I would like to inform you that for the cancellation of ticket with pr no [protected], hatia express, no action has been taken yet, the request to process the refund has not been done yet. It has been eleven days since the ticket has been cancelled plus the customer care are of no help since they don't answer the call. I would be much obliged if you process my request asap.

I havent booked my irctc through paytm.. then why my refund is showing to paytm sdk.. status showing refunded on 16th May 2017.. but not received in debited bank till on 2th May 2017.. what PAYTM doing in between.. is IRCTC keeping my money with paytm for 4 -5 days interest..
I booked a ticket with PNR: [protected] from Delhi(DLI) to New Jalpaiguri(NJP) but it was waiting list which did not get confirmed and automatically the ticket got cancelled.

But I did not get the refund. In the status its showing that it is refunded but it did not get credited to my account.

I have wrongly entrered my email id while registering as [protected]@gmail.com. My correct id is [protected]@gmail.com. So, I am not able to verify my id. Sorry for the inconvinenve

Inferior service quality and argumentative catering staff in Rajdhani exp 22694. Tomato soup served on 14 th may was not hot. Ice cream served was melted. They refused to give bed tea in the morning.     We note that the transaction is debited from our end. The transaction (i[censored]nclaimed) will be reversed to your account as per VISA / MasterCard turnaround time of 16 days from the date of transaction.

    Incase, if transaction is not reversed on 16 day, kindly submit a Charge-back complaint along with the proof immediately that you attempted to resolve the dispute with merchant i.e. any e-mail communication or letter, etc.. Please also fill in and submit the Card holder Dispute Form. Please note that to initiate dispute for the below mentioned transaction a signed customer dispute form with exact nature of dispute is a must to take up the matter with the acquiring bank.

    Kindly provide the dispute form duly filled and signed by account holder in this regard. You can send the duly filled and signed CDF form on the Fax number or address mentioned on the form or e-mail us the scan copy.

        After so many email and calls complaints to irctc past 1 month they didn't refunded my two tickets amount till yet and now they're not responding my mails.

          I have try to book an E-ticket from Allahabad to Nagpur through irctc rail connect app by my mobile on 12th May 2017 at 12.06 PM morning. During processing an amount of Rs. 1301.50/- was debited from
          my SBI A/c. No. [protected] with reference No [protected]IGABHITXI6 but no ticket was issue for this transaction.

          I request you please refund the above amount in my account.

            Refund amount is not credited in my bank account

            Refunded amout - rs. 1410 & rs. 3310. Above said both tickets were booked through irctc mobile app and both tickets has been cancelled. Cancelled amount has been refunded by irctc through paytmsdk. But i have not received those refund amount in my bank account yet. Kindly look into the matter and pl inform when i will be receiving...

            I tried 2 times to book ticket for 29th may to travel from Pune to thane, but both times Rs 96 deducted from my account but tickets not get Generated by saying your bank rejected transfer but money has been deducted total 192 Rs from standard charted bank. I want my Rs 192 back as soon as possible. Very frustrating feeling i am going through, everytime such things happens

                  Hello Iam Sathyanarayana i tried to book ticket on[protected] from my mobile irctc app from Hyderabad to Chennai amount deducted 1301/- and 867/- but transactions failed.
                  Please refund my money On priority basis. Please do needful...find attached screen shots for ur reference. and I didn't even get mail for the same from irctc.

                      I was trying to get a Tatkal ticket from for Vishakha Express travelling Bhubaneswar to Secunderabad from past 5 days. Everyday I login exactly at 10:58 and every time I get logged out immediately at 11am. And after that I try to login but fail. I want to know for how long the login id is active. I believe it should be atleast 5 min.
                      We are traveling in Train No-12879 from MMR to BBS on Dt. 13/05/2017.It is very sad to say that the food quality & quantity of food is very poor according to the price. One meal is inRs 100/-.

                        I was trying to book ticket through IRCTC Rail connect app on 12.05.2019 from Delhi to Kotdwara by train No. 14044 Garwal Express through IRCTC login ID m17102. I fiiled up all details of pasengers and when i tried to make payment through my debit card of Bank of Baroda i filled all the details of payment i.e account number and my passward for payment but due to technical problem payment could not be made that time and again I made payment for the same. My account has been debited two times by amounting Rs. 1888.3 and again Rs. 1888.3 but the ticket was not booked.                           I was trying to book a ticket on 19/05/2017, at 8:32am, and for payment, I chose the 'm-Visa/scan and pay' option, I scanned the QR code with my smartphone, and it responded that my transaction has failed. Then I re-tried, and again it failed. But after a few minutes, two messages came telling that Rs, 270.33(My ticket fare) has been debited from my account. Now a total of Rs.540.66 are debited from my account and I dont even have my ticket booked. If the ticket cannot be booked, I kindly want my money to be refunded as soon as possible.

                              I have got less amount of money as refund against PNR [protected], Transaction ID -[protected], DOJ- 12.05.2017 by NDLS- DDN Janshatabdi, Train No10255.
                              I got refund as Rs 240/- whereas I have paid Rs 420/-.
                              Ticcket was not confirmed and remained in W/L. But irctc is not listening to my mail call and all the time they are sending some id numbers which does not follow any action.
                              Please aprise them to take some positive action in this regard.

                                      I booked the ticket and the train was late more than 6 hours i filed tdr the same day and now after one month i got the msg from irctc that the tdr you filed was rejected as it was a confrim ticket of 3ac with pnr no [protected]. No reason of cancellation was given. My travlleing date was 16/04/2017 and i filed the tdr on the same day. Registration no is[protected]. It is showing in the irctc webpage of my id that no edr has been fed against the particular pnr as party has travlled.
