Hello sir,
I have already complained but I didn't get any respond, so again I reposting complain that on 3rd of July, I tried to book a ticket from Ludhiana to sealdah for journey of 9th of July . And my debit card has been debited with transaction id [protected] but ticket has not booked . so I m requesting to you please refund money. Its been two days, I haven't got any response . so please respond

    Hello,

    I have ordered some meals for the below pnr no for chennai central station on 26th june. The order is canceled and they dint delivered the food to the station. The amount is deducted from my account for the food is which is not delivered. We travelled as a group with kids which all where empty stomach. I want to know when i will get my refund to my account which they deducted from my account my pnr no is below

        I am tried to book a train ticket for 6 passengers from src (Bangaluru) to nzm (Hazzart nizxamudin) on 04.07.17 by irctc gateway of axis bank (Journey date 08.10.17) at approximately 18:15. My bank of india a/c has been deducted amount of rs 20501/- transaction id is 5177650, but the pnr no. And ticket has not created.
        So i request you to refund this amount as early as possible and also request you to reduce this type of software problem.

          I was traveling to my home town along with my wife from bangalore to satna by train no: 12295 on 2nd tier ac coach seat a1-11 and a1-12 on 24-june-2017.
          I have covered most of the journey but unfortunately incident occurred in itarsi junction.in itarsi station train stopped around 2:40 pm on 25-june-2017 and i get it down for few min to bring some food after few minute i came back and sat for some time on lower seat, in the mean time train started moving. When i checked my seat my laptop/laptop bag was missing, immediately i checked with my wife and the people near my seat and ticket invigilator but no one is aware of it, as most of the people are using curtains to cover their seat.

          After checking with all people including attender and pantry guys, I realized its stolen and there after I started calling railways police for the FIR and filed FIR in Jabalpur station.

            Sir,
            I have been waiting for your reply. Its been morethan 10 days since i have cancelled the ticket. I have booked my ticket online in irctc website (Pnr : [protected] and transaction id : [protected]). As my ticket was not conformed i have canceled it and a message was also send to my registered number that i will be refunded rs.810 in 2-4 days. Now its been more than10 days. Even if i try to contact helpline number it is not responding since last 4 days. Please don't make common people like us to loose hope on the government. Hoping to get refund as soon as possible. Kindly reply. I have tried several times contacting most of the irctc numbers and no one is respondding.

              I have booked a 2 tickets on different dates but cancelled on same date i. E 3 july 2017 and paid using my friend debit card (Sbi debit card),. Today date is 12 july 17 but my money is not credited.in irctc site refund status is showing money is sent to bank from last 3 days. Nobody is picking the phone. How should i track which sbi bank received th we money. Please have a look below for further info

                I am booking a ticket from newdelhi to haridwar junction after making the payment by the visa debit card the balance is deducted from my a/c.
                But ticket has not generated yet. The bank sent message of deduction of my money.
                I have checked several times on irctc for the booked ticket option but it does not seems anything there.
                I need help badly.

                    I have booked online train ticket on[protected] under tr. Id:[protected] money debited from my account ticket not booked. On 3rd irctc sight i have seen amount refunded but till date the same has been not credited to my bank account. Inspite of my complaint on mail there is no response from irctc. It has already 12 days till date the problem has not solved and amount not credited to my bank account. Transaction failed money debited but refund is not credited to my bank account.

                      2 nos 2nd a/c tickets were booked for journey on 7th july 2017 transaction id
                      [protected] and pnr[protected] by irctc on line. The ticketswere wait listed and cancelled on 4th july. The ticket charges were rs 8306.5 and return amount was rs 7740.0 thus deduction rs 567/- for two wait listed tickets cancelled 3 days before scheduled journey. This much deduction i. E. Rs 283/- per ticket is not understandable.

                        I tried booking tickets on tatkal from pune to chandigarh on 4 july, amount was deducted from the account but i didn't even get the pnr number or any confirmation from the railways against the amount of 1868/-, my transaction id is iin/irctc etic tic/[protected]. When contacted to the reservation office i was said it will automatically be refunded to the account in 3 working days but i havent received any response or refund yet

                              I am disappointed with catering service which is providing in shatabdi. They are providing dirty glass for tea and providing open tea bags instead of tea kit. Tharmas are not clean too. Catering staff are also not wearing the gloves an d when i ask for complaint book they replied that they have no complaint book.

                                I had booked tickets online from bellary to hubli, schedule date of journey 10/07/2017, with confirmed berths sv1 25, sv1 26in sleeper class in train no :17603, schedule time of depature 6.55am
                                But when we reached the station we were surprised to know no information was there regarding the said train as per schedule and when asked the station master he was surprised to see confirmed ticket for no train with such number exits but some other person intimated that such bogie attached to some other train but that has been departed earlier than our schedule ticket

                                    I booked two tatkal tickets more than over a month ago of which the trains got delayed more than 3 hours and hence we could not travel. The tdr as per irctc rules was entered by me before the departure of train and the status turned 'cr registered' a few days later. Since then i have been waiting for the refund against the pnr [protected] and [protected] respectively. The irctc customer care responded that it is now a matter of zonal railways to refund them the amount and then they'll return it to me. But there has been no news or update since. I feel cheated and robbed. A valuable amount of money is not refunded, leaving me distressed for over a month. Please take strict action against east central railway.

                                      I am very upset and they were eating our hardwork earned money i should say IRCTC aap log just sucking the blood of common peoples money thats all not refunding the money on time we are a medium class people we earn money doing lots of labor work thoo on IRCTC i need an apology from IRCTC foir their mistake i need a direct line to connect with them

                                        My self k. Sujith kumar,
                                        I have booked 2 tatkal tickets on 20th june 2017 on my ip address, after a week i tried to book 2 more tatkal tickets from the same ip adress but it's showing you are allowed only 2 tatkal tickets from 10am to 12pm per ip address their for i am not able to use my ip address once more to book tickets.
                                        The data provider provides only one ip address per each registration,
                                        But now how do i get new ip address, in the rules of tatkal it's mentioned that:
                                        -only six tatkal tickets per month.
                                        -only two tatkal tickets per ip address in a day.
                                        But i can't us the same ip address once again
                                        From where i have to get different type of ip address.

                                        Their is not general department available in train all general passenger travel in reservation department please ansure that all general department passenger can't be travel in reservation department
