I have filled tdr against [protected] and after few days they have repudiated it. When i called customer care they said it is repudiated because you have filed tdr 2 times. But i did not file it 2 times and there is no way on irctc website to file the tdr 2 times.

Caustomer care said that please send email to [protected]@irctc.com. I have emailed them to reopen this and process tdr again.

But i have not hear back from there side after sending several reminder.

Now my money i stuck. Please help me to refund amount.

    I am thati sridhar, today morning when i was doing tatkal ticket booking from my laptop, that time the ticket not booked but money deducted from my bank account. Some amount of rs.721.50 money deducted from bank. But i am asking one thing to you that if ticket either booked or waiting listed then ok to deduct money but without ticket booking how to you deduct money.

      I had my ticket up till mumbai (Bsr) but i wanted to extend it to the next station surat (St). I asked the tte for the same. His name was arvind. He asked me to wait till mumbai. On bsr station, he told me the additional amount to be 820 inr. As i was handing him money, he was okay with 800 inr and went away without handing me a ticket. I asked him for one but he refused. The money obviously went to hi pocket!
      I booked a ticket from cnb to aljn with booking transaction I'd [protected] for the date of journey[protected]. The ticket was not booked although amount was deducted from my account. Even after one month, my ticket is not refunded yet.

        Why irctc is deducting money from my personal bank account without any information or noticing me... It is illigal... It mean irctc save the details of credit cards and debit card... I had booked ticket and next day 07/06/17. I have checked my bank account they have autometically cut amount... My contact no. Is [protected].. I have attached pic of deduction amount..

          Me & my family travelling from howrah to digha on 7th june2017 vide pnr no. [protected] in executive class (1a)

          Most unfortunate that e-1 coach condition is very poor & very old coach. Floor is very dirty as well as wash room & unhygienic. Also foods are kept unhygienic place with dust & dirt.

          More over me & my family will come from digha to howrah on 9th june2017 vide pnr no. [protected] in executive class (1a)

          You are requested kindly look into it & change the coach immediately.

            I tried to book tatkal tickets for 2 persons through irctc app from madurai to chennai in podhigai express on 7/6/2017. The booking process was going on and after payment was being made, it showed session logged out.. When i logged in again, no tickets were booked.. What is this #? How come irctc can steal our money like this.. I need my money back.. Refund me into my account, which was used for payment.. Really worst service from irctc

              On 04/06/2017 i try to book premium tatkal of 2nd ac in jaipur mumbai super fast but my amount deducted from account and ticket was not booked it shows that all tickets booked so i need my rs4120 refund i try to call customer care and i mail also but from their no response. A purchase worth rs4123.63 on pos [protected] at irctc txn#[protected].

              During registration wrong email id filled from me, after that the OTP code is sent on wrong email id, cause that I'm disable to open the account, i want to make my account correct with my correct email id, then I'm able to open irctc account for any enquiries, i hope you accept my request and make my account with correct email id

                I booked a ticket from secunderabad to sullurpet on 06/06/2017 for charminar express. Date of journey is 19/06/2017. The amount of rs 1200 deducted from my sbi/sullurpet account bearing number [protected]. Please refund the amount of rs/-1200 for which no ticket is booked to the above said sbi account.                     I book my train ticket by paytm on 09.05.2017 the order id is [protected] and pnr no. Is [protected], and on 12.05.2017 in half hour of chart prepared i have file tdr request and 18.05.2017 i received this email subject is edr refund confirmation.

                    Dear customer,

                    We wish to inform you that, with reference to refund against pnr number [protected] an amount of rs. "305" has been received from concerned zonal railways. The bank has been advised on[protected]:02:06.939 to credit the amount to the same account that was used for booking. You are requested to kindly check with the concerned bank.

                    Please note that the decision about amount of refund has been taken by the concerned zonal railways as per extant refund rules of indian railways https://www.services.irctc.co.in/betaDoc/Amendments_RefundRules_2406.pdf and not by irctc.

                    If amount is not credited to your bank/credit/debit/cash card/wallet account within 2 to 3 working days, please contact our customer care call centre or mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in.

                    But i have nothing received this amount till date.

                      Hi

                      I have canceled my tickets booked through irctc online portal of pnr number [protected] on 23rd april 2017. I have to get rs 6840 as refund against my canceled tickets. I got a confirmation mail regarding this from irctc as well. But money was not refunded to my account. Since then i was trying to contact irctc customer care on[protected] but i always failed to reach them. I was also send a mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in. Instead of getting an automated mail with ticket id %#5695309 i never heard from irctc. I am not sure how to reach them. I request you to please look in to this. It's very unfortunate that the call center number was always busy and they never responded on mail.

                        I have booked my ticket from new delhi station to koderma station in bhubaneshawar rajhdhani but message shown transaction dropped and amount charged of rs 7350 but have given no seats at any condition it takes too long time about 5 minutes of loading while booking ticket in tatkaal what is this... And after it irctc say transaction dropped it gives money back in 8 days what is this...

                          Irctc transaction id no.[protected] irctc received amount rs.350-00 through my indian bank debit card transaction id no.330003 on 06/06/2017 at 11:09:01 hours, for my booking e. Ticket from chennai central to krishnarajapuram for train no.12609/bangalore express. Date of journey 28 jun2017 class - chair car (Cc). After making my above payment irctc has notprovided my ticket booking details in the screen to enable me to take the printout and also they have not sent sms to my mobile phone no.[protected] which i have given in the e. Ticket bookin format. So that i request the concern people to refund the amount of rupees 350-00 (Rupees three hundred fifty) only to my indian bank ccaount. I claimed senior citizen concession in that ticket.

                              Booked ticket's trancsaction id:[protected], pnr:[protected], date:18.05.2017, from howrah to tvc, cancelled id:[protected], date:22.05.2017, amount:rs.2340. The fund has not been credited in my dena bank account. The refund history is showing the fund has been refunded to kmb, however i have no accout in kmb. It is being too late to credit, so i am facing problem for that fund.

                                Despite my opting for lower and middle berth in the same coach or otherwise do not confirm, the booking was done in two different coaches and also in both the lower berths. Due to which i have to cancel the tickets and wasted my 400 rupees. And after that again i booked tickets for two coaches one for lower berth (For senior citizen) and one for middle berth they again booked different seats one is middle and one is upper. How shameful it is!

                                  Railway PNR no.[protected] of Train 12246 dtd. 01.06.2017. We alongwith many a passengers of other PNR boarded in the train from Yashbantpur. The meals supplied by the IRCTC was a nasty, spoiled causing food poison us. Not only that the schedule of the meal was also changed. Pl take necessary action from all corners against the service of IRCTC at once.                                     I have booked 5 chair car tickets and after i cancelled the tickets i have charged 190 rs per ticket but actual cancellation charge in chair car is 90 then why charge me 190 plz do the needful.

                                      I was travelling from kota to delhi on 04/06/17 train no-09809 ticket was rac they alloted seat with a male. Bcoz of that i was not able to sleep in my entire journey whole night i was waiting for tc but he din't came bcoz of this i am facing health issue. Kindly take action against irctc otherwise i will seu indian railway. And refund me the amount so i can take my treatment.
