I had already complained on 21st july and now is the second time. My refund for ticket cancellation is not credited. I had cancelled ticket on 15th july.

      27 july, 2017 "debit ics[protected]igabrpfuc6commission on irctc" and "debit ics[protected]igabrpjmv9commission on irctc" rs 11.80 has been deducted twice on the same day in my sbi account.
      22 july, 2017 "debit ics[protected]igabrkhpk1commission on irctc" rs 11.80 was also deducted in my sbi account
      I booked tickets thrice through irctc by netbanking on 20th july and 21st july, 2017.

      Why this deduction is made without prior notice? Shall i get my money back?

        I had booked a train ticket from www.irctc.co.in

        Train no : 12452
        From : new delhi to kanpur
        Date : 23-july-2017

        I got to know around 8 pm on[protected] that my ticket is not fully confirmed & is rac. So i decided to cancel it, hence i visited irctc website. But the website was down and carried a message that it will be back only next morning. Then i called up irctc helpline number[protected] to get my ticket cancelled. They were also unable to cancel my ticket due to the website being down, so they instructed me to write a mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in for getting my ticket cancelled & the time of my mail will be considered for refund rules. So i emailed for cancelling it, my mail was sent at 8.18 pm on[protected] which is around 3 hours before the scheduled departure. Now by the cancellation rules they have ro refund back the entire amount minus clerikal charges if rac tickets are cancelled 30 minutes before departure. But irctc has refused to do so, despite of writing them several mails. Now they have stopped responding also. Kindly help me with my case

          I cancelled two tickets to lucknow on 19th of july 2017 and the refund amount hasn't been credited to my bank account yet. The cancellation message read that the amount will be credited within 3-4 days. It has been over a week now and no money has been refunded to me. I request you to look into the matter and credit the due amount as soon as possible.

            I am a usual traveller in train no:16342. Today, i mean july 27, 2017, the train was halted for a long time for rail clearance at cheppad as well as harippad.. I need to board at ernakulam and the right time of train to reach at ernakulam is 9:40 pm. Today i reached at 10:30. This has been becoming a routine for a long time as i am a usual passenger of this train. Railway should take this complaint as an urgent consideration of many similar passengers like me.. Kindly do resolve this situation.in future journeys also

              I have a few days back received my sbi irctc card embossing a loyalty number promising a host of benefits about booking of rail ticket. The card has been activated.
              This loyalty number cannot be added after logging in to my existing log in id with irctc as i am getting a message that registration fee has not been paid.
              The matter was taken up with irctc and i was advised that they cannot do anything and i must approach sbi. Sbi advised me to register a new id with irctc. New registration could not be made because my e mail id and phone number are linked with my existing user id with irctc.
              Now what do i do?

                We were travelling from raipur to agra in gondwana exp (12409), we ordered food in itarsi from a person taking orders on behalf of irctc. He asked for ₹100 for a veg plate containing 3 rotis, 3 sabzis, picked etc. We ordered 2 plates. When food got delivered we realised even 30 rs food from street side was enough instead of this plate, it was having roti/chapati which weren't baked, they were 80% raw, sabzi didn't taste good. When we asked the person why are chapati raw, he arrogantly replied that it same in every plate, we said why, his reply was something that everyone does, blaming others. He said we don't cook sir, irctc provides us as such. Then he said i have served nearly 250 thali but no complaint arrived in a bad tone. So, i want irctc to pay their attention in food services. It's the worst thing in railways.

                  I have to board a train at 10:00 pm on 27.07.2017 from baktiyarpur junction. I have arrived at 5:30 at the station but i have to wait on the platform for more than 5 hours as there is no waiting room for passengers. Awaiting your swift action as i have to visit this station very often. As this is a junction station, many express trains arrive here every hour.

                    Dear sir/madam,
                    The tdr filed against pnr number [protected] with reason train late more than three hours and passenger not traveled.

                    My father and my uncle namely mr. Harish gaurav and mr. Chagan patel had this booking from nasik to mumbai on the 15th of july. After confirming that the train was late by 7 hrs as per indian railways information, they immediately booked another ticket for another train since my father had a flight in the morning on the 16th july from mumbai to udaipur (Rajasthan) and you are suppose to reach the airport atleast 1.5 hrs prior to departure in mumbai. So now you can calculate the time yourself for how would somebody reach airport by that delayed train. So i immediately filed the tdr because it wasn't possible to cancel the ticket as per irctc website. I am sure you will have all the timing details and date details with you of the tdr. How can your system show them traveling by the same train on the same seats till its fed by some corrupt tce. I am sure there is something fishy going on with this department so as to not returning money to people.

