This is in reference to ticket booked online from my irctc account vide pnr number: [protected], due to ticket not confirmed 3 person not travelled. I applied online for tdr vide tdr number transaction id: [protected] but to my surprise the refund has not received.

I booked tickets for my relatives for venad express on
2nd april 17. 30 hrs, but after paying money i got the ticket for vanchinad express on 2nd april 5.17 hrs (Morning time). So i kindly request to refund my money for the same. (Attaching the details).

Hi,

My father and mother were traveling from chittaurgarh (Cor) to ghaziabad (Gzb) by train link express - mansoor to meerut (Link dehradun express), train number 29019 on 29th march 2017. Coach number ha1- seat number 1 & 3

In midnight around 2.30 am, a robbery done by 3 to 4 guys in running train, they rob ladies purses and bags in the train while passengers were sleeping, this incident happened with 3 ladies...

By mistake i put the gender male instead of femail and ticket was booked, as I realised i dint find any options to edit or correct that mistake, called up customer care and she says rebook it. What about the cost incurred in cancelling and rebooking it?

It's sill and dissappointing, for minor mistakes such as gender and age there has to be some correction options for a limited period of hours after the booking has Been done.br...

I booked one ticket online from Chandausi Jn to Delhi on 30.03.2017 for the date of journey 12.04.2017 through credit card of HDFC Bank.
Further, the ticket was not booked but I got the message grom HDFC Credit that the payment of Rs.1000.29 has been spent at IRCTC 77858.The time of booking was 10.32.26 AM and I did not received any message for booked ticket from IRCTC.Therefore I booked the above ticket again through ICICI...

I was trying to book tickets on 13.03.2017 & 15.03.2017 but unfortunately amount was deducted from bank account and tickets were not booked.
There were 8 failed transaction out of which 5 times money debited from my account.

When i was making payment for rail reservation from Chennai Egmore to Tuticorin by train No 12693 and Tirunelveli to Thirusur by train no 16127 through online SBI Atm cum debit card. It displayed " Transaction cannot be processed", but the amount has been deducted from my bank account .I did not get the reservation slip also .

I want to know why idbi bank not listed in IRCTC payment method list, because I am using IRCTC website my account also available since last 5 years . I have n Wright to know why not listed, because week before I have booked ticket by using idbi netbanking & also many times. Than why suddenly remove Idbi bank from IRCTC payment list.

No money crefited on the date in, y account.

Sir,
I cancelled a ticket on 20th March. The status on the website of IRCTC is showing that the amount is refunded but it is not reflecting in my account. I enquired about this by sending a mail and still haven't got any satisfactory response. They provided me a ticket number that was automatically generated.

I booked the ticket for my elder brother (Shir Brajesh Kumar Singh) on 27/03/2017 in tatkal quota for train no.12059(PNR [protected]). But because of auto correction error it changed to Rakesh Kumar Singh. Other details like age and mobile no. was correct. The person travelling on train was carrying the same mobile on which IRCTC send the booking confirmation sms. The ticket was booked in tatkal quota thatsway we didn't cancel and re-booked...

I booked a railway reservation ticket from my irctc profile through irctc website on 07.03.2017 (Pnr [protected], transaction id [protected]). The ticket fair was paid by net banking from my sbi account. For this rs 11.50 was debited from my account as commission on 09.032017 twice means total rs (11.50+11.50)= 23 was deducted. So rs 11.50 must be returned to me.
