We 8 adults, 2 childs (7 yrs and 2 yrs) boarded train number 12801 on 23-july-2017 from pnme to gzb. The train got delayed by 4hr 50 mins and reached gzb at 8:20 am. We had reservations in train number 12017 for 24 july from gzb to ddn (3), sre (2), moz (2) which starts at 7:19 from gzb. But, due to delay in 12801 we missed our train and faced a lot of inconvenience. My parents and siblings all hired private taxi or buses to reach their destinations. The internet was not working so i was not even able to place tdr within time (4hrs).
The train#12801 is super fast and i paid for that but it delayed. Only we know how difficult it is to travel in train for 22hrs (5 hrs delay) and then 6 hrs in buses with children and old age parents.
I need refund for my tickets and compensation for inconvenience we faced.

    My irctc account has been de-activated without any prior notice. I am regular usr of irctc.
    I had irctc account registered with email id [protected]@gmail.com and mobile number [protected]
    This account got de-active due to some reason.
    When i am trying to create a new account using either above email or mobile number its not allowing.
    Just to create a new irctc account creating new email and taking new mobile connection is not possible.
    My irctc user id - abhishek7. When i am trying to login getting error that you are not allowed to recover your password as your account is de-active.
    Can you please re-activate my irctc account registered with email id [protected]@gmail.com and mobile number [protected] and user id - abhishek7

        This is regarding pnr [protected]. I have cancelled this tickect, but i haven't received the amount so far. It's more than a month. I have already sent my bank statement to [protected]@irctc.co.in.

        But unfortunately, there is no positive response from the irctc team. It seems that you are not taking this matter seriously. It should not take this much time to refund money.

        Please refund my money asap.

          My name is alson falcao and i boardes the train from vasai road to ahmedabad.
          As i entered i found cockroaches on my berth. I brought it to the notice of the tc as well.
          Really unhappy with the unclean coach.
          My journey was utmost diaster as i had to work in the morning and didn't sleep cause of the cockroaches around.
          Request you to kindly maintain hygiene.
          Journey was not at all value for money.

            Respected sir/mam,
            My irctc account has been de-activated without any prior notice. I am a regular user of irctc. Same thing happened about 2 months ago and my account was reactivated after sending a request. I am unable to figure why exactly are these things happening. I am unable to book my tickets on time and it's really frustrating to go on sending mail for account activation every time i book a ticket. Please have a look on this as early as possible. I ahve been using this since 2-3 years, and i must say it was never this bad!

                  I already mailed to etickets many times, but no issue resolution from your side. I had booked three tickets having pnr [protected], which were cancelled because of waiting status as on chart time. T. T. Made a penalty for without ticket because she said your tickets had been cancelled and would be refund in your account. But it's near about 25 days after cancellation, no refund by your side.

                    Sir ticket bearing pnr no. [protected] has been cancelled on 03-jul-2017 at 06:45:03 am, after receiving train cancellation message on 01.07.17 at 7:02 pm
                    Also while cancelling the ticket thru irctc train cancellation message was appearing so "reply from u stating"train cancellation tag was not imposed" does not justified my deduction. Kindly refund my rs 308 deducted

                    was trying to book ticket on line on arctic portal.The amount towards the ticket is debited to SBI bank for my SBI debit card with out even confirmation of the ticket.There is no information in IRCTC on my confirmed ticket or on my cancellation ticket history.IT is not there where but the amount is debited.I want this amount too be reversed and credited back to my account as ticket has not been issued nor it is confirmed kindly do the needful

                      Sir,

                      The complainant is a indian railway passenger having traveling in gomti express from delhi to etawah on 19/07/2017 and having pnr no.[protected]. It is submitted that during the stoppage of the said train at tundla station the complainant was in need of some food material and hence he asked for a buiskit to a irctc canteen/shop which is situated at extremely west side of platform on which the said train was halted. The complainant was demanded rs 35 instead of print rate rs 30 of the said food item by the said caterer. Shockingly the caterer exchanged abusive languages and threatened the complainant on complainant's argument over the unlawful practice regarding hiked price food items of said catanteen. It is most humbly submitted that the aforementioned unlawful criminal activities of said caterer is highly derogatory and humiliating. Due to short of time the complainant could made complaint to the railways authority of the said railway station. I have complained regarding this matter to your email address but no action taken yet.

                      It is most respectively prayed that the aforementioned unlawful and condemnable criminal acts of said caterer should be taken into cognizance and the appropriate action should be taken against the said accused as soon as possible so that the complainant should not be constrained to take further legal action.

The housekeeping service provider of train no. 11055 godan express is providing a very low class of cleanliness despite of complaints related to bedbugs from various passengers of coach a1 no action was initiated... The passengers faced great nuisance all over the night... The pest control on the coach states 21 july as the latest date... Such was not the expectation

                          I booked 2 tatkal e-ticket through irctc from kalyan to pune which turn out to be waiting while processing through payment. It showed 17 available while booking but during online payment process, it went to waiting and directly i got wl/9 and w/10

                          Now after chart preparation, the ticket still remained waiting as wl/3 and wl/4 which were auto-cancelled by irctc, since passengers are not allowed to board train on waiting etickets, i had to take another general tickets to travel. And moreover, cancellation charges of 120 rs got deducted while refund with no fault of mine??

                          To my surprise, i saw there was deduction of cancellation charges and i got refund post cancellation charges deduction from irctc.
                          This is really really unfair. I could not understand 2 below simple points.
                          1) when passenger having waiting ticket from window can travel then why not waiting eticket passenger are allowed to travel?
                          2) if waiting e-tickets are auto cancelled by irctc then why they deduct cancellation charges before refunding??

                          This is clear case of cheating passengers by indian railways (Irctc)

                          Request you to kindly look into urgently and resolve this.

                            Hi support team, i have booked an e-ticket from njp to ghy for 82504/anvt kyq suvidha express on 9th jun, 2017 and date of journey was 10th jun, 2017. For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and the passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr for the same in irctc against my ticket and the status was turned to cr registered, but the amount was not refunded yet even after 1mth.                                 I had cancelled the ticket on 24.07.2017. And amount of 1920 has to be credited to my account. But after 32 days also it is not done.in the website it is showing refunded on 30.07.17 and bank name as payumpp. Details as below, ,

                                  I had done a transaction on[protected] from ndls to bpl in bhopal shatabdi express having train no. 12002 but transaction was failed and the amount had not been refunded till now. The ticket was booked under the name nikhil tyagi. I have also attached the letter from the bank and a photo of page having transaction id. The amount is rs1653.53, so i kindly request you to please look into the matter.

                                    My father's age is 78 and my mother's age is 74. When i booked my tickets via irctc in sleeper class they have given us all upper and middle births knowing that i have already mentioned two senior citizens. Also the return ticket is not booked (Rac) still they deducted around 600 rupees after cancelation. This is so not done. We are paying railways for our comfort but we are getting nothing. Kindly look into the matter

                                        I bought a ms from mathura to nzm.
                                        The pinhole was not written by the staff and i have no knowledge about it.
                                        When i went to nizamuddin station for getting it renewed, he instead of explaining it politely started shouting at me like anything that the pinhole is not written and all. I said it's not my fault one of your officer has given it to me so please behave. He did not renewed my mst and behaved in a very disappointed way. His name is mr yogesh at hazrat nizamuddin station.
