From last year i didn't recieving lpg subsidy and i never booked and received that's much of lpg as per your apps data im my profile. And also your complain site didn't work also your company customer care service number always bg everytime, it's useless. If you check yourself, i hope you know my problem. So, help me and solve my problem. Thank you.

      My name is kshitij. I writing this mail to complain regarding one of your employees located in
      Ramamurthy nagar, banaswadi, bangalore urban, bengaluru, karnataka 560016 -
      Petrol bunk - i have no information about about the employee but i remember the time which was between 21:10pm to 21:30pm on 29 feb 2020 and request you check the cctv footage of that day. I have also called on [protected] (As on google) and spoke to pasha regarding this. Your employee raised his hand on me regardless of knowing what happened. I request you to please take strict action against him as i am also going to raise a police complaint on him. And m not waiting for your reply.

        I booked a gas cylinder yesterday and payment has been made online tyhrough net banking.

        Today gas delivery boy had come with filled cylinder and keep it at my kitchen and ask for money. I told him that payment has been made online and show him payment confirmation massage. I also told him that invoice had been generated. But he & aladdin's representative mr. Malay ignore to give us filled cylinder and left my house. Their behavior was very rude and language was ill that harassed us most. I need punishable action against them and also need filled gas cylinder today. I am suffering from lack of gas for cooking since a couple of days.
        Please take necessary action immidiately.

          My consumer number is 725240 with the name of niharika srivastava, when ever we booked gas while online or calling, maximum time it was sold to some other person in black. When i spoke with my hooker he started misbehaving with me by saying that he will sell my booked gas go and do my complaint in office no one will going to do anything and it is true. The manager of gas agency directly said that he can't do like this. I had complained many time their but no action could be taken by any of them and the manager was not ready to share the employee id of his and the hooker. I have the call recordings of conversation between me and gas agency's manager. Kindly take a strict action on hooker and terminate this type of hooker from the gas agency.

            Dear government kindly take hard action against them... They were cheating customers by giving wrong consumer number and this is first mistake then they wont deleiver the cylinder right on time, yes as per their promise my refilled cylinder should supposed to delivered yesterday itself but till now i haven't got any single information from them, if i try to contact them the given number either be wrong or always unreachable the both numbers, they why they given numbers to customers just to fool indian government and its citizen, please bash them, this is the second mistake... Third one is not digestible at all yes they were also the one of roots behind black money, yeah they were charging (Deleivery guy) bill+40rs for each cylinder from consumer, if we ask deleivery guy he is saying your distributor only ask us to collect as a salary it's my salary so u have to give, if we started speaking rules and ask them a bill for 40, they shout at them and all our neighbour started looking at us... Uffss the money rippers... Please take severe action against them

              My mobile number is registered to some other consumer number than my consumer number. Through ivrs number i booked cylinder but it got bookings to some other consumer number unknowingly and i paid through online payment also and after 5days i inquired the gas agency about this they said we are not able to trace the consumer number which i booked and paid and they said i gave this mobile number for that consumer number but i have not got any gas connection before and i have not gave my number to anybody also because am using this mobile number for the past ten years here my fault is not there and they linked my mobile number to some other person belongs to indane gas agency, and the consumer number which i paid is cx16388118 and booking ref no:[protected] and bill invoice
              No:[protected] and payment ref
              No:[protected] for your reference. Please help me to get the amount i paid online of rs.748/-
              I already raised complaint one month before on 9th january 2020 and my amount is not yet refunded and don't know the status of that complaint and again am raising complaint please take action to refund my amount. Kindly do the needful.

                Sir my name is paul. I recieved lpg subsidy till december 2019. When i refilled the cylinder in february 2020 ie on 13.02.2020, the subsidy amount not credited in my sbi account and says that adhar linking status is inactivea/c no protected..4708. Sbi vaduvanchal ifsc code sbin0011922. My adhaar linked with bank. My adhaar no (Protected).
                Sir pls check the issue and make the adhar linking status active again.

                  Hello team,
                  I have tried to book refill cylinder on 28th september, 2019. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but transaction failed. Website display the error message due to some technical reason. I have filed online complaint (Complaint no: 1-[protected]) and i got reply as dear consumer, regretted for the inconvenience. Advised the distributor to look into the matter.
                  I have contacted the distributor - m/s city gas service, beltola, guwahati, assam but no positive reply i got from them. I again filed a online complaint (Complaint no: 1-[protected]) and i got reply dear consumer, regretted for the inconvenience. As reported by the distributor your issue is resolved, i contacted distributor again but they are clueless.

                  Kindly help me to sort it out this, its been pending for quite some time.

