Dear sir,

3 months completed after ticket cancelled. I just spoke with irctc customer care for refund status which tdr filed.

He mentioned that irctc rejected due to passenger travelled.-
Very surprised for this reason.

Tdr filed on 2nd may 8.33 pm for pnr [protected] & train departure time was 6.25 am next morning. Ticket cancelled & tdr filed more than 9 hrs before departure of the train.
Back to the reason of passenger travelled, how this is possible. I was so sick & could not be travelled. That means the fake report generated by tc??

I have asked the tc details & verification by irctc that prove me i was travelled on that day.
I have doctor prescription that shows i was sick.

This is very poor service by irctc.

Please do the needful for my refund.

I booked the 4 tickets on 1.07.17 & noticed that wrongly booked the traveling date. On same date itself I cancelled the 4 tickets but till now refund not credited in my account. And I send several mails & call to customer but there is no response. Finally I forward the mail railway departments also but no response for that also.
The above e- Ticket PNR [protected] for Train No 16184 was purchased 0n 13/6/17 fare250 for journey on 5/8/17.
I cancelled it today i.e 28/7/17, 7days in advance .But I got a message for credit of Rs 15 only instead of Rs 250 less clerical charges.

PL VERIFY AND REFUND THE BALANCE

Quite unfortunate to see that i had been trying to register myself in IRCTC for the last six months but it is not happening, i have given all inputs correctly still it does not get registered.something very wrong in the portal, pl rectify so that the user can avail this site for booking.

    While booking ticket through irctc, when you click the e-wallet option
    ... I am not getting transaction password, i have made thrice complaints to the concern irctc,

    How can i book the ticket, which transaction password to my registered mobile iam not getting.

    Very worst site... I have a balance amount in my e-wallet.

    Pl advise how to go ahead, should i move to consumer court???

    When i deposited my amount into irctc wallet, you i am unable to book the ticket in time...

      I am booking a ticket from secundrabad junction to jamalpur junction after making the payment by the net banking the balance is deducted from my a/c.
      But ticket has not generated yet. The bank sent message of deduction of my money.
      I have checked several times on irctc for the booked ticket option but it does not seems anything there and it does not gives any type of message.
      I need help badly.
      Hope my problem will resolved soon.

        Sir, i have cancelled my ticket on 23 july 2017 vide pnr no[protected] for rs 2525/-
        Yesterday i have lodged my complaint to irctc on their web sit care @ irctc.co.in and no reply has come
        Today morning again i have given a reminder message stating that the amount 2525/- has not been credited to my account till date
        As till date no refund credited to my andhra bank account please do some thing as irctc is not taking any action to my complaints

            Please solve my problem as bellow,

            I have make a payment on[protected] to irctc for booking a railway ticket from katpadi jn to ghy jn, travel dt.[protected], but not issue me the ticket or any sms to me. Rs.1761.8 has deducted from my account. Pos sbictc at irctc txn#[protected]. So, please return me my amount. My booking otp was 955054 and booking transaction id [protected]. Train no. 12507 guwahati exp.

            I have make payment for booking 2 nos railways ticket Booking which first Transaction ID [protected] . Train No. 12507 Guwahati EXP.and the second booking Transaction ID [protected] . Train No. 12508 Guwahati TVC EXP. But I was not issue the tickets by online .So, plz. return me my deducted amount.
            Sir/madam, yesterday I have booked a ticket from bdts to Bhuj, but my money has been debited and the ticket has not been booked plse help me further my ID is

            I was travelling from yeshwanthpur to ernakulam in yeshwantpur kochuveli garibradh exprs..the blankets and pillow covers were not properly washed...someguys came with a feedback form and just wrote my pnr numbr and collectd my signature and went away directly ..the seats were not clean...

              Sir,
              I was using irctc website on 09/07/2017 and doing reservation in sleeper class for one ticket o[censored]pper berth from anand vihar terminal to bareilly in train suhaildev superfast (22420) for journey date 20/07/2017 but the transaction i was doing through paytm using union bank rupay debit card failed due to system fault at the irctc website and no tickets got booked while the amount of money amounting to rs. 205/- was however debited to my union account - [protected]. I got failed transaction id - [protected] and further details i am sending you in a screenshot.
              I had been waiting for almost 20 days to get refund but now itz beyond waiting and i still had not get any refund in any of my account.

              So please look into the matter with irctc and union bank and do the refund to my respective account as soon as you can.

