    I had booked the ticket from IRCTC, 1st ticket from Gaya - Hwh PNR [protected] Transaction ID [protected]. The train was delayed by more than 3 hours due to which I missed my onward journey Hwh - Ypr PNR [protected].. Transaction ID [protected]. This caused me a loss of Rs 7040. Please look in to it ASAP. Railway is Thug .. I had to book a different train Suvidha express where they charge Rs 1700 for a Rs400 ticket from Vizianagram to Ypr.. Pathetic Seriously pathetic condition. I will sue them in court and consumer forums. We pay our hard earned money and get what "only crap " from railways

        Passengers travelling on Duronto from Secunderabad to LTT have to put up with the heckling of catering and house-keeping personnel for tips. The Railways need to understand that passengers are already paying a premium for travelling on trains such as Duronto that includes the cost of food, cleanliness, etc. The contractors and railway house-keeping people need to be advised against asking passengers for tips. After all, they are just doing their job (although not very well) for which they are supposedly getting paid for. This attitude of the staff makes the experience of travelling by these trains unbearable

          Dear sir,
          I was traveling from cuttack to kolkata in satabdi express, c4 coach on 22nd may 2017. Just after having lunch, the railway catering staffs came and asked for tips from all the customers. The railway cleaner also came and was forceably asking for tips. After refusing they were still asking for the tips.
          Strong actions should be taken against such people.

              I've been trying to book tickets in tatkal for the past three times in last week and all my attempts have failed. It sows the availability of seats but fails to show the link that takes you to the traveller details page. Kindly rectify the error. Were facing immense difficulty due to the same.

                  I am trying to book tatkal tickets but I am getting this error

                  "You are permitted only 2 Tatkal Tickets between 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM per IP Address "

                  Rajdhani super fast express 12441(bilaspur to Delhi) the AC of the train was not working and when we asked the TT he did not reply he just went away so it was very hot so I think the government should take some action because it is the best and costliest train and we r paying for it .

                    I would like to inform you that for the cancellation of ticket with pr no [protected], hatia express, no action has been taken yet, the request to process the refund has not been done yet. It has been eleven days since the ticket has been cancelled plus the customer care are of no help since they don't answer the call. I would be much obliged if you process my request asap.

                    I booked a ticket with PNR: [protected] from Delhi(DLI) to New Jalpaiguri(NJP) but it was waiting list which did not get confirmed and automatically the ticket got cancelled.

                    Inferior service quality and argumentative catering staff in Rajdhani exp 22694. Tomato soup served on 14 th may was not hot. Ice cream served was melted.                       We note that the transaction is debited from our end. The transaction (i[censored]nclaimed) will be reversed to your account as per VISA / MasterCard turnaround time of 16 days from the date of transaction.

                      Incase, if transaction is not reversed on 16 day, kindly submit a Charge-back complaint along with the proof immediately that you attempted to resolve the dispute with merchant i.e. any e-mail communication or letter, etc.. Please also fill in and submit the Card holder Dispute Form. Please note that to initiate dispute for the below mentioned transaction a signed customer dispute form with exact nature of dispute is a must to take up the matter with the acquiring bank.

                      Kindly provide the dispute form duly filled and signed by account holder in this regard. You can send the duly filled and signed CDF form on the Fax number or address mentioned on the form or e-mail us the scan copy.

                          After so many email and calls complaints to irctc past 1 month they didn't refunded my two tickets amount till yet and now they're not responding my mails.

                          Here are my both the ticket number which were generated after my complaints to them.

                            I have try to book an E-ticket from Allahabad to Nagpur through irctc rail connect app by my mobile on 12th May 2017 at 12.06 PM morning. During processing an amount of Rs. 1301.50/- was debited from
                            my SBI A/c. No. [protected] with reference No [protected]IGABHITXI6 but no ticket was issue for this transaction.

                              I tried 2 times to book ticket for 29th may to travel from Pune to thane, but both times Rs 96 deducted from my account but tickets not get Generated by saying your bank rejected transfer but money has been deducted total 192 Rs from standard charted bank. I want my Rs 192 back as soon as possible. Very frustrating feeling i am going through, everytime such things happens

I have booked two e-tickets on 19th of April but at the time of prepared of chart only one ticket become confirm that's booking I'D was- [protected] & pnr no was [protected] and I again booked second time on 10th of may that's booking I'D was [protected] & pnr no was [protected] this also only one ticket become confirm but I am still waiting for refund so please take necessary action and reply as soon as possible.

                                    Hello Iam Sathyanarayana i tried to book ticket on[protected] from my mobile irctc app from Hyderabad to Chennai amount deducted 1301/- and 867/- but transactions failed.
                                    Please refund my money On priority basis. Please do needful...find attached screen shots for ur reference. and I didn't even get mail for the same from irctc.

                                      Bank customer care informed me that irctc has not given refund instructions to bank and irctc is not accepting this statement.
                                      Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
