This is with regard to a problem which i have faced while booking ticket through irctc.in.
On 14th june 2017, i’ve tried to book a train ticket from trivandrum central to ernakulum north, travel date is on 16th june 2017, janasatabdhi. On the first try, online web page lead me to the payment gate way and i’ve made my payment through hdfc internet banking. After the payment got debited from my account the page got stuck and then lead me to the log in page of irctc. I’ve not received any update/status of ticket and i couldn’t find the status in booking history. But the payment got debited from my account. And also the refund not yet happened.
