On 22nd Feb, I booked ticket from Chennai central to Adoni and i pay the amount through IRCTC e wallet and the amount(405 INR + 405 INR) deducted 2 times with the same transaction ID but it is not refunded. it refunded only one time(405 INR) and another time i didn't get the amount. I will share the transaction details. please follow up. This is the transaction ID BOOKING - Txn: [protected]. Refund money not created to my account it shows refunded money transfer to PayTMag Bank. I booked a ticket on 4th March 2017 I cancelled this ticket on 4th March 2017 because of some personal matters but my money is not given to me .

Money not refunded to my account
I have booked online e ticket on March 17, 2017 from Trivandrum central to Mangaluru Central. My transaction id is Transaction ID: [protected] and [protected] it has been shown that payment is failed. But my bank details shows deduction from my account. Please take necessary actions.

    I was booking tickets through IRCTC website on 14/03/2017 the amount payment was deducted from PNB debit card but PNR was not generated and reservation failed.As per your website the amount has been refunded back on 16/03/2017 to PAYTMAG but yet is not credited in my account.Kindly guide me what to do.The details are as follows

      I booked two tickets on 07/03/2017 but it didnt got booked. it got cancelled two times ans money was deducted from my account to times. i still havent got my money back. and when i check my irctc account it shows that it got canceled two times but i havent got my money back. There are two transaction id in one it shows that payment is settled and in other one it shows payment failed. But i havent got my money back. 1st transaction id - [protected]

        It is intimated that I Sandipan Chattopadhyay booked a ticket through IRCTC Mobile App on 10 Mar 17 as per the following details:-

        Transaction ID : [protected] PNR No. : [protected] Train No. & Name : 12259 / NDLS DURONTO
        2. However the same ticket was cancelled through IRCTC app on 11 Mar 17. I got a confirmation mail from IRCTC saying that the refund has been done on 13 Mar 17 and the refunded amount is Rs 6195/-. The ticket was booked with axis bank debit card linked to my salary account xxxxx79012. However, the refunded amount not yet credited to my account till date and for the same I am enclosing a bank statement in PDF forrmat for ready reference. I have contacted IRCTC customer care several times but they never gave me a fruitful reply. The details call may be monitored as all the calls were made from my registered mobile number [protected]. I also sent several e-mail to IRCTC but the only replied with the details as entioned below:-

        3. 3. I have contacted my bank but they also could not able to trace out the issue. All the call made to irctc were sweetly disconnected saying that call is being transferred to seniors. Now my question is that what kind of service is being provided by IRCTC being a Govt of India Enterprises ? It is not the sole responsibility of IRCTC to refund the amount to his regular customer when a cancellation has been done ? In resent time, when India is on a path of truly digitization, and accepting E-banking, then why a normal refund procedure takes so long time so that it lapses all the date & time specified by the company (IRCTC) itself.

        4. I would like to take the issue at the highest level if not solved at the earliest.

          I had booked 2 tickets for 2 senior citizens i.e. my parents from Hathras Jn to Howrah Jn and return journey in 12312 Kalka Mail on 18.03.2017.
          But I did not get the concession for senior citizens as I have got previously.
          I have mailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in thrice and called on the landline numbers given on the irctc website.
          But I have received no response either on mail or on phone (either it is busy or no response).
          Plz. Help.
          This was not expected.

            Sir,
            I booked my e-ticket through IRCTC on 5/12/2016 for the date of Journey 6/12/2016 in Tatkal Quota Journey from Patna to Anand Vihar Trm by Train No.22405 (BGP Garib Rath), PNR No.[protected] and Name SANJEEV KUMAR. However the train was late more than 3 hours on 6/12/2016. Due to this i cancelled my ticket at 19.50 hrs on 6/12/2016 but still as on 21/3/2017 the TDR amount have not been refunded to my account after 90 days.

            So I request you to please look this matter and try to solve this problem earliest as possible.

