I booked ticket with transaction id-[protected] pnr no - [protected]-
But amount deducted twice from my account with bank transaction ids-inb/[protected]/indian railway corporation and inb/[protected]/indian railway corporation

I mailed twice even try to contact over your nos but all the time its busy only.

Even over mail i did not get any reply
Kindly refund the amount that you have charged twice for 1 ticket

    I am trying to booking tatkal ticket on my mobile using mobile data. But it's showing error that only two tickets will book per IP between 10 to 12. But as I am using my mobile data and my user ID. It's highly impossible to get that error as I am using my mobile. And my mobile has unique IP. And there is no chance o[censored]sing my IP anyone. Please solve this

      Given below the ticket booked through irctc.
      I tried whole night on irctc web site and 139 inquery but in vain.
      "they revert that the pnr number is invalid"
      I went to the railway station early morning the ticket attendant instead of helping me was attending non reserved ticket holders dispte no room shown.
      Please reply timmy query.

        Dear sir,
        You want india to be digital and make payment through online transaction. While booking a tatkal ticket on irctc from home, payment portal exit twice showing "payment error". Then message comes amount is debited and transaction details shown as "reservation failed". What is this?
        I what my refund as soon as possible. If customer can't book their ticket online then what the use of irctc booking site.
        This indicent happened twice with me. I am fend up with this site and its usage.
        You making us fool and looting us. Jab payment error hai toh apne amount debit kaise kar diya...

          Respected sir/madam,

          I was booking a railway ticket from sealdah to jalpaiguri road station using my irctc mobile app, but i was not successful. Later i got a mail from my bank saying 683.87 rs have been deducted from my account by irctc although the ticket was not booked. Later again i had to book tickets via desktop website in which i was successful.
          I tried calling irctc's helpline number in order to get a refund for my previous failed booking but there is no response.

          Please help me.

            I started my journey at 5am on garib rath express from akola to nagpur... I had berth in boggie no g5 seat no 66. As i came there was a used bed roll i searched for attendent for half an hour but couldn't find him... After distress i came back and sat on my seat... Removing the used bed roll... At 8.30 the attendent came asking for bed roll i said him why you people can't see to all this he argued and said i was sleeping... Is it not his responsibility to be careful about this... I had a confirm ticket with pnr no [protected]

              Blankets provided were dirty. No towels provided. On asking told that no towels are provided in this coach. Pathetic situatation. Not at all happy. I have faith in the services which seems to be shattered by the response of onboard staff and their rude behaviour. Do we have to expect such below par services everytime we book in train??

                On the 3rd of May, I tried to book a ticket from Chennai to Bangalore. Due to some issue on either the bank's end or IRCTC's end, the transaction "failed" therefore the ticket was not booked, yet my money was deducted. After calling IRCTC's 3 phone numbers multiple times, the assured me that they could see that my money was indeed deducted and the ticket was not booked, they would refund the money to me. It has been 4 days, I have no complaint number and the money hasn't been refunded to me either. How long am I expected to keep calling them, asking for my money, especially when they don't even answer the phone call for hours together?

                  I have booked one online ticket through IRCTC Unfortunately the ticket was not confirmed it was happened on 2nd of may 2017 today is 6 of may but I did not received the refund money.also I have mailed to the IRCTC they are also not responded what is this is it central Govt or not

                  I am Sreenadh I was booked one online ticket from the date 2nd of may it was cancelled due to lot's of waiting list today is 8th of money

                  According to the IRCTC policy once the ticket is cancelled the amount Should be credited in particularaccount

                  I did not got the money Sir.

                    I do not own an Indian Mobile phone, I am from Europe. I emailed your service team to ask them to send the sms otp to my email address, with a copy of my passport. I have done this multiple times and still not received the sms otp to my email address. Please send one the sms otp to my email address as quickly as possible as visiting India soon and need to book rail tickets.

                      I have been trying to updaet my new number in my IRCTC profile but each time I try I get a message saying the number is already in use. I am unable to use the money lying in my IRCTC wallet and this amounts to incomplete information/fraud. Kindly help me update my new number or transfer the wallet money back to the bank account it came from.

                        I booked my ticket on 24th march 2017 (Pnr no[protected] train no-12013 which could not confirmed, however i am yet to receive my refund for the same, kindly address the issue on urgent basis and get the same initiated. I was informed that the same will be resolved in next 15 working days but i suppose that could not happen.

                          I have tried to book a tatkal ticket from secunderabad jn (Sc) to chirala (Clx) using payment gateway option and transaction made from icici bank.
                          Ticket charge:1245.0
                          My icici account is debted rs.1245.0.

                          The ticket was not booked and got error like only 2 tickets can be booked and transaction was got successfull.

                            One ticket of 3ac bearing pnr no. [protected] in himgiri express (12332) has been booked by me on 26.04.2017 through my credit card under tatkal for travelling on 29.04.2017 at 01.45 am (Night) from patna jn. To howrah jn.

                            I reached patna jn at 01.00 am on 29.04.2017 to board the train but it is notified by patna jn enquiry room and lcd display that the train himgiri express (12332) has been delayed by 14 hours and may come at patna jn at 03.45 pm on 29.04.2017, which has been also confirmed by the official of enquiry room.

                            Then i have decided for not travelling with himgiri express (12332) on 29.04.2017 because the train will come at patna jn delayed with 14 hours and filed tdr at 02.36 am on 29.04.2017 through irctcapp.

                            Today, i enquired through the irctc website about the status of tdr and refund of money, i found that tdr status-cr repudiate. Reason for tdr registration failed-invalid tdr timestmap: delay.

                            The reason shown is wrong and i am eligible for getting the refund of ticked for ticket tdr filed. I would request you to please look in to the matter for refund of money at the earliest.

                                I was travelled on 29 apr 2017 in shatabdi express from mas to kpd. I could see my ticket status food included. I asked catering service to provide the food. But catering service said food should not be provided for mas to kpd. Please let me know why food not provided.

                                Please take the necessary action. Otherwise don't include the food for mas to kpd passenger. It's really a bad service

                                    Sir, i have tried to book 6 tickets from thane to vaibhavwadi road for rajyarani express on the date of 29-apr-2017 for journey of 23-aug-2017. Tickets not booked, but amount has been deducted twice from my father's bank account of axis bank i. E. Rs.1837.26 (Total 6 ticket amount is rs.1800 & rs.37.26 is internet charges) of the first transaction details as given is ecom pur/irctc/noida/290417/09:13 rs.1837.26 & the transaction id is [protected]. And for the second time i was trying to add my tickets​ in waiting list for rajyarani express for same no. Of tickets & for same destination. But my ticket is not also confirmed for waiting list & the amount is directly cut from my father's​ bank account of rs. 1837.26 (Total no. Of tickets is 6 i. E rs.1800 & internet charges i. E. Rs.37.26) the details of the transaction is given as ecom pur/irctc_paytm/sbipg/290417/09:18 rs.1837.26 & the transaction id is [protected]. The total amount is deducted from bank account of both transaction is rs.3674.52. I request you to kindly refund my amount as early as possible.

                                      I booked train ticket using irctc but i cancelled it due to change in plans. Now the refund status is showing refunded to paytmsdk. What does it mean? It has been refunded on 29th april but it’s 05th may today and it is not refunded in my bank account. My transaction id was its showing

                                        I have booked the railway ticket from irctc app for train no. 18101 from allahabad to ludhiana on 1st may. I have cancelled the ticket on 1st may.
