This is to inform you that. There is debited two times rs 377 for a ticket booked dated 10052017. And also rs 1160 also debited towards a ticket booked dtd 19052017 and further cancelled but refund is not credited in my account (Credit card). Please look into this. Snapshot is also attached with this mail.
That means total rs 377 and rs 1160 is to be refund. Please help

    I have booked a ticket in Beghampura exp train no.12237 in 2AC for 12.5.2017 and Till 11.5.2017 it was showing on irctc website that the train no. 12237 is cancelled even I enquired on 139 and they told that this train is cancelled till 18.5.2017 and your ticket will be automatically cancelled and full amount will be refunded. Hence I booked Tatkal ticket in same train for 11.5.2017 and travelled but now when I checked the status that train is diverted and running and I am unable to file TDR with this kind of reason. so pls process it for full refund.

        Dear sir
        I've tried booking tatkal ticket thru irctc official mobile app on 28th April 2017 & may 5th 2017, and twice my amount deducted (rs. 3000)
        I've sent my max details which have, bt they were asking some other details which i dnt hv, i need ur help sir
        Today 3000, if tomorrow 10, 000 means who will bear sir...
        For a middle class man 3000 is a big amount sir..
        Comming to point
        After trying tatkal ticket thru irctc app,
        I got a msg from my bank, that amount deducted, but no ticket was booked from app, no transaction details also..
        Irctc asking "irctc transaction id"
        Without getting tht id, how can i send irctc transaction details sir.?
        Its not my mistake know sir..
        That is their new app technical problem
        Their tech dept shud cross chk knw sir,

          Customer name-shivam pandey mob no [protected] boarded to train no 11108, pnr no [protected], ordered a meal at allahabad junction whose details are as follows - meal order no[protected], irctc cod no 910804 was not delivered. It was a very inconvenient moment for me as i was starving and i believed in servies of irctc. Very poor services indeed. I won't trust irctc services any further. What if i had paid online and not cash on delivery. Would they have delivered my meal if i pay them in advance?. By the appearence of the incident i don't think so.

                Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a ticket from MGS to HWH on train number 13006, journey date 6th May, 2017. The train got late by more than 9 hours. I had filed the TDR on the same day on 06-May-2017 at 14:31:18 HRS.The status of TDR is showing CR Repudiate. I had filed TDR as soon as the option was available on the IRCTC website. Please help me on this asap as the rule says the entire amount of ticket would be refunded if the train gets late by more than 3 hours. In my case it was late by more than 9 hours. I didn't travel and my money is not refunded as well. It's like a double loss for me.                     Even after so much follow up through Call and E-mail from IRTCT and SBI Card, i am not getting resolution to my problem. I am troubling from long time due to no profile up-gradation and to be very frank this has crossed the limit of frustration.

                    I am end user/customer which have limited privilege. Hence this is your responsibility to satisfy customer.

                    I am confirming each and every thing which is required to validate that i am authorized or genuine user to that account but still hanging with issue due to poor support from your team.

                    Can someone take any necessary action to close this on priority ???

                      I booked Ticket for my parents which are senior citizen when I was booking the Ticket I gave the criteria to book Lower and in same coach apart from that also I got Upper Seat and Middle seat which I don't want and If I have to cancel my Ticket then my money got Deducted. Please advise any solution as My parents are not able to climb up on upper seat and Middle seat.

                        Dear IRCTC,
                        With all due respect, I want to know that during ticket making process your gateway or whatsoever, money deduction time is hardly 10 to 15 sec but your refund time duration is no way nearer to it. Not even comes in a ratio of 1:10 or 100 or 1000 also. You take usually 5 to 7 day or some times 10days or more but not less than that. Is it any kind of joke? Is there any kind of justification of doing so? What do you think that we don't need that money within 5 days? We have 10 digit figure in our bank account balance and this deduction does not put any effect. You can stretch it for more days and normally no information of stipulated time of getting that money?

