Hi,

I have booked the tatkal ac tickets from eluru - bangalore on 05th june 2017, however because tickets because o[censored]navailability of seats the booking failed but amount had been debited from my bank account – rs 2909.

Irctc refund status shows amount of rs. 2850 has been refunded, bank name is paytmg, but i have not received this amount in my account, i had used my icic debit card (Coral visa) bangalore to book the ticket... I have also checked with the bank, they have confiremd money has not debited to my sb a/c.

    I sanjay karwal, pnr:[protected], traveling from betiah to anand vihar terminal by train jaynagar special, train no. : 04041 on 12/06/2017.
    Complaints
    1. Train was start, delayed by 7:30 hr. From the starting point
    2. From mugal sarai, there is no light, water and neither of fan was working
    3. After complaint about the same to many person, that was 1. Some khan in control room, 2.ac conductor, 3. Kanpur station master and many more railway authority person but there is no action taken by any such person
    After all these i forced my hand for this complaint
    And also request the concerned authority to take an action as soon as possible

      On 8th june 2017 i have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket. Unfortunately after the payment was made through hdfc bank credit card paid in times tried payment gateway, the repeated error found like,
      "redirect=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankrespon...â... came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.

      This is really embarrassing situation and irctc is expected to help me at the earliest with the ticket if the payment is already confirmed at their end. Kindly refund the deducted amount in my hdfc bank of rs. 1500

      Expecting a reply as soon as possible.

        I have booked a ticket and paid using my debit card, the payment gateway was patmag. Then i cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded but i have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.

          I cancelled my three tickets more than one week ago, but still i didn't get my refunded money. I also emailed them about this on "[protected]@irctc.co.in" but every time a system generated email i got in response. I also called on their 24*7 customer service number but every time line is busy. I am so frustated that what services they provide to their customers. The cancelled tickets pnr numbers are "[protected]", "[protected]", and "[protected]". Please check what is the issue?

            We had booked 3 tickets to kolkata by bokaro howrah fast passenger for 18th june. Later we came to know that the train is canceled. All the trains in that route is canceled permanently from 15 th june.

            After cancelation of tickets they have cut cancelation charge of rs 570.

            We request you to refund the cancelation amount. My pnr no is. [protected]

            As per IRCTC norms, the Train has cancelled by authority concern there is no deduction in cancellation charge. So you may claim 100% of fare from IRCTC. Also noted that it will be auto refunded to your account by IRCTC.

              I seriously can't understand as how can a number of irctc including toll free number can be busy. I tried so many times yet it is busy and chennai number is unanswered. Irctc is using a single landline without multiple lines for complain & help centre. My accounts are deactivated, i requested to delete old accounts as could make a new one to book my tickets. No reply from them against the same. Not even deleted. They are just showing as your account is deactivated. I need a help what to do now. Or irctc is just to help the agents? They are not replying so many users like me against the same problems and issues.

                Hello this is lokesh today i am. Travelling delhi to dehradun in "massoori express"genral box sarai rohilla to dehradun. There is one passenger he misbehave with everyone on way because no one is providing seat after that he tried to fight with me its a very disappointed and no one can't say him because he belongs with muslim religion and he has no ticket i want to take action of these passengers. This is not first time many times i have face these problems many times in this train... When i told him i will do complaint against him he said no on cant do anything else against him and your complaint numbers are very disappointed no one has picking up phone... After that he step down on "najjbabad" station... I want to register a comaplint against of these passengers in this train.in this train security level is very low... Pleas take action

                  I was trying to do tatkal ticket in north-east express on 8th of the june during my booking they debited rs 680 from my account and ticket not booked.
                  Yet money not received in my account.

                    I have booked a ticket on 04.06.2017 and the same was cancelled on same day i. E.04.06.2017. Status of refund in irctc web site is showing as under

                      I have cancelled tickets on 20th may but no amount has been refunded till now. Cancelled tickets transaction ids are - [protected] & [protected]
                      I have paid for both the tickets through debit card option in multiple payment options.
                      I have already mailed thrice on this issue and didnot recieve any response till now. Even their helpline number doest not get connected single time. It has been more than 20days. I need money in urgent.in my irctc account it is showing refunded to paytmag but no amount is refunded in my paytm account also. Therefore i request you to refund me to the earliest.