                    I have raised a request to fill my cylinder on 19.02.2020. And i am waiting for the cylinder to deliver.

                    Suddenly i was surprised to receive a message that the cylinder has been delivered on 21.02.2020, even since i have not received any cylinder till date. This was repeated in my case for the second time.

                    Last month the same thing happened and i have contacted the delivery boy regarding the issue. He informed that he had delivered our cylinder to someone else who are in need and requested to deliver us within short time.

                    The same thing is being continued every month nd it should be put to a end.

                    Hope you understand and resolve the issue.

                      This to inform you that i am the customer of rv enterprises gas agency, patna (Indane gas). My consumer id is [protected]. When ever i booked cylinder from them. Every time i received 2 to 3 kg less in weight yesterday[protected].. My cylinder has delivered at my home with having 4 kg less weight.. I was not at home that time, only my grandmother were at home she collected the cylinder and also she argue with him regarding the less weight.. But the cylinder delivery person said 'every thing is ok. Please take action

                        There is no paytm service at 9 pm. On enquiry the manager told me the person who are appointed for filling petrol are illiterate and they don't have knowledge in paytm usage. And more over he told me there is no complaint book available with him due to the concern person kept under his control. For making complaint he told me to come tomorrow only. He rashedly told me either to take petrol or leave the place immediately. He added what ever you want you do.., we know how to manage the official, it's very normal thing only.
                        This is the behaviour and service at m s annapoorna agencies, nh5, vizag.

                          I am to inform you that i have not been receiving the lpg subsidy in respect of consumer number 5070 in respect of parvesh kumar. My gas agency is bedi indane, north east delhi, delhi-110053 for the last 2-3 months i. E. For december, 2019 and january, 2020.

                          I shall be grateful to you, if you could kindly look into the matter and arrange to release the lpg subsidy for the months of december, 2019 and january, 2020 at the earliest.

                                Company never called me..Delivery boy came to home at 7.30pm and told my invoice was missed that's why this much delay and he asked delivery charge but we never gave ..Missing invoice is not a reason delay ...That's there responsibility to prepare another one and made it delivery faster ...It's normal culture going on india that if a home did not want to give any tips to delivery boy then they make a delay to delivery their next refill...

                                  My indane gas consumer no. Is 28166. I booked a refill on 05.01.2020 and the booking got cancelled in few days. I again booking a refill and that also got cancelled. I once again booked a refill on 07.02.2020 with booking no. 737327 and this cash memo was also generated but again the booking got cancelled. I tried to call aroop enterprise that is our local booking indane gas agency and they are not receiving calls through phone. I am so frustrated and worried because it's about to be almost 2 months now and my existing cylinder will get finished any day now but i haven't received a refill yet. I have again booked a cylinder but this is the fourth time that i have booked (Booking no. Is 741903) and i have no idea what to do if this also gets cancelled. Please look into this matter and help me to get the refill asap.

                                    I would like to state two issues.
                                    First, i have booked my indane lpg on 22/01/2020 and made the concern amount of rs.734 as mentioned through online. Due to sudden increase in the lpg price which is after my booking date and my payment. The delivery boy insisted to pay the difference of amount increased.
                                    What if the price have dropped, will the delivery boy or the indane gas agency returns...

                                    I booked a refill on 5th feb and i received sms that an invoice[protected] dated 10th feb for rs.734/- has been prepared and the cylinder is on the way for delivery. To my surprise today 12th feb the delivery boy came with the cylinder and gave me
                                    An invoice no.[protected] dated 12 th feb for rs.881/- and said the price has been revised today. When contacted the distributor, they said that the invoices have been prepared by the ioc and not by them and i have to pay the revised amt. Though i paid the revised amount, i feel that it was not fair to pay an excess of rs.147/-for no fault of mine for revising the invoice and hence i request you to look into the fairness of this and arrange to return the excess amount. Though the money is not important here but the fairness. Will they do the same if the price is reduced after invoicing the same.in this connection i wrote a letter to ioc on 12 th itself and they said necessary action will be taken. Their reference number is[protected] dated 13th feb. As i did not get any action result i am writing this letter.

                                      Consumer i'd cx-6114122 is booked on 5.2.2020 and delivered on 16.2.2020 on complaint.
                                      On delivery booking was changed previous cash memory of 779 rupees was showing and it's new with more than 900.
                                      It's really disappointing to have such a trouble and paying high.
                                      Agency is not receiving phone and delivery boy is saying your booking was cancelled and i booked with new with higher rates.
                                      Is consumer are there to be cheated openly, it's not first time. But this time really disappointed.
