Sir hum 10 din se parisan hai,, mera koi kam irctc wale nahi kar rahe hai.. Kal ho jayega kal ho jayega, bas bolte hai.. Or call bhi jaldi nahi lagta hai.. Hum irctc ka agent bana chah rahe hai, or mera pan card pahle se dala hua tha, ab irctc wale ese hata nahi rahe hai,, sir mera help kar dijiye,, hum bahut parisan ho gaye hai...

    I have not received the train ticket (Cancellation) charges booked on 17.05.2017 from cbe to mas in kovai express (Pnr no.[protected]) and on 19.05.2017 mas to cbe in kovai express (Pnr no.[protected]). I have cancelled both the above tickets on 16.05.2017 itself. It was informed vide message (Mobile no.[protected] that the refund amount would be effected within 3-4 working days. However, even after a lapse of 8 days, i have not received the refund of rs.480/-. Hence, it is requested that necessary steps may kindly be taken to refund the amount with appropriate interest.

      I booked ticket on 16.05.2017 in Kanyakumari express( Tatkal ticket ).
      I wrongly done two transactions. I got my amount for first transaction
      and I didn’t receive my amount of Rs.1022 for second transaction . In
      my login ID, It reflects one transaction.

      For your kind Information, Please find the below account details.
      Still Now, I didn’t receive any amount.

      When I done my second transaction, Error message came like " No seats available". But amount debited with my account.

        I have irctc account. Id: sureshdip

        Yesterday i open ewalllet account on irctc site and account opened successfully, here is the account opened info which i received by email from irctc.

        Dear customer,

        Congratulations, you have successfully registered under irctc ewallet scheme.

        Your reference no. (Bank payment id) for registration of irctc ewallet is:[protected].

        And i also i have deposited rs.1000/- to my e-wallet account. Here is the details:

        Congratulations, you have successfully deposited rs 1000.0 in your irctc ewallet account. Transaction details can also be checked in "deposit history" section under ewallet module.

        But my irctc account (Sureshdip) not showing e-wallet information which i opened. If i click on e-wallet link going to e-wallet register page, but i have already registered with rs. 50/- and deposited rs. 1000 to my account then why should i register again on e-wallet.

        The same complaint emailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in and i received an automated response by email including ticket id [irctc #5898763].

        But still, my account not showing e-wallet information and complaint not solved yet.

        Request to you please check the above e-wallet issue.

          Please refer my previous complaint about ticket booking.

          There is some issue with www.irctc.co.in, as tatkal ticket booking period period starts, site goes hang/ auto logout / site not opening/under maintenance etc. kindly look after into the matter and provide solution as early as possible otherwise declare clearly that online ticket booking system is available only for agents, not for common man of India.

              I m passenger traveling from new delhi to chandigarh on 24/05/2017 having train number 12011 with pnr number [protected].
              As per your ticket expense you have to provide us omlette of 2 eggs in breakfast but you provide me omlette of 1 egg only please check and take stricted action against dis type of cheap services provided by indian railway to me or any other passanger.

                Sub:misbehave & scams by conductor of motor train.
                Sir
                My ticket is confirmed in rail motor (Train no. 72451) for kalka to shimla (Pnr-[protected]). Driver & conductor not open the door of rail motor train and told your reservation is cancelled. I am trying to much but they not open the door and finally starts train and go away. They take more money from other passengers/tie up with hotels and sheets given to them directly.

                I travel SNKL to Ms Chennai on 17th may in B6 coach, SEAT NO 6 .I missed my Samsung tab 10.1.inthat seat itself.i get down in tambaram itself.kindly do the needful to get back my tab
                I m compaining about the ticket i had done but it was automatically cancel due to error but the amount is deducted from my debit card.I also checked the mini statement from atm.please return my deducted amount.previously some months before i also canceeled the ticket but the amount was not credite in my account.please return my both amount.
                Refund for cancelled ticket not credited to bank account. In IRCTC profile it says refunded on 13th may 2017 but till now money is not credited to my bank account.

                  I tried booking e-ticket on 05/05/2017 from IRCTC website two times but both the time transaction was failed. But i didn't receive refunded amount in my account for both the transactions. I contacted to bank regarding this but they are saying that they have not received that amount from the IRCTC side till now. could you please confirm when can i get back my refunded amount. Although it is showing refunded in the IRCTC website. Can you please provide complete details of both the transactions and its current status.

                    I have booked a ticket and paid using my debit card, the payment gateway was patmag. Then I cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded but I have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.

                        We have booked tickets from pune to hazarat nizaqmuddin and hazarat nizamuddin to pune on 20/3/2017 in train no. 12263 and 12264 respectively with ticket no. 16495419 and 16495420 respectively. Due to some unavoidable situation we have cancelled the ticket for a passenger. The amount which has to be refunded is 2135 and 2665. We have not received the amount till date. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                          I am travelling from Lucknow to Meerut (23rd May 2017) took 22453 RAJYA RANI EXP.

                          Train is suppose to depart at 2.40 PM and it is 2.30 now but still A/C and fans nothing is functional yet. This is not at all the acceptable service.

                          In the month of May when the Summer is at peak, people are suffering from heat strokes. But the facilities of IRCTC is not at all upto the mark. Highly disappointing.

                              This is an application for the theft caused in the howrah pune duronto express on 21/5/2017. I was travelling from howrah to pune with my small baby on 20/5/2017 from howrah train no -12222. And pnr no - [protected].in the morning of 21/5/2017, i realised that my purse was gone from the seat itself. The train then just left the station of manmad at 6.20 am. I had many valuables listed below along with very important documents like pan card and driving license.
                              These are the items that was there in my maroon - beige colour purse:-
                              1. Gold chain - 10 grms - rs 30, 000/-
                              2. 2 silver bangles - 35 grms - rs 1500/-
                              3. Silver anklet - 20 grms - rs 600/-
                              4. Fast track watch - rs 5000/-
                              5. Spectacles - rs 5000/-
                              6. Mobile charger - rs 500/-
                              7. Cash - rs1000/-
                              8. Atm card of axis bank and allahabad bank
                              9. Pan cadr
                              10. Driving license.

                              If any of the aforesaid things could be found please let me have have the information at the aforesaid contacts. Its a request sir as the documents and belongings were very very important to me. I have already lodged an fir at the pune railway police station. We are buying tickets with such a hefty sum of 5, 320/- just for this sake that we will get this type of service from railways.
                              I want my money back or things wahtever may be the case, otherwiser ill be taking legal action against railways.

                                  I have an account in irctc.Co.In (User name is amritan04). i have not recived any OTP of email verification password and mobile verification password. I already got the mobile verification password by an sms. But, i can't get email verification password.                                     I book tickets online rarely, and find that the irctc's web-site is indeed loo-sided to allow greater flexibility to agents, as they are white-listed, and a common person like me cannot create more than 2 tickets in a session.

                                    If i need a multi-station ticket, or a ticket that crosses across several days, i need to book them separately on different days across different sessions.

                                    Really it seems like everyone has been black-listed, and only agents are whitelisted. This is a faulty system, as the govt is promoting agents in this day and age of technology. I would understand reservations for small/remote/rurals towns, but it makes no sense to allow agents into the system.

                                      i have booked a ticket from irctc, the transaction is done.But i have not get the sms confirmation of reservation and pnr no.                                         To delete my irctc account because I mistaken when updating my profile so mobile verification successful. But email verification not successful. So I can't come back can't proceed any thing. Now I opened another account in irctc by using my mother number. So kindly delete this wrong account.
