I processed ticket on 14/08/17, due to some reason transaction failed and payment deducted from my debit card and still not showing any status for refund, showing as payment failed but actually payment is debited, first day it was showing as payment requested but other day it was showing as payment failed, now from whom to recover money???
Failed transaction id mentioned below:-
1) [protected] - showing status as payment refunded and transferred to paytmag but i have done payment through debit card, refund amount of 692 not credited
2) [protected], [protected], from these other two transactions payment amount of 694 again debited from one of these two transactions, showing status as payment failed but actually payment is debited.
Kindly guide me how to recover my money from irctc
