I have made a transaction of 4000 to my paytm wallet from iob debit card after few minutes i retuned amont of 4000 from paytm wallet to bank. The money has deducted from wallet but not reflecting in my account. As said by paytm they have already tranffered it. The reference no is 74766518117816821511812 please help... Me and refund my money. Please...

    On date 27/04/2018 i have transferred rs 4000 to my paytm wallet using iob debit card after few minutes i returned the money to my bank account amont has deducted from paytm wallet but not refleting in iob accont. I have made a complaint in paytm they said they have already tranferd it to account and gave a refrence no (74766518117816821511812). Please look into this matter and please refund my money as soon as possible

      Good afternoon, I Sukanta Kumar Sahoo, Pipili, Puri, Odisha had open a SB account of my mother in IOB, Gudia Pokhari, Siula under Puri district, Mater is that, a subsidy amount of SBA (Latrine) Rs.12000/- already credited to my mothers account but the BM refused to her with very critical language

      I Sri Sukanta Kuamar Sahoo have opened a SB account of my mother in IOB-Gudia Pokhari-Siula, Pipili, Puri, odisha . Mater is that a subsidy amount credited to my mothers SB accounts from Govt. account under Swachha Bharat Aviyan (SBA) scheme Rs.12000/- . But when we have gone to bank for withdrawn with my mother the branch manager asked various illogical questions to my mother which was unable to replied for her due to she is a typical village lady and fully unknown about the bank . after personal interview the manger directly refused to give cash with very hard language and showing mad and suggest me give me a medical report other wise i will not release your subsidy . According to the instruction today on 17.05.2018 again i had visited to the bank with medical report but again refused us and did not receive the medical report . Hence i request please take necessary action against the Branch manager and release my subsidy

        On 6/5/2018 I had transferd amount of Rs 1500 through the iob debit card to paytm. In a short time i have returned money from paytm to iob bank. The amount is debitd from paytm wallet. Till now I didn't get the refunded amount in my bank account. I Made a complain to paytm and they told me they refunded it successfully to my bank. They gave a f Ref No: ( 74766518126817271296481 ) as a proof.
        Please refund the amount as soon as possible The customer care is not respond gor this problem. Please refund the money in my account immediately

        Sir, 6th may month 2018 i had 1500rs to paytm wallet from iob bank then few seconds 1500rs return to bank acc . Then money is deducted from paytm wallet but not reflect in my bank account . paytm has already refunded to my bank on 2018/05/06 paytm has send proof reference no :[protected] I have checked again and found that paytm has already refunded to my bank acc but iam not received my money. my iob bank acc no [protected]

            If you've ATM Card, kindly visit any IOB ATM and Insert the card, Enter Pin number, Select "Other Services" Option, Select "Mobile Banking Registration" and register in. ATM itself. You'll receive the MPIN in 24-48 hours.

              poor faculty

              Iob saidapet branch is the worst bank branch i have ever seen. The faculty working in the cash deposit counter, is not at all responding well and they are working dead slow, speaking and wasting our time. All the customers get irritated by their slow work. They did not even try to do this jobs fastly. Kindly make all the measures to make the customers feel more convenient....

                      I had made recharge on my phone through paytm. But the transaction was failed. So the paytm wallet money was refunded there only but the money which is deducted from my account still not refunded yet. And the transaction is done on 25th april, accordingly bank takes about 7-14 days to transact but its almost 20 days. And the money is still not added to my account.

                          My wife holds an sb account in your kollam main branch. On 10th may, 2018, we went to the bank to avail ourselves of gold loan. We preferred to have the loan from your bank because your interest rates are lower than in other banks.

                          The officers in kollam main branch told us that the appraiser was suffering from jaundice and that so they were unable to process our loan request. They, however, referred us to your branches either in tangasseri or in kilikolloor to avail ourselves of the loan. We preferred to go to tangasseri because it was nearer than kilikolloor.

                          When my wife entered your branch in tangasseri [i remained in my car because there was scant parking facility] with the request for gold loan, the response by the first girl there (Officer? Or clerk?) was, "how come your bank (Kollam branch) refer you to us (Tangasseri branch) without first ascertaining our convenience?"

                          When my wife approached the second girl (Officer? Or clerk?) who was the person per se responsible for sanctioning the gold loan, she behaved in a very blunt and rude manner. She observed that the balance amount available in my wife's account was only rs. 1401.89, and so the gold loan cannot be sanctioned.

                          The first girl then remarked to her (The second girl) that since the account already had rs. 1401.89, the loan may be sanctioned. But the second girl was adamant and still refused.

                          Is it your bank's policy to sanction gold loan only if your customer already has large sums of money in her bank account? I am sorry to say, if the customer already has a big bank balance, then she need not seek gold loan from you.

                          Again, is it your policy that your main branch should first seek permission from its subordinate branches before referring customers to it for availing themselves of some service?

                            I'm balasumbramanyam from kuppam andhra pradesh, i have deposited amount rs.173000 to cement dealership company on[protected] timings 13:55:30 at indian overseas bank kuppam branch and i have received acknowledge slip from cashier and i left for the day and after 3 days bank manager (Rajashekar) & 4 peoples are visited to my home at 9pm saying that you have not given 50, 000 rupees while depositing the money and talked rudely to me with my family members and after 2 days he has put my photo with saying that cheating this customer with banks to all public whatsapp groups with bank cctv footage.

                            Note: if customer missing 500/100 rupees note accepted, how come 50, 000 rupees missing and cashier giving acknowledge slip to me.?? This is how cheating with customers from iob bank.

                            How come bank manger to release cctv footage and putting my photos and saying cheating customer to public whatsapp group.?? Who gave him to do this.? He has to go police station and take action that is the way to do if customer is wrong.

                            I have attached here with he has released unwanted photos, cctv footage & bad remarks on me.

                                  I mohamed yazir (Id:[protected] have account on iob patemanagaram branch (3708)-tuticorin dist., on 21st february 18, i withdraw rs 10, 000/- from sbi - srivaikuntam branch atm but its double entered i. E. Rs 10, 000/- twice and total amount of rs 20, 000/- is deducted from my account, till date no response from sbi even my iob branch manager too complained about it to sbi-srivaikuntam branch, no response from both banks. I request for refund of extra deducted amount.

                                      My name is john praneeth and i hold an account in iob bank, saifabad branch, hyderabad.
                                      A month ago, i wrote a letter requesting for a cheque book and i submitted to an employee named umesh.

                                      15 days later, i took a leave from my office and i went to collect the cheque book, the person named umesh says that no letter has been submitted for the request of chequebook issue and replied harshly. That resulted one wastage of my leave.

                                      i took a step ahead and met bank manager and told the thing that has happened. With the intervene of bank manager, umesh checked for my request letter and he found it, which was very irresponsible for his position. I wrote a complaint letter in written format to the head office and no action had been taken till date.

                                      This was the second incident in our family.
                                      I don’t think umesh has to respond so harsh with each and everyone.
                                      We are 3 members in the family, and we hold three accounts in this bank with pretty huge amount, and we wanted to shift all the amount to different bank, but manager convinced us not to transfer our account.

                                      Please consider this request and take necessary action on the person named umesh.
