I booked four tickets from irctc fare deducted 4500 /- from my account and ticket were not booked i contact to bank also still got not refund what about my money when ticket is not booked, refund my money as thsi moment. Irctc have no right to deduct my money from my account when ticket no booked. This totally harassment of customer. I am continue asking for refund but no respone get

i do not canceled it because ticket collector said this ticket is canceled and refund you WITH IN WEAK, when i boarding train 12060 from Nizamuddin to Kota ticket collector treat me as without ticket and charge me 440/- then i Travel
in general coach now i complain to irctc costumer care he reply me your ticket was confirm and i don't received any massage from irctc of confirmation on my given mobile no [protected] sir i send this please register this complain and resolve it

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that no refund of fare shall be admissible on the ticket having confirmed reservation in case ticket is not cancelled or TDR not filed online upto four hours before the scheduled departure of the train and now TDR filing time limit has exceeded so we are not able to forward your case to concern department.

My Irctc account is suspended without giving any reason.
Please help me get my account re-activated.

Without my permission irctc cancelled my ticket
Howrah mail which travels from Howrah to chennai central is late by 2 hours due to which I will be late to work tomorrow. I do see that most of the times it is late by 2 hours. Please take the necessary steps to make it come on Time.

    Hi support team,
    I booked a ticket from lucknow nr (Lko) to ghaziabad (Gzb) for 15624/kyq bgkt express on 20-jan-2017 and date of journey was 22-jan-2017.
    For some reason the train got delayed for more than 3 hours and the passenger did not travel. I filed tdr for the same in irctc against my ticket and the status turned to cr registered, but the amount is not refunded yet.
    I am not sure what else i might be missing to get the amount refunded. Please let me know what i can do further or you can drop a mail to [protected]@gmail.com

    Finally, on 19-07-2017, IRCTC refunded the amount which was due since 20-01-2017. After posting this complaint on this site, I emailed IRCTC at " [email protected] " . I got the automatically generated response from their side but no further step was taken from their side. After 15 days, I again emailed them with all the attachments of my previous emails and and the TDR summary PDF file. Then after 5 days they responded with a confirmation email that my problem has been taken into consideration and they will refund the amount in next 3 working days. So, whoever is reading this and facing such issues, my friend, keep sending them emails with all the evidences you have . Don't lose hope, sooner or later they have to respond. Regards.

    Correct email id in change
    I have mistake in my IRCTC registration by entering the wrong Email ID. Wrong ID I have. entered is [protected]@gmail.com and my correct Id [protected]@gmail.com kindly I apologies for entering worng email id support me to change the correct id or change by yourself

      Yesterday i was visited from ghy to slgr. That was my very bad experience.in my journey i have not found any tt and police man. Four young boy playing cards whole night and no one was there to stop them. They were soughting and switch on the light whole night. Request to all the rly dept. Plz visit every couch and asked the passenger about services and most important to visit every couch by the concern tt.

      Your input to payment is full of bugs, name of the banks are not available at all i have accounts in one of the top 2 banks however i am not able to see them at the time of payment, hope you will focus on customer complaints and will resolve this issue.
      I was booking the ticket online on 13 June 17 for journey on 15 June 2017 from anand vihar terminal to ranchi but somehow ticket was not booked and money has been deducted from my account . Hence then money has not been re-funded to my account. transaction ID is [protected]. Deducted rupees is 3051 rs. Kindly help me to get re-funded by irctc .

          This is not the first time that railway is failed to deliver in terms of booking normal or tatkal tickets. Without booking anything from my ip address, it gives this error (As written in subject). Railway has the habit of saying the shared ip is being allocated to multiple people by isp whereas thats not the case.

          I've been using fibernet at my home which is allocated only to me, still this error shows that means it railway (Irctc) when will you guys improve at service level.in stead of showing your incompetency to the entire nation, please focus on customer service.

          Ticket booking is very small that you can provide through irctc, even we as a customer is facing issue on that.

          Please change the way you work, please work on these small items in order to improve your image; else you guys are already a big failure in nation's eye.

          Never ever seen such like very bad sleeper coach in this train. I am traveling S1, sleeper coach, compartment inside seat are broken. Very bad condition toilets, light are not working as well as mobile charging 110v power sockets are not working.

                BUT tikcet not booked and amount debited from my account.

