Im kc satapathy served in armed forces dated 04 jul 17, from hte to jolllaripettai, by the tarin no 22837 when i ask rate chart of case role meals of noveg rate to caterror it was 130 rs which is enough then that of standard rate which is cirulate in irctc food rate list nd it was ridiculous matter was that when i ask for giving bills they were denied to give as they obtain amount from me [130]. Its full of illegal works against commuter whom are suffer in train more than one day.request to authority kindly took a necessary action about such illegal work. Jai hind

Actualy I have try to book TQ sit on 1 july 2017 but ticket did'nt succesfully book. But ticket value is debited in my a/c. I have try to 2 time & did'nt succesfull. My irctc Dipee16..
I have Booked IRCTC ticket through PAY U money Getway on 24 JUN 2017 IRCTC Transaction ID [protected] but ticket not booked and on IRCTC site it is showing status refunded Payment transaction ID S68662743 of RS 5167.85 DATE 24 JUN TIME 10.5 AM from my Bank of baroda account
This company is werry bed, not risponce is cansumar, not working any help line no, not ansring staf, this is werry bed, thiss is mac in india ???? Hihihihihihi

    Try to book ticket from irctc app on date 22.06.2017 but my card account was debited twice by amount rs.3909.27 and 3909.28. on one occasion transaction was successful and on one it was unsuccessful.Raised complaint with irctc care but till date no refund no reply ticket id of my complaint is 6154347.They are asking for txn id which i don't have as it was failed one.
    All the time a ticket id will be generated and no reply from irctc

    We are travelling in Chennai express 12163 in S5 coach today 28/6/2017,

    The compartment floor is floating under water, we cannot keep our luggage.

    This very inconvenient to travel.

      Suddenly just before boarding to Netravati express 16345, LTT to TVM, we get to know that our 2 AC has been converted to 3AC without any prior notice. We had specifically booked a 2 AC coach because we had 2 big bags and didn't want it to be an inconvenience for other travellers. Now we are struggling with our luggage in a 3 AC coach, inspite of the fact that we had paid for 2AC tickets. IRCTC needs to understand that there could be various reasons why people opt for 2 AC...people could be sick among others. Such a decision is unacceptable without prior notice...needless to add that the current coach we are provided is really dirty.

        As I have booked 4 tickets for the journey from Yeswantpur to Kayankulam ( Transaction ID : [protected]) on 24th june 2017 for the journey on 2nd July 2017 through the website www.irctc.co.in for the journey in the train 12257/KOCHUVELI GR, I got my transaction amount of Rs.3000/- debited from my federal account and the ticket not booked as shown in the status of booking. I thought it may get refund to my account within 7 days. But its already 8 days ago and i didn't got my money refunded. So kindly take necessary action and please refund my money

          Hi,

          I am girisimha, on july 2nd 2017, i traveled in samprakranti from ypr to kcg.
          I had an rac ticket. When i entered the train, i saw my seat was already occupied. So i inquired and got to know that 2 people were traveling on wl ticket. I had to have some tough conversations to tell them move away for my seat. They comfortably traveled on by sitting on one or the other seat till kcg, where is got down.

          Unfortunately tc never visited us till i reached kcg.

          This happens very often particularly in this train. It is causing embarrassing situations as these people sleep on the train floor / in between berths, blocking the walk way all the night (Particularly ladies). It is embarrassing for passengers traveling with confirmed ticket to request these people to make way to walk.

          I know it seems a usual thing in sleeper class, but it is not a good situation.

          Request railway authorities to look in to this matter seriously and take immediate action.

          Hope i can travel in my next train only with confirmed/ rac passengers.

          Thanks in advance for making the railway travel better.

            Captioned tatkal ticket was booked on 24/'06/2017 and was cancelled on the same day since it was on waiting list. Cancellation advice indicated refund of rs. 800/ -. But so far amount has not been credited to my account. On viewing booking history, it indicated refund on 25/06/2017 but has not been credited so far. Please do needful for early refund to my account.

