Amount was deduct but ticket was not booked....

I filed a TDR when the train was late by 5 hours and I didn't board the train. The TDR was filed before the train arrived at the boarding status, but the refund was not granted. Cancellation id- [protected].
TDR status is shown as CR Registered. As per the rules of irctc, a TDR must be requested in case the train is late by more than 3 hours and passenger has not travelled and the TDR is filed before arrival of train at boarding...

I have booked a sleeper ticket to travel from ijk to tvc on 14-may 2017

I got a ticket in 3AC and there was no way I can get a seat why didn't IRCTC told me to cancel my ticket and even TT told me I can't even travel in ac by asking some one to share.
When I'm going to travel in sleeper class with a ticket of Waiting in AC and same can be done by sleeper waiting ticket then where is my difference of money as all my services I have paid for is not provided and both TT are in no way to support even my journey...

I am booked a tatkal ticket from irctc on 8may2017.
I done my money transaction from payment gateway by (Visa/master card (Powered by axis bank).
At same time i cancelled my ticket irctc.
They send me :-
Pnr [protected] ticket cancelled, amt 7800 will be refunded in your a/c with in 3-4 days. Please check your account/instrument from which this tkt was booked.8may2017.

After 3-4 days irctc showing...

I'm traveling on ajmer shatabdi on 14/05/2017. My PNR no [protected]. It is very sad to see after so much of efforts made by railway food quality is very very bad. We couldn't have our meal because of food quality. Rice quality is also very bad, I was scared to eat because of taste and not properly cooked. Vender of Jaipur needs surprise check and assessment required on food quality and cooking procedures.
Kindly look into the matter...

Refund not credited
I have booked a ticket and paid using my debit card, the payment gateway was patmag. Then i cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded but i have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.

I have filed tdr on dt 15/04/2017 against pnr no:[protected] from rampur to amethi, date of journey :15/04/2017, class: 3rd ac, tatkal ticket, for four person: sukh lal, sapna, anjali bohra, aditi bohra.

This is for your information that when we reached the rampur rly station, it comes to our notice that our train no. 14258 kashi vishvanath express is diverted from muradabad instead of rampurso it is impossible for us to move...

I have cancelled tickets with pnr [protected] and [protected] on 01/05/2017. However, funds are not credited to my account as yet. Concerned tickets were booked at railway ticket counter by debit card and were cancelled at the concerned railway ticket counter itself. The amount of refund due is rs.800 in aggregate (Rs.400 per pnr). May i know when the funds shall get credited to my account? Please also let me know where to check the current...

This is to inform you that. There is debited two times rs 377 for a ticket booked dated 10052017. And also rs 1160 also debited towards a ticket booked dtd 19052017 and further cancelled but refund is not credited in my account (Credit card). Please look into this. Snapshot is also attached with this mail.
That means total rs 377 and rs 1160 is to be refund. Please help

I have booked a ticket in Beghampura exp train no.12237 in 2AC for 12.5.2017 and Till 11.5.2017 it was showing on irctc website that the train no. 12237 is cancelled even I enquired on 139 and they told that this train is cancelled till 18.5.2017 and your ticket will be automatically cancelled and full amount will be refunded. I've tried booking tatkal ticket thru irctc official mobile app on 28th April 2017 & may 5th 2017, and twice my amount deducted (rs. 3000)
I've sent my max details which have, bt they were asking some other details which i dnt hv, i need ur help sir

For a middle class man 3000 is a big amount sir..

It was a very inconvenient moment for me as i was starving and i believed in servies of irctc. Very poor services indeed. I won't trust irctc services any further. What if i had paid online and not cash on delivery....

I had try to book rail ticket from Vadodara to Jaipur for my son Mr nayan Nagar in tatkal quota on dtd 09/05/2017 and at the time my payment was debited in HDFC credit card account by authintication no.015529 provided by HDFC but my transaction was declined

Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a ticket from MGS to HWH on train number 13006, journey date 6th May, 2017. The train got late by more than 9 hours. I had filed the TDR on the same day on 06-May-2017 at 14:31:18 HRS.The status of TDR is showing CR Repudiate. I had filed TDR as soon as the option was available on the IRCTC website. Please help me on this asap as the rule says the entire amount of ticket would be refunded if the train gets late...
