Sir/mam,
I requested for tdr against pnr no.[protected] (On 6th march 2017) but it has been repudiated citing that no edr has been fed against the particular pnr as party has travelled. But in actual case no party has travelled on the ticket, as on the same day i booked another ticket on the same train for next day after knowing that the train has been late for more than three hours and then travelled on next day. So it is not possible to travel on two different trains on the same day. If you want i can provide the next day travel details. Regarding this issue i already mailed to [protected]@claims. Indianrail.gov.in, but 17 days over & i am not geting any response.

We traveled for yeshwanthpur to solapur on 15th April and returned on 17th solapur express. both the time we got the worst boggy.. old compartment and specially in the enterence the AC vent is very bad. we traveled thought 2 tier AC. after paying huge money for the tickets its the worst experience.

    Sir I had booked 3 tickets from bellary to Bangalore on 23/04/2017, transaction ID:[protected]. I had payed an amount of RS 645 through my debit card. But the webpage closed immediately after the amount got deducted and I have not received any confirmation for irctc till now. I have consulted the customer care but they are not responding. So please take action against them and help me to get my hard earned money refunded

      Pnr [protected]
      I have filed my tdr on same day of journey considering that train is late by more than 3 hrs.

      Now after 4 months, revert came is that tdr rejected because i traveled on train which is not the case.

      May be tt has allowed ticket to other person which is illegal. I have to take necessary action. I have to have my money back.

        So the problem was happen with me that i book a ticket but train was more than 24hr late so i file a tdr but still i dont get any money and i file tdr in january and now its april.

          Dear sir,
          I booked ticket from mathura to lucknow at 29th march 2017 in 15108 (Mathura chhapara). But train was late more than 3 hours so i filled tdr but today 20th april 2017 tdr status is repudiated. I talk to irctc helpline no.."he said you should reopen this matter".

          O kindly reopen this matter as soon as possible.

            After repeated mails to irctc cc i haven't got my matter resolved. My money was deducted for a ticket not booked and everytime i write a mail no body replies. It has been 3 months now and i don't get any response from customer care. Pathetic service. Whom should i contact for further actions.
            Once a while they ask for my bank statement, i provide it again after 1 month they ask for my bank statement. I have done this twice and after the second bank statement no body has replied even after 1 month. The most recent ticket i'd provided to me is 5631576.

              I am a frequent traveller, always thought that things might change but now it's high time. Few observations Overall, not travelled much to North but yes Southern region railways are getting worst day by day, currently I am travelling to North and I see that train is very Unhygienic and Washroom stinks. There is absolute no cleanliness at all though it's an A/C coach feels like I am travelling in a normal coach. When I recall(not really sure though) travelling from Chennai to Delhi or vice versa can you believe Cockroaches accompanied me the whole time. It's high time that Railways concerns should be taken into consideration very seriously as one might face lot of health issues like because of washroom being unhygienic one can get Infection etc., Consider this and take the required action.

                I have booked irctc package for bharat darshan from cstm to south india for me n my family 3 months in advance. On the day of departure the train departed from starting station 2 hrs late as the preparation were not proper.Not only this I am going to board the train from gulbarga where the train was supposed to be 11pm but I am still waiting till 6am in the morning but train is not yet come.I came here to catch the train from Hyderabad after doing the full day office but here I found the huge discomfort because of such issue.Here railway has not even done the announcement for apology or anything related to its arrival.Kindly do some strict action on such issues as even 3 months are not sufficient for proper time scheduling and other arrangements.

                  Tried to cancel 2 e-tickets multiple times atleast 15 hours before the train departure.. But cancellation did not go through as there was a server error. Tried again 3 hours back.. Noe it says zero amount will be refunded as chart is prepared.
                  Tried to file tdr but there is no such reason as 'server not working'. This is ridiculous. We neither have proper servers to carry out transaction with out any issue nor there are enough ways to report the issue correctly.

                  Please refund amount for my 2 tickets considering it as cancelled before 15 hours of train.

