Hi Team,

This is to bring into your notice, about my refund which is reflecting in system as on 16-Jun-017 it was initiated of Rs.10, 050/-, but the same had not been received in my account.

I had booked a ticket with my Irctc UserId- Pankajt89 and
Transaction ID: [protected] PNR No [protected]

also the Cancellation ID- [protected].

I had already raised many tickets, but for none of the tickets any person had given me any positive response. Its been more than 19days since this refund was initiated but i have not received this refund.

Request you to kindly look into this at priority and initiate my refund.

    The above train was cancelled due to engine fault. I am yet to receive the refund.

      The Air condition was not functioning on 5th July 2017 at 9 pm and instead a fan was kept for the entire room which did not suffice. Also please note that the room was stinking and nobody could sit comfortably. To add to this the care taker or assistant was not in his place to receive the complaint. Hence I had to go to the station master who acknowledged the complaint. however I am not sure if this has been rectified. Else would appreciate that all upper class people who utilised the above services at Bangalore station on 5th July be refunded the cost so recovered in the absence of proper AC being made available, care taker missing and stinking hall.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I have cancelled my ticket on 22nd June 2017.. 4 days prior to date of Journey. I received mail from Irctc saying that refund has been processed on 24th June 2107 but still its not credited in my account. Payment was done by Axis debit card.

        When i checked my irctc account the status shows its refunded but not credited in my bank. I have verified in my bank too and they said no refund is receive in my account

          I booked one TATKAL ticket from Trissur to chennai central(Train no 22640) on 06/07/2017 ON THE INTERNET but the transaction failed due to system fault at the IRCTC app(website). The amount of money amounting to Rs. 1880/- was, however, debited to my SBI account . Their Failed transaction ID is- [protected] dated 06/07/2017.

          So please do the refund to my respective account .

            I tried to book a ticket using IRCTC website on 22ND MAY 2017. After giving instructions for debiting my HDFC Bank account, it gave message 'payment settled charting under preparation, booking not allowed . However the amount of Rs 2340 /= was debited to my account. After that I have been following with the department for the refund but have not received any answer from them. Transaction I D:[protected]
            I dont have any idea whether this complaint will reach the desired level but still having no option left after calling number of time to their Delhi office, I have to do so,

              I tried to book a ticket From Howrah to New Delhi Duronto Express AC 3 tier for the date 10/07/2017 on the night of 05/07/2017 around 20:30 Hrs. But unfortunately, an amount of Rs 2866.80 (ticket fare) was deducted from my A/c no [protected] of Punjab National Bank. My transaction id for the said transaction is [protected]. When I tried to contact the IRCTC helpline to sort my problem it always stands busy.

              PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                Mewar express was cancelled on 23 june 17 and i have not received any refund till now. Poor service given by the person on telephonic conversation.
                I have been sending emails but no positive response is coming. 2 weeks has been passed already.
                TDR has been filed but they are saying atleast 90 days they will take to proceed my request

                  Sir I booked tickets PNR number.[protected].kir to ndls wating tickets.i cancel this ticket then wating 12-13 .so cancel tickets didcuted 230 Rs.Per tickets 130PER tickets.                     If any patient travel in like Kissan express train, he is very un- comfortable to travel in second setting couch, he can not laying due to less space and over filling, so if possible there should be sleeper couch also in express trains. I see this type of problem so many times, so think about un-healthy persons and ladies which are suffering with labor problem.
                    please forward this msg to railway minister or high level, so they think about this.

                      Im traveling from mumbai to chandigarh in paschim express (Train number-12925). Im having issues with the price of the services provided by indian railways in trains. Instead of rail neer water bottle, they are selling some "pavan" water bottles and also charging more than the mrp. Mrp of this bottle is inr 15, they charged me inr 20 and refused to return rs. 5. When i told them about registering complaint, they tried to threaten me.
                      Also, none of your helpline numbers are working. Really worst service provided by indian railways.

                        Hello,
                        I am Abhinav Kumar Jha, recently I tried to book ticket on 3rd of July from Ludhiana to Sealdah for journey on 9th of July. Money has been debited from my account with transaction Id: [protected].
                        With my debit card. But ticket hasn't booked . and website shows payment has settled. so kindly try to resolve this . either send confirmation of booking or please refund my money.

                          4/07/17 i book train from jammu tawi to delhi sarai rohilla for my dad in 3A DORONOTO EXPRESS and the money is deducted from the account (sbi bank) but in irctc payment shows failed payment.

                            Good evening, i am aakriti surana, i recently booked a ticket online on 03/07/2017 from hazzrat nizamuddin to bombay central of 09/07/2017 with transaction id - [protected].
                            The payment was made succesfully as my hdfc a/c has been debited but haven't yet recieved any information regarding the confirmation and booking status for the same.

                                I have booked a ticket PNR [protected]. and then I have cancelled it. The status was cancelled in newly opened window, then I closed it and logged out. Again when I logged in the status was booked only, I did same thing as mention above and status was cancelled. Again after few days status is Booked only and journey date is passed away. I need refund for that.

                                      I would like to lodge a complaint against the catering staff of the PNR No: [protected] Train No. & Name: 12017/DEHRADUN SHTBDI in which meals for the passengers travelling to Dehradun had not been rendered.
                                      Neither breakfast nor luncheon had provided to the passengers.