              I booked ticket from Amritsar to Delhi on March 14, 2017 the number of the train that was provided by IRCTC via SMS and on e-ticket was 18110 but the actual number of the train was 18102 because of which we missed our train and when I tried contacting Amritsar platform enquiry window they responded very harshly and said that it was not only me who missed the train I complained regarding the same to railways via Twitter but didn't recieved any response from them.
              Train number 18110 was late by 2 hours 35 mins(as on train running status) and the train 18102 was on time, we were 17 members along with senior citizens we all missed our train because of the fault of IRCTC and faced a lot of problems out there

              I booked an e- ticket with PNR [protected]. This ticket did not got confirmed and was in waiting list category. The amount of booking was Rs 315 to which I was refunded 135. As per rule if an e ticket is not confirmed it is cancelled itself and full amount is refunded, so what happened here??

                Dear Sir,

                My User id "pulkit1998" has been deactivated by irctc, they gave an excuse that this ID used by more than one user, but as per my knowledge this ID used only by me. I had lodged my complaint to IRCTC vide Ticket - IRCTC #4740717 dated 02.01.2017 and Ticket - IRCTC #5372073 dated 15.03.2017 and i requested them for activation of my user id but till date neither my ID activated nor any feedback is received.
                You are requested to kindly arrange to activate my above use ID.

                  Please consider my request and I booked the tickets of amount 1741.50 through online from https://www.irctc.co.in using HDFC netbanking.
                  But money is debited the ticket was not booked showing the status as "Payment Requested" (Screenshot Attached).
                  I want my money immediately to my bank account.

                    I tried to book my tickets from Chandigarh to Amritsar online on your website irctc.com . I tried to make the payment through my Paytm wallet but your site did not accept the payment . However, amount of rupees 489 was deducted on 19th March 2017 . Kindly refund the said amount of rupees 489 to me as soon as possible .. Or please guide me how can I get back the amount.

                      I cancelled four tickets but i am not getting refund amount for 3 of my tickets. only one was refunded.PNR number for tickets i need refund is

                      I have already been following up many time but what i get is automatic response email from IRCTC. This is really embarassing.

                      I book my son ticket from sealdha to jaipur train number 12987 Dt 28th may 2017 Tranjectio ID [protected]. Payment through Bank of Baroda Debit Card but makes twice and debited my account twice Rs.1645 . So pl return Rs.1645 in my Bank of Baroda Account.

                        The IRCTC custimer cate service is worst i have ever seen.
                        I think employees are less to answer the queries of customers.
                        So when ever i call all customer care executives are busy handeling other customers.
                        Whether i call for 1time or for 3-4 times consecutively.
                        There is no response.

                        I was having an issue relating to refund of my waiting tatkal ticket booked on 12-03-17.
                        Though i received mail and on my user id it is show as refunded i haven't received the refund yet.

                        I have mistake in my irctc registration by entering the wrong email ID. Wrong Id I have entered in [protected]@gmail.com. my Correct Id is [protected]@gmail.com kindly I apologise for entering and support me to change the correct Id by yourself.

                        Sir, i have deleted all my mails and forgot my user id as well as password can you sent me the user id at my email address i.e. www.[protected]@gmail.com which is already registered in irctc

                          MY train time is 22:45. But train come on platform on 2:00 am and I have not travel in train and after 4:00 am fire TDR against train late more than 3 hour.but irctc not refund my amount for this TDR.Then talk with irctc customer care then customer care told me TDF fire before train start from station.i confuse if TDR fire before train start.so why.if train go 1:00 am then my TDR cancel as well as my ticket also cancel.so I fire TDR when I open my eyes in early morning.i am poor person and my 3000 rs loss in irctc TDR. my amount refund urgent.these rules is not for proper.TDR fire if train depart from origan.

                            I have booked a flight on Mar 12. Transaction ID: [protected] . I have cancelled the flight immediately. I got an email from [protected]@irctc.co.in that I will get the refund by 5-7 working days. On Mar 20th I called the customer care and got to know the process has not been initiated and it will take another 5-7 working days. Please look into the matter and take the necessary action.

                              We have booked a ticket in saurashtra mail (Train no: 22945) from borivali to anand. Pnr no is [protected]. We booked 4 tickets. We got different coaches for 3+1 passengers. 3 sears allocated in s8 and another 1 seat allocated in s3.in saurastra mail ac coaches, rms coach and general coach in between s8 and s3.

                              So please suggest how can we mange to use s3 coach seat?
                              We are not happy with seat allocation system and coach allocation system. If the coaches are not together why you people issue seats in different coaches.

                              Please refund the s3 coach seat amount asap. And i assure the similar type of mistake not repeat on future.

