    Sir, i booked one ticket on 04/02/2017. And 357 rupees deducted from my account the travelling date is 17/02/2017. Sleeper class ticket from kurnool to mysore. The train number is. I cancelled the same ticket on 15/02/2017 just moment i got the message "290 rupees wil be deducted to your account", up to now didn't refunded to my account.
    Kindly, check & refund the amount to my account.

        This is inform to you that I have booked a E- Ticket from Nizzamuddin (NZM) to Kopargaon (KPG) on 4th March 2017 and the date of journey was 20th june 2017 .
        My transaction id is - [protected]. Due to some unknown reason transaction failed but amount RS - 7954.47 was withdrawn from my PNB account.

        therefore I requested to you kindly refund the deduction amount into my PNB account.

          Dear sir,
          I got one berth reserved in sleeper from kanpur to Itarsi for 18 th march2017, from PEETABARA PEETH RESERVATION COUNTER, DATIA, M. P. Unfortunately the ticket got lost and when I went to reservation office on 8 th March for locking and getting a duplicate copy of reservation I was informed that Ticket has already been cancelled by someone at 15:07pm on 7 th of March 2017 at PKRC.
          It is recklessness of Railway department that without verification of the address and contact no.how can a booking clerk cancel the ticket.
          Now the problem is without ticket how can I travel.I am suffering from mental harassment and financial loss as well .please look into the matter and get my money refunded, so that I can book another ticket .
          An instant and positive response will be appreciated in this regard.

              Sir, I have booked a ticket from Nagpur to Jaipur on 12.03.2017 in Anuvrat Express, Train no. 22631 for 3rd AC. A Ticket was issued to me vide PNR no. [protected] and this ticket for four persons of my family, one male of age 57 and three ladies of age 52, 29 and 26 respectively. I have been provided middle and upper berths for this transaction in spite of a sufficient number of berths for 3rd AC were available on that day and my preference for all the lower berth was ignored. I have not been provided at least two lower berth. Sir, my mother-in-law is suffering from some diseases of old age and two twins kid of age of 22 months will also to travel with my wife and sister-in-law.
              it is very difficult for 3 female member along-with twins kid of my family to travel a long distance from Nagpur to Jaipur with these middle and upper berths. Please provide me 3 lower berths/side lower berth for a comfortable journey.

                I have canceled my train ticket on 5th Feb 2017 and it has been more than 35 days, I have not got any refund yet. I am getting false excuses from them but nothing has been happening yet.

                  I submitted order of two veg meals online through IRCTC APP, for supply in 22863 HWH to YPS Ac express in AC 1st, class Coach H/F/ 15& 16. order was given on12th March, 2017 at 12:06 hrs The order was confirmed by SMS. order nos were[protected]&[protected]. On the date of journey on 13/3/17 I called. IRCTC helpline 1323 and learnt that the order will be supplied at Kharagpur station.
                  But at Kharagpur Station nothing happened.. When the train left Kharagpur Station I rang up the helpline and was replied that they will call me back afte r enquiry. when Balasore came I rang up again and learnt that the order has been cancelled due to Holy.
                  Now due to this irresponsiblity myself (75) and my wife(65) has to fast entire day.
                  Please take suitable action.

                    When we booked tickets through online the amount was deducted not tickets were not confirmed, at that time getting information like "sorry try again". Last week I lost RS 2000/-. Please let me know how can I get back my money. Previously, I got the same problem, at that time I neglected because it was small amount, not now it was RS 2000/-. I tried to complain on the site itself, but I couldn't found any complaint box....

                    I have been sending email and trying to contact customer care of IRCTC for more than 2 months now. Everytime i send an email i get a new reference no.

                    My account got locked and when i tried to get it unlocked i got to know that the email id i had given during registration was my company id. I have left the company 10 years back and no longer have that id active. I requested the customer care executive to change my email id for which they asked for proof of my ID. I have shared the same via email. My account is still not unlocked. I even tried to create a new account but since my phone no is already registered am not able to do so. I need your help at the earliest.

