Hi Team,
This is to bring into your notice, about my refund which is reflecting in system as on 16-Jun-017 it was initiated of Rs.10, 050/-, but the same had not been received in my account.
I had booked a ticket with my Irctc UserId- Pankajt89 and
Transaction ID: [protected] PNR No [protected]
also the Cancellation ID- [protected].
I had already raised many tickets, but for none of the tickets any person had given me any positive response. Its been more than 19days since this refund was initiated but i have not received this refund.
Request you to kindly look into this at priority and initiate my refund.
