Train late by 1 hour and now we are in Coach B1 of Vibhuti Express (12334) from Allahabad to howrah Jnc.
Very pathetic condition please take strict action . Really poor service .. Take immidiate action . Ac not working - Fan not working. The air condition ans fan both are not working and there is a case of saffocation . Are we paying so much under tatkal scheme to have this kind of service . Really poor to see this kind of service . We want pur full money to be refunded if this is the case and please take strict action right now .

      I have asked the food vendor about veg biryani he tolld me to pay Rs 80/- I feel cost is high he was not haveing any rate card .The rate is not justified.please insure they should have proper govt approved rate card to avoide any confusion.

        During filing TDR for one of my valid ticket for which journey could not be made, Due to confusion wrong TDR filed by me for the below tickets.

        I could not find any way to cancel this wrong TDR, so writing mail for cancelling TDR request for the below ticket details which I filed online

        On 7th April 2017, I had submitted a TDR by mistake (because of having wrong information). The TDR Id is .[protected] I do not find any option to cancel the TDR. Please help me to cancel the TDR.

            I have cancelled my railway ticket on 25.03.2017 and message was received on my mobile that Rs. 330/- will be credited in your bank account, but till date I have not received the refund. It has never happened before but why the payment has not been credited in my account this time? Kindly revert back at the earliest.

                  Hi,
                  I had ordered food (Veg Thali) from the irctc vendor : K M Khandelwal at Daund station.
                  PNR: [protected]

                  Train No: 11302
                  It turned out that inspite of waiting at the station for more than 20 minutes, the food wasnt delivered. Neither was any effort taken to contact me. When I called up the irctc food catering toll number 1323, they said they will get in touch with the vendor and ask them to deliver the food. However the food wasnt delivered and when I tried to enquire about the vendor contact number, I wasnt provided one.

                  Also when I searched for the vendor online, I found that they were not listed anywhere and no details was provided by irctc too. When Indian railways is trying to increase the standard of the services, it is sad to see the pathetic condition of the services provided.

                  Can the irctc compensate me for the food? Or like lakhs of other consumers I will have to sit and suffer the miserable quality of the service promised by the Indian railways.

                      I have filed a TDR on 16th August for not travelling and train late by more than 3 hours.
                      I am yet to get refund from Railways.
                      Customer care is also not answering my call and if they answer they will only tell it is under process.
                      I am waiting for my money from 8months.
                      I have done atleast 30 tweets till now but no action from Railways.
                      Hoping that someone will listen to it and refund my money back.

                        Respected Sir/Madam,

                        I'm one of the ordinary middle class citizen of India and I'm so sorry for the IRCTC online services. I thought that all the tax that we pay is the income for government using which they maintain the system clean.

                        From last 4 years I started using this IRCTC website to book tickets online so that we can visit our travel destinations which every Indian does. ( no need to explain that).

                        I tried to book tickets online using the website several times but I have failed. ( so does many others). If this service is not for ordinary customers who can't book an tatkal ticket online then what is the use of this website ??

                        Please either add an banner on the website stating " Bookings only for class of people who have highest bandwidth".

                        Also my second question/query is that why do the site logout after taking all by bank details and after clicking "proceed to pay". ?

                        Comparing to all the records, IRCTC is the world's biggest network in terms of employment and vast services increasing day by day but only Indians know the poor site service.

                        Requesting to please increase the capacity of handling online users or permanently block the bookings till the site is able to manage to all Indian citizens.

                        Please consider this as request or a type suggestions from an ordinary citizen.

                          I had booked ticket for Siwan to Howrah on 21st march'17 through Just Dial. Rs. 1414.30 has deducted from my credit card. Due to network problem transaction has failed. I had tried again but same problem I had to faced. Approx rs. 1000/- also deducted from my credit card due to network problem. I had received a message that 7 to 14 working days the above said amount will be back in your credit card account. Still I am waiting for the same.
                          So Sir it is my request kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                          On 21st march'17 two times I had tried to book tickets from Siwan to howrah through Just Dial.                                     Hi Team,

                                    I have booked a ticket for my parents, while selecting the berth preference I have chosen Side Upper and Side Lower. But after the booking I got one upper berth and one side upper.
                                    PNR No. : [protected]

                                    There are options/radio buttons to select either lower berths or seats in same coach option. So only one option can be selected.

                                    So do you think it is a good option to provide upper berths to senior citizens? Better to remove the selection option as I can see it is of no use.

The co passengers are so irritating and shouting very loudly in the cabin. The seats are S4-17 & 20. So many people are coming and sitting in the 3 seater. So my parents cant sit comfortably.                                       This complaint is regarding the TDR filed in irctc website on 12 December 2016. The reason for filing TDR is the diversion of train number 12687 (Dehradun Express) from Chennai central station due to cyclone Vardah on 12 December 2016. Since the train was diverted from the station, i was unable to travel. Accordingly i had immediately filed a TDR on irctc website claiming a refund of the ticket amount (Rs 2365 /-). The details of the TDR are mentioned at the bottom.

                                      The status of TDR on the website is 'CR Registered' since the past four months.The refund amount (Rs 2365 /-) has not been credited so far. The ticket and TDR details are mentioned below.

                                      I request you to take swift action in this matter.

                                        Refund not received as yet; my bank informs that tonly msg has been sent by irctc for refund but funds not received from irctc
                                        Please arrange for refund immediately
                                        I am operating with irctc for several years but non-refund issue is faced for the first time
