I was trying to book a ticket on 19/05/2017, at 8:32am, and for payment, I chose the 'm-Visa/scan and pay' option, I scanned the QR code with my smartphone, and it responded that my transaction has failed. Then I re-tried, and again it failed. But after a few minutes, two messages came telling that Rs, 270.33(My ticket fare) has been debited from my account. Now a total of Rs.540.66 are debited from my account and I dont even have my ticket booked. If the ticket cannot be booked, I kindly want my money to be refunded as soon as possible.
Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
"You are permitted only 2 Tatkal Tickets between 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM per IP Address "
and I haven't tried any ticket booking before
