Tatkal waiting cancellation issue

Respected sir/madam,

I request you to kindly look into the matter as my mother and I had to travel from secunderabad to vadodara due to exigency of my grandmother's health.

I bought the tatkal ticket over the counter after waiting for 2hrs in queue in the morning and got the tatkal ticket with waiting list, hoping to get confirmed.

Next day we reached platform and to our surprise the ticket was...

Unnecessary deduction of Cancellation charge

Dear Sir

I have booked PNR- [protected] on 25th May in Tatkal Quota.

At the time of booking, status of ticket was available. During the completion of the transaction the status changed to waiting list and final number alloted was TQWL 67.
On cancellation, Railway has deducted Rs 60/- as cancellation charge.

How is this charge justified? Either the ticket should not have been booked in...

Reduction of balance

I have tried to book ticket through irctc on 25/05/2017 from sangli to mumbai through debit card. But it showed payment failure and still my balance has been reduced and ticket is also not confirmed. I forgot my user id & password

I forgot my irctc user id & password. But i have email id which was registered and mobile number also. I want to use irctc for booking ticket because my number is already registered and i am not able to create new account with the help of same email id and mobile number. Refund not recd against cancellation

Ticket not booked but amount debited

I was tried to book ticket on 24-05-17 in userid: arjun4454i for train no:12722 (Journey date:26-5-17). Ticket was not booked, but amount rs. 2640 /- debited to my sbi a/c : [protected] through online banking with message "ticket booking transaction was dropped". But there is no refund to my a/c. Kindly resolve and refund to my sbi a/c as early as possible....

Amount not refunded to/a cancelled tickets

I have booked 3 tickets to ranchi from barauni on 4th and 5th may'17 resp. I have cancelled these 3 tickets on 16th may. The cancellation was successful and the refund status showing "sent to bank". But the amount still not credited to my account. I hereunder submit details of cancelled tickets :

IRCTC website bug

Hi,
There is a bug in irctc web

1) when we search trains from station - to station then submit.
2) click on any class e. G. Sl for any train
3) then click on sl class for another train it will again ask for credentials and log out automatically
Note:not taking time to click on another train class, after clicking quickly as well its getting an error...

Money got debited but didn't get seat reserved

Booking tatkal ticket

I have been trying to book tatkal confirm ticket from Delhi to Rewa since 4 days. The network is getting jammed as soon as I click on Book at 10 am. I have tried best 4g networks with tested speeds and also different people tried from different systems, but everyday I am getting "waiting" status.
I doubt if the online booking is deliberately jammed for consumers so as to allow agents and all to take entire set of tickets.

Irctc ewallet

I am having my irctc account username as abhay4059 which has been suspended. I was having 700rs in my irctc e-wallet which i had added just a few hours before the suspension. I also paid 50rs as registration amount at the same time. Irctc suspended my account and even has not been responding my emails and phone calls adequately for 5 months. Kindly help me in this issue and help me get retrieved my account and the money....

Online ticket booking

Please refer my previous complaint about ticket booking.

There is some issue with www.irctc.co.in, as tatkal ticket booking period period starts, site goes hang/ auto logout / site not opening/under maintenance etc. kindly look after into the matter and provide solution as early as possible otherwise declare clearly that online ticket booking system is available only for agents, not for common man of India....

Complaint against breakfast

I m passenger traveling from new delhi to chandigarh on 24/05/2017 having train number 12011 with pnr number [protected].
As per your ticket expense you have to provide us omlette of 2 eggs in breakfast but you provide me omlette of 1 egg only please check and take stricted action against dis type of cheap services provided by indian railway to me or any other passanger.

Misbehave & scams

Sub:misbehave & scams by conductor of motor train.
Sir
My ticket is confirmed in rail motor (Train no. 72451) for kalka to shimla (Pnr-[protected]). Driver & conductor not open the door of rail motor train and told your reservation is cancelled. I am trying to much but they not open the door and finally starts train and go away. They take more money from other passengers/tie up with hotels and sheets given...

Refunded amount not received

I tried booking e-ticket on 05/05/2017 from IRCTC website two times but both the time transaction was failed. But i didn't receive refunded amount in my account for both the transactions. I contacted to bank regarding this but they are saying that they have not received that amount from the IRCTC side till now. could you please confirm when can i get back my refunded amount. Although it is showing refunded in the IRCTC...
