श्रीमान
सविनय निवेदन यह है कि विगत कुछ वर्षों से मुझे बहुत ही कम पेन्शन मिल रहा है ।
पूर्ण विवरण निम्नांकित है ।
नाम: -- अजय कुमार सिन्हा, स्वैच्छिक सेवा निवृत SSE/Tele/ E C Railway/DNR,
तिथि 31/07/2007. PPO No :-- [protected]

श्रीमान
Sr DPO/East Central Railway/Danapur पत्र संo:--
स्थाo/ सं एवं दूसं / आर टी आई / ए के एस / एस एस ई / टेली /14. दानापुर. 29/9/2015 के अनुसार
मेरा अन्तिम वेतन July 2007 में 16780 + 4600 + 9%(16780 + 4600) = Rs 23310. 00

इस तरह मेरा बेसिक पेन्शन Rs 11660 होगा ।
कम्युटेसन कि रकम निकाल देने के बाद का पेन्शन =
[protected] = Rs[protected]
Aug 07 में DA के साथ कुल पेन्शन Rs 10097.

Dec 2015 में 9050 + 119%11660 = Rs 22922•

January 2016 (6th PC) में मेरा बेसिक पेन्शन होगा: -
2.57 × 11660 = Rs 29966.00
कम्युटेसन कि रकम निकाल देने के बाद
January 2016 का पेन्शन होगा:[protected] = Rs 27353.00

इसी तरह June 2017 में मेरा कुल पेन्शन होगा
27353 + 4%(29966) = Rs 28552.लगभग ।
लेकिन June 2017 में मुझे कुल पेन्शन मिला: -- Rs 25813.00.

श्रीमान एैसा क्यूं हो रहा है ?
इस विसंगती को सही करने हेतु कितना समय लगेगा श्रीमान,
who will rectify it sir?

रिटायर होने के दस वर्ष बाद आज तक सही पेन्शन पाने के लिए लगातार संधर्ष कर रहा हूँ।
कई बार पेन्शन अदालत भी गया। कौन सी मजबूरी है प्रशासन को, मेरे कई बार अनुरोध करने के बाद भी आज तक मेरे पेन्शन निर्धारण का डिटेल मुझे नहीं दिया गया,
और मेरा बेसिक पेन्शन गलत निर्धारण करके मुझे परेशान किया जा रहा है।
श्रीमान यह कब तक रहेगा। क्या मै अपने जीवन काल में सही पेन्शन पाने का हकदार नहीं?

I asked my pension paying bank, why it is so ?

They replied that railway has not send your current data to bank.

This letter was dated 29/9/2015, and today is 14/08/2017
(more than 2 years) Sr DPO/ECR/DNR is waiting for what ???

पारित करने की कृपा करें ताकि मैं अपने जीवित रहते हुए सही पेन्शन एवं बकाया भुगतान पा सकूं ।

    I have been using my irctc id for quite some time. Last time i used it was in jan 2017 thru id dhruv2308. Now today i tried to open the id but could not as the password had been changed. Trying the forgot pswd option, i realized both my mobile no & security password had been changed. Pls advise what to do..

      I cancelled 2 tickets which I booked from IRCTC and the payment was made online through my Bank of Baroda account, but the amount to be refunded was not credited to my account till date, the details of the two tickets are as under:

        I was traveling from mumbai to nagpur I ordered a food in train the worst third class quality has been served in a train . Extremely disappointed with the service of irctc this is what for they are charging money .Worst quality of food ever had before .

          Hi IRCTC technical team,

          I had IRXCT account registered with email id raaj92.[protected]@gmail.com and mobile number [protected]

          This account got blocked due to some violation.
          When i am trying to create a new account using either above email or mobile number its not allowing.
          Just to create a IRCTC account creating new email and taking new mobile connection is not possible.

          Newly created account with username raaj92 also got blocked and when i am trying to login getting error that No user found with this details.

          When i used to create with raaj92 id its giving error that already existing, ,

            This site is currently unavailable. Please try after some time message is displayed often when booking Tatkal sleeper tickets during Tatkal booking timings (11AM to 12PM)

            IRCTC does not approve the transaction and hence lands the user in 'This page isn't working' or 'This site can't be reached error page. It has been noticed that recently IRCTC blocks user from booking ticket successfully which was not the case 4 months before.

            This is for the 4th consecutive time I am facing this error and unable to reach the IRCTC helpline provided in website as they do not lift the call.

            It brings frustration to the customer when they are in need of ticket and the site doesn't allows them to..

            Question: If the management is practical, logical and open following the terms and conditions, why do they block the tickets and keep the site on hang during tatkal booking hours?

            Hi, my name is Jitendra Jadeja I had booked a ticket of 3 people on[protected] from samakhayali to Borivali in train no.22904, but apparently the train got cancelled, so we had to face very much difficulty to reach back borivali.
            In addition to that till now I've not received my money back in the account, please transfer it as soon as possible

              I was travelling from tirupati to sattenapalle on 14th August 2017 in sabari express. Me and my brother have booked the tickets. But due to some other reason one ticket was cancelled by me and TT is asking me around 1000 rs for adjusting in the reservation seat along with my brother.
              He used very bad words intentionally to hurt personally.
              When a female is travelling in the night he should provide security instead he is telling me that he will handover me to lady constable.
              I want to understand that when I didn't get separate seat for me why should I pay for reservation??
              If he allottes how much should I pay??

                Dear Sir / Mam,

                I am trying to book Tatkal tickets from my personal IRCTC ID, but error is coming which says "You are Permitted only 2 transactions between 8 AM to 10 AM per IP address/user ID"

                Surprisingly the error statement is completely wrong as i have not booked 2 tickets between 8 to 10 even not within a week.

