I filed a tdr on 11/06/2017 due to train running more than 3 hour late under pnr no. [protected] and reference no.[protected].
I also emailed the concern to [protected]@irctc.co.in but there is actual care for customer as i have not received any reply in 10 days.
So i request you to kindly refund the same asap as it is more than 7 days to refund the amount

Train: 12798, seat s3, 43 date: 23/6/2017. They are charging inr 70 for veg palao which is more than specified rates by railways. Moreover, the quantity of rice provided is not as per the specified quantity. Despite paying higher price i'm going to bed with hungry stomach. Kindly look in to the issue and ensure that such negligence is not repeated in the future....

I was booking a ticket for train from secunderabad jn. To tiluru on 23/06/2017.
My ticket booking is failed but the money from my account is deducted with rs.1070.
Please help me with the issue. There is no reply from the irctc about money refunds...

In most of the trains which are originating from howrah and orissa, the sellers are vending banned products like gutka openly in train.
This post is just a way to convey my opinion and not an offense to the people from these places. Please stop selling these products in train which makes the co-passengers to suffer. Especially single ladies travelling are facing issues in these trains as they are not safe enough. No security check...

My wife is travelling in lko-ndls shatabdi dt22/6/17, from aljn to gzb junction with valid id and ticket with a child of age less than 5 yrs with identity proof of age issued by nagar nigam, dhanbad, in coach no c7 -76, attending tte used unparliamentry word said that you are saying wrong age and you will be punished for that, inspite of doing right conduct my wife has been insulted by attending tte and feel shame in betwwen 80 passengers....

I have booked taatkal tickets for two, where for the first time i haved made payment after submitting otp an error occurred due to which ticket could not be booked then again i paid for the same and ticket booked and recieved the following message...

I had booked two tickets on train no. 22482 for 14.06.2017 from delhi to jodhpur. The scheduled departure was 23:15. First it got delayed by 1 hour 15 minutes. At 12:40 there was an announcement that this train will leave by 2:30 am. Since we were two girls, we decided to ask the station master if there is any chance we can get our refund for the tickets as we can't wait till 2:30 am at night in delhi at a railway station that is fairly less...

I am useing irctc rail connect official app for online ticket booking. But on 20th june 2017 when i booked ticket from chappara to itarsi off rs 1320 3rd ac the transaction showing failed but amount off rs 1331.5 has been deducted from my sbi ac which not refunded yet. I tried to connect with coustomer care but its to hectic all time it saying busy. Plz take fast action on my complain.

I was coming from ranchi to new delhi in ranchi rajdhani express (Train no. 12453) on 11th june, 2017 pnr no. [protected]. I opted for non veg food, which was provided in a filthy state as food was kept one above the other, making the packing and food unhygienic. Then i asked for a dahi (Curd) which was not provided in the food platter, upon asking for it the waiter said we only serve to those who ask for it. I mean, how does that matter it...

I've been trying to access irctc.co.in for booking a ticket in tatkal quota for sleeper class at 11.00 am today, but as i filled the details and clicked submit (Before payment) the page was loading for a long time and finally it threw an error 'connection reset by peer'. Tried to access it again but the same problem occurs.

Now, it says there's some maintenance activity.

I couldn't book a ticket. I hope irctc...

This is the worst ticket booking service in the world. This service is only for the agents not for the customer. Everyday at the time of tatkal ticket booking this service undergoes maintanence or there are errors during booking. I would tell each and every customer not to book the tickets using this service. This service is the worst service in booking tickets. So i would advice every customer to go to the agent rather than booking tickets...

I was booked a e-ticket on 23 may 2017 to jammu tavi from hindaun city. And due to waiting it was canceled automatically but till now money for that ticket is not refunded till now in my debited account.
I tried calling to irctc contact numbers but call was not connected to any executive it remains in waiting all time and ended automatically.

Refund not credited
I have booked a ticket and paid using my debit card, the payment gateway was patmag. Then i cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded but i have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.

I don't understand what happened to irctc onliine railway ticket booking site.in tatkal we are not able to book any ticket. I have tried several times with different internet providers (4g high speed) whenever i book ticket it goes to tatkal waiting list and i have to pay huge charges for cancellation even though it automatically gets cancelled. Can please suggest if this situation is going to improve or we should travel by any other means....

I booked one general class-sl ticket from tirupati (Tpty) to c shahumharaj the (Kop) (Train no 17415) on 25/09/2017 on the internet but the transaction failed due to system fault at the irctc website. The amount of money amounting to rs. 888/- was, however, debited to my sarswat bank account. Their failed transaction id is - [protected] dated 14/06/2017.

So please do the refund to my respective account.

By id scagniho, (My husband id) i booked train ticket on 18.6.17 at 0820hrs, aljn to ftp 3rd ac in train 12428, rs.2751 debited but ticket not booked. I processed again, same, rs. 2751 debited again at 2034hrs and ticket booked.
I paid by my atm/debit card [protected] pnb under my
A/c [protected]. But wrongly debited amount has yet not credited till now.
Kindly refund rs.2751 to my a/c soon.br...
