I sanjay karwal, pnr:[protected], traveling from betiah to anand vihar terminal by train jaynagar special, train no. : 04041 on 12/06/2017.
Complaints
1. Train was start, delayed by 7:30 hr. From the starting point
2. From mugal sarai, there is no light, water and neither of fan was working
3. After complaint about the same to many person, that was 1. Some khan in control room, 2.ac conductor, 3. Kanpur station master and many more railway authority person but there is no action taken by any such person
After all these i forced my hand for this complaint
And also request the concerned authority to take an action as soon as possible
Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Eventhough i am trying to select different options for payment, I am been forced to select only irctc wallet for making my transactions.
Why is this made?????
Also you people have already inducing service charges and what s this irctc ewallet charges?????
As a consumer I am feeling very bad about this site.
