I had cancelled the ticket on 15.07.2017. And amount of 1695 has to be credited to my account. But after 6 days also it is not done.in the website it is showing refunded on 15.07.17 and bank name as payumpp. Details as below,,

I had cancelled an e-ticket having PNR no- [protected] on 9th July 2017 but amount rs320 is not credited in my account till today. Kindly resolve my problem.
What the #### is happening with IRCTC,

Whenever I check my Refund status, it shows REFUNDED TO BANK, but it shows bank name as PAYUMPP. KINDLY RESOLVE MY PROBLEM. Please suggest how can i get my money back

    On[protected] i did a booking from boarding point kjm to ctc and while booking i had selected the below preferences

    1. Book only if confirm berths are allotted
    2. Book, only if all berths are allotted in same coach

    However ticket got booked but berth was not allotted as per my choice which i had given at the time of booking (2 side lower and 1 side upper). Instead of this i have been allotted all upper berth.

    Here my concern is why the ticket got booked when berth has not been allotted as per my choice even after selecting book only if confirm berths are allotted.

    Just imagine my mother who is a senior citizen and how she will take the upper berth which you have been allotted. I ma really disappointed with this. When i had selected both the option why it did not work out and on what basis ticket got booked without not providing the preference berth.

      Kindly note that today morning dated 20/07/2017 i had log on your web site irctc, booked tickets from borivali to khed, i have filled all required details of passenger name ext. & online net banking all payment activity completed but tickets is not generated & my payments were deducted from my debit card of axis bank., i. E. Rs. 1511.80., error observed this was done twice so total rs. 3023.60 were deducted from my debit card as per transaction id [protected] &[protected] & reservation status
      Shows is not booked & payments status is payment setted.
      So you are requested to refund my total payment rs 3023.60 in my account.

        Irctc canteen in bangalore city station has increased the cost of all food items by 25% with effect from 1st july, 2017. They have quoted the increase of price of food items is due to implementation of gst with effect from 1st july, 2017. Prior to the implementation of gst, the cost of each food item is based on base price + sales tax + service tax + vat which work out to be 15%. Theses taxes should be removed from the total cost of the food item and then they should implement the gst. Where as the irctc canteen has kept the base price of each item which is inclusive of previously laid taxes and then they have increased the cost of each item by 25% which is utrocious. I request the irctc management to take immediate steps to revise and reduce the cost of each food item.in a hurry no passenger brings forth such disproportinate increase of each food item. Please take immediate action against bangalore city station irctc canteen.

          I am a regular user of irctc and off late i have been facing problem in updating my profile. I have changed my residence from mumbai to thane and wanna update the same but i am not permited i get a message mobile number already in use.
          Also my marital status has changed but not being updated. What if tomorrow something happens to me then how will my family member be reported about me.

          I would really be greatful if this problem gets solved as soon as possible.

            Dear sir / mam,

            I am trying to book tatkal tickets from my personal irctc id, but error is coming which says "you are permitted only 2 transactions between 8 am to 10 am per ip address/user id"

            Surprisingly the error statement is completely wrong as i have not booked 2 tickets between 8 to 10 even not within a week.

            This is happening for all the users which i have discussed with. Kindly resolve at the earliest as this is only benefiting the agents and normal public is suffering.

              I booked talkal ticket using irctc website from dausa to allahabad for 4 persons.
              On the date of journay train get cancled for our station then i call the customer care number and they told me you will get refund automatic in 6-7 woring days
              When i dont get it i call again they told me to mail all details on [protected]@irctc.co.in
              When i mail them i got a system genrtated reply with a id which is [irctc #6192720].3rd time i call to custmer care and then they told you have to file a tdr with in 72 hrs but you dont so you will not get refund. Now what can i do to get my refund when they dont tell me he proper information on time.

                You charges =inr 2923.6
                Actually it should be around inr 2192 and you'll did not refund my cancelled amount of inr 525 also

                    I have been trying to login through subhyatra and with a user name given. Then it asks me to reset the password since I am first timer for subhyatra login. When I try to rest the password it takes me to another page where it asks me to again login and type a new password. Here what is the user name I have to give? If I give subhyatra user name then it says as invalid user ID. If i give my regular irctc login user name then it resets that password which I dont want to reset - I want to only activate my password for subhyatra login in. How do I know? When I call irctc 24X7 helpline, I encounter the worst knowledgeable person at the other end. Multiple times they transfer my call to a dummy extension which keeps ringing endlessly. This whole support system of irctc just sucks. Just because this is a government entity doesnt mean you have to provide pathetic services to public. Please redeem yourself before I try to redeem my mileage points from SBI credit card. You guys suck are useless!!!