                    Respected sir
                    I send you an email before.you haven't replied my query yet.my inconvenience was that i tried to book tatkal ticket all was well until it was about complete transaction of money. The seats got filled so fastly and i failed to book seats for 4 people. And the most regretted thing was my money was withdrawn from my respective bank. And i don't have any tickets in my booking history
                    Around 1695 rs was deducted from my account i want my money back

                      I was travelling in LTT karmali double decker train number 11086. While I was on the move the train was 30 mins late but there was no announcement for the train status on the platform of my boarding station (kankavli- KKW).
                      However after boarding the train, I came across that there was no water in the washroom of my coach and also the washrooms were not kept upto the mark. I raised this issue with the TC who after some time got me with the responsible authorities who then sorted out the problem, however when I asked for the complaint book I was promised by the tc that he will provide me with one but in the course of 4 hours the authorities were unable to provide me one.                         I booked tickets on irctc app on 18th april.

                        Money is deducted from my bank account but the

                        Tickets are not generated.

                        Please refund my money as soon as possible. The

                          I tried a ticket in Tatkal quota on 18th but ticket not booked and money got deducted from my account. Transaction ID is [protected].
                          I am trying to contact with their customer care number, no one is picking the phone. I sent a mail twice but not any response got. My request id of mails are are :- [IRCTC #5631921] and IRCTC #5624177. Please do needful.

                          I sent a mail thrice to IRCTC customer service. We did not got any reply.
                          We are belongs from Birbhum diatrict.we dont have any available trains from andal to sainthia.our communication going in dark .we are not getting any return tickets from asansol division .
                          Suri station is very darty for rust of rusk.

                            Two cases:-
                            A) transaction id [protected] trn dt 11-apr-2017 cancellation / refund id [protected] cancelled amt 7250.0 refund amount 6110.0 refund to axis credit card refunded on 12-apr-2017

                            B)transaction id [protected] trn dt 11-apr-2017 cancellation / refund id [protected] cancelled amt 6420.0 refund amt 4800.0 axis credit card refunded 12-apr-2017.

                            No refund received in my credit card as yet. Confirmed with customer care of axis credit card that no refund is also there in que.

                            Please look into the matter and refund the cancellation amount.

                              I booked tickets for my journey from Aurangabad to Kalyan and back on irctc.co.in.
                              But due to some reason, I had to cancel my trip. The status of tickets is showing refunded on website, but I didn't receive any refund in my bank account.
                              The PNR numbers and cancellation IDs are :

                              Also, I am attaching screenshots of the cancelled tickets and the mini statement of my bank which shows the the deduction of amount while booking tickets, but no refund.
                              We usually don't check the refunds because we trusted the system. But after facing this, we think we should look even the previous records.

                                I payed 755₹ for a ticket on 19/04/2017 and after payment it showed that booking cancelled due to charting done I have not got any refund pleased return my amount details are from bharatpur to Jaipur shtabdi. Please help. And that when I tried to book that ticket from other account I got ticket without any problem but the amount of my first ticket is not refunded. I payed through paytm

                                    We started from patna (Train no - 12792) on 20th april 2017. And since the beginning there is no attendent. The technician told us that tje attendent went home because the contractors are from hydrabad. We asked for the bedsheets and then got to k iw that the attendent didnt come.

                                    Its ridiculous something like this is hapoening in the train. We are still in yhe journey to nagpur.

                                      Most charging points are not working in shatabdi express from chennai central (Mas) to mysore junction (Mys). Train no-12007

                                        This has reference to PNR [protected] booked in Train No. 12261(Howrah Duronto).
                                        Passengers are my parents who are 81 and 76 years old. However, berths have been allotted in UB and SU.
                                        Online booking should have a logic built in to allot lower berths specially to Sr Citizen category. How can suckh aged persons climb upper berths ? Hence I request to re-allot the berths and also a suggestion to have this logic built in your query while booking essential tickets by customers.
