Case no 1.
This to inform you that i tried to book 3 tickets (2 adults and 1 children) on 06 th july 2017 for the journey of shm (Salimar) to sc (Secunderabad) dated 19 th july 2017 in 2a (Second ac) for the train name shm sc ac exp, train no: 12773. But unfortunately due to not availability of any lower birth seat as shown by your portal, i have opted not to booked the ticket. But a rs. Of 6240 already charged through my pnb a/c and no refund has credited to my bank a/c till date.
So if you kindly look after my problem and return the refund amount of rs. 6240 in my respective a/c, i shall be obliged to you.
Case no 2.
This to inform you again that i tried to book 2 tickets (2 adults) on 07 th july 2017 for the journey of sc (Secunderabad) to shm (Salimar) dated 26 th september 2017 in 3a (Third ac) for the train name sc shm ac exp, train no: 12774. But unfortunately due to not availability of any lower birth seat as shown by your portal, i have opted not to booked the ticket. But a rs. Of 2595 already charged through my pnb a/c and no refund has credited to my bank a/c till date.
So if you kindly look after my problem and return the refund amount of rs. 2595 in my respective a/c, i shall be obliged to you.
Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
