Dear, sir i return my journy ticket which was booked from my irctc account. Journey date was 11 july 2017. But due to certain problem that ticket i cancelled from irctc i got message your money will be refunded in 7 working days. But i did not get my money i checked on my irctc account there refund status is refunded. I went to my bank he said to my do mail on irctc

When I was onboarding train from Hazrat nizamudin Railway station someone stole my wallet from my bag. It had around 5500 cash, my id cards (PAN and Ration card), and my PNB debit card.

    I was booking a ticket with irctc website but my transaction got failed. But money was deducted from my bank account. I have mailed irctc regarding this in nov 2016. They had assured me that money will be refunded but no action has been taken till now.

      An amoount of rs.8300 is deducted from my account on 19/07/2017 while purchasing four railway tickets in ac three tier from sealdah (Sdah) to new delhi (Ndls) in duronto express 12259. The tickets are dated 19/10/2017. Money is deducted but no tickets are issued. It is my request, please look into the matter as soon as possible and refund my money.

      1 chapati 9.00/- Rs WTF this people doing charging 70 rs for chapati (4nos) & subji... 70 rs for veg biryani.. there is no control on this catering service .. breakfast 40 rs idli wada... that also tasteless half fried, what irctc doing pls do some check points menu cards displaying on each coach... this people showing menu card with fake rates...

        1) i have booked a ticket from irctc using debit card and after that i have cancelled the ticket.
        2) pnr:[protected] visakha express bording at rajahmundry[protected] and the ticket was cancelled on[protected].
        3) raised tdr : 208615
        4) after long time i get below message:
        " amount of rs. 285/- is processed as refund in respect of tdr no. 208615 vide case no. C 508/2339/17/01 and
        The said amount will be credited to the bank account of the complainant, in due course, by accounts branch of s. C. Railway, directly.
        5) they provided e-mail id to get response from bank: [protected]@andhrsbank.co.in.

        This mail is not working. Until now money was not refunded.

          Dear sir,

          I was booked e-ticket on 13-jul-2017 from: visakhapatnam (Vskp) to vijayawada jn (Bza) on that day i'm facing very horrible situation as i reserved d1 coach is not available, i have 2 year old kid and my father age is 66 years and my mother 54 years she had a knee pain also we are search for d1 coach from train front to back two to three times but that coach is not available and i informed same thing to tt he told very irresponsible answers in his duties, get in any other reservation compartment or get in any other train with this ticket is that answer is correct???, please remove this type of train in irctc reservation system.

          Note : way people are suffering from these type of trains...

          I need a specific reasons for D1 Coach is not available, who is responsible if any emergency case happen with my family on that situation, my father is hart patient, my mother had a knee pain and i have 2 years old kid we running on platform for searching D1 Coach form train front to back and that TC also saying a giving very irresponsible answers...

          Sir you people as take an action to department ...

            I have booked an online ticket pnr no [protected] train 13237 tqwl36 satyam kumar on date 09-07-17 and today date is 19-07-1
            But it cant be conformed and cancelled but did not get the refunded money yet.

            Please resolve my problem as immediately as possible.

            The ticket checker also collected money from me much more then its real cost.

              My name is vineet and i am travelling in this train porvotar sampark kranti, train no 15601, from guwahati to delhi boarded on 18/7/17. My pnr no. Is [protected], ticket no is 39723151. The train was running from guwhati till mughal sarai in accurate speed and proper timing but after that the train is running so slow and stopping at so many stations or any where else too unnecessarily like any passenger train. I am not able to understand why indian railways just only do fake commitments to the public for timely arrivals and gets late most of the time disturbing the scadule of the travellers. The train has been stopped several times to give pass to another train. I am surprised to see that is our indian railway is so unorganised that they don't have any proper schedule and crossing system timing of the trains on route?
              This is the responsibility of the railways to follow it's commitments as lakhs of people relay on railways. The way this train is running is expected to be late by at least 5 to 6 hours. Can you give me a proper answer that who in your department will be responsible for any loss because of this delay, as i have a business meetings and many other people like me in this train may bear loss.
              The other big problem is that on which ever stations the train is hopping the people with general tickets as well as without tickets are boarding in reserved couches and forcibly pressure the travellers to adjust on their seats. The laboratories in couches here are so dirty that anyone can easily catch infection.

              I want to request the authorities to take immediate action and make the line clear for this train to reach on time, otherwise indian railway will be responsible and have to pay damages of any loss beared by me because of this delay.