                      Unreserved passengers travelling in reserved compartment. Despite of several perusal by the tte no response from the passengers. They are neither ready to pay for reservation nor ready to leave the compartment. This is being reported from visva bharati fast passenger train d1 compartment.
                      It is requested to take a strict action against this otherwise the genuine passengers are facing problems. This is reported for the better interest of the railways to give a better service.

                            An amoount of rs.8300 is deducted from my account on 19/07/2017 while purchasing four railway tickets in ac three tier from sealdah (Sdah) to new delhi (Ndls) in duronto express 12259. The tickets are dated 19/10/2017. Money is deducted but no tickets are issued. It is my request, please look into the matter as soon as possible and refund my money.

                            1 chapati 9.00/- Rs WTF this people doing charging 70 rs for chapati (4nos) & subji... 70 rs for veg biryani.. there is no control on this catering service .. breakfast 40 rs idli wada... that also tasteless half fried, what irctc doing pls do some check points menu cards displaying on each coach... this people showing menu card with fake rates...

                              1) i have booked a ticket from irctc using debit card and after that i have cancelled the ticket.
                              2) pnr:[protected] visakha express bording at rajahmundry[protected] and the ticket was cancelled on[protected].
                              3) raised tdr : 208615
                              4) after long time i get below message:
                              " amount of rs. 285/- is processed as refund in respect of tdr no. 208615 vide case no. C 508/2339/17/01 and
                              The said amount will be credited to the bank account of the complainant, in due course, by accounts branch of s. C. Railway, directly.
                              5) they provided e-mail id to get response from bank: [protected]@andhrsbank.co.in.

                              This mail is not working. Until now money was not refunded.

                                I was booked e-ticket on 13-jul-2017 from: visakhapatnam (Vskp) to vijayawada jn (Bza) on that day i'm facing very horrible situation as i reserved d1 coach is not available, i have 2 year old kid and my father age is 66 years and my mother 54 years she had a knee pain also we are search for d1 coach from train front to back two to three times but that coach is not available and i informed same thing to tt he told very irresponsible answers in his duties, get in any other reservation compartment or get in any other train with this ticket is that answer is correct???, please remove this type of train in irctc reservation system.

                                Note : way people are suffering from these type of trains...

                                I need a specific reasons for D1 Coach is not available, who is responsible if any emergency case happen with my family on that situation, my father is hart patient, my mother had a knee pain and i have 2 years old kid we running on platform for searching D1 Coach form train front to back and that TC also saying a giving very irresponsible answers...

                                  But it cant be conformed and cancelled but did not get the refunded money yet.

                                    My name is vineet and i am travelling in this train porvotar sampark kranti, train no 15601, from guwahati to delhi boarded on 18/7/17. My pnr no. Is [protected], ticket no is 39723151. The train was running from guwhati till mughal sarai in accurate speed and proper timing but after that the train is running so slow and stopping at so many stations or any where else too unnecessarily like any passenger train. I am not able to understand why indian railways just only do fake commitments to the public for timely arrivals and gets late most of the time disturbing the scadule of the travellers. The train has been stopped several times to give pass to another train. I am surprised to see that is our indian railway is so unorganised that they don't have any proper schedule and crossing system timing of the trains on route?
                                    This is the responsibility of the railways to follow it's commitments as lakhs of people relay on railways. The way this train is running is expected to be late by at least 5 to 6 hours. Can you give me a proper answer that who in your department will be responsible for any loss because of this delay, as i have a business meetings and many other people like me in this train may bear loss.
                                    The other big problem is that on which ever stations the train is hopping the people with general tickets as well as without tickets are boarding in reserved couches and forcibly pressure the travellers to adjust on their seats. The laboratories in couches here are so dirty that anyone can easily catch infection.

                                    I want to request the authorities to take immediate action and make the line clear for this train to reach on time, otherwise indian railway will be responsible and have to pay damages of any loss beared by me because of this delay.

                                      Now irctc website shows
                                      Refund status: refunded
                                      Bank: paytmag

                                      But no refund money credited in my sbi account. Please send this money to my sbi bank account.
                                      Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      PNR [protected] ticket is cancelled date 11/7/17 but refund is not credit my acount plz further action quickly

                                        Address: New Delhi, Delhi, 110001

                                        I have completed the entire registration process. My login id is rampriya1.
                                        However, there were some errors while filling up my address, which has been corrected. The web page keeps giving error message"invalid captcha"
                                        But there is no captcha showing up on the screen.
                                        Hence i am unable to complete the registration.
                                        Kindly assist.
