I have sent by email to the agency: maruti gas annanagar west chennai to activate my connection all the documents needed. But they insist to come in person. I am senior citizen. And not able to do that. Please instruct them to activate based on my email.

As a resident of nearby Vinayagapuram area, I use IOC petrol bunk being operated near Ramarkrishna Mills, Coimbatore, to fill the fuel for my scooter. On 16.05.2020, at about 6.30 p.m. while I was returning from Office, I went to the bunk and asked him to fill the air for my scooter. The bunk attendant, refused to do so, stating the air pump is not working; While I was there, some other consumer filled air for his vehicle of his own. Since he is a male, he did it. As a lady, I cannot do so; as I do not know the procedure and have knowledge on it. Instead he asked me to fill in some other bunk.

As the IOC website did not open and stated as an error, I lodged the complaint (with the photo of the bunk attendant, who refused to extend the service and the ad board, where it was stated the number of the bunk, which is 123456) in facebook of the company concerned.

So far, no action had been taken by them.

As we had gone abroad we could not avail the refill for more than 6 months.
When we returned and booked for refill refill was denied. So i contacted them. As per their advice i sent id proof /address proof etc through email as i could not go in person. During this corona virus pandemic lock down. But they refuse to book refill.
We are senior citizens. And suffering a lot for want of refill.
Please instruct them to deliver refill to our home.

I'm booked a cylinder at 4th may and payment through phonepe upi and payment successful but gas agency not delevery cylinder then i tell him i'm already paid through online agency said to me we have not received money. I'm contact with toll free no to complaint but still not solve my problem not get back my money.

Sir, during the delivery of gas cylinders drivers are collecting extra 30-50rs money in addition to the bill amount from the consumers around kallakurichi area. This is happening to the uneducated people from rural area. This has complained to the annamalai gas agency kallakurichi, but again no steps have been taken. Kindly look into it and do the needful as soon as possible.

My consumer no is 22574. I have not received my subsidy of previous month of my gas cylinder.. I have received that cylinder on 27th march.... But till now the subsidy is missing...
So i request you, please take a necessary action so that i can receive my subsidy (As i think this the right of a person as an indian citizen) as early as possible and obliged there by.

Today[protected] i initiated a online payment of rupees 581 for gas booking by upi method. The amount was deducted from my account but transaction was failed. I contacted with distributor and they confirmed that they didn't received any amount (581). Please sir refund the amount as soon as possible.

I requested the dealer several times but nothing done.even they can't say the banks name and gives filthy answers which are vake. U r requested to look into the matter that not to compel me to proceed further. My consumer no 5028.jamshedpur gas service, telco.

Sir,

I try to book my cylinder online or ivrs system, am getting a message that "refill order can not be created as open order already exists for the consumer". I visited my nearest indane servicing center but they can't solve my isssue.

My consumer number is 13361 with gns gas service shantinagar hyderabad and booked for gas on[protected] with ordered number[protected]. When i went for inquiry in[protected] i got a message that the cylinder is delivered on 28th april 2020 which is wrong i did not receive cylinder on[protected]
Again i rebooked on 08th may 2020 with order no.[protected]
So far i have not received cylinder
Please take action who gave wrong information

I have lost my gas connection paper by mistake and now i want my papers duplicate copy but the indane gas agency{m. M. Enterprises, hyderabad} employees are not giving me and saying its not important but whenever i shift my house they ask gas paper' permission to shift '. Please help me. I want your kind attention about the problem.

I booked my gas cylinder on 8 May 2020, consumer number- 03589 after few hours I received a message of invoice number 92316 (last 5 digits).
Next day on 9 May 2020, I received a message on my cellphone that gas cylinder is delivered with invoice details but I haven't received my Gas Cylinder delivered yet to my address.

I am an lpg customer of ioc in coimbatore city and taking gas cylinders regularly.
Despite following up on phone and meeting the agent with the bank details the agent is not transferring the subsidy to the account provided.
My account is a joint account with my wife with state bank of india.
The agent is "vijay gas" in the city.

Not getting cooking gas cylinder properly, they have no regular supply, we can't find which day they coming in our area for delivery,
We booked gas on 26.04.2020, till the time not received the cylinder, and we contact the agent yesterday they replied before 2 days they had completed in our area, we didn't get the information about the supply time how we can understand the delivery time,

Hope we get fruitful solution for the matter,

I'm fed up of your services,
Every month i face same problem,
When i booked my cylinder, afternoon one day i got msg that your cylinder was delivered and give valuable feedback, but on actual i didn't get any cylinder every month they guys do same thing for me...
And when i talked there guyz, plz deliver my cylinder they do misbehave and said we are not responsible for this...
If you want your cylinder, so you have to collect from the godown...
But this is not the solution,
I need my gas cylinder every month on time...
So many times i request them but they never response me...
Please accpet my complaint...

I am a consumer of indian oil lpg service, aditi indane gas, guwahati, assam bearing no [protected]. My booking for refill cylinder was made on 28/03/2020, but i haven't received my cylinder yet.

That sir, i have enquired twice since then but there was no satisfactory response from the gas agency. Being a retired bank officer, i would request you to kindly look into the matter as it has been taking 40-45 days to get a refilled cylinder for many customers after booking.
