Good afternoon

I have booked a ticket for tirunelveli to mumbai thorugh irctc app, but after deduction amount i am not receive the ticket form (Because payment failed reason) but u receive the amount so checking for request and quickly that amount return the bank and showing payment failed.. Kindly reverse my amount as soon as possible.

For your reference i have meintioned below the transaction id.

    I was trying to book tickets from kathgodam (Kgm) to delhi (Dli) for
    Date : 14 oct 2017, during transaction amount get deducted from my bank account but tickets not get booked, and message given was transaction failed by bank.

I am trying to reset my password and your site ask the email verification password and mobile verification password. I already got the mobile verification password by an sms.         I have tried to book ticket on irctc website on 13th june for train no. 12331 for journey of date 24th june with kotak net banking but i found that amount 901/-rs successfully deducted from my bank account but ticket hasn't booked. My user id is magnate800 and email is [protected]@hotmail.com. Pls review this system fault and refund my amount as soon as possible. Already wrote email to irctc but they are not responding even after 48 hours.

            This is with regard to a problem which i have faced while booking ticket through irctc.in.
            On 14th june 2017, i’ve tried to book a train ticket from trivandrum central to ernakulum north, travel date is on 16th june 2017, janasatabdhi. On the first try, online web page lead me to the payment gate way and i’ve made my payment through hdfc internet banking. After the payment got debited from my account the page got stuck and then lead me to the log in page of irctc. I’ve not received any update/status of ticket and i couldn’t find the status in booking history. But the payment got debited from my account. And also the refund not yet happened.

                I have booked a ticket and paid using my debit card, the payment gateway was patmag. Then the ticket has been cancelled and its showing refunded but i have not got the money till now.

                Whenever i check my refund status, it shows refunded to bank, but it shows bank name as paytmag

                Customer care service dont give information properly and cut off call before giving complete information. They dont even talk politely. And it needs too many attempts to get connected. It always says line is busy try after sometime. And when it gets connected no satisfaction at all.

                  I am deepak kumar, traveling in train no. 04406, my pnr no. Is [protected]. My blanket was very dirty, something white colored laid on that. So i told ward boy to replaced. He denied to replace. He taken old blanket but didn't issued other one and told either you keep this or travel without blanket. I have started at 11:15hr it's about 7 hrs to start but till now i didn't get blanket. It's very cold in night hr, so please provide blanket before 9 pm

                  Dear sir i have booked 1 ticket on 10/06/2017 in azimabad express 12948 seat also confirm in b1, 59..train is delayed by 4:30 hours...then I cancel the ticket..I don't get my cancellation refund.. I cancel ticket bcoz of train is delayed pls refund my money.. my pnr is [protected]

                      2 weeks ago i made an account on the irctc website. As i live overseas i did not have an indian mobile phone number to verify my account with, so i emailed the company with my username and passport attached asking for them to activate my account.

                      I have sent multiple emails since then, but still have not gotten a reply. I will be going to india in 2 weeks and would like to book before then. I am very anxious as i believe the trains will be booked out by then.

                            I was travelling from hassan to yeshwantpur, i took the ticket in the counter which was of 70₹ but the ticket collector charged me 85₹ telling its the reservation charge and i boarded the train.
                            After i boarded again the collector collected 15₹ for reservation charge. This is pure act of cheat in the ticket counter. He is charging 15₹ extra for no reason. I have enclosed a copy of ticket in this complaint.
                            He charges extra 15₹ and make a handy amount daily.
                            Please take action against the authority and give me the solution for the extra amount taken.

                              I booked the online tatkal ticket from ludhiana to bardhwan on 11 dec 16. Doj was 12 dec 16. But the train was late more than three hours, so the passenger not traveled. I filled the tdr on 12 dec 16. Status of tdr showing cr registered, but still refund not made. My cancellation id is [protected]

                              I also keep on mailing from jan 17 regarding this but till now no satisfactory answer and refung is made. Please do the needfull.

                                  The first and foremost thing is the great pressure the t. C. Puts on you. I have my exam on 16, somehow the only train which lead me there git cancelled. Tried to reserve seats but couldn't, even in tatkal the availability was over 400 yet didn't got a seat. By an agent somehow in the last moment, i got a ticket to odisha and then had to travel to ranchi. Somehow in the haste, i forgot my id proof and the ticket is unwilling to cooperate even if i download the aadhar, he is unwilling to hear anything and created scenes multiple times. I showed him the scanned copy, the photocopy of aadhar. Even told him i had applied for pan card and showed him the marksheet. He threatened to take actions against me. I showed him the irctc's sms. He didnt approve. I troubled everyone at home even friends and relatives. They leaving all their work worried for me and sent me the aadhar via whatsapp. The t. C didn't hear even though i enquired from a friend's father who works in railway, he said photocopy would do. I am in dire need of board the train with the confirmed ticket, yet he bullied me to get down on the next station.

                                  He fined me 800 and still said you won't be getting a seat. What's the use of such a fine. Just kept on reiterating the original id proof thing. I have the irctc confirmation.

                                      Payment deducted but booking failed. I am trying to book a tatkal ticket of sl class from murtizapur (Mzr) to pune (Pune) on 09/06/2017 by train number is 11406 ami pune exp journey date is on 10/06/2017. However a message was received on the phone for the amount 535.87 rs. Debited but the ticket is not book. My transaction id is [protected].
                                      On my internet baking transaction status show about this booking is by debit card othpg 461103 irctc delhi.
                                      This type is given.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have booked the tatkal ac tickets from eluru - bangalore on 05th june 2017, however because tickets because o[censored]navailability of seats the booking failed but amount had been debited from my bank account – rs 2909.

                                        Irctc refund status shows amount of rs. 2850 has been refunded, bank name is paytmg, but i have not received this amount in my account, i had used my icic debit card (Coral visa) bangalore to book the ticket... I have also checked with the bank, they have confiremd money has not debited to my sb a/c.

                                        Pls. Do the needful at the earliest as we are very disappointed with such disputes occurring quite often.
