I am using irctc with userid harshi2804 from november 1st 2016 and my mobile number as well as gmail id is registered with this user id. I have last used it on june 30th 2017. From morning i am trying to login but it is giving error as invalid user, i even tried forget password, during there also it is showing invalid input details.

While registering for the same user id it is showing as already existing. Please resolve the issue and let me know what was the problem with my account.

    10 days back i have add some money to the IRCTC Wallet. Today i am trying to book a ticket from tuni to nalgonda, when i am trying to login to my account by using my credentials it is showing invalid user. i am giving correct input. when i go for forget forword it is showing User profile service is not allowed between - 09:30 AM - 11:30 AM.
    please suggest me what to do.

    I can't get email verification password
    Sir my tranjection id [protected] in website it shows refunded from 26/06/2017 but till now not credit in my account
    Myself Pradeep Singh, I made mail ID in IRCTC and entered "[protected]@gmail.com" and mobile number "[protected]" that is wrong, I want change my mobile number in [protected] and mail ID in "[protected]@gmail.com" in IRCTC.
    I can t get email verification password

      I amusing this past 6 years but last day onwords.
      it shows invalid user when i trying to book tickets..
      I tried to logon into the account that i have on the irctc portal but was unable to do so. I trying in other ways also.But that didn't help either. I received invalid username error.

        Sir I had booked a ticket on 17/06/17 through irctc app.but my money deducted tickets are not booked.i had send mails to irctc regarding my problem no one is responding.its almost two weeks still my money is not credited back.           This is Santosh Yadav i am travelling on 02.07.2017 in neelanchal express from Etawaha to new delhi with 11 moth son in neelanchal express.The train arrived at Etawah around 12:30 i was boarded in the train in the S3 coach Birth No.53.During the journey my Pink Purse was stolen on the station at Shikhobad . When i had check the bag shikhobad my purse was not there. My purse with small red color wallet carried lot item of mine as given below
          1.Pan card
          2.Aadhar Card
          3.SBI Debit Card/HDFC Credit Card
          4.Money :INR 20000.
          5.Mobile Phone.HP Tablet
          NOKIA C3
          HONOR GOLD Phone(IMEI-[protected])
          (IMEI [protected])

          Even I had given a call on 100 no. They had given me Firozabad GRP Contact no.[protected].I had given a call on this no. Mr. Hiralal came to me for checking the matter but he told me that"AB PURSE NI MILEGA". He did not register my complaint properly. He did enquire anybody else aboutt my purse. What is use of the cops in the train if the luggage would be stolen & they said "AB LUGGAGE NI MILEGA".

          I WANT TO "KYUN NI MILEGA MERA SAMAAN".because police had duty to find the stolen product.Police knew everything. I want my material asap with me.

          Finally i reached the New metro station where i had file the police complain no.473 for the stolen product .

          Today i had chec my no. [protected] which is ringing on i had given this information to GRP [protected].

          POLICE KNEW EVERYTHING & POLICE CAN DO EVERYTHING.

          Kindly find my stolen purse .

            What kind of service is being provided? We are waiting for the 06336 Guwahati express which was scheduled on 25 jun has not yet started( today 27 june 2017).over 48 hours delay.. Should railway be privatised? Who is the responsible for people being forced to wasting their time?

              I have booked a ticket from New Delhi to Hyderabad at Kachiguda station(Hyderabad) through Debit card.

              Details of Journey :-

              DESTINATION - HYDERABAD
              CASH DEDUCTED - 1760/-RS

              CANCELLATION DETAILS :-

              This is second time i am lodging the complaint & none of the actions have taken from your side.
              There was a call from Indian railways asking about the complaint i registered, but they didn't respond me after one call.

              I even got a message in mail box asking me to forward the details on [protected]@ab.com.in, but there is no such domain found on internet either.

              I am writing this complaint on[protected] & I have been thrice to Kacheguda station, twice to SBI Bank & also Andhra bank to know the processing of my refund.
              As per customer care, it shall take 5 to 7 working days for returning the money, but it has taken almost 5 months of now & still counting.

              Kindly, refund my money as soon as possible.
              I am attaching a ANDHRA BANK RECEIPT which i got at station while making the cancellation.

                I along with 5 others am on train no. 22415 AP express from Visakhapatnam to NDLS. Coach no. A5 dated 2/07/17. We sat from Nagpur. And we had to face a lot of problems with bad bedding condition. There were also rodents and cockroaches in the coach specially in the bathroom. It was all in an very unhygienic condition.
                Kindly take note and do the needful.

