I am not getting my refund of my cancelled ticket of 16aug jorhat to guwahati journey of coach 15606 of pnr [protected].. It was cost 235.. But i was not able to get confirmed the ticket after chart preparation.. So it was automatically cancelled.. After that i got a msg from irctc that i will get only 175rs from them as refund.. Why they are deducting that amount though i had not cancelled the ticket?? And till today i have not received any amount..

    Between banaswadi and hossor reported many incidents regarding somebody's throwing big stones inside the compartment in every train pases.

    Lucky baby were sitting near to the window seat and escaped narrowly.

    Tte knew this issue but he didn't complain. I said to him on 22aug2017 call and registered complaint.
    He registered complaint.

    Kindly do the action against this before anyone got injured asap

        I kartik bairwa writing this to inform you that i haven't received any refund for transition failed
        Transition date : 19 august 2017

        On 19 aug i booked a train e-ticket through irctc website. Train no. 22209 ndls duronto exp 3rd ac, but after transition it showed a message "unable to perform transition and you money will be refund". And now it's showing money refunded, but i didn't received any money in my account.
        I am requesting you to kindly consider my request and refund my money as soon as possible as it's matter of trust and faith on your policies.

          Some one went to to toilet inside the compartment of train no.12805. The coach number d5 near around the seat no.27to 29. No body was alloted to clean the # and no one was bother about that, i talk to ticket collector he said no on board cleaners for this train. Look into this issue and take immediate action arrange some cleaners in future such incidents happen.

            I had 3 failed transactions on tatkal booking with money getting debited and ticket not booked (Txn ids:[protected], [protected], [protected]). The attempts were made on 10th and 14th august. Payment status in my irctc login failed transaction showing as "payment settled". No money has been credited back till today.

                Hi,

                I've booked a ticket online from the website "https://www.irctc.co.in". When i go to railway station to catch the train then i get to know that my train is cancelled.
                Booking details are as follows:-

                Date of journey:15-aug-2017
                Date of boarding:15-aug-2017 class: third ac (3a)

                To:jaipur (Jp)

                Date of cancellation:17-aug-2017 13:04:57 hrs
                Ticket type: e-ticket

                They had not even messaged/emailed me that my train is cancelled. My train time was 11.45 pm. There is no way to go to jaipur after from balotra. If they inform me earlier then i could find another way to go to jaipur.
                Because of the website's careless behavior, i cannot attend my office next day. My office deducted my salary for that day as well as they are going to deduct total 4 days salary (13 aug to 16 aug) because there is 3 days holiday from 13 aug to 15 aug. And they had already informed us that 4 days leave will be counted if any employee will not come on 12 aug or 16 aug.

                So i want compensation from the website for deduction of my salary as well as cancellation of the train and also for harassments which i'd to bear on the mid night beacause of train cancellation.

                      I tried to reserve railway ticket for 4 members through irctc (From madurai to chennai egmore, date of journey 26-aug-2017) on 12-aug-2017.in that, money was debited from my account (Rs.720) (Accno:[protected] through transaction id:[protected], but ticket was not generated.                           I had booked veg biryani through order no.[protected] from irctc. But was delivered egg fried rice. My wife had litrelally to remain starved. The train had already left the station after that we opened the packet. I tried your helpless-line number 1323 of irctc, as the name they were helpless in helping or solving the problem. The guy at helpline said when he tried to contact the vendor, he said the vendor (Vasantham caterers) is not picking the phone and as per irctc policy they are not suppose to give the phone/mobile number of the vendor to the customer. What solution your helpline provided was that you can complain with in 15 days about the lack of service provided by the vendor (Sic). What is the use of complaining when the purpose of complaint has no value after 1 hour also.

                              I have booked a ticket on the irctc portal on 13/08/2017 from vadodara to kottayam in sleeper class for my journey on 20/08/2017. I got a waitlisted ticket for that.
                              On 20/08/2017, when the chart was prepared my waiting list was not cleared and i was unable to travel with that ticket as it got automatically cancelled by irctc, on account of their waitlist policy.

                              My complaint is that i am not wilfully cancelling my travel, and irctc according to their policy has automatically cancelled the ticket, that cancellation action done is totally not with my concern. And also the irctc site did not provide me any vikalp option for my ticket booked. Now they have deducted 60rs from me as cancellation charge for untraveled and unwillfully cancelled ticket, which i believe should not be charged from the customer for what is my fault if railway as no ability to provide enough seating to all its passenger. If so they should remove the wait list option. Otherwise accommodate every passenger who is willing to travel but has a waitlist/rac ticket with him, by adding 1 or 2 extra coaches.

                                  I am in receipt of an e-mail dated[protected] mentioning that they have refunded the full amount on account of a failed transaction to my bank on 15/08/2017 with mention of a settlement id as [protected]. The details being recorded from my side being:

                                  I would like to say that i have not received any refund amount from irctc till now.                                   Will you please resolve the issue forthwith? The matter may be immediately investigated and i may be informed of the status over my registered mobile.

                                    I have booked the train for my exam which was going to be held after three hours of reaching of the train at its destination. But the railways are so dumb or irresponsible the train has reached at its destination before half an hour of my exam time which makes me impossible to reach to my exam place on time. Due to which i did n't attempt my exam which was crucial for me. I suggest all my freinds not to book any of the trains on their exam dates rather do take other modes of transportation. Railways are just wastage of time.

                                      I have partially cancelled my tickets on 30 jul.

                                      Total amount 2620 is to be payable by irctc.

                                      I see status is showing refunded, but i haven't got my payment back.

                                      Please have a look into this.

                                      But NTES was showing train has been arrived LJN at 9:45am
                                      Why this fake update required?
                                      SUBJECT- Sir i am a older custmer of indian railways . and my id is also to ols . i want to add my email id with my irctc id . some time i miss my ticket during travel so iwant to add my id with irctc.

                                        I had booked kolkata rajdhani ticket from new delhi to howrah on 19th, august. The booking was made on 17th august, my money for the ticket got deducted but my ticket did not get booked. Please look into the matter and refund my money back. The amount is rs 1623.77.

                                        Waiting for corrective action to be taken asap.

                                        These people are charging 88 rs. for a veg meal against rs. 50 as indicated in your website. I am now in train no. 16345 netravati express. From LTT to TVC.
