    Mannachanallur iob manager activity is very rude to customer. It is not a right way to ask the loan payment. Please take the action immediately. Otherwise more flurstuation makes arrogant management..
    Every customer, he handle very rude... I already lot of times warned him. But he shown the manager head-weight.
    Some customers has very shame in group of others.. This will be make a self murder

    Kindly block the Debit card immediately as transactions are being made without her knowledge

        Iob has debited 177*12=4602 within 10 minutes i have to know what is the reason.. whe i go to my branch and ask to the manager he ia not responding well.. he is avaoiding me.. biggest fraud bank.. same issue happens to my father also whi has account in this stupid bank..

            I have tried to withdraw a money from IDBI bank ATM in kandanchavadi, Chennai.

            But Transaction is failed due to network connection issue with IOB bank server.
            But money 400/- is deducted from my savings bank account.

            Please resolve the issue and revert back my money. It's emergency.

                I went to deposit cash for transfer to another branch of iob, but the staff sitting in the cash counter taking too much time almost 15-20 minutes for counting, keying into the system. When i asked why the delay and he was telling the system is not functioning properly. The same reply i have been hearing from this branch for the past six months.

                I also found only 2 or 3 customers in that branch. The staff are not responding properly. They are avoiding to give mail id for lodging complaint.

                I suggest to close this branch and merely waste of salary paying to them.

                  Bank staff with manager started loot to customer,
                  On 3rd march 2020 around 12 pm, i was trying to withdraw money 4k from iob atm, due to some technical problem with machine, not able to withdraw money from machine but got deducted money from my account, i had reported on that time, because ios bank on same floor where is atm (Iob) machine installed, i wrote application regarding facing issue, after that bank employee told me, after the verification they will revert back, generally should be like that, but it was not happened, they verify through cctv and find machine have problem, after that they called me to follow long procedure take form from court and submit to bank as physically, first of i am stay in bangalore, even they knew very well, how would be possible for me to submit form in bank, even they won't tell me that time i was submitted application, bank employee intention was fraud money with loyal customer, they know people will never come to kolkata for 4k, that's reason they given me that kind of term and condition.

I made few transactions in the month of february 2020 which got canceled because of some error appearing while using atm card but at the same time the money from my account got deducted and has not been recovered yet.                       Today in shopping my amount 349 twice debited, but never got slip in shop. Then after 10mts 349 credited but another amount 349 not credited. Plz recredit my amount as soon as poosible. So plz find the detalis immediately and plz do take action. Ysally if debited unknowgly amount will recredit but this not yet credited.                           Sir,

                          I am having locker no. K-13 at your east mada street, mylapore branch. Today i personally visited the branch to enquire whether locker rent has been automatically deducted by system from my sb a/c no.0091.01.201080.

                          They coolly blamed it on the poor system, saying it has not debited inspite of my account having sufficient balance in october, even till today.

                          They immly opened the system and executed the tran manually and it deducted, the officer says, for 2 and a half years.

                          They could not give break up of amount deducted. My phone no.[protected] has been registered in the locker module.

                          Normally all branches execute the locker rent batch in the first week of october itself. The officer in charge conveniently said that she is not in charge of locker but he/she is only helping me.

                          I request you to instruct your computer dept. Section in charge of locker software, to advise me the break up of the amount deducted. They said the sys has deducted an amount of rs.960 and an amount of rs.5614. Whether any penalty has been charged, if so arrange to refund to my above account, as it is not my fault. If i had approached the branch after 5 years what would be the scenario.

                          Kindly please do not avoid to reply to this complaint and that branch can allot an officer from ro and find out how many such cases are pending.

                            On 31.12.2019 i deposited the amount rs.3500 (Three thousand five hundred only) through cdma machine at collector office branch dindigul-624002. Tamilnadu. The deposited amount rs.3500 was credited in my account but within few hours rs.3500 (Three thousand five hundred only) was debited from my account from the bank transaction id[protected]. I have contact the branch many time but they not eager to solve this issue whenever i asked them they simply reply "we sent a mail wait for some time". I also submit a compliant in indian overseas bank customer service they said contact your branch. Again i contact the branch as usual they said we sent a mail to our head office and wait for some time. Banks are busy only to debit charges from customers. If the bank repay the amount with interest? Or does the bank leave the amount for this same duration if they credit wrongly in my account? Kindly request to resolve the issue and refund.

