Hi Team,
I was doing a transaction for the ticket from Ftp to Anvt for the train no 12428 Rewa Express but my transaction was dropped on 13 th May, 2017 and money was deducted from my bank account
The transaction id for the transaction is [protected] via ICICI bank .
Please get my money refunded to my bank account as soon as possible as it is around more than 15days.
My ticket I'd generated from mail is
[IRCTC #5923531.
Please get my money back into my account.

    This is Siddhant Dogra. I was travelling via 14011, Delhi Hoshiarpur Express on 28/5/2017. I boarded the train from Delhi station at 9:30 pm at night and was on seat number 46 of A1 coach. This train does not have a pantry so they get food saved inside for the passengers delhi station itself.
    When i asked for a veg thali and asked for its price I was told that its worth Rs. 130/- . I checked the rate memo online and got to know that its for Rs 50/- only.
    I asked them why are they selling it on a higher price and they say its the price. I went upto TTE asking for complaint register but he didn't. He just tried giving me vague reasons and still when i insisted on writing it down, he asked my seat number and told me that he will get it there. he however didn't come and when i searched for him i couldnt even find him and whomever from the staff if i asked where is TTE, all they said is he will come to you but he never did.
    It's my humblest request that pls take a serious action on this for this a serious case of fraud and corruption.

    Sad to see the changes brought by government for tatkal bookings. I wanted to book a ticket for myself but it was showing error because they allow booking of 2 passengers on 1 IP address... This is just making money from people who genuinely needs ticket on urgent basis...Highly disappointed!!!
    I am travelling I train no 12552 bearing pnr no [protected]. A cup of tea sellig by pantry car @Rs 10. I gave them Rs 7 but they denied. Is Rs 10 is fare rate?
    Please look into the matter.

      Hi,

      I have canceled a ticket on 2 May 2017, PNR: [protected] Tatkal Waiting.

      However, I have not yet received any refund for the same till date. I have checked with my bank statement and i didn't found any refund from IRCTC.

      I have tried calling IRCTC on the following numbers many time but never got my calls answered,[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],

      After trying calls for a few days, I have emailed IRCTC twice about the refund but have not got any response other than the auto generated emails.

      I have attached a screenshot of my account. I have canceled another ticket after this and got a refund for that but got ZRO refund for this one even after the ticket was in waiting list.

      Even nobody is replying the Email & picking the call
      While booking railway tickets on IRCTC app for the 4th June 2017 from H. Nizammudin to Chitrakutdham K, So payment has been deducted but didn't received tickets.

      Dear sir i am pradeep i have booked ticket from irctc amount is deducted two times in my account so please check and refund as soon as possible

      I didn't get refund of my cancelled ticket in irctc. When I open my irctc account its showing that refund is done in paytmsdk but I didn't make payment through my paytm account or other paytm account, I was make payment through my PNB account. Kindly help me to short this issue
      I was booked ticket on 18/05/2017 new delhi to lucknow.train no. 12430 3a in tatkal quota ( pnr no [protected]). i got 20 waiting. but it was not cleared. on 19/05/2017 i have received a msg that my ticket was cancelled. but till date i was not received my refund amount. please take some neefull approach.

        Hello,
        I have booked a ticket to Nagpur from Mumbai on 10 Mar 2017. Due to personal reasons i have Cancelled the ticket on 9 Mar 2017. the ticket has been Cancelled successfully.

        But amount is still not refunded back to the account. Please look into it.

          My name is rishikesh Vibhute. I am currently in the train number 82908 called suvidha express. My pnr number is [protected]. My boarding time was supposed to be 12:20am but the train arriver at kanpur at 4 am.
          I thought the train would make up its time during night. My scheduled arrival at Mumbai central was 11:20pm of 27th may. I am writing this mail at 10:22am of 28th may. I haven't reached yet. I have paid triple the amount of normal travel fair. It should be renamed 'asuvidha express'. I demand at least half the amount to be refunded.

            I booked three tickets of train ahmedabad passenger for my ahmedabad to surat journey. The coach attendant informed us that the tickets could not get confirmed so we had to travel in general department. When i booked the tickets online, i paid 345 rs.. Now i got refund of rs. 145 only.               Hi there,
              I have book 5 tickets 2 tier in train no. 181001 from sonipat to amritsar on[protected].
              Pnr no. [protected]
              My ticket was confirmed in tier 2, seat no. 13, 14, 15, 16.
              When i board the train a tc. Came to me and he said railway has removed the tier 2 coach so you have to sit in tier 3. Even tho tier 2 was also full. All seats was reserved. So i asked the tc to allot the seats then he replied that all seats are reserved so you guys have to stand for couples of stations and his behaviour was totally pathetic. This was the worst experience of my life. I will never travel by train again in my life. Irctc is ripping us. I hope irctc understands and pay my difference of 2tier to 3tier.                 Hello Irctc,

                I have tried booking a ticket from Hyd-Deccan to Pune-Jn on[protected] using Tatkal.

                but the thing is money got deduced from my account but the ticket status is "Not Booked" and showing as Payment Requested.