                This is happening for all the users which i have discussed with. Kindly resolve at the earliest as this is only benefiting the agents and normal public is suffering.

                  I got my money debited from my bank account but my ticket was not booked. Later in transaction refund history it shows that my money is refunded but money has not been credited in my account yet.

                      Dear team,
                      I have called to irctc customer care at 2:48 pm dated 13 aug 2017 regarding not refunding of my cancellation ticket money.
                      I have spoken to officer there has been 3-4 days completed but the amount not reversed.. I insist that i have urgent money problem kindly take the request regarding the same.
                      But the officer mr amit kumar clearly says that this your problem not our.

                      I again says kindly transfer my call to your senior supervisor, but the whole call has been finished and there was no response provided.

                      Kindly take the necessary action and sensitize him for quality of call.

                        1.in chennai suburban trains, normal commuters gets in to the first class compartment unknowingly and get caught by ttr. Ths issue is due to no proper identification of first class. It is distinguished by different cross lines in outer which is not enough for a normal people to identify. Pls help to make interior and exterior colors different in dark probably and help all.

                        2. We are travelling between chennai beach and chengalpet. One more issue is that around 40% of train first class compartment seats are not even (Uneven). Corners of seats are bit higher (Uneven seats due to their age). We are paying almost 4 times more than the normal compartment. Hence pls ask team to look in to all trains first class compartments and replace bad seats.

                          I tried to book a tatkal ticket on 11/08/2017, on dot 10:00 i clicked on book now, i completed all the details within 1 minute, amount got deducted and i got an error that no seats available. I'm not sure, how come within 2 minutes seats will be gone when my account has been deducted and no pnr generated. On top of it it happened twice. First when i tried to book 3ac ticket and second when i tried to book ticket for sleeper. My father was also trying to book a ticket and that happened with him as well. I don't understand how this is possible with so many people. When i tried contacting customer services team the advisor sujeet kumar, was very rude, he was not at all answering what i was saying and was on his own. Didn't provide me any satisfactory answer and was really bad. I'm fuming inside after calling the customer services team. It's really bad and being a daughter of a person who works in railway, i felt like this is not the standard railways would like to put in front of there customers. I'm highly dissatisfied.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              My Name is Raghu Batta.
                              My Father, Surjeet Kumar ( Heart Patient with Blocked arteries) boarded the Train -Punjab Mail (12138) with PNR NO [protected], with Current Status (Coach No, Berth No.) CNF/S9/62 .

                              When my Father reached at his seat, he found another person who claimed that the seat is issued to him by explaining my father that he had paid for the seat to TTE and shows my father a slip( attached in this mail ) . My Father argued with the man but he was not ready to leave the seat. The Problem could be solved if TTE come to Examine the Coach and Clarify the Seat. My Father can't stand for more time due to his medical issue, so slept on the Floor of the Train which was very dirty . They were waiting for the TTE but he didn't come even after 2.5 hours.

                              Its shocking that how the TTE can issue a confirmed seat of my father to someone else. The TTE should be sent to Jail who gave my father's seat to another person. Later, It was found that The TTE was fully Drunk on his Duty .His carelessness shows he is not able to do his duty . The Case was not not ended here, The TTE had also issued another seat S9/55 to someone else with same scenario.

                              I tried calling 138 but it didn't connected over there.

                              The Slip attached has a Series printed over there 311919 which can be helpful to identify that TTE.

                              Please Respond to this mail as we need to know who is responsible for such inconvenience caused to a Heart patient who was also having IRCTC insurance

                                I am not sure why the hell northern railway is so disgusting in managing the trains arrival and departure time. If it' s unmanageable please lessen the trains but start dropping the passengers to their destinations on time.

                                I know even after 1000s of complaints this northern railway is not going to improve anything and they will go worst than before.

                                  Dear irctc,
                                  I have been travelling for work to and fro in train for over 10 years. And one common problem i feel that disturbs the fellow passengers is loud noice and leaving the lights on even after midnight.

                                  For instance, in one situation bunch of young friends talking aloud till midnight n celebrated a birthday in train shouting n waking up others.

                                  Other one is talking loud on phone to others n leaving the lights on until late nights.
                                  This definitely is very disturbing.

                                  Could you please take the time of journey into consideration if it is past 11 pm or based on the train departure time. Kindly switch off the lights like in flights. There are few who leave the light on and it creates difficulty to others. Passengers can have their own reading lights on if required.

                                    I was trying to book the ticket on 11 aug 2017 for the journey date 12aug 2017, from bangalore to hyderabad from irctc app, but the ticket was not booked and i tried booking second time but both the time it showed "error" while processing after entering the otp, and when i checked i knew rs479.98was deducted twice. I request you to take proper actions as soon as possible. I am sending you the id number of the amount being deducted from my account.

                                      I was trying to book ticket on 11/08/17 for journey on 12/08/17 from Bengaluru to Hyderabad, I tried booking the ticket once but couldn't make it, so tried second time and both the time I just processed till the OTP, and then it showed error, then when I checked my account details it showed that amount of rs479.98 is deducted twice, so it comes around 959.96. I am mentioning the id number below .

                                        I tried to book 2 tatkal tickets date on[protected] though online irctc site. The tickets is form SECUNDERABAD to vijayawada n8 11.00 clock time[protected] simhapuri express. After complete the payment thru my hdfc bank credit card no [protected], I got the otp my mobile and the payment of 830.00 was debited from in my hdfc credit card account and 1msg received 830 debited in my accounts. Due to error seats not available.plz refund my money as early as possible in my credit card.
