Dear sir,
i have same problem .IRCTC deducted Rs- 11.50 extra without any detail, from my account without any confirmation next day after making online reservation of two tickets.

Any transaction either can make bank or by confirmation of owner of account . otherwise it is "illegal".

and this transfer of money is not fulfill legal requirements, and without any notice so it is cheating and fraud to customers.
extra amount deducted from amount without any information.

    This is from a really insignificant and a grumpy doctor making a complaint about the rac tickets... Whats the point of paying the entire amount and travelling in half a seat even for the first ac or second ac. And don't get me started on the response of the train ticket examiners... They are the worst.. I know they are under a lot of stress.. But they should provide information whether seat would be available or not. All i got is from grumpy stare or silence. All i am asking you is this.. Please don't put rac tickets for ac coaches and please refund the money if you cant provide a proper seat to the customers. Or else i am forced to see you as a money swindler and nothing more and i lost my complete faith in the railways and i swear i will never travel again if this continues to persist.

      I booked ac dormentry in online...19:00 to 07:00 hrs...i had alloted bed no.1...from starting i attacked with BED BUGS...worstly.. Full nigjt i dont have sleep...even bed is not good...opened ...it bad experience..even after vacation i suffured with small Bed bugs in shirt and trouser ...iching badly..please rectify compaint pnr no.[protected]

        Hi, i have booked a railway ticket before 3 months to travel from chennai to kerala and return. For up i have got the confirm ticket. For return ticket it was waiting list 10 & 11. Before the train departure i am getting a message which has the details of guard (Note my ticket is in waiting list). I am sure that i cannot travel with online ticets and i came by another mode of transport. Today i got a msg from irctc that "the ticket cancelled, amt 670 will be refunded in your a/c with in 3-4 days". If you see when i book the ticket the total cost was 790, but the indian railway returning only 670 where is the 120 rupees gone?? Note that i have not cancelled the ticket, it's been automatically cancelled.

            I always travel from goregaon to malad in second class. As usually if any ticket collector asks me ticket i show to them. Today something different happened a ticket collector cam and asked me for a ticket in malad. I showed him the ticket and then he makes d reason that u travelled from 1st class and instead i travelled in second class. And also he was leaving all the ladies without tickets.
            So on that i raised my voice that how can u say that did u see me. So he took me to the office and started threatening me that give rs 260 or else u will be put in jail. I gave my best to get my rights but still he took my bag and started checking the bag then almost took rs 360 from me and gave a receipt of rs 200. I was speechless coz they were so rude and was scaring me a lot. I can't describe them but they were secret ticket collector who came in maoad and threatened me at 7.30. Please however find out these two guys. One was short and tan and another one had good height and was fair and was wearing adidas black shoes. Please find out them and remove them from this job and refund me my rs 360. I also went back to malad station to find out them but then i got to know that they were secret ticket collector and roam everywhere or else on the spot i would have complained against them

                I have booked 2 tickets and paid using my debit card. Then i cancelled the tickets and its showing refunded but i have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.

                  Rajdhani express — bad service, unhygienic bathroom water logged. And sticking.


                  I am traveling in delhi dibrugarh rajdhani originated from delhi on 26th june 2017. Its the worst rajdhani experience i ever had. Pathetic service, bad coach b7, bathrooms stinking bad, waterlogged. 2 bathrooms are permanently locked god knows for what reason. Its nothing better than a local train. Paying heavy amount for most pathetic service. It seems railway is just devicing ways to earn money, and device deteriorated over time. Food quality is worst.

                    I was debited rs.265.38 on 05.06.2017 through irctc android app while booking shamnad express from alleppey to thrissur. Though the amount was debited the app showed "booking not allpwed at this time" after about 1 minute and exited.

                    Today too (26.06.2017) i tried booking for chennai express from alleppey to thrissur. Same thing happened with the app. This time i lost rs.326.62.

                    I booked through hdfc bank diner's club rewardz credit card. I bought tickets through paytm on 05.06.2017 again and today through railway counter again as my transactions failed on the app.

                    I request you to refund my amount.

                    Kindly note that i am a regular traveller from alleppey to thrissur every monday.

