I am a regular user of irctc and off late i have been facing problem in updating my profile. I have changed my residence from mumbai to thane and wanna update the same but i am not permited i get a message mobile number already in use.
Also my marital status has changed but not being updated. What if tomorrow something happens to me then how will my family member be reported about me.

I am trying to book tatkal tickets from my personal irctc id, but error is coming which says "you are permitted only 2 transactions between 8 am to 10 am per ip address/user id"

Surprisingly the error statement is completely wrong as i have not booked 2 tickets between 8 to 10 even not within a week.

This is happening for all the users which i have discussed with. Kindly resolve...

I booked talkal ticket using irctc website from dausa to allahabad for 4 persons.
On the date of journay train get cancled for our station then i call the customer care number and they told me you will get refund automatic in 6-7 woring days

I have been trying to login through subhyatra and with a user name given. Then it asks me to reset the password since I am first timer for subhyatra login. When I try to rest the password it takes me to another page where it asks me to again login and type a new password. Here what is the user name I have to give? If I give subhyatra user name then it says as invalid user ID. If i give my regular irctc login user name then it resets that...

Unreserved passengers travelling in reserved compartment. Despite of several perusal by the tte no response from the passengers. They are neither ready to pay for reservation nor ready to leave the compartment. This is being reported from visva bharati fast passenger train d1 compartment.

Dear, sir i return my journy ticket which was booked from my irctc account. Journey date was 11 july 2017. But due to certain problem that ticket i cancelled from irctc i got message your money will be refunded in 7 working days. I was booking a ticket with irctc website but my transaction got failed. But money was deducted from my bank account. I have mailed irctc regarding this in nov 2016. They had assured me that money will be refunded but no action has been taken till now.

My name is vineet and i am travelling in this train porvotar sampark kranti, train no 15601, from guwahati to delhi boarded on 18/7/17. My pnr no. Is [protected], ticket no is 39723151. The train was running from guwhati till mughal sarai in accurate speed and proper timing but after that the train is running so slow and stopping at so many stations or any where else too unnecessarily like any passenger train. I am not able to understand why...

I have completed the entire registration process. My login id is rampriya1.
However, there were some errors while filling up my address, which has been corrected. The web page keeps giving error message"invalid captcha"
But there is no captcha showing up on the screen.
Hence i am unable to complete the registration.

I have forgot my irctc user id and password. And my old email id is also deleted which was [protected]@gmail.com which i had used to create the ircts user id. Though i have my mobile no.
