Quality of food is not good in 12270 duranto exp nzm to mas. Please focus on it. And only 2 ltr water is being provided for individual for nzm to mas journey (27 hrs journey approximately) that is not sufficient. As per medical advise individual is suppose to consume min 4 ltr water in one day and this journey is more than that. Individual is already paying catering money throughout journey. So please my suggestion is to provide atleast 4...

In this train fan was not working at my seat and not working toilet electricity and one toilet was closed inside

I have booked two berths on duronto express from secunderabad to visakhapatnam for 14/08/17 (Date of booking 4/08/17) when availability shown was 250 berths. Still we were allotted upper and middle berths. I again tried on 9/08/17 for a lower birth for my wife giving the option of atleast one lower birth. My journey tickets railway pnr no [protected] for train no 22954 and pnr no [protected] for train no 22960 were automatically cancelled after i opened the cancellation window for enquiring about the refund amount only. I, in no manner, accidental or otherwise, pressed the confirmation button which leads to the cancellation of the ticket.

Kindly initiate the refund of the cancelled amount as i had not initiated the cancellation...

This is worst site i ever seen. I gonna to create account of irctc for online ticket booking but while creating it on my smartphone i have filled all detail accurately then also it is shamelessly taking me anywhere in page. For eg cursor goes to email id box stays there even though there is no problem. Sometime it goes to name box and stays there. Very case sensitive form there should be simplicity but here is difficulty.in this online world...

And shriram insurance company send me pa certificates massage and links to add nomination today at 2 pm and no any pa certificates intimated earlier ie. Before journey.

Train no. 12780 boarding from pune, this train which was supposed to arrive at 16:35 today has still not arrived, it is already 1hrs 45mis delayed and every 40mins the time is again delaying 40mins, we have to travels to hubli and supposed to reach by 7:00am tomorrow, i am sure because of the delay tomorrow's my important work will get vanished, we don't have option to cancel also as we don get refund if we have booked in tatkal, this pathetic,...

Sir, i was travelling in train number 12810 a2 26 on 6 aug-10.00 p. M and reached on 7 aug -5.00am, sir my wallet is been stolen which had 1200 approx rupees, debit card, driving license, pan card and other essential, plz look in the matter!

When i was booked my ticket on that time pnr status is w/l 28 but today its confirmed to rac/s4/55.

Yes, so i booked a bed in the AC Dormitory at cst station from 5th August to 6th August. Pnr [protected].
1. The washrooms in the dormitory need serious plumbing, the taps were either not working, or they were leaky, and the faucets were the same, also the toilets were serious unclean.
2. We weren't provided with a fresh blanket, bedsheet and pillow cover till asking for it for like 10 times again and again. Plus I had to tuck...

My pnr no. [protected]. My train no. Is 13022. My birth is s1, seat no. 3. Journey date is 05/08/2017.
All railway station, product is selling more than mrp. Ex - water bottle's price is 20/- while its mrp is 15/-. And lassi, buscuits, chocolate etc.
In this train toilet is dirty. And it is smelling. But no one care about it. Inly fare and ticket is caring....

Upper berth allocated to female senior citizen - this is very strange and scary that even there are 39 seats available under 3a quote for train no. 17037 on aug. 16 from secunderbad to jodhpur - such a long journey and upper berth... Pls. This needs to be correct. Earlier i booked for aug 15 and upper berth was issued. I cancelled and booked again on aug. 16 - again upper berth - this is not done... How tickets are issued... I dont understand....

Error details you are permitted only 2 tatkal tickets between 10:00 am to 12:00 pm per ip address. I have not booked a single ticket till to date in this month. From the last 5 days i am getting similar response. Is the railways board determined to serve the agents or common citizen of india.
