I had booked two tickets through irctc website on[protected]. When i checked my bank account statement on[protected], i found out that there are two deductions with amounts rs 135.17 and rs 157.11.
I contacted my bank for the same and they told me that it was made by irctc.

I asked them to provide me the reason for these deductions and why was the deduction made a week after the booking and not during the time of booking the tickets? But no one responded to my complaint yet. Now, i want to take legal action against irctc for fraudulent.

    I was trying to book a tatkal ticket from moradabad (Mb) to allahabad (Ald) on 16 may 2017. The ticket was not booked but the amount of rs 3300 (Tax extra) was deducted from my bank of baroda account (Irctc_paytmpg) with transaction id [protected]. I contacted irctc care they told me money has been refunded on 18 may 2017. I checked my account continuously but amount of rs 3300 has not been refunded till date. Kindly help me get refund the amount on my bank account as early as possible as its been more than 20 days.

      I was trying to book tatkal tickets from madgaon (Goa) to thane (Mumbai) station, the birth status was showing available #32 while booking ticket, but after making payment, the birth status changed to tatkal wl #26. What should i do?

        I was travelling in train 59460 saurashtra mail i had seen that passengers with general class tickets are travelling in sleeper & ac class coaches. Even the ticket checker is aware of the situation but does not do anything. If people with general class tickets travel in sleeper & ac class then why we passengers pay higher amount to travel in sleeper & ac class. Are we passengers fools to travel like this?? Or next time we will also take local ticket & travel in sleeper & ac class

          My name is sujoy chatterjee. I have booked three railway tickets through irctc website on june 1, 2017. The payment was also done. According to your website, tickets were scheduled to come in my registered address by 36 hours through m/s. Overnite express ltd. But after more than 5 days, still i have not received your tickets. Today when i have called customer care of m/s. Overnite express ltd, they clearly told me that they are not aware of this incident. Now my question is that after paying the amount of inr 2005/- through online mode why i have to face this difficulty. Then why irctc would not the responsibility of the whole thing. The ticket was done for 3 passengers i. E sk chatterjee, sumona chatterjee & sujoy chatterjee. Two of the passengers are senior cityzens also. I want to know the exact reason of this harassment.             I purchased an online ticket with transaction i. D. [protected] dated 31st may 2017. I cancelled it after a couple of hours while i have replanned my journey and reserved another ticket on two names. Pnr number is [protected]
            It is already 5 days complete and the money has not been refunded back into my account andhra bank. However, the refund category is showing that the amount is sent back to the bank paytmag and the date of refund is left blank.
            So, kindly refund my money at the earliest so that i can use the funds for the return ticket.

              I created an account in irctc last week. They send me the otp for mobile verification. But they are not sending the otp for email verification. I am facing great difficulty to book the reservation seats. Please help me to get the otp for email verification as soon as possible.               I booked ticket for kota to Jaipur in 2nd Ac but I cancelled it by 14 may but still after 16 days refund not credit. Please find attachment.irctc customer line always busy I waste a lot time but my money still not back.my ticket PNR no is [protected]

                This is to highlight that on 4th june 2017 at 19:40 i was booking tickets from haridwar to new delhi but the tickets were not booked but amount was deducted from my bank account.

                Rs.1231.50 has been debited from my bank by irctc for this transaction bit ticket was not booked.

                My money has been debited incorrectly and without a fault of my mine.

                Is this how booking ticket from irctc mean from where unnecessarily my money has been debited

                Please look into the matter asap

                  I was travelling from ahmadnagar to guntakal on 18th May 2017 PNR [protected] when i boarded the train already two people were sitting on my seat when i enquired they told me that they have RAC confirmation then i told them the seat no. 32 is your part and seat 33 is my part and i am allowed to sit then later on when the ticket collector came i said him about the issue so he replied to me by saying you give them upper seat which is confirmed and you sit in Rac what kind of mannerism is it I'm not allowed to sit in my very own seat.

                      I had booked ticket via irctc on 8 may 2017 for 2ac in the ranchi rajdhani express seat no. A4-49 via the below mentioned details

                      The site shows the amount has been refunded but i have checked my bank details and there is no credit of the said amount in my bank account till date.

                      It has been 10 days.

                              Dear respected sir,
                              Last 2 days back i have booked 1tickets in counter, it is for kumta to vadodara, pnr number: [protected], train no: 16312, train name: bikanear express, in that train today we have journey in that station but unfortunately ticket has not confirmed during that tatkal waiting list.
                              Today we are going to kumta station and i will give to counter ticket cancellation person his name vijay kumar says that is not possible cancelled tickets this time, we are reaching 7:50am today, train is departure 8:32am during this station, how it is not possible cancelled in counter ticket, in e tickets we can take refund in same account with in 3 to 4 days. But they will missbehave, and cheated to every customer so i m kindly requesting you sir please resolve this problem and how can i take this refund in counter ticket, i hope sir this will be taking as serious act. I hope this problem will be resolve as soon as possible.

                              Note: in e ticket if it's waiting list we will getting refund back in account, in same we are going at that time station for cancellation ticket waiting list, that counter people telling, cancellation is not possible, half enover before we are reached in station, but station controller misguided for every customer i hope this people getting resolve in 2days.

                                    2. Put the profile password
                                    3. Click previous booked history

                                      My account used (Hacked) by someone and he changes my password and he booked a ticket as well by my account, i complained it to irctc cc but they are not getting it seriously. If some one can hack your account and then they can steal your bank account information as well. Below is pnr no which is booked by hacker.

                                      I had not received a satisfactory response from them(IRCTC), they responded me that i had shared my login credentials with someone but it's not true, i never shared my credentials with anyone. Even they suggested me that i need to disable my id from(IRCTC) if it used by any suspected person but in this situation this is not a correct solution because maximum person using IRCTC and also they are using them bank accounts details for online transition etc, if this is a attack of threat then all persons security can be compromise.
                                      **It's a serious concern and IRCTC need to focus on them security policies.**

                                        Hi,
                                        Ticket booked : sl from gy to rjy (Boarding at guntakal-gtl),
                                        Train : prasanthi express/18464
                                        Pnr :[protected]
                                        Journey date : 16 may, 2017
                                        Booking date : 1 apr 2017
                                        Booked at rajahmundry railway reservation counter using credit card whereas one person is not travelling. So i reached out to gtl the day before the date of journey for partial cancellation, they said they are not having the cancellation policy for the tickets booked using credit card and there is no other alternative other than loosing money.

                                        I reached out to ticket collector in train for this, he marked on my ticket and marked in his form as passenger not travelling and suggested me to file tdr in rjy station for the same. Whereas in rjy, they told like this cannot be done here, as tc has to stamp on this ticket.
                                        If there is a facility to book tickets using credit/debit card, why there cannot have a facility to cancel ticket which is booked using credit/debit card?
                                        Finally i lost the ticket money.

                                        I provided details of only one ticket here, whereas the same thing happened for another 14 tickets (7 tickets from rjy to gtl and 7 tickets from gy to rjy) for which all needs to be partially cancelled. But was not done for same reason. We totally lost rs 7300.

                                        Please do needful as we lost money only because the digital cancellation system is not available at boarding station.
