What is this man, amount deduct from my debit card, ticket available at booking time, but transaction failed i dont know why??
Ticket not confirmed, we have to go in uthavani to kanpur
But after that there is no availability in seats
What can i do???
Where is my money??
How can i go???
No seats available in other trains???

I was trying to get a Tatkal ticket from for Vishakha Express travelling Bhubaneswar to Secunderabad from past 5 days. Everyday I login exactly at 10:58 and every time I get logged out immediately at 11am. And after that I try to login but fail. I want to know for how long the login id is active. I believe it should be atleast 5 min.
We are traveling in Train No-12879 from MMR to BBS on Dt. 13/05/2017.It is very sad to say that the food quality & quantity of food is very poor according to the price. One meal is inRs 100/-.

    I was trying to book ticket through IRCTC Rail connect app on 12.05.2019 from Delhi to Kotdwara by train No. 14044 Garwal Express through IRCTC login ID m17102. I fiiled up all details of pasengers and when i tried to make payment through my debit card of Bank of Baroda i filled all the details of payment i.e account number and my passward for payment but due to technical problem payment could not be made that time and again I made payment for the same. My account has been debited two times by amounting Rs. 1888.3 and again Rs. 1888.3 but the ticket was not booked. Kindly do the the needuful in the matter and also acknowledge to on email id i.e [protected]@gmail.com

      I was trying to book a ticket on 19/05/2017, at 8:32am, and for payment, I chose the 'm-Visa/scan and pay' option, I scanned the QR code with my smartphone, and it responded that my transaction has failed. Then I re-tried, and again it failed. But after a few minutes, two messages came telling that Rs, 270.33(My ticket fare) has been debited from my account. Now a total of Rs.540.66 are debited from my account and I dont even have my ticket booked. If the ticket cannot be booked, I kindly want my money to be refunded as soon as possible.

      As per your concern, "Payment settled but not booked" Transactions will be reversed to your particular card within a week. So wait for a week.

          I have got less amount of money as refund against PNR [protected], Transaction ID -[protected], DOJ- 12.05.2017 by NDLS- DDN Janshatabdi, Train No10255.
          I got refund as Rs 240/- whereas I have paid Rs 420/-.
          Ticcket was not confirmed and remained in W/L. But irctc is not listening to my mail call and all the time they are sending some id numbers which does not follow any action.
          Please aprise them to take some positive action in this regard.

              Sir i book the tickets in train no 16105 for the date of 6 june in irctc. But i did not received any mail about ticket information and also in mobile. So please request to solve this problem. Here my pnr no:[protected] and the incident is happened in date in 15 may 2017.                 I have booked online ticket from bandel janction to muzaffarpur janction 10/8/2017 in sleepr class for 2 person and 2 ticket amounting rs-610/ on 17/5/2017. I haveattemped 1 time for booking amount of rs - 640 debited to my bank account. But i have no rech booking conformance. I have no rech pnr number no ticket. Butremaining rs - 640/ was so not forcreedeted to my bank account by irctc. Pleas check the above matter and refund my amount of rs-640/ to my bank account. Regards.

                  I booked the ticket and the train was late more than 6 hours i filed tdr the same day and now after one month i got the msg from irctc that the tdr you filed was rejected as it was a confrim ticket of 3ac with pnr no [protected]. No reason of cancellation was given. My travlleing date was 16/04/2017 and i filed the tdr on the same day. Registration no is[protected]. It is showing in the irctc webpage of my id that no edr has been fed against the particular pnr as party has travlled.

                    The amount was debited from my bank account but transaction failed and ticket not booked

                    But now status is refund paid but i have not yet received the amount in the bank account

                    Kindly arrange to refund the amount

                      I am also facing the same issue. I have cancelled the ticket but it is showing the refund status Refunded Bank PAYTMAG, i did not received the money in my ICICI account till now

                        I booked a ticket in tatkal and train was late more than 3 hours so I filed tdr and I complained @irctc.co.in they sent me msg than we haven't received the payment yet, I want to know that I will get my money back or cheater railway and irctc are not planning to refund my money.                         Irctc customer services don't respond they just push you away by saying it's not in our hands then who will give me my money approx 1000 rupees. I want strict action taken against railways and punish them by ignoring customers comolain.

                          I booked a tic from indore to jabalpur which failed as it asked me to try again but the money was deducted from the bank account. I checked it with the bank company but it says that irctc deducted the money but failed to book tge tic. So kindly revert back for the same asap as this took place a week before and i am trying to register complaint since then.

                            Egg biryani bought from "Arenco caterers" was of very poor quality and not consumable. The biryani was old and already spoiled. Excess of oil was applied to hide the texture and smell of spoiled rice. Had to throw away the food. Please take necessary action. If the caterers can't provide atleast a decent quality food, please replace the caterers.

                            My Pnr no. is [protected] and I am traveling in train no. 14887, boarding from Kalka and reservation up to Jodhpur. There is no water supply in toilets of B-1 coach. I ask the attendant six times for the problem of water supply in toilets. But he is unable to solve the problem. Do the needful.

                                Hi, my name is Kartik Angadi and my irctc username is angadi691. On 11/05/2017 I was trying to book a ticket from Akaltara to Visakhapatnam for the date 21/05/2017 but the transaction wasn't successful on the first try but the amount from my father's debit card (4520 xxxx xxxx 0971) was deducted (Rs.1087). I tried booking again and it went smoothly on the second try. Please refund the amount asap.

                                  I have booked on line tickets from Lokamanya Tilak to Secunderabad junction travel date 20/05/2017 in 2nd. AC for 3 persons and 3 tickets amounting to Rs.7, 200/- on 15/5/2017. I have attempted 3 times for booking and 3 times amount of Rs. 21, 600/- (Rs.7, 200/- x 3times) was debited to my bank account. Out of 3 Trimes of my booking trails, one ticket for 3 persons was issued by IRCTC and the ticket PNR No. [protected]. Out of the amount debited by Bank Rs.21, 600/- only IRCTC has to charge rs.7, 200/- only. But remaining Rs.14, 400/- was so far not credited to my Bank account by IRCTC. please check the above matter and refund my amount of Rs.14, 400/- to my bank account. Regards. my email ID.                                     website n the message sent To me, my ticket which I bought in wl got into rac on Sunday rac 26, 27, 28n when I check on 15may2017 night it showed me rac 17, 18, 19, so according to the information I hve reached the station n hve to return back from there, this really upsetting as lots of work was planned, now I m totally stuck n hve no idea what to do, can't believe this is also happening, attaching all the snapshot of the same, do reply asasp, because I m stuck n need to reached my destination any how, waiting for u reply

                                      I boarded the most prestigious train on this route at Margao, Goa. Photos of what I saw at 10 am are attached. Despite telling the attendant, no action was taken till we reached LTT (Mumbai). Having paid so much more above the normal charges, this was a great come down. Besides, the attendant gave us used bed sheets and pillows. Will this be acceptable to anyone at all ?

                                        One lower birth but the amount of rs, 1110 was debited to the account no.[protected] maintained with state bank of india,
                                        Gst road branch.in irctc site it is mention amount sent to bank but amount not yet credited. Transaction id is

                                        Refund status:sent to bank refund date: refund amount:1110.0.

                                        Kindly arrange to settle the refund immediately. I tried to contact chennai in this number[protected]. No one is picking up the phone.
