Hello sir, the train was running too late at it's timing. The date is[protected]. My PNR no : [protected], train no: 15108. I do tdr because it was running 8 hours late. I want refund.. Please do something..

Mine was waiting ticket and got cancelled as it did not got confirmed.

My question is why should I pay cancellation charges as the ticket was cancelled from IRCTC side. I did not cancel ticket.

I have booked a Tatkal Ticket Today at 10am for Vadodara express (Train no. : 12927) Journey dated 16/05/2017. But I have not received any PNR number or birth seat against it; Though I have a Booking transaction ID : [protected] & booking payment showing settled as well.

I've been trying to book tickets in tatkal for the past three times in last week and all my attempts have failed. It sows the availability of seats but fails to show the link that takes you to the traveller details page. Kindly rectify the error. Were facing immense difficulty due to the same.

Money deducted from my account, but no ticket issued. Also nothing showing on history. And this is cashless transsaction.

I am trying to book tatkal tickets but I am getting this error

"You are permitted only 2 Tatkal Tickets between 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM per IP Address "

and I haven't tried any ticket booking before

I have mistakenly mentioned during registration my email I'd k.[protected]@gmail.com instead of Kishore.mehrotra.[protected]@gmail.com which is correct. Actually I was trying to update my mobile no. Therefore I request you to helping me restored / access my a/c as user I'd Kkboss2011 email I'd Kishore.mehrotra.[protected]@gmail.com and mobile number [protected]

Rajdhani super fast express 12441(bilaspur to Delhi) the AC of the train was not working and when we asked the TT he did not reply he just went away so it was very hot so I think the government should take some action because it is the best and costliest train and we r paying for it .

I havent booked my irctc through paytm.. then why my refund is showing to paytm sdk.. status showing refunded on 16th May 2017.. but not received in debited bank till on 2th May 2017.. what PAYTM doing in between.. is IRCTC keeping my money with paytm for 4 -5 days interest..

I booked a ticket with PNR: [protected] from Delhi(DLI) to New Jalpaiguri(NJP) but it was waiting list which did not get confirmed and automatically the ticket got cancelled.

But I did not get the refund. In the status its showing that it is refunded but it did not get credited to my account.

Inferior service quality and argumentative catering staff in Rajdhani exp 22694. Tomato soup served on 14 th may was not hot. Ice cream served was melted. They refused to give bed tea in the morning. As well as behaviour was not polite when we asked for morning tea although we are awake since 5:30 am. Our pnr no. [protected]

We note that the transaction is debited from our end. The transaction (i[censored]nclaimed) will be reversed to your account as per VISA / MasterCard turnaround time of 16 days from the date of transaction.

Incase, if transaction is not reversed on 16 day, kindly submit a Charge-back complaint along with the proof immediately that you attempted to resolve the dispute with merchant i.e. any e-mail communication or letter, etc.. Please also fill in and submit the Card holder Dispute Form. Please note that to initiate dispute for the below mentioned transaction a signed customer dispute form with exact nature of dispute is a must to take up the matter with the acquiring bank.

Hello Iam Sathyanarayana i tried to book ticket on[protected] from my mobile irctc app from Hyderabad to Chennai amount deducted 1301/- and 867/- but transactions failed.
Please refund my money On priority basis. Please do needful...find attached screen shots for ur reference. and I didn't even get mail for the same from irctc.

I was trying to get a Tatkal ticket from for Vishakha Express travelling Bhubaneswar to Secunderabad from past 5 days. Everyday I login exactly at 10:58 and every time I get logged out immediately at 11am. And after that I try to login but fail. I want to know for how long the login id is active. I believe it should be atleast 5 min.

We are traveling in Train No-12879 from MMR to BBS on Dt. 13/05/2017.It is very sad to say that the food quality & quantity of food is very poor according to the price. One meal is inRs 100/-.

As per your concern, "Payment settled but not booked" Transactions will be reversed to your particular card within a week. So wait for a week.
