Dear sir/madam

I have made payment 776 /- through debit card on 4th april 2020 (Ref no 125452) but it was failed then i tried to make another attempt with other debit card where 782/- deducted instant from my account (Ref no[protected]igai) after that i received another massage that 776 rs also deducted based on earlier transaction.
Please look into this.

Consumer no. Kg 14577 kandhari gas sector 2 rohini delhi. Prepaid online sms received - bill no.[protected] rs.744 dac issued dtd. 02.04.2020 with my booking reference no.[protected] dtd 01.04.2020. Delivery boy came and asked for payment i showed sms he spoke to kandhari gas and they informed they have not received the payment he refused to deliver cylinder. On 03.04.2020 i spoke to kandhari gas again they informed they have not received the payment and within a minute i received a sms with ref. To "invoice no.[protected] has been cancelled due to customer refused refill'. Where is my money and why kandhari gas not received the payment.

Plz find tha attachment video and image is image mein jo number hai vah aapke petrol pump per ruke hue bande the sab

I booked gas cylinder cylinder dated 27.03.20 and i have received a message "you refill gas has been delivered payment received by cash dated 29.03.20. But i have not any cylinder then i have register a complaint regarding this. Dated 30.03.20 i received a call from iocl office they said he will deliver tomorrow. Today dated 4.04.20 but i have not received yet. I tried so many time to contact them but they are not answering my call some time they cut my call
I am very disappointed

Sir i would likely to bring to your kind notice that government had ordered to offer free gas cylinders to the customers during lockdown period but the boy who came to deliver the cylinder from arjuna indane agency 17 bhavani nagar kolathur tamil nadu 600099had collected money of rs 800 in my absence my consumer no is 9172 i kindly request you to take action against the agency and asa well the delivery boy

My consumer no. Cx25669933, my gas agency is shreeji enterprises, kolkata. I booked for refill on 19th march'20. Registered under reference[protected] with delivery commitment of 6 days. Even invoice under ref:[protected] was generated on 23rd march under delivery share dac9585 but cylinder was not delivered.
On 1st april'20, i got another message with invoice no.[protected] with dac1773. Still no cylinder was delivered.
To my total shock and surprise got a message 5oday at 00.38 hours claiming that the cylinder was delivered under invoice no.[protected], seeking my feedback. There is extremely shocking and horrible. This is the second time, we are facing such illegal activity from this particular agency and it is not acceptable & strict action should be taken against this agency. Kindly arrange to ensure delivery of lpg cylinder ordered without any further delay. Thanks

I Booked a cylinder with Tax invoice no.[protected] generated from Raj Flames ([protected]) and paid online a sum of Rs. 812.17 including net banking charges against a bill of Rs. 805.50/-. But due to some subsidy the final LPG bill generated was Rs. 744.5, hence a refund of Rs. 61.50.

The delivery boy named "Brijesh Kumar Jitender" did not refunded this amount.

Request you to refund Rs. 65.50.

Respected sir/madam i booked my gas cylinder 26march 2020 with consumer no 11255. I got the message of delivered 29march 2020. I call the delivery boy he not responding my calls. Sir i request to please check where is my cylinder delivered why it doesn't not delivered at my home at date of 2april 2020. When it will reach at my home.

I am consumer of m s gas service agency of indian gas and resident of lalji tola, devi asthan, patna (Bihar). I am facing lot of problem because of delivery man. We have asked him to bring the full gas cylinder but till now he does not bring. He delivers always short quantity of gas but nobody taking any action against him. One of the person name pappu kumar s/o late basudeo prasad who is the resident of lalji tola, devi asthan, patna collabrate with your vendor for this kalabazari.
So please take a necessary action against him i have already request to him please replace the cylinder but he did not. I hope you will take necessary action against him. (Ye gas nikalne ka dhandha lagbhag 10 salon se vendor aur pappu kumar ke milibhagat se chahl raha hai jisse aam public ko kam gas mil raha hai.)
The company does`t pick phone for this and all the other time their phone is always busy. They are deliver short weight of gas always.

I booked indane gas using online contact no[protected] on 18th march. I have also gotten a successful message as below.
"order for cons no 29773 is registered with ref no.[protected]. Refill expected delivery:7 days."

On 29th of march, i got another message that
"lpg बिल सं[protected], ₹.841 जारी, डी.ए.सी2686 प्राप्ति पर दें|"

And finally on 1st april i got cancelation message like this
"dear indane customer, your invoice[protected] has been cancelled due to rate change"

I am suffering with problem due to this cancellation in 21day of lockdown.

I hope you will understand my problem in this suiation.

During lock down insane gas service center, kubera indane gas agency dapodi, pune maharashtra service center is not delivering cylinders to home. It is more than one week we requested for refill. When called service we were given delivery person contact rama, he denied delivery to house instead he asked to visit thier office and collect.in our locality other gas agencies are providing home delivery. Hope insane gas service center will take necessary action.

I, kanaklata singh a customer of cooking gas (Indane), but since a long time subsidie has not been credited to my bank account till now. So please let me know the reason and do the needful. Dear sir, i was taken gas cylinder from ramanjaneya indane gramin vitrak, when they came to my village. They taken ₹.900 from me, and said some amt will directly credited to your account, but that wasn't happen soo many times, i thought they delivered cylinders to me and count that cylinder to theirs account, please audit thoroughly and solve these type of frauds as early as possible.

My indane consumer number is 26159 and i booked a refill on 22nd march 2020 my distributor chirodeep 435 dumdum park kol 700055 is asking me to collect the cylinder on my own now in this time of lockdown with no means of conveyance i am unable to collect it on my own please help me to get a gas cylinder as my current cylinder is about to finish off

I aplied dbc (Indiane gas - madhavi gas agency) on18-03-20, they stil nt even invoice relsd, i raisd complint, gave me 2 numbers, noone responding. I h've tried so many times in 5days but not picking calls. If there is no curfew i wil go by myself. Now i my gas cylinder is empty, i can't refill order sayng that opn order alrdy exists.

My consumer no. [protected] and I have booked for a LPG cylinder from mahaveer gas agency.
On checking the status of booking it has been found that my cylinder has been delivered.
Now the time I am not able either to book it again or get another cylinder as my only booking option had been exhausted.

Please help.I am a single cylinder customer.

Indane gas cylinder booking no.[protected] dated[protected]. Automated delivery status announcement indicates delivery on[protected]. Till date it has not been delivered at my premises. Repeated follow ups at the distributor (Cooking gas & appliances bd market saltlake kolkata -64) and their promises of delivery are turning out to be false. Please advise.
