On 8th july 2017 i have booked 3 tickets from bikaner to howrah for 5th october 2017 in the irctc connect app from my mobile. I have done the transaction from my debit card but the result is that i have not get booked my tickets. So i want my money back or i want the reason for this and also my ticket should be booked. I tried to contact the irctc care tollfree no.
Which are: [protected]

But they are saying that please wait while we are connecting your phone call and again the result is nothing.
So, i need to my ticket should be booked.

I was travelling from delhi to jammu by rajdhani express on 1st July 2017. PNR no.[protected], train no. 12425, seat no. B8-20. I lost my black coloured luggage consisting of my clothes, shoes etc.if found pl return it t me.

I tried to login to my IRCTC account using the details I've been using so far. But the website responded to saying I'm an invalid user. I'm a registered user and I've booked tickets i the past using the same login details. Please look into it and solve my problem

    I am satyajit ghosh. I tried to book tickets from irctc app on 30.06.2017/ i tried to book tickets of duranta dealdah puri express formy family. (4tickets). While in doing payment transaction got dropped. I didnt get any tickets and my account was debited bu the amount rs. 2306.78. Kindly refund my money as early as possible. Your kind concern in these matter is of immense importance

      The fact is that amount (Rs.3130 + rs.3130) is not credited in my account as on date.

      Today I am traveling from MLDT- SDAH in 3A. Dirty blankets are provided to passengers & also no bed sheet is provided in the train. There is no cover on the pillow. Train no13154. Dear railway ministry please take care

        My pnr no.[protected] & [protected] was cancelled on dt 5.6 17 & 8.7.17 respectively but till now i couldn't recive my refund amount. The refund customer care no.[protected] &[protected] don't recive call, many times i have tried. How much time it will take by irctc please let me know.

        On 3rd july i booked a takal ticket from irctc but payment is completed and ticket is not booked and i wait 3 days for refund but amount is not received in my bank account trasaction id is[protected]
        I have forgotten my user id and password but I remember my email id and mobile number associated with that account. Also I dont have any mails of ticket booking in my inbox. So please help me recover my Id.

            Case no 1.
            This to inform you that i tried to book 3 tickets (2 adults and 1 children) on 06 th july 2017 for the journey of shm (Salimar) to sc (Secunderabad) dated 19 th july 2017 in 2a (Second ac) for the train name shm sc ac exp, train no: 12773. But unfortunately due to not availability of any lower birth seat as shown by your portal, i have opted not to booked the ticket. But a rs. Of 6240 already charged through my pnb a/c and no refund has credited to my bank a/c till date.
            So if you kindly look after my problem and return the refund amount of rs. 6240 in my respective a/c, i shall be obliged to you.

            Case no 2.
            This to inform you again that i tried to book 2 tickets (2 adults) on 07 th july 2017 for the journey of sc (Secunderabad) to shm (Salimar) dated 26 th september 2017 in 3a (Third ac) for the train name sc shm ac exp, train no: 12774.               Sir/madam,
              This is to inform you that i tried to book one ticket from howrah to malda town on 25th june 2017, my bank account has been debited by rs. 300 + service charges but the ticket was not booked due to payment failed.

              On the same day i. E on 25th june 2017 i tried to book a ticket from sealdah to kanpur, my bank account has been debited by rs. 1285 + service charges but the ticket was not booked due to payment failed.

              I have not received my refund till date, i am attaching the booking detail as well as my bank transaction detail.

              Please do the needful and i am expecting quick refund of my money.

                I hace been a regular traveller of shramik express{19051} from udhna to muz affarpur. I have been noticing a regular delay of train after chapra. Train stops at all those halts at which it is not supposed to and to pass other trains i takes 4 hrs to cover a journey of 40 mins. Today itself on 10/07/2017 it took about more than 4 hrs from hazipur to muzaffarpur. It hass been a very vad experience of mine so i would like to request you to take neccesary actions regaeding the same. It puts a bad impression on the passengers. Please see to it, i shall be highly obiliged to you for the same.

