I am trying to book an advance reservation ticket since last 3 days. The IRCTC site is not getting connected. Soon after entering the details, the site is not responding and requesting me to login again. This is happening again and again. I am residing at RTPP (PIN-516312) in Kadapa district of Andhra Pradesh. Only once this got connected and when checked, there is no provision for booking tickets with ANDHRA BANK debit card (VISA) or net banking. When tried with HDFC/ICICI as specified in the instructions for AB debit card, the system is not recognizing the debit card. Please sort out the above issues at the earlist.

    I have booked a ticket for myself on 09th april below are the details

    Train no. 14731
    Date of journey - 10 april
    From delhi to kotkapura
    But due to delay in train departure time, i opted for another train for my journey, and tte informed me that after the train departure tte of train no.14731 will mark me as absent then only i can file for refund now i am trying to file tdr but not getting any option for the same in my irctc account. Please resolve the issue.

      I booked a railway ticket from kakinada town (Cct) to secunderabad (Sc) on[protected]. The transaction failed 2 times and an amount of around rs.5000 got deducted from my account. Raised a complaint with irctc at [protected]@irctc.co.in. They are sending a complaint id but no response from them regarding the issue. Please do the needful.

      Let me know by when can i get my refund.

Now question arise that to whom we should contact now no body is taking any responsibility for refund transaction show me any way we have 5 transaction approx 15, 000 amt refund pending

          IRCTC - Without any intimation they deactivated my account. I made complaints through mail on Jan 11 and also contacted customer care. But still no response from their side. I can't create new account too. My IRCTC ewallet amount is also holded by them. Want clarrification on this issue from the indian railways. Get me the way to create new account with same mail id and contact number and also refund my ewallet amount.

            We boarded LLT express 17318 at 11.10pm on 14th April (S5) from Pune Jn, and no TC was present. A family of five people boarded the train in Pune after us and occupied one of our reserved (confirmed) seats and argued that the TC had asked them to occupy the seat, till he resolves their matter. We literally had to fight and argue with them to get our seat back. My wife is pregnant and had to argue with one of the ladies. We got off at Belgaum and still no TC. We had confirmed tickets, so we shouldn't have to be harassed by people like these.

            On our return journey, drunk men boarded our coach S6 assuming it was the general compartment. Our entire coach was full of families and kids, so it was very aggravating to see the men roam around the coach.

              This is regarding the failed transaction on 07-apr-2017 which was made on https://icommerce.icicibank.com/ICICI_IRCTC/searchTrainLand.action. the session logged me out of ticket booking immediately after amount of rs 615 was deducted. I reached out to service. [protected]@icicibank.com. Received mail from icici bank with the below mentioned details :
              Payment id : [protected] consumer code :[protected]
              Bill reference information : 104673

              I reached out to irctc at [protected]@irctc.co.in, but no response about the transaction update. I donot have any transaction update since last 12 days (9 working days).

              Further it is not customer responsibility to reach out to merchant asking about status update of his transaction.

              Can you please resolve the issue at the earliest?

                I am travelling from ypr to hwh date 18/04/17 (Howrah yeshvantpur) pnr no. [protected]
                Such a horrible, dirty and filthy train.. Bedsheet is not washed, you can see the black patches and it is clearly not washed at all.. Pillow cover has hairs on it & not washed once again. Blanket is dirty and filthy. I have paid inr 2290 for such a service?
                I ask the tt of the compartment to help me with this mess and he says he can't help and if i can't find clean lenin then i must sleep without it. Hats off to all of you for such a service.
                Dirt is all over. Toilets are filthy and disgusting.

                If possible please get back to me on this. I do not expect the same dirty train on my next journey.

                  Ibook a ticket from nzm to saugor [ mp] 3 times on 17/04/2017 at 18:40 pm. By the name praveen jain & aarti jain in train no. 12122. I pay money throw pnb atm card in 2 times and by sbi net banking one times. But i did not get e ticket print and any message from irctc for confermation of e ticket.
                  . But i get sms from pnb bank that they duduct rs 777 / 00 and rs 777/00 from my account. Please check and refund rs 1554=00 as early as possible.

                  But the irony is there has been no such refund done.
                  Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
                  I cancelled my two tickets yesterday and yet the amount has not been refunded in my account. Nor do the receive my call in customer care.

                    I had cancelled a ticket (Pnr no. : [protected]) on 15th february 2017, the tdr status shows cr registered (No further updates to the status has been made) but the amount has not been credited to my account. Details are as below

                    Source station : anand vihar trm (Anvt)
                    Destination station : patna jn (Pnbe)
                    Date of journey : 15th february 2017
                    Reason for tdr: train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled.

                    Do let me know if you need further information from my end.

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        I have tried to book ticket for me from mys to dvg on 17th april at 10.36 pm using irctc app. However due to technical problem no ticket was issued to me. However booking amt of rs.221.5 was debited from state bank of india bank savings a/c [protected]. The particulars for the transaction reference number is igabdrjho5 for rs. 221.5on 17-apr-17 22.35

                        So i request to kindly arrange to refund this entire amt to the a/c from which it has been debited erroneously and oblige.

                          For yesterday night I was booked a reservation ticket from kota to durgapura.
                          And I have recived msg from irctc it is ticket status RAC/12.
                          First of all I have searched TT from coch nu. 1 to 7.
                          But I didn't found him. And after that I'm waiting for him. After 2 jour journey he came and I showed him msg with PNR he said that this not confirmed you need to out from train otherwise I fined you 570rupee. I was shocked.
                          I asked him about why is this happening I have reservation and I don't received any seat and coch number. He start to argue with me some other passenger like me. And he was drunk also. His name I think R.N. Mehra.
                          There is no name batch in his suit. After that he said that get out from here.
                          And than I was go to swaimadhopur junctions deputy station master.
                          They told me that go and come with TT. I was go again and told to TT come with me in Deputy station master. He said that I don't go anywhere i[censored] want to complaint than go to consumer court. And then I need to take general and I complete my journey in general coch by standing in whole night.

