Sir/Madam,

When i was making payment for rail reservation from Chennai Egmore to Tuticorin by train No 12693 and Tirunelveli to Thirusur by train no 16127 through online SBI Atm cum debit card. It displayed " Transaction cannot be processed", but the amount has been deducted from my bank account .I did not get the reservation slip also .
Please look into the matter and do needful.I have pasted the ticket details.

    I want to know why idbi bank not listed in IRCTC payment method list, because I am using IRCTC website my account also available since last 5 years . I have n Wright to know why not listed, because week before I have booked ticket by using idbi netbanking & also many times. Than why suddenly remove Idbi bank from IRCTC payment list.

    IRCTC wants to eat poor people's money, IDBI does not change transaction fees, IRCTC allow to pay using IDBI But you have to select PAYTM and then select IDBI as payment option. This way PAYTM & IRCTC Can eat people's money.

        Sir,
        I cancelled a ticket on 20th March. The status on the website of IRCTC is showing that the amount is refunded but it is not reflecting in my account. I enquired about this by sending a mail and still haven't got any satisfactory response. They provided me a ticket number that was automatically generated.

          I booked the ticket for my elder brother (Shir Brajesh Kumar Singh) on 27/03/2017 in tatkal quota for train no.12059(PNR [protected]). But because of auto correction error it changed to Rakesh Kumar Singh. Other details like age and mobile no. was correct. The person travelling on train was carrying the same mobile on which IRCTC send the booking confirmation sms. The ticket was booked in tatkal quota thatsway we didn't cancel and re-booked another ticket since cancellation of tatkal ticket would not refund money. Detail explanation was given to Sri Maharaj Singh(TT) and ID proof of mine as well as Brajesh kumar singh was shown to him for proving that we are brother. It was unintentional mistake happened because of auto correction of mobile phone. Sri Maharaj Singh didn't cooperate and he penalized Sri Brajesh Kumar Singh. I do have copy of penalty charged by Sri Maharaj Singh. If such mistake happens in future how to avoid penalty. I complaint to Indian Railways (Complaint No. : W/WC/KOTA/[protected] but they have replied matter pertains to IRCTC. We paid double fare for single ticket including fine and tatkal charges. How to get that money back.

            I booked a railway reservation ticket from my irctc profile through irctc website on 07.03.2017 (Pnr [protected], transaction id [protected]). The ticket fair was paid by net banking from my sbi account. For this rs 11.50 was debited from my account as commission on 09.032017 twice means total rs (11.50+11.50)= 23 was deducted. So rs 11.50 must be returned to me.
            I have attached my irctc profile page showing booking history and my sbi account summary where these two deductions were highlighted.

                    I got Id on 23rd march.
                    From few days my account is not working in IRCTC.
                    I have planes to travel but I am not able to book the ticket.
                    I hope some budy will help me here

                    When i maild to care@irctc they not responded i got only auto generated mail. but after giving complaint here I got humen generated mail. and i dont know why the help line numbers never pikup by any persons but we got charge for call. We want change in IRCTC help line. exept that train service is good. and one more i not seen Garbage boxes in all compartments. it causing plastic on tracks middle where no budy go to cleen. Thank you for resolving my problem quickly.

                      I booked my births for going to mumbai on 1st if april and back to delhi on 8th of april on rajdhani express under pnr no. [protected] and [protected] on 23rd march at around 10.20 pm. I requesged for lower births on by both requests as i am 63 yrs old person and cannot climb on upper birth. But to my surprise i was allotted both the side upper births nos. A2/54/side upper & a4/36/side upper. Your chart was showing more than 50 seats available at the time of booking but i am surprised that both seats allotted are side upper. This is really a surprised treatment to a sr. Citizen by railways.. If it is not possible please remove both the request should be removed from the form. I request you to please consider my request and allot me lower births or confirm that only these births were avaible which i know was not. Otherwise i have to say good bye to indian railways as mumbai air tickets are available at rs. 2200.00 onwards as compared to your tickets.

                      I made rail reservation from indore to bhopal by ola money on 19/03/2017 for amt 125 on irctc website. Neither I got reservation nor amount refunded. I made phone call twice at [protected]with ticket no. 351702 dated 20/03/2017 and 353213 dated 20/03/2017.
                      Kindly resolve the matter as early as possible.

                        My IRCTC account got suspended without any prior notice.I mailed them, called them, mailed PM office, none of them bore fruit.I have no idea whatsoever why this happened.I am almost a regular customer of IRCTC.I travel almost every week.

                          Payment of rs. 791 has been deducted on POS SBIRCTC at IRCTC txn#[protected], but unfortunately the transaction in process stopped in between annd failed.                                 I am a passenger of train no 22416. I need to report that the pantry is charging their own charges for food
                                I.e
                                Breakfast- 50
                                Lunch- 100
                                Dinner-100
                                Even though IRCTC has published the rates for food online. Please look into this matter with urgency as this has been going since a long time. When I ask for a rate card they say that it is not available or can't get it now.

                                  I have booked a ticket and paid using my debit card, the payment gateway was patmag. Then I cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded but I have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.

                                    सर मैने अपने irctc personal account से एक टिकट बुक किया था जो नई दिल्ली से इलाहाबाद तक दिनांक 02/03/2017 का था जो मैने 01/03/2017 cancel किया था जिसका पैसा अभी तक हमारे account मै नही आया है मैने कई आप के costumer care पर बात कि और मुझे हर वार यही आश्वासन दिया गया कि आपका पैसा आ जाऐगा लेकिन अभी तक आया नही है और मैने अपना पासबुक कि फोटोकापी भी भेज दी है तब भी मेरा पैसा नही भेजा गया है

                                      Ticket booking date 08-Feb-2017. Transaction failed but Base fare plus surcharge charged to my Credit card. Refund also came back to my card on same day but only base fare. Surcharge of Rs 77.52 is lost in between. IRCTC states ICICI Bank would refund. ICICI Bank denies it telling merchant IRCTC should refund. No action from either parties on the gap amount of Rs 77.52.

                                      Base ticket fare plus surcharge was charged to credit card and ticket booking on IRCTC WEBSITE FAILED. Refund came immediately for the base fare. The surcharge amount is missing here. This states Surcharge amount is charged to passenger even for failed transaction. Neither Bank nor IRCTC is interested in refunding the surcharge. This makes no sense to a passenger to pay for failed tickets which is a system error and not a human error.

                                        The food prices are high and not according to the irctc rate card. Tea is charged at rs 10, veg meal at 90. Whereas the rate in irctc rate card is very low. On asking the person abt the reason, they say that we are asked by higher official to take this prices. All the items are over charged. No one in pantry is willing to show the rate card. Why the items are overpriced? What's the use of rate card being circulated in irctc website? Where is the money going of the loot? There is no doubt that this is completely leading to a scam of collecting unaccounted money aka black money.