                                  My sb account number [protected] belonging to your salem fairlands branch. Name of matheswaran. Since last 2 years atm card had been working and complaint with your concerned staff several times in person, but not rectify when during this period almost 500or more in account balance. After few months again approach branch to know the status, there's no balance. They told inaperative charges debit, so no balance. Then again remitted 3600 rupees remitted in this account and daily and weekly thrice approach branch for again a new card every time staff told tomorrow, day after tomorrow, here is no sufficient staffs as. But recently i didn't go bank as last 3months due to my work. Now i installed iob passbook app and search comes 0 balance. I shocked and i never met, (May be any one bank) won't do like this. What happened my amount 4000 some things.. I need it back, never problems solved by you but pay the penalty from myself. This is too much of fraudulent activities.

                                    I am the customer of iob kumaran kundram branch. Today morning (10th jan'2020) i went to the branch at 10:30 am to operate my locker. The staff asked me to wait for 2 minutes since she was attending a customer and the branch manager was also with her. I waited for twenty minutes and the staff didn't even bother to attend me and she started doing other work. She also started attending to other customers who came after me.

                                    The manger who was outside the cabin asked me "are waiting to operate the locker". I told her the whole story. After that the staff person attended me. While i was checking something important inside the locker someone switched off the light and fan from outside. I was bit stunned. I was forced to come out of the locker room to find out what has happened. I hope the bank staff and the branch manager knows the importance of the locker. What could have happened if i would have left something on the floor in the locker room (Dark room). Will the bank take the responsibility???

                                    After completing the work i came out of the bank premises (After signing). I noticed some thing was missing. It was my house key. It has fallen from my pocket when i got up from the floor after light was switched off. What could have happened if some thing important would have fallen???. It forced me to go into the branch and i took permission from the staff to take my keys. It was there. The branch manager came out the cabin in a hurried manner and asked me why are getting into the locker room with out permission? I told her that my house key is missing and i clearly told her that i have taken the permission from the staff to check inside the locker room.

                                    When a manager can come out of her cabin to find out that any one getting into the protected area without permission, can she not attend a customer who is standing there to operate a locker. I repeat the permission was taken by me and the staff allowed.

                                    This branch has blue board which has the sayings of mahatma gandhi particularly the second point (He is not an interruption to the work and he is the purpose of it).

                                    I hope i have expressed my feelings. If the higher authorities want to hear the customer's grievance, please help a customer. If this is not a big matter for iob then this can be thrown into the bin. If a person under the clerical cadre does a mistake, the manager should be made known. If a manager ill treats a customer to whom the customer has to say?

                                    I conclude that i never had problems with the previous managers.

                                    I can conclude from this the bank doesn't care for the customers complaints. Even today when I went to the bank The cashier was so slow in receiving and giving cash. I saw a lot of senior citizens standing and the cashier did not even bother about the difficulties of the people standing. I wanted to update my RD pass book and I gave it a lady staff to update. It was just one manual entry. By mistake I gave another banks pass book, very rudely she said " this is not IOB's passbook". This was said in tamil. I am wondering whether this bank need customers. Among the IOB's, only this branch has the blue board painted in white about the sayings of Mahatma Gandhi.

                                    Both the ATM machines kept in the bank were not functioning. This problem occurs frequently. Already there is a big que in the bank for depositing and withdrawing. The purpose of ATM machine is to ease the work of the customer. I feel the bank employees are enjoying by staying in an air conditioned place and not bothered whether the customers are leaving the bank premises happily. The Branch Manager needs to look into these matters.

                                      I went to indian bank atm in bhimavaram shri Vishnu engineering college for women.i kept my card in the atm machine, i entered my pincode and the amount of 7500, while processing suddenly power cut. later on I have waited till the power is turned on, then I receieved a message that I have debited 7500, but I didn't receive any money from the atm machine..then I went to ask nearby bank manager he said me to give a complaint to your respective bank..

                                      desirable resolution : I want my money 7500 which has be debited to be refund to my bank account
                                      Indian Overseas Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Hi myself Vicky raj son Dileep kumar amount deducted from my father account when i try to withdraw 5000 from atm machine but amount not received from atm and its deducted from my father account 9/1/2020.I have also attached statement of my father account i want my money back.
