I was planning to shift to another city, so approached agency (anant ji gas delhi) regarding issue of Termination voucher, they asked to surrender cylinder and other accessories . I came on another day with all things they want, however their behaviour changed, now they are asking me to deliver cylinder to their storage facility ( which is far away ) in this covid era, I tried to convince them, told them take some extra money and ask yours employee to do same, but they refused to take cylinder and not issuing me termination voucher. So at end I left cylinder and other accessories in front of their office and came back home and complaint on Indane online feedback..
However Indane gas agency is replying as issue RESOLVED as per their feedback from agency but not asking their customer and still my problem persist as I didn't received TERMINATION VOUCHER till now and now I has moved to another city

kindly advise me how to proceed in this scenario and if feasible plz resolve my issue . I BELIEVE THAT INDIAN CUSTOMER ALSO HAVE RIGHTS" it's a belief which is broking down slowly.
