I've tried booking tatkal ticket thru irctc official mobile app on 28th April 2017 & may 5th 2017, and twice my amount deducted (rs. 3000)
I've sent my max details which have, bt they were asking some other details which i dnt hv, i need ur help sir
Today 3000, if tomorrow 10, 000 means who will bear sir...
For a middle class man 3000 is a big amount sir..

After trying tatkal ticket thru irctc app,
I got a msg from my bank, that amount deducted, but no ticket was booked from app, no transaction details also..
Irctc asking "irctc transaction id"
Without getting tht id, how can i send irctc transaction details sir.?
Its not my mistake know sir..
That is their new app technical problem
Their tech dept shud cross chk knw sir,
