Not able to get benefit from SBI IRCTC Card since starting

Dear Team,

Even after so much follow up through Call and E-mail from IRTCT and SBI Card, i am not getting resolution to my problem. I am troubling from long time due to no profile up-gradation and to be very frank this has crossed the limit of frustration.

Wrong seat booking

I booked Ticket for my parents which are senior citizen when I was booking the Ticket I gave the criteria to book Lower and in same coach apart from that also I got Upper Seat and Middle seat which I don't want and If I have to cancel my Ticket then my money got Deducted. Please advise any solution as My parents are not able to climb up on upper seat and Middle seat.

Refund procedure

Dear IRCTC,
With all due respect, I want to know that during ticket making process your gateway or whatsoever, money deduction time is hardly 10 to 15 sec but your refund time duration is no way nearer to it. Not even comes in a ratio of 1:10 or 100 or 1000 also. You take usually 5 to 7 day or some times 10days or more but not less than that. Is it any kind of joke? Is there any kind of justification of doing so? What do you think...

Beverage products sold at high rates

Hawkers selling products at high rates inspite of numerous complaints.
Tea and coffee are sold @ Rs 15 and 30 respectively which is twice the actual rate.Barely half a cup (capacity-285ml) is filled.
Same is with Rail Neer water bottles, which are sold at Rs 20.
Hope IRCTC will take necessary action against this asap!

Complaint against the Ticket Collector on 29th April 2017

To whom so ever it may be concerned,

I had such a horrible experience with IRCTC recently and I feel miserable I hope someone reads this and reverts

So as you see the attached ticket, I booked my ticket online IRCTC Application, I had to attend a wedding, where I had to be in Goa early Sunday morning as the wedding was on the same day.
Since I recently came from abroad I wasn’t aware about the rule...

Refund of TDR request

I filed a TDR on dt. 13/04/17 for the PNR no.[protected] for train no. 12834 under reason train late more than 3 hrs. & passenger not traveled as the train rescheduled by 5 hrs.

Till today no status of this request has been updated in the IRCTC website. I mail it to the them 3-4 times but no updation from their end for this.

Please help me about this.

Irctc/online ticket booking regarding non-receival of e-ticket

Hi,

I tried to book a e-ticket and paid the money through my paytm wallet. While the money got debited from my paytm wallet but i did not yet get the e-ticket. It displayed me as network issue but the amount got debited from my paytm wallet. Kindly look after it and either refund the amount or provide me the e-ticket for which i tried to book. The ticket is not in my booked history (New) also......

No water in washbasin and toilet

I was travelling from delhi to trivandrum in kerala express (12626) between may 10-may12. Water was not available in any sleeper compartment for toilet or wash basin use. Also sleeper reserved compartments were filled with people with no tickets from delhi to gwalior making a situation of crowded general compartment. I am really sick of this travel. Please do corrective measures...

Problem in book Tatkal ticket online

There are many problems when i book tatkal ticket. Such as login problem, server slow. The main problem is after login when i go to book the ticket, there is no option for 'book now' when there is seat availability and book now option available after the end of availability means when waiting list start. So from this it is confirm that there is fraud going on in irctc....

No welcome drink served

I started at 6am from ndls and asked for welcome drink which everytime i have to ask for... I dont know why it is not served everytime.. But inspite of asking for it this pantry guy got irritated and misbehaved by saying it is hot and thats why not served. May be he is true but i just fail to understand that if it is welcome drink then it should be served when train starts but it is never done

Insects in meal

Sir, i have purchased 3 veg meal vide txn no. Aaaci7074fst008 dtd 10 may 17 at 1530 hrs. On platform no. 16 new delhi railway station at irctc jan aahar counter. I found a big insects in lauki sabjee. I complained at counter but no positive response given by staff. I have very short time to catch the train so i went shortly. I am annexing a complain receipt & image of meal. Kindly do the needful so as not to happen like this in future....

Luggage office told me to search for luggage myself; got caught by tt.

I had booked a motorcycle as luggage at CSTM railway station, to be sent to Pune Jn on 08/05/17 in the evening. When i came to the Pune railway station, on 10/05/17, I was told to go to the platforms 2 & 3 myself to check for the bike. But I was caught by a Ticket Checker. I had to pay the fine of Rs. 250. Why did I have to pay for this mistake by the person at the luggage office? How could this person tell me to go and look for the bike...

IRCTC failed to refund my ticket cancellation fees

On 30th April, 2017, I cancelled 2 tickets with respective PNR numbers as - [protected] and [protected]. I had mailed several times IRCTC but my account was not credited by the amount.

I had made an eticket and now I am in splits as to the fact that if this is the condition of Indian Railways refund procedure then what a predicament it is for consumers?!...

Misbehaviour by passengers

I was traveling from Mumbai to Aurangabad in train no. 11401on 09.05.2017 and had a online W/L 6 (final status) (PNR [protected]) ticket. Since it was waiting, I took a general ticket and asked a TT to provide a berth (if available) after taking fine. He told me that there is no availability in AC coach and to sit at seat no. 7 of S3. Before Nasik Road few passengers came and said that seat no. 7 and 8 is theirs. I said them what TT had told...