                      Now a days irctc not turning on ac. if they turned on they switched off too early
                      Im here to complaint about this worst act. very very poor condition this is. i travelled on 11th march from karaikudi to chennai during that time i chose 1ac but that employees not switched on ac. i managed by swicthing on fan.
                      What a terrible act is this? first ac passenger fate is to swicth on the fan.
                      Fan is also not well. i thought that day to complaint against irctc after my return. but on my return the same thing is happened all compartment peoples are disturbed by sweat. so i went to that ac working employee and said that my ac not coming. he came to my place and asked me to "swicth on the fan"what a shame is this. very worst experience i have faced. please all people try to complaint like this. i hereby attached my ticket for your reference. please take necessary steps to save passengers

                        I was having ticket but I came little late to show the ticket but he refused and took 150rs bribe. What the hell is wrong with the system. Strong action must be taken again NARKATIAGANJ railway ticket collector staffs.

                        Gaurav Raj, clerk is the staff who misbehaved, he is government servant, he is employed to help public not to misbehave with public.

                          I have given 500 rs for a open ticket from mayiladuthurai junction to tambaram. .the lady at the counter didnt give ticket immediately and taken 5 mins and giving tickets to other passengers..after 5 mins she gave change of 400 and still she didnt give ticket, when i asked for ticket she said that i have already collected it. .i have argued for about 5 mins atlast i fed up and bought another ticket to catch train. .this is the very worst experience i had with railways. .i[censored] want money just come to road, beg and collect. .dont ever do this fraud act to passengers. .if i have only one hundred ? what will happen ?

                            Recently I travelled in train pune-gwl express no. 11102 on 12/03/17. I had my reservation in 3AC class, at night i slept keeping my luggage under the berth, when i woke up in the morning i found my bag totally ripped of and have holes every where, i found there were mouses in the train, they have eaten all my eatable items in my bag also they tear my clotes off and damaged my belongings in the bag that costs me around 2500 rs. Such kind o[censored]nhygineic, uncleanliness is intolerable espicially in AC compartment, I want solution for that as a refund of something else.

                            The issue is serious and if i won't get solution for that i will put my complaint to higher authority or even more.

                              RR REFERANCE NO GHYRR699864, date of booking 02/02/2017. I was in guwahati dormitory on 3 march night. I experience lots of mosquitoes inside the room. Although the room was clean still lots of mosquitoes was there. Other passengers also faced same problem. I contacted the retiring room incharge. He said that there is no facility available to remove mosquitoes. Kindly look into the problem.

                                I booked an i-Ticket from IRCTC on March 4, 2017 with PNR number [protected]. The journey date was on March 10, 2017. On March 8, 2017, I received an email from [protected]@irctc.co.in that ticket could not be delivered due to "incomplete address, no service area, house locked, no such person available". Even though neither the address was incomplete nor the house was locked as I gave my office address and also my registered number is working 24*7, I received no such call from any courier agency. Yet I immediately responded the mail giving my office address and mobile number again. Despite this I didn't receive any call from courier/IRCTC until afternoon of March 9. Then I again emailed [protected]@irctc.co.in requesting for some contact number of courier company. Then they replied with a contact number of a person named Shashidhar from overnite courier. I talked to him and he assured me that I'd received the ticket by 11:30 am of March 10, 2017. But no one attempted to deliver it within time. Since then I tried to contact Shashidhar almost 30 times but he didn't picked my phone nor he called back. After being very desperate I sent an SMS to him requesting him to give me the number of the delivery boy. He replied me with some contact number but as usual No one picked the phone even after 10 full call retries. I again tried to call Shashidhar and sent an SMS to him but he never didn't replied. When I received no reply, I tried to contact IRCTC customer helpline. After 6 retries I could call helpline number but amazingly the customer representative told me to cancel my ticket. I told him if I didn't received the ticket how can I cancel it, she replied me to go to some railway counter and get the ticket issued by showing some ID and then cancel it. When I asked her to transfer the call to some senior executive she disconnected the call. After around 4 pm on March 10, 2017, someone called me that he had just received the ticket for delivery to me asking my address. But when I told him the office address, he replied that he couldn't deliver to my address as that was "No Service Area" for his company and told me to collect the ticket myself. I told him my inability to go so far and requested him to deliver the ticket by 6 pm as the train was at 10 pm but it was vein.
                                Finally the person for whom I booked ticket couldn't get the train just because of all this drama.
                                My questions to IRCTC:
                                1. If you people could not commit the delivery of i-ticket on time why are you even continuing the service: to waste money and time of public??
                                2. Do you people how I felt being tortured by two full days by continuously wasting my time by calling courier representatives and emailing IRCTC just to get the ticket delivery which you people committed and I had the right for it??
                                3. Why do IRCTC handled the ticket to a courier company which has my office address marked as "No Service Area"?? Did you people not know the urgency of the ticket??
                                4. What kind of dumb and rude people you hired for customer care service who even don't know how to talk to customers?? What a funny solution the customer representative told me for my complaint, "Go to railway counter get your ticket issued by showing ID card and then cancel it!!!"
                                5. Who will take the responsibility for all the mess happened to me, for money wasted in ticket, my time, my money wasted in all calls and above all the inconvenience of the person who couldn't go to home in this festive season??