                              Please file the tdr for my s3 ticket and refund the amount.

                              Hi, We have booked a ticket in SAURASHTRA MAIL(Train No: 22945) from Borivali to Anand. PNR no is 8356314527. We booked 4 tickets. We got different coaches for 3+1 passengers. 3 sears allocated in S8 and another 1 seat allocated in S3. In SAURASTRA mail AC coaches, RMS coach and General coach In Between S8 and S3.                                 I have cancelled the following ticket two weeks back, but the refund has not yet been credited to my bank a/c.

                                Refund Amt: Rs 2320

                                IRCTC gives a very nonchalant reply that they have already processed and the refund should take 2 - 3 days (from 10 Mar 17), though already ten days have passed without result. At my bank they have no clue and just ask me to wait.

                                  Against the Transaction ID: [protected] and PNR No: [protected], the train was started late for three hours and the Passengers not travelled in this train.
                                  After charting done when it was shown that the train is late for more than three hours, I have registered the TDR before train Departure, due to the train late timing on 21-01-17. Still the matter is Pending and Showing "CR Registered". The ticket amount was Rs 2660. Will I get the amount return or it will be forfeited.

                                    I booked a double bed retiring room no. R2 at visakhapatnam railway station vide rr ref. No. Vskprr627964 and travel authority no. [protected] on[protected] for 12 hours at night on[protected].
                                    Unfortunately the bed cover and bed are so dirty with many bed bugs. We can't sleep over the night. We kill bedbugs over the night. The white bed sheets spotted blood. We could not thought such a dirty bed in a nice room. My beautiful journey make a horrible night with my family.

                                      Dear sir
                                      I booked the ticket from Madurai Jn to Chennai by Nellai Exp, boarding at Madurai Jn for the journey on 21.01.2017 under PNR Number [protected]. The train was TOTALLY diverted via Nagarkoil and Kerala due to JALLIKATTU STIR, the message of which received in the evening, on the date of journey. I contacted 139 for the further course of action. They asked me to file TDR and told that FULL TICKET AMOUNT will be refunded. I filed TDR immediately .

                                      On 28 Jan, mail is received AS FOLLOWS. -- The TDR filed against PNR Number [protected] with reason Train Diverted And Train Not Touching Boarding Station. has been repudiated by the Chief Commercial Manager/Refunds null due to reason null as per the Indian Railways Refund Rules https://www.services.irctc.co.in/betaDoc/Amendments_RefundRules_2406.pdf Please note that the decision about the repudiation/ rejection or amount of refund has been taken by the concerned Zonal Railways as per extant Refund rules of Indian Railways and not by IRCTC. TDR filing time :Sat Jan 21 19:08:48 IST 2017 Date of Boarding : :Sat Jan 21, 22:10:00 IST 2017 (Train actual departure time as recorded in the system) which is after/before 0 Day -3 hrs and -1 minutes.                                       - I would like you to clarify the following: 1. The train itself is not touching the boarding( also intermediate ) station and the message is given few hours before the departure, how can one board the train as scheduled. 2. Your customer care center informed that full refund will be made as the train is fully diverted from Tirunelveli and not touching Madurai Jn 3 Your action is totally unjustifiable and you have not given thoughts practically. I should not be penalised for the incidents occurred beyond my control. Hence I request you to make refund of the FULL TICKET AMOUNT Thanking you RADHA GOPALAKRISHNAN

                                      The case was disposed off on 16 FEB 2017 but the amount was not credited / refunded to me even after three weeks. I request you to verify your records and credit the amount of Rs.1780 immediately . Hope you will not give me another chance to remind you again in this matter.

                                      TDR filed due to diversion of train during jallikattu stir. Southern Railways instructed IRCTC to make full refund amount of RS . 1780, on 16 Feb 2017. But the company did not refund the amount even after one month. Customer care contact number is not working. E-mails sent to them, are not responded. Kindly help in this matter.

                                        I tried to book two 3a tickets twice of 03129 kolkata alipur duar special train dated 30/04/2017 on 19/03/2017 from my wife's irctc account. Both times rs. 2271 have been deducted from my sbi bank account, but ticket was not booked. I would like to know when i will get my money refunded to my account. Screenshots of the transactions have been attached.
