I have cancelled 3 railway tickets having pnr nos.

(1) [protected] dt. 18.11.2016 (Cancellation id : [protected] dt.20.01.17) for the journey date 22.01.17

(2) [protected] dt.18.11.2016 (Cancellation id : [protected] dt.20.01.17) for the journey date 22.01.17

(3) [protected] dt.24.02.2017

Regret to inform, the refundable amount not yet been credited to my account. It is really surprising.

I would request you to kindly look into the matter and send the amount to my bank without any further delay.

    I had booked tatkal ticket on different date in indiffirent trains. Because of my status of ticket was in waiting so it got cancelled and The refund status in irctc shows that the amount has been refunded on 03 may 2017 and others are showin sen to bank to paytmag. Still I havent receive any refund amount. And one more thing that i hadn't booked ticket through paytm then why it is showing payment refunded to Paytmag. It is totally fraud to indians. Please take this in priority and solve this problem as soon as possible. details are here

      Hello,
      I have try to book ticket from surat to andheri by flaying ranee train. I have fill all details online and proceed for payment. The from my account is cut but the ticket not booked.

      In my irctc website it shows “sent to bank” but the amount is not credited to account. Its almost more than week. Please help me.

        Dear Sir/Madam

        This is to inform you that i was purchased a ticket from ASN TO HWH, Date of Journey was 09/05/2017, Departure Time 17:37 for 2 Adults & 1 Child (6 Years) & PNR Number: [protected].

        But due to unavoidable circumstances (Kalbaishakhi) we are unable to make journey from my relative homes to ASN (Asansol) Station with our 6 Years Son, because weather was very bad with serious lightning which is very risky with my Child.

        For the above reasons i was cancelled my ticket (PNR Number: [protected]) before departure of train from ASN (Asansol Station ), cancellation time time approx 14.00 to 14.30 & train departure time was 17:37. But no money has been refund against this cancellation.

        Till date i have not received any amount against my cancellation .

        Kindly look into this matter.

        Your kind cooperation in this regard is highly solicited.

          I was travelling in shramjeevi exp at 11-may-2017. I have confirmed three meal order through website www.ecatering.irctc.co.in.
          My order was automatically cancelled when I had asked for this to customer care they replied your order is cancelled due to train late. No confirmation or no SMS about my cancellation of order so that I can't took meals from pantry too because pantry already closed as well. At that time, I did travel with hunger with my family. Very dissatisfied.
          I have already complaints to railway from ecatering.irctc.co.in website but still no response and no action.

          I got the message against my complaint from IRCTC: "Sorry for the inconvenience. Vendor has been taken up suitably." and IRCTC closed my status very smartly. I donot expect just a sorry message and closed my status.
          My family including child had hard suffered from hunger on that night. IRCTC should pay a compensation for this if
          IRCTC failed to pay a compensation then definitely I will go for consumer court or civil court.

            Sir/madam, i have booked a premium tatkal ticket from jolarpettai to danapur and the amount has been deducted from my account but the ticket is not generated.

            Why???
            Please look after it as soon as possible because the journey date is tomorrow and i need the ticket as soon as possible.
            Its an emergency so please tell me the solution for it.

                  I filed a TDR when the train was late by 5 hours and I didn't board the train. The TDR was filed before the train arrived at the boarding status, but the refund was not granted. Cancellation id- [protected].
                  TDR status is shown as CR Registered. As per the rules of irctc, a TDR must be requested in case the train is late by more than 3 hours and passenger has not travelled and the TDR is filed before arrival of train at boarding station.

                  Worst experience of my life with Bharat Darshan Train. Not a single facility provided for staying in any dharmshala, food quality provided is low
                  Today I'm traveling in Bhopal Delhi shatabdi 12001,
                  There is no brunch, breakfast, food provided to seat no. 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 in C2 coach.
                  And seat was broken.
                  While I have paid all service charges, food charges already.

                    It says

                      I got a ticket in 3AC and there was no way I can get a seat why didn't IRCTC told me to cancel my ticket and even TT told me I can't even travel in ac by asking some one to share.
                      When I'm going to travel in sleeper class with a ticket of Waiting in AC and same can be done by sleeper waiting ticket then where is my difference of money as all my services I have paid for is not provided and both TT are in no way to support even my journey is of 17hours and those facilities are all I need to make my journey worth .
                      I want my money and the problem to be solved so no one else have such problem.

                      I booke tatkal ticket on 12 may of amount 4930 rupees using paytm wallet but i dint got confirmed tickets so i had to cancell it.
                      after cancelling the ticket i was supposed to get refund of 4800
                      but 2 days passed i still didnt got the refund yet but on irctc it is showing the amount is refunded .
                      please help me
                      Sir while booking tadkal from Hatia to eranakulam my money of 2536 rupees has been deducted from my account on[protected] but hadn't been refunded yet plz do the needful I need the money refunded ur at our service the company cannot do such fraud with their customers I m very poorly impressed by the service provided

                        I am booked a tatkal ticket from irctc on 8may2017.
                        I done my money transaction from payment gateway by (Visa/master card (Powered by axis bank).
                        At same time i cancelled my ticket irctc.
                        They send me :-
                        Pnr [protected] ticket cancelled, amt 7800 will be refunded in your a/c with in 3-4 days. Please check your account/instrument from which this tkt was booked.8may2017.

                        After 3-4 days irctc showing they refunded our amount.
                        Today is 14may2017.
                        But till now i not got my amount.
                        We try in many ways, we gone to station counter how much possible we done our work but till now one give positive respond.

                          I'm traveling on ajmer shatabdi on 14/05/2017. My PNR no [protected]. It is very sad to see after so much of efforts made by railway food quality is very very bad. We couldn't have our meal because of food quality. Rice quality is also very bad, I was scared to eat because of taste and not properly cooked. Vender of Jaipur needs surprise check and assessment required on food quality and cooking procedures.
                          Kindly look into the matter ASAP.

                            I have booked a ticket and paid using my debit card, the payment gateway was patmag. Then i cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded but i have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.

                                  I have cancelled tickets with pnr [protected] and [protected] on 01/05/2017. However, funds are not credited to my account as yet. Concerned tickets were booked at railway ticket counter by debit card and were cancelled at the concerned railway ticket counter itself. The amount of refund due is rs.800 in aggregate (Rs.400 per pnr). May i know when the funds shall get credited to my account? Please also let me know where to check the current refund status of my cancelled tickets.

                                    This is to inform you that. There is debited two times rs 377 for a ticket booked dated 10052017. And also rs 1160 also debited towards a ticket booked dtd 19052017 and further cancelled but refund is not credited in my account (Credit card). Please look into this. Snapshot is also attached with this mail.
                                    That means total rs 377 and rs 1160 is to be refund. Please help

                                      I have booked a ticket in Beghampura exp train no.12237 in 2AC for 12.5.2017 and Till 11.5.2017 it was showing on irctc website that the train no. 12237 is cancelled even I enquired on 139 and they told that this train is cancelled till 18.5.2017 and your ticket will be automatically cancelled and full amount will be refunded. Hence I booked Tatkal ticket in same train for 11.5.2017 and travelled but now when I checked the status that train is diverted and running and I am unable to file TDR with this kind of reason. so pls process it for full refund.

My bag theft in train at Kanyakumari. I left in washroom after return bag not seen. I complain TT so asked informed in control. But not receipt hand over me.
