I have registered with irtc long back when i was in service. At present my registered email id with irtc is [protected]@mahabank.co.in. I used this email id when i was in service. Now i am retired 4 years back and have no access to office email id. My personal email id is manohar. [protected]@gmail.com.

Eventhough i am trying to select different options for payment, I am been forced to select only irctc wallet for making my transactions.
Why is this made?????
Also you people have already inducing service charges and what s this irctc ewallet charges?????
As a consumer I am feeling very bad about this site.

Yesterday I book the 4 tickets in irctc.Com.
Journey : Chennai to kulithalai 4x140=560. But unable to process and closed. but depited money my SBI visa depit card.

    I have made two transaction through irctc and the amount has been deducted from my account, however the ticketed is not booked.

    I have discussed with my back and they said that irctc has received payment, so i need to contact irctc i have tried to contact on phone but i am not able to connect them.

    The first transaction made on 11th june & second on 13th june

    I had booked 4 tickets in tatkal from irctc on 30th May for Booking on 31st May 2017 . Two tickets were confirmed rest two were in waiting.
    I didn't not receive my amount till now.
    Have sent mails also to irctc customer care but no response.

      I was travelling from hassan to yeshwantpur, i took the ticket in the counter which was of 70₹ but the ticket collector charged me 85₹ telling its the reservation charge and i boarded the train.
      After i boarded again the collector collected 15₹ for reservation charge. This is pure act of cheat in the ticket counter. He is charging 15₹ extra for no reason. I have enclosed a copy of ticket in this complaint.
      He charges extra 15₹ and make a handy amount daily.
      Please take action against the authority and give me the solution for the extra amount taken.

        I booked the online tatkal ticket from ludhiana to bardhwan on 11 dec 16. Doj was 12 dec 16. But the train was late more than three hours, so the passenger not traveled. I filled the tdr on 12 dec 16. Status of tdr showing cr registered, but still refund not made. My cancellation id is [protected]

        I also keep on mailing from jan 17 regarding this but till now no satisfactory answer and refung is made. Please do the needfull.

            The first and foremost thing is the great pressure the t. C. Puts on you. I have my exam on 16, somehow the only train which lead me there git cancelled. Tried to reserve seats but couldn't, even in tatkal the availability was over 400 yet didn't got a seat. By an agent somehow in the last moment, i got a ticket to odisha and then had to travel to ranchi. Somehow in the haste, i forgot my id proof and the ticket is unwilling to cooperate even if i download the aadhar, he is unwilling to hear anything and created scenes multiple times. I showed him the scanned copy, the photocopy of aadhar. Even told him i had applied for pan card and showed him the marksheet. He threatened to take actions against me. I showed him the irctc's sms. He didnt approve. I troubled everyone at home even friends and relatives. They leaving all their work worried for me and sent me the aadhar via whatsapp. The t. C didn't hear even though i enquired from a friend's father who works in railway, he said photocopy would do. I am in dire need of board the train with the confirmed ticket, yet he bullied me to get down on the next station.

            He fined me 800 and still said you won't be getting a seat. What's the use of such a fine. Just kept on reiterating the original id proof thing. I have the irctc confirmation.

              I am trying to cancel E-TICKET on PNR [protected] but IRCTC site is not functioning since long time.I am left with very limited time and want to cancel immediately to avoid further cancellation charges.Please assit me in urgent cancellation. Ticket consist of 2 passengers namely Anju soni, F, 32 and Divyansh Strawla, M, 5.

                Sir,
                Payment deducted but booking failed. I am trying to book a tatkal ticket of sl class from murtizapur (Mzr) to pune (Pune) on 09/06/2017 by train number is 11406 ami pune exp journey date is on 10/06/2017. However a message was received on the phone for the amount 535.87 rs. Debited but the ticket is not book. My transaction id is [protected].
                On my internet baking transaction status show about this booking is by debit card othpg 461103 irctc delhi.
                This type is given.
                Please refund my payment as early as possible.

                  I have booked the tatkal ac tickets from eluru - bangalore on 05th june 2017, however because tickets because o[censored]navailability of seats the booking failed but amount had been debited from my bank account – rs 2909.

                  Irctc refund status shows amount of rs. 2850 has been refunded, bank name is paytmg, but i have not received this amount in my account, i had used my icic debit card (Coral visa) bangalore to book the ticket... I have also checked with the bank, they have confiremd money has not debited to my sb a/c.