              I booked my ticket for Train No 12415, Date of journey: 23nd june which was cancelled on due date. This information was collected after reaching the boarding station ie., Ujjain. Also it was confirmed from railway officer about the auto cancellation and refund of money. Two days later tried to file TDR, still was unable to do it, showing an error "Train has been cancelled". This particular amount is still not refunded in my bank account. 2weeks have been already passed calling IRCTC and mailing [protected]@irctc.co.in. No satisfactory solution has come up with

                I have booked a ticket and paid using my debit card, the payment gateway was patmag. Then I cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded but I have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.

                Whenever I check my Refund status, it shows REFUNDED TO BANK, but it shows bank name as PAYTMAG.

                  I received Ticket Message from IRCTC on 25.06.2017 your ticket cancelled, Amt 165 will be refunded in your a/c with in 3-4 days. i checked my account on 03.07.2017. Refund amount not received in account. After that i checked IRCTC account. They mention below details

                    Sir,
                    I booked a ticket on 27 june 2017 with a user name & password in the irctc websight. But today when i am trying to logging into this websight its mentioning my user name is invalid. When i went through the forgot password option & gave the answer of the question i have selected its showing an incorrect answer alert. And in my irctc wallet has balnce to further booking.
                    I really need to access my acount having the same user name & password and i have journey plan on 13th july. So please provide my details

                      Dear sir, my login id for irctc is sri3padha, which is not accessble. I have got my id and password but when i go to login it shows that the user is not valid.                         Hi,
                        I have booked the ticket from mas to sbc on 03/07/2017 and pnr number is [protected]

                        My user id ven564 and password has been deactivated and send a mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in as well
                        There is no response from my mail.

                        As i frequently travel. I have booked the tickets one month before to and from destinations.
                        Iam worrying if my plan is changed then how to cancel those tickets as well.

                        Please do the needful.
                        I believe at least they can give one option in logon page with by entering pnr and other information to cancel the tickets atleast.

                            I am using irctc with userid harshi2804 from november 1st 2016 and my mobile number as well as gmail id is registered with this user id. I have last used it on june 30th 2017. From morning i am trying to login but it is giving error as invalid user, i even tried forget password, during there also it is showing invalid input details.

                            While registering for the same user id it is showing as already existing. Please resolve the issue and let me know what was the problem with my account.

                              Sir my tranjection id [protected] in website it shows refunded from 26/06/2017 but till now not credit in my account
                              Myself Pradeep Singh, I made mail ID in IRCTC and entered "[protected]@gmail.com" and mobile number "[protected]" that is wrong, I want change my mobile number in [protected] and mail ID in "[protected]@gmail.com" in IRCTC.

                                I amusing this past 6 years but last day onwords.
                                it shows invalid user when i trying to book tickets..
                                I tried to logon into the account that i have on the irctc portal but was unable to do so. I trying in other ways also.But that didn't help either. I received invalid username error.

                                    This is Santosh Yadav i am travelling on 02.07.2017 in neelanchal express from Etawaha to new delhi with 11 moth son in neelanchal express.The train arrived at Etawah around 12:30 i was boarded in the train in the S3 coach Birth No.53.During the journey my Pink Purse was stolen on the station at Shikhobad . When i had check the bag shikhobad my purse was not there. My purse with small red color wallet carried lot item of mine as given below

                                    3.SBI Debit Card/HDFC Credit Card
                                    4.Money :INR 20000.
                                    5.Mobile Phone.HP Tablet
                                    NOKIA C3

                                    Even I had given a call on 100 no. They had given me Firozabad GRP Contact no.[protected].I had given a call on this no. Mr. Hiralal came to me for checking the matter but he told me that"AB PURSE NI MILEGA". He did not register my complaint properly. He did enquire anybody else aboutt my purse. What is use of the cops in the train if the luggage would be stolen & they said "AB LUGGAGE NI MILEGA".

                                    I WANT TO "KYUN NI MILEGA MERA SAMAAN".because police had duty to find the stolen product.Police knew everything. I want my material asap with me.

                                    Finally i reached the New metro station where i had file the police complain no.473 for the stolen product .

                                    Today i had chec my no. [protected] which is ringing on i had given this information to GRP [protected].

                                    POLICE KNEW EVERYTHING & POLICE CAN DO EVERYTHING.

                                    Kindly find my stolen purse .