                1. W c is very dirty.
                2. No cleaning of bogie done.
                3. Canteen meal sold @₹100.00
                4. No soap provided in wc and wash basins.
                5. Water in wc through tap is very very thin/slow
                6. Bogie door is very noisy.
                7. Towels not given to passengers.
                8. B1/25 window glass is foggy, heavy condensations seen.
                9. Pantry car is very very dirty.

                  I booked a ticket from your site on 9th april 2017 lko to ddn the amount is rs 1165 and the cancellation/refund id is [protected] but my bank account did not received the refunded amount. My irctc user id is afaqable and its mentioning that amount is refunded to my axis bank account. Its already gonna late. Do the needful asap.
                  So please look into the matter and refund the amount as soon as possible. I have already get the reference number irctc #5708520] from [protected]@irctc.co.in and ur mail that i have to send request from my original id, here is the mail request from same id.

                    I got an email from irctc, no edr has been fed against the particular pnr as party has travelled. Tdr

                    I booked a ticket for my family for the train 02172/jat cstm spl, date of boarding: 11-jun-2017 from ludhiana, pnr no [protected] but the train was late more than 13 hours, so my family didn't traveled and i raised a tdr request before train schedule time and did well in advance as per the guidance given by both railway and irctc executive with cancellation id: [protected], tdr filing date: 11-jun-2017 12:12:00 hrs.

                    I had booked another ticket on 11-jun-2017 same day for same family members pnr [protected], train no./name: 12038/ldh ndls shtbdi date of boarding and booking is 11-jun-2017 from ludhiana boarding point. The train will run after couple of hours., my family was stay in railways station to board this train. Please validate the same from your end too.

                    How its possible the same passengers board from same boarding point i. E. Ludhiana and traveled different trains on same day with difference of just 2 hours where the distance is around 300 kms and the journey takes around 5 hours to ldh to delhi? Seems tte did not ignore the tdr history and did not marked the absent passengers. Please validate the both pnr's and passenger details on same day travelling and do the needful and refund the amount raised by tdr well in advance before train scheduled departure as its late more than 13 hours to reach ludhiana city from jammu.

                    Please acknowledge and confirm the same on my registered email id

                      I reserved 2 births in lower births for 04/09/2017 in sleeper coach in malabar express today from nileswaram to aluwe by online as per pnr no.[protected]. During the time of booking there were 75 births. But i got only one middle birth and one side upper. Still there are remaining70 births. We are not keeping fine. So please change to 2 lower births

                          Train 22901 reaches chittod junction and i go to the water vendor for 1 litre of water.. He confirms that i don't have my own bottle... Says it would cost 10... When i say the cost is 8 he points to another fellow who says don't have change.. On pointing that they are giving change to others he says drink some water and would refill for 2 rupees.
                          Why i as a consumer have to ask for the right price to be charged 3 times

                            Due to flood & bridge washed out between rayagada - therubali, in odisha on 16.07.2017 the train no. 18302 tapaswani express cancelled. Till date i have not received the ticket money booked through irctc automatically as per rule for cancelled train.

                              No refund has been granted on filling tdr as they mentioned reason for repudiation/rejection:, no edr has been fed against the particular pnr as party has travelled.

                              Tte are selling out ticket to other and reporting false information on station, and our refund is not given.

                              The tt are corrupted as sell our ticket to another passenger so they dont file edr report of our absence.

                              This is my second time i hve not received my refund.

                                  Prices in railway station vijayawada (Bza) are really high for a common man to afford. The meals and water bottles are sold for higher prices than the mrp. I bought a packet of puri which was sold for ₹40 (Mrp-₹30), i showed him the mrp but he was not willing to give it for ₹30. And moreover i found chappati in it instead of puri. Water bottles are sold for ₹20 instead of ₹15, if questioned about this they won't give the water bottle.

                                  I sincerely request the concerned authority to take strict action against the vendors.

                                    I was trying to book tatkal ticket but i received an error

                                    "error details
                                    You are permitted only 2 tatkal tickets between 10:00 am to 12:00 pm per ip address"

                                    Around 3 month ago i never used my irctc id and laptop (Wifi) for tatkal ticket

                                    There are giving wrong answer about this problem

                                    Irctc doing big blander nothing else.
                                    Irctc doing benefiting the own agents and normal public is suffering.
                                    Most of people do not know "what is ip address"? Irtctc is making fool to those people (Normal public) who have less knowledge computer

                                        Oyr family of 5 members are travelling by seshadri express to white field and we have been alloted rac of same berth number for two members. What is the condition now all are oldage people except me then how can they adjust in one sleeper itself. While booking it was under waiting list and after the chart is prepared then rac is assigned with same number for two people how is that possible. If there are no seats than why to give rac same number for both.
