Food quality

Rajdhani express — bad service, unhygienic bathroom water logged. And sticking.


I am traveling in delhi dibrugarh rajdhani originated from delhi on 26th june 2017. Its the worst rajdhani experience i ever had. Pathetic service, bad coach b7, bathrooms stinking bad, waterlogged. 2 bathrooms are permanently locked god knows for what reason. Its nothing better than a local train. Refund not initiated

I was debited rs.265.38 on 05.06.2017 through irctc android app while booking shamnad express from alleppey to thrissur. Though the amount was debited the app showed "booking not allpwed at this time" after about 1 minute and exited.

Today too (26.06.2017) i tried booking for chennai express from alleppey to thrissur. Same thing happened with the app. This time i lost rs.326.62.

I booked through hdfc bank diner's...

Cheat by irctc for ticket collector

I still waiting for refund because i not travel on this ticket and ticket collector refuse me that your ticket (Pnr no [protected] and transaction no is [protected]) is canceled and your refund payment is transfer with in weak and make without ticket 440/-...

Ticket not booked amount deducted

I booked four tickets from irctc fare deducted 4500 /- from my account and ticket were not booked i contact to bank also still got not refund what about my money when ticket is not booked, refund my money as thsi moment. Irctc have no right to deduct my money from my account when ticket no booked. This totally harassment of customer. I am continue asking for refund but no respone get...

Hi support team,
I booked a ticket from lucknow nr (Lko) to ghaziabad (Gzb) for 15624/kyq bgkt express on 20-jan-2017 and date of journey was 22-jan-2017.
For some reason the train got delayed for more than 3 hours and the passenger did not travel. I filed tdr for the same in irctc against my ticket and the status turned to cr registered, but the amount is not refunded yet.
I am not sure what else i might be missing...

Yesterday i was visited from ghy to slgr. That was my very bad experience.in my journey i have not found any tt and police man. Four young boy playing cards whole night and no one was there to stop them. They were soughting and switch on the light whole night. Request to all the rly dept. Plz visit every couch and asked the passenger about services and most important to visit every couch by the concern tt....

Refunded amount is not credited in my account

This is not the first time that railway is failed to deliver in terms of booking normal or tatkal tickets. Without booking anything from my ip address, it gives this error (As written in subject). Railway has the habit of saying the shared ip is being allocated to multiple people by isp whereas thats not the case.

I've been using fibernet at my home which is allocated only to me, still this error shows that means it railway...

Amount deducted twice

I have booked a ticket from app and i got deduction of amount twice from my respective account.
Booked ticket transaction id is [protected] and the pnr for that ticket is [protected].
I got deduction of amount twice of amount 602.21 rupees.
Just give me my money 602.21 rupees back to my account as you charged twice.

BUT tikcet not booked and amount debited from my account.

Tdr filed but amount not refunded

I filed a tdr on 11/06/2017 due to train running more than 3 hour late under pnr no. [protected] and reference no.[protected].
I also emailed the concern to [protected]@irctc.co.in but there is actual care for customer as i have not received any reply in 10 days.
So i request you to kindly refund the same asap as it is more than 7 days to refund the amount

Charging higher prices on food

Train: 12798, seat s3, 43 date: 23/6/2017. They are charging inr 70 for veg palao which is more than specified rates by railways. Moreover, the quantity of rice provided is not as per the specified quantity. Despite paying higher price i'm going to bed with hungry stomach. Kindly look in to the issue and ensure that such negligence is not repeated in the future....

Selling of banned products

In most of the trains which are originating from howrah and orissa, the sellers are vending banned products like gutka openly in train.
This post is just a way to convey my opinion and not an offense to the people from these places. Please stop selling these products in train which makes the co-passengers to suffer. Especially single ladies travelling are facing issues in these trains as they are not safe enough. No security check...

My wife is travelling in lko-ndls shatabdi dt22/6/17, from aljn to gzb junction with valid id and ticket with a child of age less than 5 yrs with identity proof of age issued by nagar nigam, dhanbad, in coach no c7 -76, attending tte used unparliamentry word said that you are saying wrong age and you will be punished for that, inspite of doing right conduct my wife has been insulted by attending tte and feel shame in betwwen 80 passengers....