                        Isn't that injustice? What is your opinion? Do you have any kind of answer? I don't want your justification of doing so. Only answer if you can make any equality of the deduction and refund timing.

                          Hawkers selling products at high rates inspite of numerous complaints.
                          Tea and coffee are sold @ Rs 15 and 30 respectively which is twice the actual rate.Barely half a cup (capacity-285ml) is filled.
                          Same is with Rail Neer water bottles, which are sold at Rs 20.
                          Hope IRCTC will take necessary action against this asap!

                            To whom so ever it may be concerned,

                            I had such a horrible experience with IRCTC recently and I feel miserable I hope someone reads this and reverts

                            So as you see the attached ticket, I booked my ticket online IRCTC Application, I had to attend a wedding, where I had to be in Goa early Sunday morning as the wedding was on the same day.
                            Since I recently came from abroad I wasn’t aware about the rule of waiting list in an AC compartment hence I boarded thinking I would be given a confirmed seat

                            Unfortunately I was roaming around the coaches trying to find a seat for myself and finally when a Ticket Collector came in I approached him honestly with my issue to help me out but guess what he does?? He asked me to get off at a station called ‘Panvel’, plus on top of that he told me give me 2000/- rupees then I will sort you out somewhere may be, I alone a lady without any company, with no idea about the station got off at the station at 12.30am (midnight), I tried to convince him to help me out but he just shunned me off and threw me out of the train

                            I can understand IRCTC has their own rules and regulations but at least an alone lady without knowledge travelling alone should be given some preference or there should be some humans out there who understand that throwing a lady at 12.30am in the night out at an unknown station is unacceptable

                            Really sad the way Ticket collectors can behave with people, No wonder Indian railways are not really appreciated for their service and India just wont grow because people stopped being human, Would he have done that to his mother, daughter or wife???

                            I really hope someone looks into this and I hope no other lady would face this

                            I have personally decided never to travel through IRCTC ever again in my life

                              I filed a TDR on dt. 13/04/17 for the PNR no.[protected] for train no. 12834 under reason train late more than 3 hrs. & passenger not traveled as the train rescheduled by 5 hrs.

                              Till today no status of this request has been updated in the IRCTC website. I mail it to the them 3-4 times but no updation from their end for this.

                              Please help me about this.

                                Hi,

                                I tried to book a e-ticket and paid the money through my paytm wallet. While the money got debited from my paytm wallet but i did not yet get the e-ticket. It displayed me as network issue but the amount got debited from my paytm wallet. Kindly look after it and either refund the amount or provide me the e-ticket for which i tried to book. The ticket is not in my booked history (New) also...

                                  I was travelling from delhi to trivandrum in kerala express (12626) between may 10-may12. Water was not available in any sleeper compartment for toilet or wash basin use. Also sleeper reserved compartments were filled with people with no tickets from delhi to gwalior making a situation of crowded general compartment. I am really sick of this travel. Please do corrective measures

                                    There are many problems when i book tatkal ticket. Such as login problem, server slow. The main problem is after login when i go to book the ticket, there is no option for 'book now' when there is seat availability and book now option available after the end of availability means when waiting list start. So from this it is confirm that there is fraud going on in irctc.

                                      I started at 6am from ndls and asked for welcome drink which everytime i have to ask for... I dont know why it is not served everytime.. But inspite of asking for it this pantry guy got irritated and misbehaved by saying it is hot and thats why not served. May be he is true but i just fail to understand that if it is welcome drink then it should be served when train starts but it is never done
                                      Kindly look into it.

                                        I have cancelled my ticket #[protected] on 1st May and subsequently had received below message.
                                        (We wish to inform you that your ticket against PNR Number: *[protected]* has been cancelled successfully as per your request. The refund amount of *Rs.2230* will be refunded back to your respective account shortly.)
                                        It’s 10th May, yet I have not received any refund for the same. Upon investigating my bank said that they have not received for the credit for the same.
