Sir,
By id scagniho, (My husband id) i booked train ticket on 18.6.17 at 0820hrs, aljn to ftp 3rd ac in train 12428, rs.2751 debited but ticket not booked. I processed again, same, rs. 2751 debited again at 2034hrs and ticket booked.
I paid by my atm/debit card [protected] pnb under my
A/c [protected]. But wrongly debited amount has yet not credited till now.
Kindly refund rs.2751 to my a/c soon.

    I m traveling in 04404 baaruni special train. It's non stop till moradabad bit i found that it is stopping on every station. And making the travel time longer. Please put your eye on it. I m single lady traveling alone need to reach home on time by 10.30pm. Still the train is not started please have a look n find out the delay for the train. It's special train not a passenger train.

    Train is very slow. It has covered only 30 km in 1:30 hour, nowhere I can see it will arrive at time. Trains and so lame. In Indian the punctuality cannot be achieved ever. That's y we are far behind from other countries. No good quality food. There should be pantry in the train inclusive. When you are charging that much amount. One cannot trust outside food to eats. The caretaker asked me not to use the bedsheets. What the he'll. When I m paying whole money y would I won't take services.
    I have cancelled two ticket that PNR no is [protected] and [protected] on 16/06/2017 at 8:15 am. And also i have no any massage regarding the amount.

      Yesterday[protected], the food that was being served on vijayawada plat form was very unhygienic. Packaged food which i bought (Chapathi and curry) was spoiled and the smell of food was very disgusting. I don't think people can eat such kind of food. They charged more (40 rs.) even mrp was 31 rupees.

      A family in our compartment bought the same to feed their child. Due to unhygienic food, we threw that food directly into a dust bin.

      As the train was already started, we cannot able to complain there itself with the sales person. Hope the proper action will to be taken on this issue. It is not just the value of money, it is the value of hunger. It is the value of sadness on a mother's face. Hope you understand.

        Respected sir

        I booked 3 seats for one of my friend and his family on 29th may 2017 pnr no. [protected] for journey date on 20th june, 2017 from new delhi to jalandhar.

        The detail of travellers was as under :

        Daler singh 32 male (Self) mob no. [protected]

        Aryan anand 6 male (Boy)

        Ratika 29 female (Wife)

        The seats booked were as under c8-28, c8-29 and c10-18 (Two in c8 boggy and one in c10 boggy)

        There were more than 600 seats available but the booking got in different coaches.

        I have to got these seats cancelled as the seats booked for one family and they were not interested to travel in different coaches.

        They have unnecessarily lost the cancellation charges for no fault of them..

        May i request you to kindly refund the cancellation charges deducted for no fault of the consumer.

            I had booked a ticket from jat to hw using irctc connect app on 8th april 2017.
            Same ticket was cancelled by me on 23 may 2017 refund amount rs. 2600
            As per status on irctc website refund is issued to paytmsdk but the same is not received to me yet.
            I have contacted my bank and they have clearly said that they have not received any refund from irctc towards my credit card.

              The server which you are using is worst. Kindly upgrade the server or stop this [censored] website which can not handle the load. You people know that many users will be using the website then why didn't you used a better server. And you must have an alternate to this server problem. Many users face this and they just have one option to "wait wait and wait". I'm frustrated with your service.

                I have booked tickets on may 23rd for the journey from chennai central to bhopal on june 14th in andaman express i cancelled the ticket due to emergency on june 12th. Irctc send a message that you fare will be refunded within 2-3 days. Still now i haven't received my refund amount in my account.

                  I had booked railway ticket from website irctc.co.in from my login id neerapran from kathgodam to hapur for date 30th july2017 on 13-06-17 for ranikhet express whose amount was deducted from my pnb account. Although i had booked two tickets for to & fro journey one ticket was booked but another one with below given id was not shown in my ticket booking history.

                        At payment process i was donig payment process using mvisa scan&pay option.
                        By due to screen time out my payment deducted but not shown at irctc website.

