Poor standards of service and ethics

As I was travelling in South East Railways, I found out that the standards of catering service is very poor, the staff does not disclose the proper rate charts or menu, they do not respond well to inquiries for the same, the food item is sold in the station outlets at a price more than the printed MRP, they do not provide a proper printed bill for the food items ordered. Refund of failed transaction online booking

Refund of e ticket

Ihad booked a ticket from nagpur to gorakhpur on 08 jan 2017. where in the status was waitlist and on 25 Apr 2017 I cancelled my ticket from nagpur to gorakhpur scheduled on 9 may 2017. The status shows amount refunded to bank but the same is not credited yet. the page on the irctc.co.in refund status shows that the amount has been refunded but i did not receive the same.pl help

Money debited but ticket not booked

An amount of rs.555.0 was deducted from my bank account for booking of train ticket of my son nelson hijam (Age-16years) for train no.12839, sleeper class; journey date:[protected] from howrah station to vijaywada station. Regarding online IRCTC ticket 1/4/17

I have tried to book my tatkal ticket from Nasik Road to Malkapur of Train CSTM AMI EXPRESS 12111 on date 01/04/17 at 11.12 am. Through IRCTC OFFICIAL APP.

Second Sleeper ticket charges of Rs. 415+ service charge= total 423.59 has been debited from account successfully.
But I didn't get any type of tatkal ticket though there are availability of seats at that time.

Wrongful debit without allotment of ticket

I tried to book two Tatkal tickets on 01/05/2017 on Matsyagandha Express (12619) from Thane to Surathkal amounting to Rs. 1350. Even though Rs. 1361.50 (ticket amount + charges) was debited from my bank account, i didnt get any tickets. This is the 2nd time in 2 years that Railways has taken my hard earned money without bothering to give me tickets. This is utter robbery. Kindly give me my money back at the earliest....

No water since last 3 hour and untidy dustbin

Train number 16339 cst to nagarcoil started on 30april 12.10. The dustbins are not getting clear even after reminded for more than 20 times. No water available since last 4 hours. B1 coach suffering badly. Now we are reaching krishnapuram. Hope the work will be done. For confirmation u may check get in touch with me seat number b-1 42, 43, 45, 46.

Amount was deducted but ticket was not booked and refund is still not provided

I am supposed to travel on 25th may and need to get the printout of the same, which I will not be able to do incase of deactivated account.

Extra charges

Non co-operation from local vendors
Dear sir I m travelling by nizamudeen express train no 12645 there is no canteen in this train so the local vendors selling them like water cold drink tea more than normal rates

Meal provided by irctc

My complain is against the IRCTC approved Kwality Caterers. During my journey from Harmoty To New Delhi, started from 18/04/2017 in Naharlagun-New Delhi AC express I have charged rupees 130 by the Kwality caterers for the lunch instead of it's real price rupees 55. I want to also add that the quality of the meal was worst. And I felt very ill after taking the lunch.

Irctc remove payment option via IDBI bank

When making payment there was no option to make payment via idbi bank, it was there before, idbi does not charge transaction fees,. This way poor people have to open account in other bank and pay transaction charges to book tickets on irctc, however i can make payments using idbi but i have to select first paytm and then select idbi as option using this option i can make payment using idbi by paying transaction charges....

For deduction of money

After that I checked my account there were reduce my balance of RS. 2611
I am trying to calling irctc's helpline number but there is no response.
what should I do.
I want my money back asap.

Harassment from platform ticket checker

On 26th April 2017 I had been to Bangalore city railway to drop my wife as she was travelling to Hyderabad.

As we reached late to station around 6.20 in evening.i forgot to take the platform ticket.

Later when I was going out of the platform I was checked by the tc for platform ticket and I had no platform ticket.. and I was fined 310/- which I paid.

Payment transction was confirmed during booking, but its not showing in my irctc account'e ticket booked'. My self prem singh i have cancelled ticket location. From jaipur to mumbai.. On 22, april 2017 and refund for the same still not received in our bank account.

While checking refund status on your portal. It shows it is refunded already. But in actual it is not received in my bank account rs. 3095