Though i have my mobile no. Which was used in creating irctc id. I. E - [protected]. And due to this mobile no. I also not able to create a new one because it is already registered.                         I was travelling from delhi to bangalore on train no. 12650, the departure date was 16/07/2017 and the arrival date and time was 17/07/2017 19.25 at ypr station as it was 20.00 and the train was still at dharmavaram jn. I went to the tc and asked to the train delay and he replied me with a cool reply telling that it goes everyday late and if you want to do anything about it go tweet and scolded me with too bad words and pushed me away telling that youth is always peeping in some others business. If it was a reply from a government employee what should i expect. I have the photo of the tc with me and he feared to disclose his name and badge. I am ready to take this to anyone extent as government officials are not taking their responsibility then who else will take, this is causing alot of trouble to people as they won't be able to get buses from the station as it will be late night. If it was delay of half an hour or less than an hour it wouldn't be problem but the train is delayed by 4 hours since the start and people don't even know the worth of time.

                              Dear sir,

                              On 18th july 2017 we had to travel from vishakhapatnam to palakkad. Our pnr numbers are [protected] & [protected] in train number 13351. The train was running indefinitely late even several hours before to reach our destination, but no information was given to us. Our old aged ill healthy mother and others were to travel with us, and we had vacated hotel and rushed to station on actual scheduled time. Only after reaching station, we were shocked to know this train was running indefinitely late. There is no proper information received from authorities as to when it's expected so that we could go back and lodge rooms.

                              I do appreciate great work being carried out by railways. Of course certain things are beyond anyones control. But a message could save lots of inconvenience and losses for passengers. We couldn't have exited stay at hotel and could have extended easily. Now time is 17:32 hrs and status remain unchanged. Yes, in ac retiring room, fabricated long chairs made of bare steel pipes are provided. There is no cushion or soft seats on it. It's no way convenient to stay for long stay (8hrs are now and we stay without any idea). Again yes, ac waiting room is moderately clean and temperature maintained. But besides that there is no aminities. We have booked by paying high tariff on second ac and whats alternative arrangements made for customers in such situations??? Is it that every minute there is an announcement "inconvenience is deeply regretted". Will it hold good for people trusting railways to assist in situations where it's warranted. We have lost all schedules made and earned huge money loss and shear desperation.

                              We hope this mail reaches officials who will understand our predicament and will come out with some positive favorable actions to avoid such unpleasant situations.

                                I filed a TDR for train HYB RXL Exp on 6th Jan for the ticket with PNR[protected]. Its been 6 months now and I haven't got my refund.The train was late by 28 hrs and filed TDR before 26 hrs of the train arriving the station.
                                No fooding and water are available, bedshet is Dirty no any worker are available. When going to pc no any help from there.i have fooding facility so no any help..
                                I had booked Tatkal Ticket through IRCTC APP at 03rd-July-2017 ( Transaction ID : [protected])

                                I had reached Customer Forum Multiple Times but I have not received any valid response till now.

                                Requesting to take this Issue to the concerned Authority and do the needful to get the Amount credit back to my account at the earliest.
                                I have booked a ticket via IRTC rail app and I have cancelled a ticket and the amount was not refunded. First i called the customer care and they said the amount will be refunded within 7 days. But the amount was noy refunded. I called the customer care number again and waited for so long and no one pick up the phone.

                                    I happened to book tickets for me and wife in 2tier ac and 9 seats were declared available. We are senior citizens and chose atleast one lb. I went on to make online payment. After accepting the payment a pop up showed seat in different coaches. Proceed if agree or quit. I quit and thought me account will be credited. But it's debited. This is a wrong process.
                                    With due respect i would like to state that i am highly disappointed with the above mentioned statement and urge for not to repeat such delays understanding the value of time.

                                    Depart day it changed to 8 n 17 middle birth,
                                    Noone loking over these issues even 4 months back ticket booked. Which is worst.
                                    I know nothing will haapen cimplaining this .but somewer we hv to do smthng.

                                      Today we viait asansol junction food plaza their is no body to clean the dirty table we have told no of times to billing counter and staff to but no body cleans it even the ignore what we have said.. After requesting lots of time one attitude staff come and clean that table reaaly this is worst experience of me in any food plaza... I suggest to improve all this... This leave bad impression to other state people about asansol worst feeling

                                        Irctc — refund of failed transaction-online booking


                                        I booked 4 times 2 person tatkal ticket from thane to mohol (Train no 12115) on 17/07/2017 on the internet but the transaction failed due to system fault at the irctc website. The amount of money amounting to rs. 1613.78/- was, however, debited to my icici account. Their failed transaction id is - [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], dated 17/07/2017.

                                        So please do the refund to my respective account.
