Hi,
I am facing the problem as refund on cancelled tickets is not credited to my account even after 1 month.
Bank customer care informed me that irctc has not given refund instructions to bank and irctc is not accepting this statement.
Details:
1 [protected] 12-jun-2017 [protected] cancelled 1325.0 1260.0 sbi refunded 15-jun-2017
2 [protected] 12-jun-2017 [protected] cancelled 5500.0 5240.0 sbi refunded 15-jun-2017