                          I had booked train tkt on the date of 7 April 17 .Due to some problems I could not travel on this date so I had cancelled my tkts the refund amount is not credited in my account seen the time.you are requested to take necessary action on the above mentioned the subject position.
                          I have book ticket through irctc on dated 12.04.2017 . Amount has been deduct from my bank account but train ticket has not been print and say sorry. You are requested to refund the ticket amount rs. 580/- each for two times . Total amount rs, 1160/- may be refunded to me as ticket is not completed.

                            PNR :-[protected], I have observed that NO cleanness in Bhusaval Pune 11025 Train anytime
                            Many of passengers taking seat in Reservation boogie with the General ticket, So the Reservation passenger getting difficult to travelling
                            Toilet are too dirty, always come dirty Smell in boogie.
                            I use to travel every week with this train, but train never come on time in Nasik Road and nor reach to Kalyan Junction, due to this we miss are local and we have pay amt for Auto.
                            It will very great help, if the train convert into superfast.

                              My mom a senior citizen was robbed in 09021 traveling on 17th April 2017 from mumbai. The seat number was 44. Her PNR number was [protected]. Her purse contained addhar card, Syndicate bank ATM 3000 in cash. The RPF officials did not take any action against the complaint made by many in the train who were also robbed on the way. The incident happened near Delhi

                              I strongly believe that the attendants may be one of the thieves secondly I firmly believe that the RPF are hand in hand with these thieves as they will get their share out of it. Since the entire train is an air conditioned trains, I am sure the outside vendors may not be allowed in the trains. A very pathetic service by Railways, airlines are anytime better than these highly paid holiday special trains without any safety.

                                I have tried to book ticket for two person from HWH to Katpadi on 12 th April at 10.55 am using IRCTC website . However due to technical problem no ticket was issued to me . However booking amt of Rs.3725.56 was debited from syndicate bank savings A/C [protected] . Pantry staff charging RS 100 for veg meal (thali) contains paneer sabzi, dal, 3 chapati, rice, small packet of pickle & 250 ml water. They charging RS 80 for veg biryani and 15 RS for tea/coffee. They don't have any menu card with them. Pls take appropriate action

                                  I booked e-ticket on18/03/17 for 25/03/17 for hte-bbs in train no 18451/tapaswini exp in 2a/c with pnr no - [protected] status rac-4/5/6 but after charting i with my family was downgraded to 3a/c b-2 50/51/54 that to with 2 upper birth. When asked the tte he did not help me how and what to do, he simply gave a certificate coating (Passenger holding 2a/c ticket but traveling in 3a/c, please do the need). After returning to ranchi i had filed a tdr on 31/03/17 but it was rejected. I asked cro but they said e-ticket refunds will be sent back to the a/c.
                                  Now. Plz check and help me regarding this.

                                      We have booked a ticket in saurashtra mail (Train no: 22945) from borivali to anand. Pnr no is [protected]. We booked 4 tickets. We got different coaches for 3+1 passengers. 3 sears allocated in s8 and another 1 seat allocated in s3.in saurastra mail ac coaches, rms coach and general coach in between s8 and s3.

                                      So please suggest how can we mange to use s3 coach seat?
                                      We are not happy with seat allocation system and coach allocation system. If the coaches are not together why you people issue seats in different coaches.

                                      Please refund the s3 coach seat amount asap. And i assure the similar type of mistake not repeat on future.

                                      Please file the tdr for my s3 ticket and refund the amount.

                                        Hi i reseved my train jaipur to sawai madhopur for darshan of Ranthambhior Ganesh mandir on dated[protected] in train no 59805, PNR:[protected] Seat no S11-S15 departure time was 06:40AM and arrival to sawai madhopur time was 9:35AM, according to my schdule i did resarvation to return back from sawai madhopur to jaipur in train no 12465, PNR:[protected] seat no D3/62, 63, 64 & 67 Departure time was 14:35PM and arrival to jaipur time was 16:45PM but due to jaipur to sawai madhopur train reached late at 12:15PM, so i tried to cancle my return ticket but there was no option to cancle it on the last movment so i tryid hard to reach to our return train without taking any rest so that i can reach on tume with my family but we missed it because we had only 2 hour and 20 minutes to be back from ranthambhor to sawai madhopur station so due to late arrival of 2hour and 40 minuted train no 59805 to sawai madhopur i missed my return train by 2minutes only, then i went to have new resarvation but the staff at window denied to provide it and i suffer with my family include my littel baby boy of 5year till the next 4 hours 30 minutes at plate form only in this so hot days of summers, even we talk to TC to give tahe reserved seat by paying more money after taking the local tickets finaly as your staff denied to provide the reservation on same day, it was very pain ful and seffering day to my family and my baby, due to late arrival of the train i charged multiple time coz i missed the train pluse i took the Local ticket pluse me and my family suffer with a child very much it was not only financial even it was mently torcher also as i didnt get any support from your system and staff, even i took the tickets of my 5year old baby also for both side so that we can be comfartable but is it was my fault that your train was very late?? At least your syatem and team should help us to get the reservation at charges extra but no one help us to knowing our problem as well, when we were going to sawai madhopur it was very problamatic condition as the local people are also there in our reservation cotch but no one say anything to them and the enjoy their ride and i the reserved person i suffer very mutch now i want my money back of return ticket from sawai madhopur to jaipur, hope to get a resolution from your side
