I fill the petrol 30 June amount of 380. For indian oil petrol pump(shree sai petrol pump) shona road.gounchhi.(121004)and I am going bike service center and then service center declered your petrol mixing some liguid..and I empty bike fuel tank and collect the petrol.i am complant registerd 11 July on your petrol pump.bcz petro pump owner is very rudely bhevaiur..and he is not check my petrol sample..pls resloved my problem and checked the petrol pump

Sir i am cab driver i live near rispana nagar haridwar road dehradun. Today morning i went to the rispana pull indian oil petrol pump i tell to the executive that fill the deisel of 230 rupees but he couldn't fix the price in the meter of pump then i drive 11 kilometre and deisel is finished then i take 250 rupees deisel in can from the bharat petroleum and then i travel almost 70 to 80 kilometre. So i requested you to please take a legal action on pawar filling station rispana pull dehradun uttarakhand 248001

The petrol bunk of ioc is constructing in the residential area. It is very fear to surronding area. Pl take care necessary action. We are suffering.

Please do not construct any petrol bunk in residential area

Smellable, lpg cooking gas cylinder, in our household kitchen, from the present lpg cylinder being used!! We are very worried about, an accidental fire, in our kitchen!

My mother father are senior citizen and stay in saharsa bihar. While i was on visit i had booked a cylinder online for them through my mobile on[protected]. On[protected] i received a call from vendor whether i have booked a cylinder and i confirmed the same with address and location of delivery. Within 5 minutes i received a message on my mobile that the cylinder has been delivered; on enquiring with my father, i got to know that same has not been delivered. On contacting the vendor he said that same will be delivered on[protected]. From 9th onward he has switched off his phone and distributor landline is not being picked. Tollfree compalin system not working.
I am not able to understand where to go and what to do?

I had not received any gas cylinder after dated 11/05/2020. For booking online i have comes to the notice that delivery of cylinder is not completed fifteen days. Hence no booking is acceptable. I had tried for refill booking on dated 2 and 9 july 2020 and also visited personally gas agency but no satisfactory reply. I am not using more than five cylinders in a year. I am not understand that where the cylinder has been delivered on my account by the agency. Please examine and penalized to him.

I was planning to shift to another city, so approached agency (anant ji gas delhi) regarding issue of Termination voucher, they asked to surrender cylinder and other accessories . I came on another day with all things they want, however their behaviour changed, now they are asking me to deliver cylinder to their storage facility ( which is far away ) in this covid era, I tried to convince them, told them take some extra money and ask yours employee to do same, but they refused to take cylinder and not issuing me termination voucher. So at end I left cylinder and other accessories in front of their office and came back home and complaint on Indane online feedback..
However Indane gas agency is replying as issue RESOLVED as per their feedback from agency but not asking their customer and still my problem persist as I didn't received TERMINATION VOUCHER till now and now I has moved to another city

kindly advise me how to proceed in this scenario and if feasible plz resolve my issue . I BELIEVE THAT INDIAN CUSTOMER ALSO HAVE RIGHTS" it's a belief which is broking down slowly.

Dear Sir/Madam
so here is the best example, how iocl petrol bunk cheating the people by charging extra. On 04/07/2020 Saturday morning 11.45 am i went to IOCL petrol bunk to refill full tank for my BALENO, as per the MARUTI SUZUKI BALENO company standard and company specification the Tank Capacity is 37 liters only, but actual capacity it can fill 37.4 after that it will overfull. But in #IOCL petrol bunk they fill 41.37 liters as i shown in picture. So i got doubt and told them my vehicle tank capacity is 37 litre and already in tank around 3 litre petrol is remaining but you are filled more than tank capacity so i asked him for clarification regarding cheating but he denied to answer and told me to ask the owner but at the time owner was not present.
from above i'm clearly evident that they are cheating people by by filling less petrol . I'm here by request you take the action against them and no other person should face the same problem as i faced. and i'm attaching the details in the picture.

I'm Balu from Irumbuliyur, Chennai. I have filled the petrol fro my bike nearby Indian Oil Pump. They collected me the extra charge.
Today[protected] Petrol Price is 83.63 but they collected an extra 3 rupees.

Kindly take this as complaint and Please Slove this

Mr kamlesh sahu refused to fill the petrol, and reply u can do complaint

Ganpati filling station vpo kot distt hamirpur. Too much attitude in the operators and refused to provide the basic aminities of petrol pump. Further more once they were filling petrol with the liquid measures.

Sir fulraj andan rural distributor license no. G/ec/bi/06/1134 deoria is refusing to take cas money, just talking about making digital payments. One thing m / s fulraj should understand is that very few people use digital payments in the village and about 200 people have been donated during this period. And this gedaring has going to danger for corona

Every employee in that petrol pump never locks the handle while pumping. It appears they are pulsating the pump handle with subtle movement. Looks highly suspicious of fraud. When asked about this, they hesitate to answer and a staff replied, "do whatever you can". Please take required action.

Complaint against Dmello service station at Aganagar, Nagar Road Pune
Today I asked to full the tank. Attendant intentionally filled for 150 Rs.
When asked why he filled 150 Rs, he said it was by mistake.
Now he continues to fill from 150, without setting meter to Zero.
Reading on meter is 630 Rs after tank full.
Now is asking me for 630 +15 = 770.
He said he had set the meter to Zero before, which is false.
When I ask for receipt the provide a printed receipt of 630 which was generated from office and not from Petrol Pump.
Indian Oil needs to take action against Dmello service station.

I have booked a cylinder on 3rd July and made online payment accordingly, but cylinder not delivered and showing its delivered, also i have book complaint as well but your customer support executive hold me for 20 minutes and disconnect 2nd time its auto disconnect and i am unable to connect.

This delivery related issues i am highlighting from last 2 times but Ashish Indian Agency and Indian oil guy is not taking seriously of this problem, when i book a request from India Oil app its automatically shown resolved and i haven`t rcvd any call from Indian Oil even i had to call.

Please look into it.

Sir indian oil corporation’s bhakti petroleum is located at odhav, ahmedabad.in the last several days we face many harassment on this bhakti petroleum like at time of filling cng gas customer have to open and close the bonnet of the, when i talk to the manager of bhakti petroleum about this, he said that we have been instructed by the indian oil corporation that due to corona pandemic, the bonnet of the car is to be opened by the customer himself while cng filling at the cng station. Sir i have question while they open the petrol tank lid for fill the petrol or diesel corona doesn’t spread but opening the bonnet of car for filling cng (At that time bonnet temperature more than 50 degrees) it spread corona. Even the petrol pump workers do not follow the guidelines of covid-19 prevention.

Many consumers are harassed by this behaviour of the indian oil corporation pump employees, in which subject we are desirous of deserving strict action from you. And if you have issue such of order from indian oil corporation, please share with us,
