This is my ticket ID from IRCTC care [IRCTC #5429452].
I got Id on 23rd march.
From few days my account is not working in IRCTC.
I have planes to travel but I am not able to book the ticket.
I hope some budy will help me here
I like to travel by IRCTC but i am faced with a problem.
Resolve this as soon as posible....

I booked my births for going to mumbai on 1st if april and back to delhi on 8th of april on rajdhani express under pnr no. [protected] and [protected] on 23rd march at around 10.20 pm. I requesged for lower births on by both requests as i am 63 yrs old person and cannot climb on upper birth. But to my surprise i was allotted both the side upper births nos. A2/54/side upper & a4/36/side upper. Your chart was showing more than 50 seats...

IRCTC account suspended

My IRCTC account got suspended without any prior notice.I mailed them, called them, mailed PM office, none of them bore fruit.I have no idea whatsoever why this happened.I am almost a regular customer of IRCTC.I travel almost every week.
Kindly reactivate my account as early as possible.It is being increasing difficult for me every passing day as I work outside my home state.

PLEASE REACTIVATE MY IRCTC ACCOUNT AS EARLY...

Wrong Payment deduction

Payment of rs. 791 has been deducted on POS SBIRCTC at IRCTC txn#[protected], but unfortunately the transaction in process stopped in between annd failed. Payment deducted from debit card.Pls refund my payment to the account. I tried to book tickets for toy train from kalka to simla but in vain but payment of rs 791deducted .so pls refund the same.

Not accepting 10rs coin

There is no information for diversion of train

There is diversion of train from vijaywada( BZA) to KATPADI (KPD) i have to go chennai but no information about diversion of route den tell me what should i do

Cost of food in train no 22416

I am a passenger of train no 22416. I need to report that the pantry is charging their own charges for food
I.e
Breakfast- 50
Lunch- 100
Dinner-100
Even though IRCTC has published the rates for food online. Please look into this matter with urgency as this has been going since a long time. When I ask for a rate card they say that it is not available or can't get it now....

Refund not credited

I have booked a ticket and paid using my debit card, the payment gateway was patmag. Then I cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded but I have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.

Ticket booking failed but refund came partial. Surcharge not received

Ticket booking date 08-Feb-2017. Transaction failed but Base fare plus surcharge charged to my Credit card. Refund also came back to my card on same day but only base fare. Surcharge of Rs 77.52 is lost in between. IRCTC states ICICI Bank would refund. ICICI Bank denies it telling merchant IRCTC should refund. No action from either parties on the gap amount of Rs 77.52....

Food items overpriced

I am traveling by 13006
The food prices are high and not according to the irctc rate card. Tea is charged at rs 10, veg meal at 90. Whereas the rate in irctc rate card is very low. On asking the person abt the reason, they say that we are asked by higher official to take this prices. All the items are over charged. No one in pantry is willing to show the rate card. Why the items are overpriced? What's the use of rate card being circulated...

Release my suspended account - Reg.

Dear sir/madam, I booked train tickets through my irctc online login and I travelled with my booked tickets.After few months I noticed that my account was transferred to irctc next generation.In that next generation I am unable to book my tickets through online and shows your account was suspended . From that I am unable to book irctc online tickets. I don't know why?I find very difficult for booking .Please release my account and help me...

IRCTC e-wallet deducted two times on the same transaction id

On 22nd Feb, I booked ticket from Chennai central to Adoni and i pay the amount through IRCTC e wallet and the amount(405 INR + 405 INR) deducted 2 times with the same transaction ID but it is not refunded. it refunded only one time(405 INR) and another time i didn't get the amount. Non-refund of ticket booked and cancelled through irctc mobile app

It is intimated that I Sandipan Chattopadhyay booked a ticket through IRCTC Mobile App on 10 Mar 17 as per the following details:-

2. However the same ticket was cancelled through IRCTC app on 11 Mar 17. I got a confirmation mail from IRCTC saying that the refund has been done on 13 Mar 17 and the refunded amount is Rs 6195/-....

Concession not given for senior citizen

I booked my e-ticket through IRCTC on 5/12/2016 for the date of Journey 6/12/2016 in Tatkal Quota Journey from Patna to Anand Vihar Trm by Train No.22405 (BGP Garib Rath), PNR No.[protected] and Name SANJEEV KUMAR.