                                Please take serious disciplinary actions to courier company, customer representative. And give me compensation for all the wasted money.

                                    I have been booking rail tickets online since last so many years on desktops for which I am having one account. After I downloaded IRCTC Rail Co. App on my mobile and set my pin and booked a ticket, my ACCOUNT with User ID "sunil28jun" was being shown as suspended and I am not being allowed to book any ticket.

                                    I registered a complaint with [protected]@irctc.co.in vide my mail dated 10.02.2017, with detail of my USER ID. The complaint was forwarded through my registered email with IRCTC. I wasn't assigned any ticket ID. I followed up with mail dated 13.02.2017. After this I was assigned ticket ID [IRCTC #5145144].

                                    After no action or communication from [protected]@irctc.co.in, I followed up with mail dated 15.02.2017. I was again assigned ticket ID [IRCTC #5161342]. I talked on phone to customer care who advised that problem shall be rectified within 24 Hrs.

                                    After no response / action, I mailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in on 16.02.2017, and again I was assigned a ticket ID [IRCTC #5175909].

                                    As my problem was not being rectified I talked to customer care executive Urmila Dixit on 26.02.2017. She heard my problem and forwarded my mails to concerned departments with a copy to me. She had assured rectification of my problem within 24-48 Hrs.

                                    But when even after 48 Hrs my problem was not rectified I talked to customer care on 02.03.2017, who again advised me to mail at [protected]@irctc.co.in. I mailed and again was assigned ticket ID [IRCTC #5276255].

                                    After so many mails and follow ups, till 12.03.2017 my account is still showing suspended.

                                    Since their is no other option of rail ticket booking online other than IRCTC, I am left with no option. I am seriously thinking of indulging in MALPACTICE i.e opening another account that shall be fake as IRCTC site will not allow me to open a new account with my actual phone number and actual email ID which are registered with my existing account.

                                    What should i do wait or open a new account. Kindly HELP

                                    The Complaint is still not resolved and is being shown as resolved by IRCTC. My account is still suspended. Complete lies are being depicted on IRCTC website. I have taken a snapshot of my still suspended account today (30.03.2017) and sent at [email protected]. They have received my mail and again assigned ticket ID [IRCTC #5479599] Government is trying to push digitization & here we are after writing so many mails since 10.2.2017 and taking repeatedly to customer care of IRCTC, no one is bothered on the issue of digitization and about common man. Is their no one to listen or do we have to write directly to Railway minister / PM on such small issues.

                                      it is credited to some other account other than the one from which the ticket is booked.
                                      I made a complaint Indian Railways-CD: Your complaint has been registered with complaint no. W/SC/HYB/[protected]. We'll get back to you soon.

                                      While tracking it shows no complaints pending neither the refund is credited to my account