                    I sanjay karwal, pnr:[protected], traveling from betiah to anand vihar terminal by train jaynagar special, train no. : 04041 on 12/06/2017.
                    Complaints
                    1. Train was start, delayed by 7:30 hr. From the starting point
                    2. From mugal sarai, there is no light, water and neither of fan was working
                    3. After complaint about the same to many person, that was 1. Some khan in control room, 2.ac conductor, 3. Kanpur station master and many more railway authority person but there is no action taken by any such person
                    After all these i forced my hand for this complaint
                    And also request the concerned authority to take an action as soon as possible

                      On 8th june 2017 i have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket. Unfortunately after the payment was made through hdfc bank credit card paid in times tried payment gateway, the repeated error found like,
                      "redirect=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankrespon...�... came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.

                      This is really embarrassing situation and irctc is expected to help me at the earliest with the ticket if the payment is already confirmed at their end. Kindly refund the deducted amount in my hdfc bank of rs. 1500

                      Expecting a reply as soon as possible.

                          I cancelled my three tickets more than one week ago, but still i didn't get my refunded money. I also emailed them about this on "[protected]@irctc.co.in" but every time a system generated email i got in response. I also called on their 24*7 customer service number but every time line is busy. I am so frustated that what services they provide to their customers. The cancelled tickets pnr numbers are "[protected]", "[protected]", and "[protected]". Please check what is the issue?

                            We had booked 3 tickets to kolkata by bokaro howrah fast passenger for 18th june. Later we came to know that the train is canceled. All the trains in that route is canceled permanently from 15 th june.

                            After cancelation of tickets they have cut cancelation charge of rs 570.

                            As per IRCTC norms, the Train has cancelled by authority concern there is no deduction in cancellation charge. So you may claim 100% of fare from IRCTC. Also noted that it will be auto refunded to your account by IRCTC.

                              I seriously can't understand as how can a number of irctc including toll free number can be busy. I tried so many times yet it is busy and chennai number is unanswered. Irctc is using a single landline without multiple lines for complain & help centre. My accounts are deactivated, i requested to delete old accounts as could make a new one to book my tickets. No reply from them against the same. Not even deleted. They are just showing as your account is deactivated. I need a help what to do now. Or irctc is just to help the agents? They are not replying so many users like me against the same problems and issues.

                                Hello this is lokesh today i am. Travelling delhi to dehradun in "massoori express"genral box sarai rohilla to dehradun. There is one passenger he misbehave with everyone on way because no one is providing seat after that he tried to fight with me its a very disappointed and no one can't say him because he belongs with muslim religion and he has no ticket i want to take action of these passengers. This is not first time many times i have face these problems many times in this train... When i told him i will do complaint against him he said no on cant do anything else against him and your complaint numbers are very disappointed no one has picking up phone... After that he step down on "najjbabad" station... I want to register a comaplint against of these passengers in this train.in this train security level is very low... Pleas take action

                                  I was trying to do tatkal ticket in north-east express on 8th of the june during my booking they debited rs 680 from my account and ticket not booked.
                                  Yet money not received in my account.

                                      I have cancelled tickets on 20th may but no amount has been refunded till now. Cancelled tickets transaction ids are - [protected] & [protected]
                                      I have paid for both the tickets through debit card option in multiple payment options.
                                      I have already mailed thrice on this issue and didnot recieve any response till now. Even their helpline number doest not get connected single time. It has been more than 20days. I need money in urgent.in my irctc account it is showing refunded to paytmag but no amount is refunded in my paytm account also. Therefore i request you to refund me to the earliest.

                                        This is an utter shame that the only online portal for railway ticket reservation is not maintained to cater a diverse population in a country like ours, which, by the way, requires a lot of attention in these areas.

                                        Trying to book a tatkal ticket from 10:00 am but the page is under maintenance and as soon as the the tatkal time duration is over the page comes back online.
                                        Seriously, are we trying to make fool of ourselves or does the goverment still wants us to stand in lines for hours to get a ticket.

                                        Please work on this. We need quick attention to these minor details.
                                        Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        We are travelling by 22887 HUMSAFAR exp.- ticket No.[protected]. The dinner provided was of extremely poor quality, even drinking water was not provided and the pantry car manager refused to hand over the complaint book. Never expected so poor food in such a prestigious train. The contractor running the pantry is P.Shiva Prasad.
                                        Booked ticket's transaction id:[protected], PNR:[protected], Date:5.05.2017, from MS TO PUNE, Amount:Rs.1750.The fund has not been credited in my Bank account.It is being too late to credit, so I am facing problem for that fund. Kindly look into this issue.
