This is to inform you that i have cancelled my ticket on 20.08.17 against pnr no - [protected] and cancelleation id no [protected]. Till date there was no refund amount recdited to my account but when i checked the refund status in irctc web site it shows the amount credited to my account. I was repeatedly trying to contact with the irctc executives but the phone line byst 24 hours.

    Respected sir/madam,
    I had reserved my seat in train number 16581 two months ago with the pnr no.- [protected]. There was no message or notification stating that the starting of the train is changed from sbc (Bangalore city) to ysr (Yeshwantpur). It is highly regrettable that the organisation which has been known for their service has put the passengers at such scenario where in we had to helplessly accept the fate disregard of the fact that we have planned our journey so long before. This made me go through a hell of time as i had to wait for alternative ways to travel till 1:30 am in the night. It is not at all acceptable. And i demand you respectfully that you reimburse the difference in the amount that i paid for the alternative travel arrangement. Please find the uploaded photo which proves my claim.

      I am coordinate with the customer care on 2nd of aug to till date but they are not supporting to me. And my irctc request no 6410978. I have booked ticket online from the guwahati to delhi but that has not confirmed and the we have got refund. But this is to notify you that again my refund amount reverse to your account.

      I hope you will be understand my situation, i am sending this mail form the 2nd of august and we are playing game on mai, please resolve the issue.

      Summary of the case:

      (1) ticket booked on 29 july’2017 for the 30th july but ticket not confirm and automatically ticket has been cancelled.
      (2) refund amount received in my account but again my refund amount reverse to irctc account.
      (3) now i’m sending mail for the same on 2nd of august but did not receive any positive response from the irctc.
      (4) already pnr no. Provided to the irctc lots of time.
      (5) my credit card statement provided (Screen shot) on e-mail.

      Now please let me know that is sufficient for the same???

        On 29 july i booked a train e-ticket through irctc website for 30th july, train no. 14257 (K v express) from hri to ndls, transaction id is [protected] and refund id is [protected], staus showing refunded but i haven't received any amount in my account.
        I am requesting you to kindly consider my request and refund my money as soon as possible.

          I had booked the boarding ticket (Pnr [protected]) through irctc in tatkal kota from delhi (Dli) to ahmedabad jn (Adi) for ashram express. At the time of booking it was in waiting and got confirm afterwards but i didn't received any conformation msg from neither from indian railways nor irctc till the train departure time. After 2 hours of train departure i received an sms that my ticket got confirmed, but till than the train was departed from the boarding station. So i could not able to borad the train.

          Because of this i was neither able to travel my journey nor i got my refund back.
          Please tell me who is responsible the inconvenience of mine and loss of money.
          I am feeling to be cheated and i need my money back.

            Kindly help in getting refund my amount of rs.2971/- & 2780 /- at the earliest.
            I am not able to find the refund status anywhere for 2971/-.
            Kindly find the attached screenshots which clearly show the amount deduction of 2971/- thrice.               I am not getting my refund of my cancelled ticket of 16aug jorhat to guwahati journey of coach 15606 of pnr [protected].. It was cost 235.. But i was not able to get confirmed the ticket after chart preparation.. So it was automatically cancelled.. After that i got a msg from irctc that i will get only 175rs from them as refund.. Why they are deducting that amount though i had not cancelled the ticket?? And till today i have not received any amount..

                Between banaswadi and hossor reported many incidents regarding somebody's throwing big stones inside the compartment in every train pases.

                Lucky baby were sitting near to the window seat and escaped narrowly.

                Tte knew this issue but he didn't complain. I said to him on 22aug2017 call and registered complaint.
                He registered complaint.

                Kindly do the action against this before anyone got injured asap

                    On 19 aug i booked a train e-ticket through irctc website. Train no. 22209 ndls duronto exp 3rd ac, but after transition it showed a message "unable to perform transition and you money will be refund". And now it's showing money refunded, but i didn't received any money in my account.

                      Some one went to to toilet inside the compartment of train no.12805. The coach number d5 near around the seat no.27to 29. No body was alloted to clean the # and no one was bother about that, i talk to ticket collector he said no on board cleaners for this train. Look into this issue and take immediate action arrange some cleaners in future such incidents happen.

                        I had 3 failed transactions on tatkal booking with money getting debited and ticket not booked (Txn ids:[protected], [protected], [protected]). The attempts were made on 10th and 14th august. Payment status in my irctc login failed transaction showing as "payment settled". No money has been credited back till today.

                            I've booked a ticket online from the website "https://www.irctc.co.in". When i go to railway station to catch the train then i get to know that my train is cancelled.
                            Booking details are as follows:-

                            They had not even messaged/emailed me that my train is cancelled. My train time was 11.45 pm. There is no way to go to jaipur after from balotra. If they inform me earlier then i could find another way to go to jaipur.
                            Because of the website's careless behavior, i cannot attend my office next day. My office deducted my salary for that day as well as they are going to deduct total 4 days salary (13 aug to 16 aug) because there is 3 days holiday from 13 aug to 15 aug. And they had already informed us that 4 days leave will be counted if any employee will not come on 12 aug or 16 aug.

                            So i want compensation from the website for deduction of my salary as well as cancellation of the train and also for harassments which i'd to bear on the mid night beacause of train cancellation.

                                  I tried to reserve railway ticket for 4 members through irctc (From madurai to chennai egmore, date of journey 26-aug-2017) on 12-aug-2017.in that, money was debited from my account (Rs.720) (Accno:[protected] through transaction id:[protected], but ticket was not generated. So i kindly request you to look into that matter and take necessary action to refund my amount

                                      I had booked veg biryani through order no.[protected] from irctc. But was delivered egg fried rice. My wife had litrelally to remain starved. The train had already left the station after that we opened the packet. I tried your helpless-line number 1323 of irctc, as the name they were helpless in helping or solving the problem. The guy at helpline said when he tried to contact the vendor, he said the vendor (Vasantham caterers) is not picking the phone and as per irctc policy they are not suppose to give the phone/mobile number of the vendor to the customer. What solution your helpline provided was that you can complain with in 15 days about the lack of service provided by the vendor (Sic). What is the use of complaining when the purpose of complaint has no value after 1 hour also.

                                        Train is late more than 3 hour and passenter not traveled, also filled tdr but still amoutn not refunded

                                        It is become now 4 months passed but still not refunded, please i request irctc to refund the ammount
