Petrol pump employees behavior accha nhi ha... N only cash payment accept karta ha.. Online payment ka option nhi ha

M/s. IOC Hanumakonda. Dear Sirs. Next para M/s. IOC conducted a lucky coupon for those people who purchased petrol for Rs.200/- for two wheeler vehicles. Accordingly lucky draw was conducted and declared winners list by M/s.IOC.( copy enclosed) I am one of them who got lottery for two wheeler vehicle. I have submitted copies of PAN card and Adhar card. I have not received any information in this regard. I therefore request you to do needful for further process. Yours faithfully

I asked them to full my tank. But they were asking me the amount. How can i know how much petrol is there and how much i need to fill. When i asked them to fill the petrol, they said that only default amount which is pre feed like 100, 200, 500 can be feed. We can not give petrol by litres. When i asked why?? They answered that this is done by indian oil company, they can't do any thing in this.

Hi, this complaint is regarding petrol pump of Indian Oil petrol pump near Glaxo smitkline company Ambad, Nashik, I went to petrol pump today at 8.50am and asked the staff to fill the petrol in my 2Wh for Rs 500, first of all they swapped my debit card first and then he asked to go another unit of pump to fill the petrol because this disbursement unit is showing some error.When we went to another unit, it was premium power petrol unit. I refused to fill that petrol because there is difference of nearby 3 Rs by normal petrol price, He forced me to fill this petrol only. because another petrol has been ended.but another normal disbursement unit is disbursing petrol to another customers. I asked staff why you forced me to fill power petrol, the staff behave on me very badly. All staff gathered and quarreling on me. He refused to give me the complaint book and is not listing to my complaint.

For many months the air is not provided from the petrol bunk. Its is mandatory to provide free air in the petrol bunks. Everytime they say the air machine is not working. The details of petrol bunk is as following..

I am rishitha the customer of insane gas . agency TT INDANE in Bangalore jp nagar 6th phase.we have cancelled our indane gas before lockdown itself.while cancellation itself there was a name mismatch however they have done that time.now we are applying for new connection in Bharat gas . while checking kyc it showing them available in indane .I am dealing with them for past two weeks.their is no proper response .are they for resolving my problem .my customer ID ;[protected] kyc number;[protected] please respond and resolve my problem as soon as possible

I hve booked refill on 22.06.20 of consumer no.[protected] and made d payment online of rs 647/- but yet after too many calls and reminders to the dealer yet cylinder was not delivered and on 01.07.20 i received a message of cancellation due to increase in rate.
My issue is even in 8 days if dealer can't deliver the refills... What kind of service is it? And why should i pay for the difference if it is not my fault

I booked the refill gas cylinder for my indane consumer no.- 93654 and did the online payment for order no.[protected].
But the invoice has been cancelled with below message:
"dear indane customer, your invoice[protected] has been cancelled due to rate change.".
I want to avoid any cash on delivery in this pandemic situation. Hence, requesting for intervention to clear my order and facilitate hassle free delivery of refill cylinder.

It was around 11.00 in the night. I heard a lot of blows to the petrolman, but when i heard him, he spoke a little more, then he had come to kill everyone and wrongly 3 people said with a stick, go away.

I am a regular user of your indian oil dealer td joseph and co. Using personal and company vehicles day by day. Till today i am happy about their service also but today all my opinion about the service went wrong. After duty time going home with colleagues on the way i turned to the petrol station and there is a vehicle stand by so, we waited until it's done but later the employee who is working there leaves us blind and goes to the next one. To much tired of working and after waiting i questioned him and he just passed an annoyed look and he curb car's fuel tank cap by rage. Some of my friends already makes complaint about this employee attitude but i didn't take it as serious but now i am also a victim.

But i have received a cash memo in rs 641.00 why it is deffer and i could not understand why it is happening to confused us.. Please let me know immediately.

For consumer id [protected], I had ordered Gas cylinder on 18th June and double payment of Rs 594 was done and I also got a refund sms for one of the transaction too as shown below -

Dear Rohit, refund of 594 generated for order[protected], will be credited within 7 working days to card/ bank a/c. Ref Num#[protected].

But the amount has not been credited yet into my HDFC bank account and Google Pay is not able to see it either.

Can you please help me in getting my money refunded to my account.

Hello sir,
Here is ioc petrol pump in the place kongad, palakkad dist, kerala state.
They are all rude and worst behaviour against customers. And there is always air pump is in complaint, if we asked about that must facilities of the petrol pump. They will scold with bad words. Next onwards we won't go to that pump, and we will approch the hp pump which is 1km next from this.

This is for your information that customer don't want to listen this type of people's because there is many petrol pumps is there.

Sir, the request in the service is that the scheme of giving three gas cylinders to the poor for free is going on under the Ujjwal scheme by the government. Under which the money of the cylinder is refunded back to their account after filling the cylinder. But when we filled the third cylinder, it did not happen, but its money has been released, but we have not come to the account, please do the trouble of getting our money made. We have also put some photos as proof

I visited bharali service station of lalganesh, lokhra, guwahati (Assam) yesterday around 7pm and filled petrol worth rs 2250. But i was charged 2 times for the same and i ended up paying 4500. At 1st i paid using phonepe upi and next time had to pay through card swipe. Now i have claimed for refund as my account shows debiting my account 2250 twice but they refuse to do it saying they donot possess any mechanism to check it. I hope this platform will redress my grievance.

Diversion through available government lands which easily connects to the thirukandalam tap-off point.

There is another route i. E., cbpl route which is already under your control and for which lands at a. Kakkavakkam

Village was acquired for the cbpl project and which has de-valued the value of my valuable, agricultural, fertile lands.

We are not able to bear the loss caused by the acquisition once again for another project - etbpnmtpl project and your