                        Since this amount is deducted and saved into ur accound. Kindly reverse it into my account.

                          Not getting my TDR refund for train reservation, details are mentioned below as per irctc

                          We wish to inform that your request for refund against PNR Number [protected] for reason "Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled.", has been received and the Reference No for this is :[protected]
                          On 10th of June I was trying to book ticket from IRCTC mobile connect app in Tatkal quota for 3 passenger. 1400 rs Amount deducted from my account for 4 times but ticket didnt booked. pls refund my money in my respective account. 1400*4=5600 rs full amount asap.
                          I am traveling in 82642. The train was scheduled at 12.00 from kochuveli but it was rescheduled at 23.00, so late and the train has no pantry car for food. And overall it was really a bad experience compared to the price which is like 3A even though SL.
                          We are traveling in train no 22942.3 tier.
                          People are selling milk and soft drinks above MRP.flavered milk with MRP rs 25 is being sale in rs 30.

                          He replied rudely.I[censored] want to take, take otherwise leave it but price w'd be same.

                            But pnr hasn't been generated yet.
                            I request irctc to resolve my issue as soon as possible as i have to be confirmed my booking.

I checked in "last pending transaction history" it is showing "payment requested" when i click on transaction id, it is showing booked, but no pnr no.                                 I had tried to book a train from ludhiana to new delhi on the 16th of june at 10:06 am using takal in malwa express (12920) on the 17th of june, the money was debited from my account through paytm website and was redirected to a blank page without confirmation, i was unable to reach either irctc or paytm regarding, i request to resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                I have booked ticket through UTS app.I have paid 129.5, but ticket is not generated and i have paid money though debit card via paytm.I have attached here with the pic.Amount is deducted from my account. Please go through the pics and make sure the amount is refunded.

                                I had tried to book a train from Mumbai CST (CSTM) to GWALIOR (GWL) on the 9th of june at 11.16 am using tatkal in Punjab Mail (12137) for the journey date on10th of june, the money was debited from my account through SBI debit card and was redirected to a blank page without confirmation, and after that the ticket status was showing failed however the amount was successfully debited from account. I was unable to reach irctc regarding, I request to resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                  I booked a ticked from h nizamudding to secundrabad sc on 26/05/2017 using irctc website has trasaction id: [protected], and i paid the 6701.50 inr using the upi facility available on irctc webside ([protected]@axisbank) with my icici vpa: er. Prashant. [protected]@icici. The ticket is attached with mail.

                                  Icici bank reference id: upi/[protected]/[protected]@axisbank

                                  On next day, i cancel both tickets one by one (Total 2 ticket). I got the two mails that you will receive a refund of 3280 inr + 3280 inr.

                                  Still now i don't get refund in my icici bank account. I check the refund status on irctc website, here it will say amount is refunded to axisupi bank on 28 and 29 may 2017.

                                  Please help me regarding this to get the money bank in my bank account.
                                  All the documents are attached. Kindly help me.

                                    Dear sir/madam,

                                    I have received your poor response advising no refund due to the suvidha train and we should cancel the tickets 6 hours before the train departure (Pnr number [protected]).

                                    I am very surprised and disappointed to get the automated response where it seems like the decision has been made by a machine and not by a person regarding the request for a refund.

                                    It’s very clear under the refund rules of india railways that if the train is delayed by 3 hours a full refund will be granted:

                                    1. We purchased two tickets at a premium price (Premium tatkal) which is equivalent to air fare (Rs 6200). However, the service hasn’t been premium unfortunately.
                                    2. In the first place one needs to consider why would we buy the tickets at a such high price? We bought these due to the urgency that we had to travel to kolkata from gaya. But then what’s the point if the train is delayed by 8 hours? All our further plans had to cancel due to this train delay including penalty for us for our return rajdhani tickets, physical and emotional hassle and not to mention business loss? Why would the indian railways would punish us financially for their failure to operate on time?

                                    I would like to kindly request you to reconsider your decision of not to give us the refund. Look forward for your favorable response else we will have no option rather than taking this matter further.
