I'm sayantan chakraborty & i tried to book a premium
Tatkal ticket for 13149/kanchankanya exp for traveling to sdah to
Njp on 3rd june. The transaction id is [protected]. The reservation was not booked but my a/c was debited by rs.911 & it is still not refunded.
Moreover, i sent them e-mail twice regarding this but have not got any reply yet

    Present by i am travelling in 22812 ndls-bbs rajadhani. My pnr [protected].
    As i paid money for food and service while purchasing of ticket. During dinner in yesterday few of the items are missing from plate. The same was asked to staff. He told that he will bring. But he was not provided. When i asked about him again, he replied that he has 72 passengers in the coach, i am not only one person. Issue regarding yesterday dinner registered with your web portal. Refer complaint no. W/nr/dli/[protected] dated 09 jun 17. No action initiated yet.

      I am travelling from mathura to kanpur via jp ald xpress vide pnr [protected]

      Trn:12404, dt:[protected].

      During the travel i decided to have food at comsum and ordered std veg thali/casrole thali @ rs 45 for two.

      However, since beginning comsum guys were unwilling and to my shock and surprise they have supplied food from outside.

      This way they are not only cheating but doing forgery with me. This is not only unethical but highly illegal.

      Further some manager mr chandra shekhar and mr deepak singh both were there but did only unwanted argument and waisted my time.

      They have denied to give me the irctc complaint book.

      Then i approached tc office and register a complaint.

      Again no inspector is there to seal the food supplied by them. I am waiting since last two hours.

      I called local grp and agra grp to help. And call 4 times on[protected] but unable to catch officers even holded the line for 15 minutes.
      I do have recordings and pics and can be shared if required.
      Please take appropiate legal action against them.

          I was trying to book a ticket from
          Yesvantpur jn (Ypr) to brahmapur (Bam) in
          Train no./name: 22888/humsafar exp on 15-may-2017

          Rs 3570.00 /- deducted from my account but the transaction status shows payment failed in irctc where as it is successful in the respective banker (Icici).

          The money usually comes back within 3 working days. But it is already 25 days since the failed transaction. I have wrote several e-mails to irctc as well as to the banker's site, but i didn't get any update regarding my payment. It is highly disappointing to see irctc has such poor customer support. I almost tried calling every possible customer care number, but none of them got answered.

          Please give a response to my registered e-mail about the issue.

            To the management i a passenger of this train. Train no.12864 of slapper class s7. Seat 50. Complaint about the inconvenience in the train there is a open electrical which can cause a chance for electrical shock. So i kindly request you to repair it. Because infants see it as attracting thing and can harm themselves so it is a train connection so it may have high voltage so i think that the irctc management will take care of it.

              On 01/06/2017, i come to know from station sources that train was late coming by 2-3 hours when i arrived at nagpur station to have a journey. But i have to be at destiny at right time.
              So i filed tdr for cancellation and opted for alternative arrangement.

              But still it is not refunded and status was showing as cr registered. As a common passenger,
              I am not understanding the status. So please do the necessary..

                Last 6 years i don't have self booking any tickets from irctc website

                not open irctc site for tatkal boobing time ...

                Every time booked from agent (dalal) 45-50% extra charge

                example: ( dli to mldt, total fare -725-/ but i haved pay 1200/-
                I had entered incorrect mail id while filling the details during the registration.
                Due to which I'm unable to validate my email Id .

                Kindly do the needful to get it corrected.

                  RCTC cheating people!!
                  I have booked a ticket for short distance travel in CC online
                  and the total amount for three passengers is Rs 580/- Due to some emergency I had to cancel the ticket 2 weeks before DOJ but they have refunded only Rs70/- Whom can i approach as the customer service is useless and need to stop such practices.

                    I had cancelled my ticket on 02/07/2017 and my cancellation id is [protected] and on 05/07/2017 it is showing in IRCTC website that my amount is refunded into my account.But i have not received it into my account.

                    I had booked the tickets through my SBI card and in the refund history the bank name is shown as ICICI, I had chceked with my bank but the amount is niot refunded.

                    Kindly do the needful in refunding my amount!!!

                        I was trying to purchase ticket from dee to sgnr and processed payment through debit card at 16.09 hrs on 6.5.2017which was not successful for want of otp asked by gateway. I again purchased ticket on 6.5.17 at 16.12 hrs through net banking vide pnr no[protected] by train 12455 for anupama mudgal.
                        Latter after some time found that unsuccessful gateway also gave ticket vide pnr [protected] for same place for same lady hence it was cancelled but refund sanctioned is rs.60 instead of rs.183.79 with no fault on my part. Pl process complete refund for problem of gateway process which provoked me for immediate other way of net banking.

                              I filed a tdr request for following ticket and i filed it under the given time limit -

                              Transaction id: [protected] train no./name: 12137/punjab mail pnr no [protected] date of journey: 25-jan-2017

                              My tdr claim is rejected for following reason -

                              Reason for repudiate tdr: as per chart, passenger has travelled

                              But i didn't travelled because train was late more than 3 hours and i went by bus because i had to reach urgently.

                              How can i file a compaint against wrongly rejected tdr?

                                I had registered with my email on irctc in order to book e-tickets some months ago. But i never received any verification email. Now when i tried to register again with my email, it is getting rejected as i am being told that it is already registered. Also when i ask for password using the forgot password option, it is not being shown. I dont know how to retrieve my irctc account.