                Also when i checked my Failed transaction list it showed no PNR status, only Transaction ID was there [protected].
                Please check the screenshots i have added.
                And please refund my amount which got deducted even though the ticket is not booked.

                  Sir,
                  1. The undersigned have booked Air India Ticket of dated 28 MAY 2017 from Lucknow to Delhi and then Jaipur sector.
                  2. The amount has been deducted from the account and not got the ticket on Mail.
                  3. Got the Message while booking "We are processing your ticket. Your Transaction Id is:[protected], Please contact immediately to IRCTC
                  Dear Customer, do not attempt duplicate booking for the same sector, Firstly get your current booking status clarified from IRCTC Customer care"
                  4. Also Contacted available customer care number "[protected]" but not picked up.
                  5. Then again contacted other available customer care of IRCTC, but they provided the same number and told that no other number is available and seems Helpless.
                  Kindly resolve the matter at utmost priority as the journey date is 28 May 2017 (8.55 am Departure time from Lucknow)
                  6.Please suggest my either I have to go to Airport or NOT on mobile: [protected] within 2-4 hours, so that I can plan accordingly.

                        I am Balaji from Coimbatore, I have booked Ticket in IRCTC on 27/05/2017. The ticket is from KYN(Kalyan) to NK(Nasik Road). The Tkt got booked with the Transaction ID:[protected], Rs.180+10/-, But I have got deducted the same amount two times, it reflects with another transaction ID:[protected], which the Tkt is not booked but the Amount Rs.180+10/- deducted from my syndicate Bank A/c.

                          The first 5-10 mins are the most vital for making a booking after the tatkal quota opens. Since April 2017, I am facing an UNUSUAL problem, that is, the booking process keeps failing for 2-3 times, and this generally happens after payment deduction. By the 3rd or 4th retry, I fail to acquire any ticket, having to depend on waitlisted tatkal thereafter.

                            When i am trying to book the tatkal ticket, getting the error message : "this site is currently unreachable. Please try after some time". This error is frequent and we can't proceed any more till all the seats are filled, so we end up without booking. I am seeing this from last few days, probable a week. Where as previously this was not the case. There were no such errors and site was very smooth and faster in bookings. Please look into it fix the site error while booking tatkal ticket. Thanks in advance.

                              From kotdwar to delhi masoori exp is stopped before 1 yr due to bridge was broken. But now before 3-4 months bridge was make and all trains are gone to kotdwar station except masoori exp. So why are you not again start the train till kotdwar station many passengers may face problem before 1 year but now everything is ok so please start the train kotdwar to delhi masoori exp. Start all previously procedure i am also facing problem so please work on it as soon as possible.

                                    Date of Journey - 26/05/2017

                                    I had a RAC ticket from BBS to SBC.

                                    1) Instead of 2 people per seat, the TT made 4 people to sit in each seat. Among whom 2 were ticketless/waitlisted travellers. On complaining about the matter, the TT said that there are no seats available so we have to adjust.

                                    2)After that some people got down and the seats were available but still then instead of allocating the unoccupied vacant seats to the RAC people. They allocated the seats to the ticketless/waitlisted travellers who paid them extra.
                                    Upon being asked about that, they said they will give seats only at night and left.

                                    This kind of behaviour is not at all acceptable.

                                    1) Instead of 2 people per seat, the TT made 4 people to sit in each seat. Among whom 2 were ticketless/waitlisted travellers. On complaining about the matter, the TT said that there are no seats available so we have to adjust.

                                      I have cancelled the unconfirmed tatkal ticket on 15.5.17 and it is shown as rs.3920 refund amount sent to bank. As the amount not credited to my account, i contacted irctc c. Care where they say that there is a problem with banks gateway. When i cintacted the bank, they are asking ro furnish utr, which could not be given by irctc.

                                      Hi. I have cancelled unconfirmed tatkal ticket on 15.5.17 with PNR.[protected]. An amount of Rs.3920 was shown as refund and status:Sent to Bank. Till date i have not got the refund credited to my account. A new ticket is being allotted to my mail reminder without disposing precious tickets. So far 47 tickets are generated for this refund. On enquiry with IRCTC customer care i was told that there is a problem with banks gateway. Hownlong IRCTC take to get my credit.

                                        Hello sir maine kanpur se patna k liye 4 tickets book ki thi train late hone k wajah s tickets cancle kiya tha aur tdr file kiya tha right time pr.. Paytm k through pay kiya tha... Complaint krne par unhone 90 days wait krne ko bola..90 days complete ho gaye.. Pr abhi tak refund amount nh aaya.. Maine irctc customer care ko phone b kiya par koi positive response nahi aaya.. So plz help me check all details and refund money soon
