump filled with oil. It is not about ₹ 20, it is a matter of rules which the company has made itself.

At address “front of police station, mr. Purshottam soni rawatbhata via-kota rajasthan lpg domestic gas cylinders are used for commercial purposes. There the tea, breakfast manufactured. It appears all the nearby lpg agencies are supplying domestic lpg at this address and commercial uses. The real consumers are suffering. The indene company has not taken any action even after specific complaint. The helpline number of indene gas ([protected]) do not lodge complaint saying that the name of the gas agency should be intimated otherwise they will not file complaint. Is there any other system to stop this illegal activity.

In kakinada near kalpana theatre one of Indian oil pump is there in this pump fraud and they will change full amount and asking the fraud very negligence given by the staff and aldo not given the price equal diesel I have video clip

For indian oil petrol pump(shree sai petrol pump) shona road.gounchhi.(121004)and I am going bike service center and then service center declered your petrol mixing some liguid..and I empty bike fuel tank and collect the petrol.i am complant registerd 11 July on your petrol pump.bcz petro pump owner is very rudely bhevaiur..and he is not check my petrol sample..pls resloved my problem and checked the petrol pump

Sir i am cab driver i live near rispana nagar haridwar road dehradun. Today morning i went to the rispana pull indian oil petrol pump i tell to the executive that fill the deisel of 230 rupees but he couldn't fix the price in the meter of pump then i drive 11 kilometre and deisel is finished then i take 250 rupees deisel in can from the bharat petroleum and then i travel almost 70 to 80 kilometre. So i requested you to please take a legal action on pawar filling station rispana pull dehradun uttarakhand 248001

The petrol bunk of ioc is constructing in the residential area. It is very fear to surronding area. Pl take care necessary action. We are suffering.

My mother father are senior citizen and stay in saharsa bihar. While i was on visit i had booked a cylinder online for them through my mobile on[protected]. On[protected] i received a call from vendor whether i have booked a cylinder and i confirmed the same with address and location of delivery. Within 5 minutes i received a message on my mobile that the cylinder has been delivered; on enquiring with my father, i got to know that same has not been delivered. On contacting the vendor he said that same will be delivered on[protected]. From 9th onward he has switched off his phone and distributor landline is not being picked. Tollfree compalin system not working.
I am not able to understand where to go and what to do?

I had not received any gas cylinder after dated 11/05/2020. For booking online i have comes to the notice that delivery of cylinder is not completed fifteen days. Hence no booking is acceptable. I had tried for refill booking on dated 2 and 9 july 2020 and also visited personally gas agency but no satisfactory reply. I am not using more than five cylinders in a year. I am not understand that where the cylinder has been delivered on my account by the agency. Please examine and penalized to him.
