Hello sir, today i was booking a ticket of date 05 august 2017 of train no 13049 from mb to jrc.
At payment process i was donig payment process using mvisa scan&pay option.
By due to screen time out my payment deducted but not shown at irctc website.

Since this amount is deducted and saved into ur accound. Kindly reverse it into my account.
The amount is 1417

    My name is deepmala and today night i was travelling from fatehpur to ghaziabad by rewa express (Train no 12427) and i was s11-33 coach and seat number and i lost my cell phone in tundala junction railway station... I told to grp man in station he denied to help me, he said mai kya karu... Also i tried to tell the grp persons in train but all the police members denied to help me... May i know how can we feel or be secure...

    I need the help... I told a si regarding the matter but he denied to help me...

    I am asking to modi ji and yogi ji how can i get my cell phone... Which i cant purchase again... I need my cell phone return because in that i had all my account detail and mail detail and all personal detail

    Not getting my TDR refund for train reservation, details are mentioned below as per irctc

    Dear Customer,

    We wish to inform that your request for refund against PNR Number [protected] for reason "Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled.", has been received and the Reference No for this is :[protected]
    On 10th of June I was trying to book ticket from IRCTC mobile connect app in Tatkal quota for 3 passenger. 1400 rs Amount deducted from my account for 4 times but ticket didnt booked. pls refund my money in my respective account. 1400*4=5600 rs full amount asap.
    I am traveling in 82642. The train was scheduled at 12.00 from kochuveli but it was rescheduled at 23.00, so late and the train has no pantry car for food. And overall it was really a bad experience compared to the price which is like 3A even though SL.
    We are traveling in train no 22942.3 tier.
    People are selling milk and soft drinks above MRP.flavered milk with MRP rs 25 is being sale in rs 30.

    He replied rudely.I[censored] want to take, take otherwise leave it but price w'd be same.

      I have booked ticket in 12013/ amritsar shtbdi with transaction id :[protected] with date of journey : 17-jul-2017 from ndls to pgw in class: cc in general quota with e-ticket.
      But pnr hasn't been generated yet.
      I request irctc to resolve my issue as soon as possible as i have to be confirmed my booking.
      Money has already been deducted from my canara bank account.

I checked in "last pending transaction history" it is showing "payment requested" when i click on transaction id, it is showing booked, but no pnr no.           I had tried to book a train from ludhiana to new delhi on the 16th of june at 10:06 am using takal in malwa express (12920) on the 17th of june, the money was debited from my account through paytm website and was redirected to a blank page without confirmation, i was unable to reach either irctc or paytm regarding, i request to resolve the issue at the earliest.

          I had tried to book a train from Mumbai CST (CSTM) to GWALIOR (GWL) on the 9th of june at 11.16 am using tatkal in Punjab Mail (12137) for the journey date on10th of june, the money was debited from my account through SBI debit card and was redirected to a blank page without confirmation, and after that the ticket status was showing failed however the amount was successfully debited from account. I was unable to reach irctc regarding, I request to resolve the issue at the earliest.

            I booked a ticked from h nizamudding to secundrabad sc on 26/05/2017 using irctc website has trasaction id: [protected], and i paid the 6701.50 inr using the upi facility available on irctc webside ([protected]@axisbank) with my icici vpa: er. Prashant. [protected]@icici. The ticket is attached with mail.

            Icici bank reference id: upi/[protected]/[protected]@axisbank

            On next day, i cancel both tickets one by one (Total 2 ticket). I got the two mails that you will receive a refund of 3280 inr + 3280 inr.

            Still now i don't get refund in my icici bank account. I check the refund status on irctc website, here it will say amount is refunded to axisupi bank on 28 and 29 may 2017.

            Please help me regarding this to get the money bank in my bank account.
            All the documents are attached. Kindly help me.

              Dear sir/madam,

              I have received your poor response advising no refund due to the suvidha train and we should cancel the tickets 6 hours before the train departure (Pnr number [protected]).

              I am very surprised and disappointed to get the automated response where it seems like the decision has been made by a machine and not by a person regarding the request for a refund.

              It’s very clear under the refund rules of india railways that if the train is delayed by 3 hours a full refund will be granted:

              1. We purchased two tickets at a premium price (Premium tatkal) which is equivalent to air fare (Rs 6200). However, the service hasn’t been premium unfortunately.
              2. In the first place one needs to consider why would we buy the tickets at a such high price? We bought these due to the urgency that we had to travel to kolkata from gaya. But then what’s the point if the train is delayed by 8 hours? All our further plans had to cancel due to this train delay including penalty for us for our return rajdhani tickets, physical and emotional hassle and not to mention business loss? Why would the indian railways would punish us financially for their failure to operate on time?

              I would like to kindly request you to reconsider your decision of not to give us the refund. Look forward for your favorable response else we will have no option rather than taking this matter further.

                              This is with regard to a problem which i have faced while booking ticket through irctc.in.
                              On 14th june 2017, i’ve tried to book a train ticket from trivandrum central to ernakulum north, travel date is on 16th june 2017, janasatabdhi. On the first try, online web page lead me to the payment gate way and i’ve made my payment through hdfc internet banking. After the payment got debited from my account the page got stuck and then lead me to the log in page of irctc. I’ve not received any update/status of ticket and i couldn’t find the status in booking history. But the payment got debited from my account. And also the refund not yet happened.

                                  I have booked a ticket and paid using my debit card, the payment gateway was patmag. Then the ticket has been cancelled and its showing refunded but i have not got the money till now.

                                  Whenever i check my refund status, it shows refunded to bank, but it shows bank name as paytmag

So i told ward boy to replaced. He denied to replace. He taken old blanket but didn't issued other one and told either you keep this or travel without blanket. I have started at 11:15hr it's about 7 hrs to start but till now i didn't get blanket. It's very cold in night hr, so please provide blanket before 9 pm

                                        2 weeks ago i made an account on the irctc website. As i live overseas i did not have an indian mobile phone number to verify my account with, so i emailed the company with my username and passport attached asking for them to activate my account.

                                        I have sent multiple emails since then, but still have not gotten a reply. I will be going to india in 2 weeks and would like to book before then. I am very anxious as i believe the trains will be booked out by then.

                                        I was booking ticket from palakkad till chiplun, my transaction got failed due to some system issue. Mh accnt has been debited with 705 rs. But my ticket is still nit booked. My transaction id is [protected]. Plz refund it quick as possible.
