Residing at moopanar nagar kumbakonam i have connections with tamil gas agency last two years previously agency name was murugan during the last two years musnt properly delivery but i received cylinder deliverd message the distributor misuse my cylinder to another customer i am long time waiting for gas cylinder so i humbly request yout to rectify or kindly take necessary action tamil gas agency or...

We were travelling from sawai madhopur to mt abu and needed to use the toilet at bhagwati filling station on chatter udaipur expressway. The toilets were locked and the staff refused to open them inspire of repeated requests....

Online lpg cancelled automatically with returned thrice reason which not done atleast once...

Some shopkeeprs near pani ki tunky in shahpur goverdhanpur sector 128 noida are doing blacking in gas cylelendor. That have keep these in open place. They are feeling in small cylendors. Many instances of fire has been happen. But they are not stoping it. One police complain has fires also but they are not stoping to fill the cylendor and blacking of theses....

On 1 may, 2020. Indian oil corporation debited from my account of rs 584.50. Without my consent. Neither i get any messages nor any otp. Kindly return back my money. My card end numbers is 5732...

Indian oil petrol share in tamil nadu salem district kengavalli circle puliyankurichi panchayat this morning i went to put two wheelers on gasoline. There is no roof. No safety equipment, no notice board and no complaint book to complain....

I complaint it many time to pump manager and your senior officer mr vijay but not recieve any positive responce. Plz solve this problem and ask to pump owner for air water facilities

I have one problem with our gas distributor near by town saidapur name sri lord venkateshwara gas agency
They are charging excess to consumers nearly by 150 to 200 rs for new connection and they are selling hyd based lighters costing 50 to 60 each selling at 150 rs to consumers
And also charging...

I had started services from ashoka gass service mohaddipur gorakhpur (Up) from july 2018, and upto june 2019 i never received a single subside amount from gass agency. After many complaints agency manager has started to refund the subside amount in my account.
Again the same things started by agency manager, in the month of march 2020 we received 02 lpg cooking cylinders but the subside money not refunded.
I am just waiting...

The people from indian oil are taking extra charge... This is not in the bill... They say there service charge this one... There is anything like that not in the bill... I think there is already include service charge... If its right... They are cheating us long time... Please kindly give an action for this one.. Singserly a consumer......

Booked lpg refill online on[protected], but on[protected] the hawker came at my place and told that he has given cylinder to another customer and he will deliver next day, and i waited there at 1 hour but he refused to deliver and said that he will not deliver the cylinder and i can complaint wherever i like to.

Received the refill on 11-5-20. But still the subsidy not credited into my bank account.in this regard sent a mail to customer care centre.. But no response. Hence requested to look into the matter.
Also want to know the new customer care mail id.