                                  I have canceled my ticket on 29th may before prepared chart, i made payment through my idbi rupay card (Xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-3480).in irctc website showing refund status 'refunded'. I paid through idbi card but its showing paytmag in below bank field. Many times trying to contact irctc customer care and also sent them an email but they are not helping me.                                     I have been trying to book a ticket from jaipur to mumbai since last seven days but every time website of irctc crashed and i was just helpless. If a government sector entity will provide this kind of services then imagine how the others will serve. Completely disappointed with the services which have been provided by the irctc. So a kind request to you for improving this kind of service.

Cancellation Id [protected]. Journey date 01/03/2017. From NTSK to PNBE. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.
                                    I booked tatakal tickets for 2 persons in 12628 in 2-6-2017 . I got charged Rs 13000 but the fare of tatakal tickets was 5000. Why I was charged 3 times. I booked ticket from delhi to Bangalore. Who is responsible for my loss ????

                                      Tatkal booking for ac starts at 10am and for sleeper class starts at 11am.
                                      I logged in for both, thankfully i am unable to log in neither at 10am nor at 11am. Fortunately i am able to login at 10:05am for ac and 11:05am for sleeper class.
                                      I am describing the situation for the train no. / name : 18464 / prasanthi exp
                                      For ac class on first search i see 15 available tickets, and within a fraction of next minute by the time i enter in details, the status comes to wl (Waitlist) 11.
                                      I did not attempt to book here coz i am sure the status would definitely be tqwl25 or more.
                                      Original available tq quota is 48.
                                      For sleeper class on first search i see 25 available tickets and within a fraction of next minute (Even before it is 11:06am), the status comes to wl (Waitlist) 15, after i enter my details the wl increases to tqwl29, and after payment completion it comes to tqwl79.
                                      Original available tq quota is 113.

                                      I want to make serious allegation against the indian railways and irctc, some scam going on to cashin money from the passengers through agents.

                                      It is next to impossible for even the fastest system on earth available to today, to have 113+79=192, even considering avg. 2 berths per pnr, 96 pnr tickets to be issued in less than 6 minutes, especially when irctc/indian railways claims agents are not allowed to book tickets from 10:00am to 12:00 noon, and common people like me do not even get a login session in first 2-3 minutes.

                                      Please take the issue with the appropriate and concerned authorities so that people who are in dire need of this tq based tickets actually get it.

                                      In 6 minutes to have 92PNRs means, 92 or some part of 92 to be online transaction and other part to be counter transaction ( here transaction is about money paid). At counter it would take atleast 1min to provide cash, print the ticket, return exchange if any, even for a single PNR with max 4 berths. Not all counters book the ticket for the same train at same time. Noteworthy, situation is the same for all trains. So even if we multiply this situation for 100s of trains in a day all over India, it is only GODly to have so many transactions for all the trains all over India in all possible counters and IRCTC website.
                                      Railways, please do look into the issue and make TQ policies more stringent so that people with real need for TQ get the tickets not for some who take advantage of the system.

                                      My suggestion:

                                      Please allow Tatkal booking only via counter just like it was when introduced in 90's.
                                      Anyone who not disabled or not senior (below 60yrs, should carry age proof) should book Tatkal from counter only.
                                      Senior citizens(here not 65 but 60 would be better), disabled or ill meaning unable to walk or needs wheelchair for some reason(medical proof to be shown to the TTE during travel but has to be accompanied by escort else anyone can get fake medical certificate), or anyone young escorting the senior i.e. atleast one out of four berths per PNR should be a senior citizen(above 65yrs) can book online.

                                      Everyone else should book Tatkal from counter only.

                                      Another suggestion, restrict login sessions to 1session per computer, be it any account i.e., if account1/computer1 is in session and account2/computer1 tries to login using different browser or some tatkal software, that should not be allowed or allowed after killing session of account1/1computer1. This way general people would get login session, not the touts who are maintaining many login sessions after tatkal hours and taking away the tatkal tickets from genuine person in need of it.

                                      Another suggestion for Waitlist:
                                      Please remove the process of auto refund of waitlist tickets.
                                      Reason
                                      People with waitlist e.g. WL3, WL4 in train1 on 3rd Jun would be waiting for it get closer to CNF but in the meantime would have booked in a train2 on 1st Jun with some waitlist say WL4, WL5. Now after chart preparation this WL4, WL5 gets confirmed on train2, then they travel happily in train2 but do not cancel the WL2, WL3 in train 1 because if chances of it getting confirmed are less and even after chart preparation goes up to WL1, WL2 in train1, they do not lose money due to this auto refund of waitlist tickets by IRCTC.

                                      In such scenario people beyond this waitlist say WL6, WL7 would not have any chance of getting their ticket getting confirmed and they would be relying only on this to get confirmed and travel. But if people of the type mentioned above who book in alternate trains as well do cancel their waitlist tickets in this train1 then this waitlist would go up the order even before chart preparation and chances of getting confirmed after chart preparation are higher.
                                      There might be even much more benefits unforeseen right now if this auto refund of WL tickets is removed. IRCTC would have lesser refund transactions if people do not cancel their WL tickets, etc.
                                      TDR filing of WL tickets would also be less. In turn more profit and less accounting.
                                      Cancellation of WL tickets is responsibility of the passenger and no IRCTC/Railways.
                                      This would also make way for people to book WL tickets only in case of dire need and not just to keep one extra option.

                                        I tried to book one ticket from delhi to chennai on 1.6.17 through your irctc app.The payment of rs. 796 was deducted from my standrd chartered card but the transaction declined. The transaction reference no. Is [protected] and the transaction ID showing in app is[protected].
                                        Kindly refund the same to my card as soon as possible.

                                        Sir,
                                        I was trying to book train tickets from the IRCTC android mobile app on 23rd May 2017, but after online payment my money has been deducted from the bank but the tickets have not been booked. Till now I have not received any refund. I am giving a screenshot of the transaction details.