                  I traveled in "shri shakti express - 22460", the first train till katra station, my journey was really troublesome and disappointing.
                  The coaches were stinking, had garbage under the seats and the seats were also not good. The beddings were of poor quality.
                  The toilets were dirty. There were cockroaches and mices which didn't allow us to sleep.

                  Please take immediate action on it's improvement.

                    Sir i had booked my ticket from bhubaneswar railway station from anugul to ndls and returning also, my returning date was 8-6-2017, but due to certain reason i had to cancel that ticket on 6-6-2017 at muzaffarnagar railway station because that was the nearest railway station at that time, so the man sitting there said that i[censored] had booked ticket through debit card thn it was automatically gone through your account within 24 hrs but that was not happened, i didn't receive amount till now, i had try many times to customer care num, but no one receive there, kindly request u to refund my amount is 1080 rupees.                       I had filed a TDR on 17 MAY 2017 for PNR number [protected]. As the train departure was delayed by more than 3 hours. However, the TDR was filed for 4 passengers out of 6 passengers. We had to reach our destination early and hence we opted a bus due to this delay of departure of train.

                      Please note that the TDR was filed only for passengers who did not travel due to delay of more than 3 hours in departure.

                      The status of the TDR was CR registered and suddenly after a month it was rejected. the reason was mentioned as passenger travelled and hence rejected. However, I have not travelled. I need to file a complain to resolve the issue, however, the TDR details or history is also now not available in my login profile.

                        I got RAC in B2 seat #39 for two people from ASANSOL till Aanant vihar in train#12249Yuva. Somehow we adjusted in night but in morning still we talked to TTE they did not addressed us. Does RAC means in the cost of two people 1seat.Even seats are available still TTE did not provided seat even they were very much rude. This is the worst experience traveling in train. In future I will never use train because I have traveled whole my journey sitting after giving money for AC tier whereas no water in coach AC not working . Kindly refund my money.                           Coffee and tea are selling at re.10/- in train no.12753 today i. E.[protected], while on platforms it is re.7/-. They are telling it is irctc rates. Though i complained so many times about it to railway authorities no action taken and the vendors in trains especially in andhra pradesh and telangana only they are charging like this. But in tamilnadu, orissa west bengal the vedors charging re.7/- only on tea and coffee.

                            Not received pnr no but amount debited
                            Today i booked a ticket from udaipur to nizamudin (Mewar express) through irctc by visa card my transactin id #[protected] amount has been debited but not send pnr no on phone or email.                               There was problem with internet connection when I was trying to book the tickets so when I selected SBI debit card as option and entered all the details suddenly there was message sorry try again from IRCTC page it happened twice. I never got the OTP through which I can make payment. Every time sorry again message was shown by IRCTC. I got to book ticket finally by 3 time. But the problem is that the amount got deducted 3 times what to do and I only got one ticket which I cancelled today. So is there anyway to get my money.

                                  I booked a tatkal ticket from Saharanpur(SRE) to New Jalpaiguri(NJP) on 29th of June. I was charged Rs 2355.00 and Rs 2366.50.

                                  The amount of Rs 2355.00(PNR-[protected]) was justified and paid in total, but I am unable to pinpoint the transaction for Rs 2366.50

                                      I m going to rmm from tpty in train no. 16734.. From tpty... From morning to before train reaches madurai.. We didn't receive bedroll...ac is not working... Cleaners r not supportive.. I told the attendant many times (10-15times) from mrng 6pm to 5pm.. Also i told the 2tte..1 is from tirupati and 2nd is katpadi jn.. Bt they both is not responsible.. Finallyy an aweosme tte come from erode jn... He just make happy to us.. He just class the both attended and ac worker.. And finally now we r happy bcoz ac is also working nd we received our bedroll also... I recommend for the tte from erode jn... Plzz appreciate his work and plz do something for those two tte and compart attended... Pnr. No. Is..[protected] and [protected]... Just do something special for passenger satisfaction... A big thnxs to the tte from erode jn... Big clap for his work.. U just teach the both tte (From tirupati and katpadi jn.) that how to treat passangers...

                                        Dear sir/ madam,
                                        I am an ISRO scientist.
                                        I have booked return tickets between SBS-MAS.I want to advance the dates. I have no option to do so online.

                                        As per instructions available at Indianrail.in I went to Shivajinagar reservation counter yesterday.
                                        At counter 2 at 8AM, I showed my ticket printout and hardcopy of instructions. I was told she can address only counter tickets. I asked about the officer who can guide me. She refused to give information.
                                        When I again quoted that online tickets also to be addressed at reservation counter, she asked me to cancel and rebook.

                                        1) I request you to provide me the option to advance my tickets from 20th to 8th July, return ticket from 28th to 24th July
