Hi,

I have booked 2 tickets on today 8th May 2017 for journey on 24th May 2017 from Kudal to Thane of janashatabdi express. Ticket amount is debited from my HDFC account but ticket is not booked. It shows error at the last step on IRCTC website. Now I would like to resturn that amount.

    I reserved a ticket through irctc app for may 7, since I was on waiting list, upon enquiring at the railway station, I took another ticket and traveled.. They said that the ticket will get canceled automatically, but still I can see the status of the ticket as in waiting list. I didn't get the refund also. Please do the needful, please let me know if you need any further details.

      In train number 12368 (41 seat) were available while I go for payment from anvt to pnbe but after payment it is waiting 12.
      This is very embarrassing. How can one get confirm ticket within a second. This is sure a subject of black ticketing.
      I have cancelled a ticket with the following details :-

        You can choose another payment option and try again."
        Sir, I am trying to book tickets from irctc website since last week. I daily encountered the same error. After payment a error comes even if I with different cards even different payment options. I verified cards with the bank and there is no problem in the card. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

          The toilets of the train 11097 Poorna Express dated on 6th may 2017 starting from Pune at 11:30 pm were not clean and on lodging the complaint also there wasn't any response taken. mostly all the Sleeper coaches were having the issues of not clean and stinky toilets. When we lodged the complaints the response was that there is no one available for cleaning the van.

          I was travelling from karur to chennai egmore in Manglore express (16860) DOJ 01/05/2017, the blanket which was provided was full of bed bugs and i couldnt sleep over the full night and i was very badly injured, please take any step to recycle the blankets, my PNR number is [protected]

          12309 rajdhani scheduled arrival to Delhi is 7:40am and it is running 5:30hrs late. No breakfast provided to passengers and water is also now chargeable.
          Passengers paying 5000 bucks in 2nd AC also now have to pay more. Intolerable situation.

            I was travelling in Amritsar shatabdi today from to sirhind. I was supposed to get breakfast in train but personal in train didn't give me breakfast saying that we don't provide food till sirhind. Even on reporting this incident to TT, he didn't agree to provide food. Infact he demanded money from me taking me aside.
            Is this how railway is working, why fare of shatabdi is so much if only corruption is going to happen in it.
            I am really very upset on this and I want refund in this and proper action against that personal.

                I filed a tdr on 28 dec 2016 because the train diverted from boarding station on travel date 27 dec from aligarh (Aljn) to asansol (Asn) but after 4 and half month there is no action taken regarding this complaint.                   But amount deducted twice from my account with bank transaction ids-inb/[protected]/indian railway corporation and inb/[protected]/indian railway corporation

                  I mailed twice even try to contact over your nos but all the time its busy only.

                  Even over mail i did not get any reply
                  Kindly refund the amount that you have charged twice for 1 ticket

                    I am trying to booking tatkal ticket on my mobile using mobile data. But it's showing error that only two tickets will book per IP between 10 to 12. But as I am using my mobile data and my user ID. It's highly impossible to get that error as I am using my mobile. And my mobile has unique IP. And there is no chance o[censored]sing my IP anyone. Please solve this

                        Dear sir,
                        You want india to be digital and make payment through online transaction. While booking a tatkal ticket on irctc from home, payment portal exit twice showing "payment error". Then message comes amount is debited and transaction details shown as "reservation failed". What is this?
                        I what my refund as soon as possible. If customer can't book their ticket online then what the use of irctc booking site.
                        This indicent happened twice with me. I am fend up with this site and its usage.
                        You making us fool and looting us. Jab payment error hai toh apne amount debit kaise kar diya...

                          Respected sir/madam,

                          I was booking a railway ticket from sealdah to jalpaiguri road station using my irctc mobile app, but i was not successful. Later i got a mail from my bank saying 683.87 rs have been deducted from my account by irctc although the ticket was not booked. Later again i had to book tickets via desktop website in which i was successful.
                          I tried calling irctc's helpline number in order to get a refund for my previous failed booking but there is no response.

                          Please help me.

                            I started my journey at 5am on garib rath express from akola to nagpur... I had berth in boggie no g5 seat no 66. As i came there was a used bed roll i searched for attendent for half an hour but couldn't find him... After distress i came back and sat on my seat... Removing the used bed roll... At 8.30 the attendent came asking for bed roll i said him why you people can't see to all this he argued and said i was sleeping... Is it not his responsibility to be careful about this...                               Blankets provided were dirty. No towels provided. On asking told that no towels are provided in this coach. Pathetic situatation. Not at all happy.                                 On the 3rd of May, I tried to book a ticket from Chennai to Bangalore. Due to some issue on either the bank's end or IRCTC's end, the transaction "failed" therefore the ticket was not booked, yet my money was deducted. After calling IRCTC's 3 phone numbers multiple times, the assured me that they could see that my money was indeed deducted and the ticket was not booked, they would refund the money to me. It has been 4 days, I have no complaint number and the money hasn't been refunded to me either. How long am I expected to keep calling them, asking for my money, especially when they don't even answer the phone call for hours together?

I have done this multiple times and still not received the sms otp to my email address.