                      Hi sir,

                      I filed my tdr with pnr no.[protected] on 25th feb 17:30 hrs 4 months back but it got repudiated with fake information provided with comments "as per chart, passenger has travelled"

                      Me & my wife didn't travelled by the train, as it was late for more than 3 hours.

                      It seems that tc has sold our tickets to someone else & incorrectly marked our attendance in the chart.

                      Please help in getting resolution on my case at the earliest.

                        Respected Sir, while travelling from train number 12818, at anandvihar railway station my bag containing a hp laptop was stolen from coach number s11 and seat number 24. The bag is of black color with a logo of hp on it. The bag was stolen right from the station anandvihar, Delhi. My pnr number is [protected]. The bag is containing some clothes, a hp laptop, a laptop charger, a mouse of iball, photocopy of my marks sheet, a notebook, two books( questions are the answers and business school).                           I booked three TATKAL tickets from anantpur to kopargaon(Train no 12627) on 04/07/2017 ON THE IRCTC APP but the transaction failed due to system fault at the IRCTC website. The amount of money amounting to Rs. 1695/- was, however, debited FROM my SBI account . That Failed transaction ID is-[protected] dated 04/07/2017.

                          So please do the refund to my respective account .

                            I need RAIL CONNECT AND UTS mobile application for iOS software because for me very difficult to get local train ticket in counter as well as well as express trails.
                            If you develop such application for iOS means it's very useful for iPhone users.Nowadays iOS users increasingly day by day because of iphone easy and compact to use it.

                              I was trying to book ticket from HWH to KGP for 2 people, on 2nd July and 3rd july also. Both the time Money got deducted from my account and the ticket was not booked.                                 I was booking the ticket from DEE to ABOHAR and i have selected preferences like - both seats are lower birth and then filled my bank details, then after that site displayed ERROR MESSAGE that your preference will not work and if you want to proceed than click Yes or NO, then i clicked NO and it back to my home page then again i selected option for atleast 1 birth and did same procedure before i did, and received same error. in that process i have not booked ticket by i received 2 times transaction of RS 1490 deduction from my account. and then i booked with the selection of none and then seat is booked.

                                  Sir, I have tried to book one ticket fom New Delhi to Kalyan Jn. for punjab mail on 1 july, 2017 for journey of 20th july.2017. Ticket not booked, but amount has been deducted from my Citibank Credit Account 1844 i.e. Rs.633.17.                                     I booked 2 tickets, from Chennai to Kozhikode on 7 July 2017.
                                    A total of 806 rupees was deducted from my account but ticket was not issued.
                                    And I had to book another ticket as it was a case of emergency. So i paid about 1200 rupees for a 400 rupee ticket.
                                    When i called in IRCTC's contact no. nobody answered the phone. it was a disappointing and disturbing experience . i request the officials to take a proper look into this issue. and to refund 806 rupees for which i didn't get any ticket.

                                      I have tried twice to book 1 ticket on 3rd of July 2017 from DLI TO LKO. At that time the money got deducted from my a/c but the ticket didn't got booked. It's been 4 days now & no message is sent from your side that you will give the money back or not. I have booked the tickets in tatkal and the amount which you have charged is Rs 400 for one ticket. I'm a middle class person & i can't afford to give Rs 800 just like that. I have tried to call your customer care no. but no response is given from their end. I think no is even bothered to see that a person is suffering and is calling to solve the query. I just want to know when will you Credit the amount in my a/c. My id for irctc is "rrnns" and i have attached screenshot from app stating that the money got transferred from my a/c to irctc a/c but the ticket didn't got booked.                                         On dated 30/06/2017, I received one SMS from AD-IRSMSA i.e. TRN 19019 SRC-BDTS ON 10/07/2017 HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO UNAVOIDABLE CIRCUMSTANCE..
                                        On the base of information received I booked ticket in other train i.e. in Mewar Express. When I cancelled ticket of train no 19019 total Rs 193 charged by IRCTC which is wrong.
