Sir, i have booked my train ticket on 9.5.2017 and cancelled on 12.5.2017

I reply and send the scan copy of bank statment but nothing received refund till now. So please help me, this is my 2nd complaint.

    I have forgot my irctc user id and password. And my old email id is also deleted which was [protected]@gmail.com which i had used to create the ircts user id. Though i have my mobile no. Which was used in creating irctc id. I. E - [protected]. And due to this mobile no. I also not able to create a new one because it is already registered. So please help me in solving this issue.

      I was travelling from delhi to bangalore on train no. 12650, the departure date was 16/07/2017 and the arrival date and time was 17/07/2017 19.25 at ypr station as it was 20.00 and the train was still at dharmavaram jn. I went to the tc and asked to the train delay and he replied me with a cool reply telling that it goes everyday late and if you want to do anything about it go tweet and scolded me with too bad words and pushed me away telling that youth is always peeping in some others business. If it was a reply from a government employee what should i expect. I have the photo of the tc with me and he feared to disclose his name and badge. I am ready to take this to anyone extent as government officials are not taking their responsibility then who else will take, this is causing alot of trouble to people as they won't be able to get buses from the station as it will be late night. If it was delay of half an hour or less than an hour it wouldn't be problem but the train is delayed by 4 hours since the start and people don't even know the worth of time.

        Sir, i have did tickets on 4th of jun 2017, Railway cancelled this train but my amount still not refunded .kindly refund my amount from IRCTC.

        Today Evening I tried booking a ticket via irctc.co.in
        Payment was made thru ICICI credit card link was Payu site but after the payment was made, the irctc site immediately went down and didn't receive my ticket and payment debit from my account.

        this is second time I faced same problem, I think IRCTC doing scam with Payu money.

            Dear sir,

            On 18th july 2017 we had to travel from vishakhapatnam to palakkad. Our pnr numbers are [protected] & [protected] in train number 13351. The train was running indefinitely late even several hours before to reach our destination, but no information was given to us. Our old aged ill healthy mother and others were to travel with us, and we had vacated hotel and rushed to station on actual scheduled time. Only after reaching station, we were shocked to know this train was running indefinitely late. There is no proper information received from authorities as to when it's expected so that we could go back and lodge rooms.

            I do appreciate great work being carried out by railways. Of course certain things are beyond anyones control. But a message could save lots of inconvenience and losses for passengers. We couldn't have exited stay at hotel and could have extended easily. Now time is 17:32 hrs and status remain unchanged. Yes, in ac retiring room, fabricated long chairs made of bare steel pipes are provided. There is no cushion or soft seats on it. It's no way convenient to stay for long stay (8hrs are now and we stay without any idea). Again yes, ac waiting room is moderately clean and temperature maintained. But besides that there is no aminities. We have booked by paying high tariff on second ac and whats alternative arrangements made for customers in such situations??? Is it that every minute there is an announcement "inconvenience is deeply regretted". Will it hold good for people trusting railways to assist in situations where it's warranted. We have lost all schedules made and earned huge money loss and shear desperation.

            We hope this mail reaches officials who will understand our predicament and will come out with some positive favorable actions to avoid such unpleasant situations.

              Irctc has mail me ticket confirmation details without igst break up, for pnr no [protected] now i want to show the details in my account with igst breakup,
              I only received sms of ticket in which igst was not mentioned nor gst tin no, kindly arrange to sent through email on my regd email id [protected]@rediffmail.com urgently and inform irct to make updation in the tickets details send through email & sms also.

              I filed a TDR for train HYB RXL Exp on 6th Jan for the ticket with PNR[protected]. Its been 6 months now and I haven't got my refund.The train was late by 28 hrs and filed TDR before 26 hrs of the train arriving the station.
              No fooding and water are available, bedshet is Dirty no any worker are available. When going to pc no any help from there.i have fooding facility so no any help..
              I had booked Tatkal Ticket through IRCTC APP at 03rd-July-2017 ( Transaction ID : [protected])

              I had reached Customer Forum Multiple Times but I have not received any valid response till now.

              Requesting to take this Issue to the concerned Authority and do the needful to get the Amount credit back to my account at the earliest.
              I have booked a ticket via IRTC rail app and I have cancelled a ticket and the amount was not refunded. First i called the customer care and they said the amount will be refunded within 7 days. But the amount was noy refunded. I called the customer care number again and waited for so long and no one pick up the phone.
              How i will get my money?

                I booked tickets through pnb debit card but ticket is not booked and the amount is debited. So how i get my money back. Plz give me reply as soon as possible.