                Transaction failure
                Payment failure - no ticket booked — bank account debited

                I faced a problem while booking a ticket on irctc.co.in transaction id/[protected] date of booking[protected] reservation from JODHPUR TO KANPUR for 01/09/2017. After entering the details of the one passenger, i made the payment using state bank of India net banking payment gateway. After making the payment (Amount being debited from my account), i got the message payment successful wait for irctc to respond.
                After waiting for a minute, it prompted "payment failed" I have checked my SBI account the amount 435/- debited from account. PLS DO THE NEEDFUL TO REFUND. THANKS AND REGARDS.

                        Train: 12798, seat s3, 43 date: 23/6/2017. They are charging inr 70 for veg palao which is more than specified rates by railways. Moreover, the quantity of rice provided is not as per the specified quantity. Despite paying higher price i'm going to bed with hungry stomach. Kindly look in to the issue and ensure that such negligence is not repeated in the future.

                          I was booking a ticket for train from secunderabad jn. To tiluru on 23/06/2017.
                          My ticket booking is failed but the money from my account is deducted with rs.1070.
                          Please help me with the issue. There is no reply from the irctc about money refunds...

                            In most of the trains which are originating from howrah and orissa, the sellers are vending banned products like gutka openly in train.
                            This post is just a way to convey my opinion and not an offense to the people from these places. Please stop selling these products in train which makes the co-passengers to suffer. Especially single ladies travelling are facing issues in these trains as they are not safe enough. No security check also and people literally sleep on the floors in train which becomes unbearable to others to even walk to washrooms

                              I have booked a irctc e-ticket via mobile app. While booking ticket amount was debited from my account but ticket not confirmed, suddenly the app got sign out.

                                My wife is travelling in lko-ndls shatabdi dt22/6/17, from aljn to gzb junction with valid id and ticket with a child of age less than 5 yrs with identity proof of age issued by nagar nigam, dhanbad, in coach no c7 -76, attending tte used unparliamentry word said that you are saying wrong age and you will be punished for that, inspite of doing right conduct my wife has been insulted by attending tte and feel shame in betwwen 80 passengers.

                                  Payment failure - no ticket booked — bank account debited

                                  I faced a problem while booking a ticket on irctc.co.in transaction id/[protected] date of booking[protected] reservation from kanpur
                                  Central to new delhi for 30/06/2017. After entering the details of the two passengers, i made the payment using union bank net banking payment gateway. After making the payment (Amount being debitted from my account), i got the message payment successful wait for irctc to respond.
                                  After waiting for a minute, it prompted "payment failed"

                                  I checked my union bank transactions and i can see a payment of rs 1385 /- made. However when i see the list under "booked tickets" on the website, it shows nothing. It enlisted my transaction into "failed transaction history". Where did my money go then!!

                                  Please advise what to be done since i have made a payment and there is no booking done by the website.

                                    I have booked taatkal tickets for two, where for the first time i haved made payment after submitting otp an error occurred due to which ticket could not be booked then again i paid for the same and ticket booked and recieved the following message...

                                    Even there is no booking history justifing the deduction of money twice...

                                      I had booked two tickets on train no. 22482 for 14.06.2017 from delhi to jodhpur. The scheduled departure was 23:15. First it got delayed by 1 hour 15 minutes. At 12:40 there was an announcement that this train will leave by 2:30 am. Since we were two girls, we decided to ask the station master if there is any chance we can get our refund for the tickets as we can't wait till 2:30 am at night in delhi at a railway station that is fairly less crowded at night. The station master told us if the train is delayed by 3 hours refund is given but since it was booked online through irctc we have to cancel it online only and file tdr. Just to have a proof of the delay i got it in writing from the station master that the train will leave at 2:30 am.
                                      At 1:00 am in the night, the irctc website was down, so i filed the tdr in the morning. The result: repudiated, reason: null.
                                      I don't understand this, if the refund rules provide that refund is given in case the delay is more than 3 hours and i did tick mark the same option. Still the reason says null? I have written numerous emails to irctc about the same, attaching the stamped document by the station master, yet there is no response.

                                      Tdr must be filed before actual departure of train from respective station.

                                        I am useing irctc rail connect official app for online ticket booking. But on 20th june 2017 when i booked ticket from chappara to itarsi off rs 1320 3rd ac the transaction showing failed but amount off rs 1331.5 has been deducted from my sbi ac which not refunded yet. I tried to connect with coustomer care but its to hectic all time it saying busy. Plz take fast action on my complain.
