    I had cancelled the ticket on 11.08.2017. And amount of 385 has to be credited to my account. But after 7 days also it is not done.in the website it is showing refunded and bank name as payumpp. Details as below,,

      I have booked a ticket and paid using my debit card, the payment gateway was paytmag. Then i cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded but i have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.

      Whenever i check my refund status, it shows refunded to bank, but it shows bank name as paytmag and i have received amount till date.
      I booked ticket online though irctc but due to some reasons i canceled this but Still my money is not refunded so pls give

        Hi,

        Please refer the below message from irctc while booking the tickets, the tickets were not booked but amount was debited from my account :

        (An amount of rs 980.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 12-aug-2017 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered.)

        As on date no update on the refund, please guide next course of action

Wrong id i have entered is [protected]@email.com my original correct id is [protected]@gmail.com kindly i apologise for entering wrong email id and support me to change the correct id or change by yourself
          And resend otp code my correct email id

            Dear sir/madam
            My self booked ticked from ghaziabad to bareilly on 19th aug 2017.But at ghaziabad station this train not show the train no .one train is come whose no is 54076 and my booked ticket in 54078 with pnr no [protected] and i have waited there 1 hour but there is no announcement regarding about the train .
            I have present there before 30 min to the train arrival but no train is arrive for that train no.and there is no any announcement regarding the that train no.
            One train had come which no. is 54076 and i talked to that TT he said that this is not that train and there is no coach for 2nd sleeper but i have ticked for S2 19 confrm.Than i talked enquiry centre they said that that is only tarin which goes to bareilly.after that there is no train and in that train there is no difference between sleeper and general coach. than how i travelled to that train.

            Sir please do somthing regarding this.

              I booked tatkal ticket from irctc app. Pnr no. [protected] from nzm to miraj jn, and on 06.08.2017 i cancelled my e ticket

              Cancellation id : [protected]
              After cancellation i got message from irctc refunding amount rs. 855
              But actually amount not credited in my bank account which i used debit card

              Its showing refunded to paytmsdk bank

              Please help to refund my amount as early.

                I have booked a sleeper ticket for delhi in faizabad - delhi exp ie train no 14205 for[protected] and made payment through pnb debit card. Payment have been made but ticket have not produced. My irctct id is showing payment requested. I have been cheated. I made debit card payment in order to get ticket but ticket has not been generated even after successful payment. My ticket booking id is [protected]

                Sir, My 2 transactions got failed on IRCTC on 16/8/17. They are now been shown as REFUND status on IRCTC, but I have not received respective amount in my back account. Could you please look into this issue.

                  I tried to book 2 tatkal tickets date on[protected] though online irctc site. The tickets is form chennai central to coimbatore jn n8 10.10 clock time cheran express. After complete the payment thru my indian bank debid card no[protected], i got the otp my mobile and the payment of 830.00 was debited from in my indian debid card account and 1msg received 830 debited in my accounts. Due to error seats not available. Plz refund my money as early as possible in my debid card.

                    I Rajesh Durge, on 24th July 2017, i booked ticket of Nandigram Exp. With PNR number[protected], With my debit card at Virar railway reservation counter. Due to network problem counter person swiped twice. Rupees 435 /- debited twice... Till today 18th August, it was not refunded or credited to my account. Pls do the needful.                       I have booked train tickets for my parents (Senior sitizens) in tata - yeswantpur (18111) train from visakhapatnam (Vskp) to chitradurga (Cta) journey dated 11.08.17. Train was diverted from vijayawada (Bza) and we didn't get any information on this. Again i have booked from vskp to bza to catch the 18111 train at bza on 18.08.17. For this i have done reservation from vskp to bza and bza to cta. They reached to day at bza and come to know it was diverted. My parents would have to reach last week to attend my daughter birthday. Due to inconvenience caused by irctc they faced lot of problems and mentally disturbed. Irctc con't repay their truble. Even though irctc is responsible for this and give the answer to me and has to pay rs 500000 for their irresponsibility.

                        I had booked tatkal tikets from palghat to bangalore on 17/08/2017. During the first trial i received otp but post that there was some error and the ticket was not booked, however the amount of rs.541 was debitted from the account, which has not yet been refunded. I request you to do the needful immediately.
                        Please find attached the failed transaction history for your reference.

                            I have booked a tatkal railway ticket on 06/07/17 with transaction id's [protected] and [protected]. Both the above payments are failed. But amount had been deducted for one booking of 1345rs from my account. I made payment through upi. Please look into the matter and do the needul. Please initiate the refund either to my bank account or upi account

                              I processed ticket on 14/08/17, due to some reason transaction failed and payment deducted from my debit card and still not showing any status for refund, showing as payment failed but actually payment is debited, first day it was showing as payment requested but other day it was showing as payment failed, now from whom to recover money???

                              Failed transaction id mentioned below:-

                              1) [protected] - showing status as payment refunded and transferred to paytmag but i have done payment through debit card, refund amount of 692 not credited

                              2) [protected], [protected], from these other two transactions payment amount of 694 again debited from one of these two transactions, showing status as payment failed but actually payment is debited.

                              Kindly guide me how to recover my money from irctc

                                I have face one problem though a catering department.
                                He give a water but below normal like hot water.
                                I told him give me a cold water he told me we not give a cold water we give a normal water bcos u have not pay of this water.
                                I have some told.. He have some told but not give me a cold water... So plss give a water facility in train so plss be improve.

                                    This is all i have to say irctc serves which is unbearable to eat as always. And i as a customer know that this will never be looked upon. Well lodging yet a comlain to seek your help sir. Food costing over 90 rs doesn't even seem bearable these days. The smell is so magnificent that you helplessely have to eat roti with the anchaar in packet. I beg as a customer please have a look in the pantry car for a quality or raise the price or serve some day better food.

                                      I was booking a online e-ticket for my wife and daughter but when i entered my user id & password in irctc portal, it show wrong id or password, i repeated 4-5 times but the same result came. Then i opened a new irctc login id by d name of my wife, again i faced the same problem. I wasted my 2 hrs but result was zero. I wrote user id and password in my diary then how it hapoened..?

                                        Sir yesterday (16/08/2017) i have tried to book reservation in tran no 16220 from tirupati to srirangapatnam for 6 persons for 21 sep 2017 for kaveri pushkar celebrations. Amount is deducted from my syndicate bank account but ticket is not generated.
                                        When will i get my amount back in my account and how to reserve for that particular train again