                  I happened to book tickets for me and wife in 2tier ac and 9 seats were declared available. We are senior citizens and chose atleast one lb. I went on to make online payment. After accepting the payment a pop up showed seat in different coaches. Proceed if agree or quit. I quit and thought me account will be credited. But it's debited. This is a wrong process.
                  With due respect i would like to state that i am highly disappointed with the above mentioned statement and urge for not to repeat such delays understanding the value of time.

                  Booked two seats for 30 july
                  Delhi to mumbai
                  in ac3 no. 71 n 72
                  Depart day it changed to 8 n 17 middle birth,
                  Noone loking over these issues even 4 months back ticket booked. Which is worst.
                  I know nothing will haapen cimplaining this .but somewer we hv to do smthng.

                      Irctc — refund of failed transaction-online booking


                      I booked 4 times 2 person tatkal ticket from thane to mohol (Train no 12115) on 17/07/2017 on the internet but the transaction failed due to system fault at the irctc website. The amount of money amounting to rs. 1613.78/- was, however, debited to my icici account. Their failed transaction id is - [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], dated 17/07/2017.

                      So please do the refund to my respective account.

                        I have booked ticket from srikakulam to yaswanthpur and return also. I booked on 21st may 2017 to travel on[protected]Pnr [protected]) and[protected]Pnr [protected]). Both are wait listed 3, 4. After one month i checked in indianrail.gov.in its confirmed. When i start to travel on 7-7-2017 before 30 minutes i checked it then its wait list 2. I think this is my fault. I cant check clearly. Again retrun ticket also same. Because i checked it in erail. Info/in website at 9-7-2017 afternoon 12clock that time its showing confirmed (Attached screen shot also please check). Again i checked it at 2.30 pm then its waiting list. What happend. I ask in yaswanthpur railway station in current reservation center he told we are not responsible for irctc tickets. No relation to irctc and railway booking center. Please beware on booking irctc tickets and better confirm only www.indianrail.gov.in website and screenshot must.

                          My luggage was theft from trishatabdi express travelling to nagpur from habibganj station in bhopal. There is no guard in train for which i can go n complaint. Train no. 12913. Can anybody tell me what should i do. I m a doctor n luggage was of my machine n equipments. Its very costly. Shame on indian railways the guard must be there it was his duty. Kindly resolve my problem asap

                            I have to board train 14163 sangam express which moves from allhabad to dehradun, howsoever on the previous day when i checked the map of this train i was fabergasted, my boarding station (Moradabad) and unboarding station both weren't there on its map, the train's last station is meerut, but i have a e-ticket which have the same train number which drops me to dehradun. Later i got to know train which inherit my demand has the no. 14113 which i guess is another train because its route map is entirely different from the former train.
                            Moreover this link express to dehradun has a nose of getting late everytime, i urge indian railways to check when did this train even departed at time from the source station because it is always late train. This is a daily passenger train, just imagine the amount of trouble it leads on getting late adding it gets late everyday.
                            Please take care and help to build a strong network instead of recruiting bribe tempting hooligans appoint educated and well deserving staff and being an indian i know our country have them.

                              I am facing the problem as refund on cancelled tickets is not credited to my account even after 1 month.
                              Bank customer care informed me that irctc has not given refund instructions to bank and irctc is not accepting this statement.

                                I tried to book a ticket for rail journey on[protected] at 20:31 under premium tatkal quota. Even though my account was debited and i received a confirmation therefor, i neither received the ticket i sought for nor the amount of rs.745/- debited from my account by my banker state bank of india refunded to me. I reproduce the message i received from my banker in this regard:
                                "thank you for using state bank internet banking. Your txn ref no, igabquyyl6 for rs.745/- on 15th july 2017

                                  Pls find the attachment of the failed ticket screenshot. Sir i have booked a ticket through irctc app. The transaction failed due to some reasons & hence my amount has debited from the a/c. Also the ticket is showing as not booked status & payment was showing under process status. On next day the amount got deducted & the payment process got failed. Almost 5 days have already passed since this incident. Please refund my amount of 377 (Service charges included) at earliest. Hoping to see u soon from your side.

                                      I am travelling in rajdhani express 12951 dated 15/7/2017 from mumbai to new delhi the food quality is really bad, most of the passengers are frustrated due to this. Food is just not in eatable condition. Who will be answerable if it will cause some health.in daal there is just water and paneer is very hard no one knows how old this food might be. Please look into this issue because this might create really bad impression on travellers of indian railways

                                        I (Ameet matai) have cancelled booked ticket on 6/7/2017 with pnr number [protected]. The status for the same is showing "refunded" (Refer attached snap shot).

                                        But still i have not received refund amount in my icici bank account till date (Refer below snap shot).

                                        Request you to look in to this matter for credit of refund in time.