                          Hi support team,
                          I booked a ticket from lucknow nr (Lko) to ghaziabad (Gzb) for 15624/kyq bgkt express on 20-jan-2017 and date of journey was 22-jan-2017.
                          For some reason the train got delayed for more than 3 hours and the passenger did not travel. I filed tdr for the same in irctc against my ticket and the status turned to cr registered, but the amount is not refunded yet.
                          I am not sure what else i might be missing to get the amount refunded. Please let me know what i can do further or you can drop a mail to [protected]@gmail.com

                          Finally, on 19-07-2017, IRCTC refunded the amount which was due since 20-01-2017. After posting this complaint on this site, I emailed IRCTC at " [email protected] " . I got the automatically generated response from their side but no further step was taken from their side. After 15 days, I again emailed them with all the attachments of my previous emails and and the TDR summary PDF file. Then after 5 days they responded with a confirmation email that my problem has been taken into consideration and they will refund the amount in next 3 working days. So, whoever is reading this and facing such issues, my friend, keep sending them emails with all the evidences you have . Don't lose hope, sooner or later they have to respond. Regards.

                            Yesterday i was visited from ghy to slgr. That was my very bad experience.in my journey i have not found any tt and police man. Four young boy playing cards whole night and no one was there to stop them. They were soughting and switch on the light whole night. Request to all the rly dept. Plz visit every couch and asked the passenger about services and most important to visit every couch by the concern tt.

                            Your input to payment is full of bugs, name of the banks are not available at all i have accounts in one of the top 2 banks however i am not able to see them at the time of payment, hope you will focus on customer complaints and will resolve this issue.
                            I was booking the ticket online on 13 June 17 for journey on 15 June 2017 from anand vihar terminal to ranchi but somehow ticket was not booked and money has been deducted from my account . Hence then money has not been re-funded to my account. transaction ID is [protected]. Deducted rupees is 3051 rs. Kindly help me to get re-funded by irctc .

                                This is not the first time that railway is failed to deliver in terms of booking normal or tatkal tickets. Without booking anything from my ip address, it gives this error (As written in subject). Railway has the habit of saying the shared ip is being allocated to multiple people by isp whereas thats not the case.

                                I've been using fibernet at my home which is allocated only to me, still this error shows that means it railway (Irctc) when will you guys improve at service level.in stead of showing your incompetency to the entire nation, please focus on customer service.

                                Ticket booking is very small that you can provide through irctc, even we as a customer is facing issue on that.

                                Please change the way you work, please work on these small items in order to improve your image; else you guys are already a big failure in nation's eye.

No ticket is generated ..my transaction ref no -IGABLDLTV5 ...OTHER wise i have nothing specially no ticket generated ...plz sir look at the matter .
                                Never ever seen such like very bad sleeper coach in this train. I am traveling S1, sleeper coach, compartment inside seat are broken. Very bad condition toilets, light are not working as well as mobile charging 110v power sockets are not working.

                                  I have booked a ticket from app and i got deduction of amount twice from my respective account.
                                  Booked ticket transaction id is [protected] and the pnr for that ticket is [protected].
                                  I got deduction of amount twice of amount 602.21 rupees.
                                  Just give me my money 602.21 rupees back to my account as you charged twice.

                                    Refund have not credited to my debit card which i have used to book tickets but site says they have refunded me in bank of paytmag. So how i can get that refund to my debit card.

                                      I have booked a ticket from jodhpur to kanpur by 2308 jodhpur howrah exp on 01 sep 17 by sleeper. Amout 435/- Trasaction ID [protected] dated 24 Jun 17 at 1800 hrs. Bank debited amount 435/- vide reference no. IGABNNRWB5.
                                      BUT tikcet not booked and amount debited from my account.

                                      Request refund and do the needuful.

                                      Payment failure - no ticket booked — bank account debited
                                      Transaction id [protected]
                                      I faced a problem while booking a ticket on irctc.co.in transaction id/[protected] date of booking[protected] reservation from JODHPUR TO KANPUR for 01/09/2017. After entering the details of the one passenger, i made the payment using state bank of India net banking payment gateway. After making the payment (Amount being debited from my account), i got the message payment successful wait for irctc to respond.
                                      After waiting for a minute, it prompted "payment failed" I have checked my SBI account the amount 435/- debited from account. PLS DO THE NEEDFUL TO REFUND. THANKS AND REGARDS.