                        This is an utter shame that the only online portal for railway ticket reservation is not maintained to cater a diverse population in a country like ours, which, by the way, requires a lot of attention in these areas.

                        Trying to book a tatkal ticket from 10:00 am but the page is under maintenance and as soon as the the tatkal time duration is over the page comes back online.
                        Seriously, are we trying to make fool of ourselves or does the goverment still wants us to stand in lines for hours to get a ticket.

                        Please work on this. We need quick attention to these minor details.

The dinner provided was of extremely poor quality, even drinking water was not provided and the pantry car manager refused to hand over the complaint book. Never expected so poor food in such a prestigious train. The contractor running the pantry is P.Shiva Prasad.

                            I am regular user of irctc just because there is no other option for indian railway ticket booking.
                            Indian railway must have another option for rail ticket booking so that irctc also have competitor for it than it will definitely improve customer services.
                            Why they gave customer care no.[protected] it totally manipulate customers. I am trying since 5 days but don't connect even a single time.
                            Is this day indian railway make subsidiary for it?
                            I believe i will get justice through that website.

                            My concern is i have booked ticket through m-visa option. I were use m-visa of payzapp. I also confirmed with pay zapp they told your money still not received by us from irctc. Even i could connect with payzapp but irctc? I already told i send mails on [protected]@irctc.com but no response and call everyday 5-6 times but call not connected.

                            I was trying to book 5 tickets from Barnala(Punjab) to Haridwar for date 8/6/17. I tried two attempts at 3:29 PM and 7:07 PM. Money deducted Rs. 992.92 and Rs. 995.18 on dated 05/06/2017, but not booked tickets. Plz revrse this deducted money
                            I booked a ticket via IRCTC Android app from KHARAGPUR JN to PAKUR on 13 Apr 2017.

                            Train no-13417
                            But the train was late more than 4 hours
                            Therefore I filed a TDR against​ it on 14 Apr 2017
                            But I haven't got any response from IRCTC

                              Www.irctc.co.in is a website that's clearly in the wrong hands it can never handle the peak hours traffic in its current state.
                              Always the page goes to "page not found" or "session expired" or some other story during the tatkal booking and sometimes just gives us the waiting list option to rob money of[censored]s for the retarded service (Charge) that this website provides us.
                              Despite always charging us 60 rupees for every time everyone who tries (Who does not even get confirmed booking or that goes to waiiting list) as a service charge for cancellation, despite non booking we are being charged for their horribly extra poor service that irctc provides we are charged. This website is fraudulent and real extortion and i myself paid the price a lot of time despite non-booking of the ticket. The website maintenance must be take server legal action for this, as i am not the only one who is being robbed this amount.
                              And yet all the banners that say 43% of the money is paid by indian tax payers" this is a big fat lie. Just by robbing 60 rupees from all the people who try tatkal ticket booking everyday is more than enough to provide the best service.

                              On top of all this i was charged money from my account and with no evidence registered in the irctc acct page of mine, only god knows how to get that money back.

                                The ticket (Failed) refund amount 245/- was supposed to be refunded to my airtel payment bank account.
                                Instead on irctc site its showing that the said amount has been refunded to paytmag which was not expected. I have chacked my paytm wallet as well as my bank account but no amount has been credited.

                                  Food was not good in pune pantry service. They are giving the food for dinner which was given at afternoon.in jeera rice the rice was not cooked well, roti was so hard and so on. Everything is worst as it cannot be able to intake the food. Please make sure to make the food which can be able to eat at least. I'm not asking delicious food to eat. But at least to eat for our hunger. Correct your food service else i can deal with higher officials.

                                    In my irctc app while registering my email id wrongly added as dwaraka ravi instead of [protected]@gmail.com. Please change my email id to [protected]@gmail.com. My email id is typed wrongly. That's why i am not getting email top to my email id. If my email id corrected means then i can register irctc app version and i can book the train tickets. So please correct the email id.