                      Quality of catering services in shatabdi have deteriorated very much. Tea bags of inferior quality unknown brands, hardly giving any flavour or colour are supplied. Ensure displays of brands also in catering chart, so that caterer can't play by supplying poor quality unknown brands.
                      Coaches standards especially toilets are in dialapitated conditions. Need drastic overhauls for ensuring cleanliness and hiegene.

                        I am having a regular irctc reservation account. Last month, i have successfully got a ticket from nagpur to pune. However, when i, try to take return journey, i find that my account has been deactivated without any intimation, resulting to enable me get reservation. I therefore requested to activate my account immediately for further commutation i may please contacted of my email address, is that [protected]@gmail.com.

                        Catering staff misguided me charged double the amount of biryani ordered by me and when i asked for my balance they replied that the person who has taken money from me was not one of them and the behavior of the catering staff was so rude that they not even tried to listen to my comlaint

                          I had booked ticket from ringus jn to delhi for 26th july for 1:10 a. M.in night pnr [protected]. I checked the pnr status on irctc website it was showing chart not prepared till 12:15a. M. On 26th but i received msg from irctc at 12:47 a. M about ticket confirmation. So i was not in a state to catch the train. Indian railways website was also not showing any status of the ticket.

                              I was a passenger traveled by train no.12618 pnr no. [protected] doj 16.07.17. Via pnvl to ers.. For tea i gave rs 10 first time and rs 2 returned to me. Another occasion i gave rs 10 first time rs 3 returned. And for more than 3 occasions i gave rs 10 and no balance (No change returned cheating returned and we have to assume that price is rs 10 for tea and coffee even though price rs 7 written on the cup mostly not readable by layman.. Hence collective looting and cheating of 30% profit for an average man having 5 tea daily amounting total for approximately 70 pax x 24 coaches x 5 tea/coffee per day making profit @ rs 3 =say rs 25000 per day. No body is there to check the waiters looting, may be the authorities were aware of it and getting share for months. This happened one years before also and i wrote a complaint having no responds. It means the process is going on for years. Long tem looting. Action must be taken immediately for the substantial amount of looting at the expense of average passengers hard earned money. Most of the passengers were passengers were keeping quiet. I already gave a written complain to ttr my mobile [protected] but no responds so far. Can the railways resolve this problem for potential passengers in future.

Please solve this issue as soon as possible because without it digital india is just a absurd. I hope that it will be solved very soon.                                     Rs.466.8o has been debited from my sb a/c [protected] towards "paytm [protected][protected]@644605" on 17.07.2017. Obviously the ticket was not booked and it is found as failed transaction in irctc website. Hence the amount may please be credited into my said above account at the earliest possible. I 'my ready to send the screens hot of irctc if it is needed and the same informed to me.

                                      Train no 22887 humsafar exp. On 25 july 2017 from hwh to ypr. Food provided in train overpriced. I have ordered veg meal which is priced @ ₹120 with no curd. However if you check rail menu food rates. It says 50 to 55 rupees for veg meal. Likewise tea is sold @₹10 instead of ₹7. And almost every food product is overpriced. Pls help. To improve irctc please take action.

                                        We 8 adults, 2 childs (7 yrs and 2 yrs) boarded train number 12801 on 23-july-2017 from pnme to gzb. The train got delayed by 4hr 50 mins and reached gzb at 8:20 am. We had reservations in train number 12017 for 24 july from gzb to ddn (3), sre (2), moz (2) which starts at 7:19 from gzb. But, due to delay in 12801 we missed our train and faced a lot of inconvenience. My parents and siblings all hired private taxi or buses to reach their destinations. The internet was not working so i was not even able to place tdr within time (4hrs).
                                        The train#12801 is super fast and i paid for that but it delayed. Only we know how difficult it is to travel in train for 22hrs (5 hrs delay) and then 6 hrs in buses with children and old age parents.
                                        I need refund for my tickets and compensation for inconvenience we faced.
