I, Rahul sahu, had booked a ticket for my sister Miss Swati Sahu, the date of travel of which was 3/1/17 from habibganj station to nizamuddin station with generated PNR number [protected], but the train was running late by more than 12 hours, so I filed TDR for the same ticket due to late running of the train on 3/1/17 itself way before the departure of the train from habibganj station, but till date I have not received refund of the above ticket costing Rs. 1565.
Sir kindly look into the matter and do the needful

I booked a ticket from delhi to gotan for utsav pathak on 8th march. tranastion showed completed but no ticket was generated.

.I did not get any refund.

    Sir Sihora road railway station cycle stand vender is taking 3 times extra amount declared by the railway. He also take a advance amount without any receipt. No body is taking a action against him because he gives a money to them. We have also complaint in your twitter account and Sihora station but there is no any response till now.

    Sir, on 16 jan 2016 I filed a TDR against PNR NO [protected] and reg no is[protected], Cancellation ID [protected]. But I didn't received the money yet. It is going to complete 2 months. So please go through this and refund my money.

      I booked ticket from my IRCTC account by using SBI net-banking for 3 people in one ticket. IRCTC Commission deducted twice with same narration. This is not a good practices to loot customer. For more detail, have a look in added photos.
      Hope my extra amount will be refunded soon with proper action taken against them.

      IRCTC has suspended my user account "haridcs1", without any valid reason and upon contacting [protected]@irctc.co.in, they are asking us to create new mail account and obtain new Cell number, which is not practical.

      Would be greatful for early resolution of the matter

      I cancelled my ticket but did not recieved my refund amount. I wrote mail on customer care of irctc but till now no reply. I don't know what to do.i cancelled my ticket on 22nd feb 2017. Train was from gaya to lucknow. My friend cancelled his ticket on 28th and got refund today.

        I have cancelled my ticket on 07/02/2017 but till date (08/03/2017) refund has not been credited to my account. I had a several talk with IRCTC's customer executives and mailed my bank account detail on two occasions but nothing improved.

        After attempting on several occasion, when I felt first level customer care executive may not be able to resolve my issues, I therefore requested them to provide me the contacts (phone no. or emails etc.) of the Appellate authority in this matter but they refuse to do so.

        I am also going to lodge complaints with Hon'ble Minister Shri Suresh Prabhu and also in PG portal regarding such callousness of IRCTC.

        Now please look into the issue and confirm my refund.

          IRCTC suspended my account(user id: pvnram) in Sep 2016.
          I have been writing to them to check manually what i have done any why they deactivated my account.
          They are sending standard answer-- that some auto filling is done.
          I did not do any autofilling except standard autofilling allowed in IRCTC which it provides when booking a return ticket.
          IRCTC in its efforts to eradicate fradulent customers is ignoring looking at genuinity of customers like me who is following up for renewal of my account.
          I do not have alternate mobile number.
          What should i do now.
          Should i not have the facility to book tickets online just because your robotic systems identified some autofilling (Done by IRCTC and not myself).
          I want my account back. I am going to raise this concern till i get my account how long it may take because i have no other option(No alternate Mobile number).
          IRCTC should change english from Suspended to deactivate if it is sure it cannot reactivate this account.

            We were at the station to board Begumpura at Jammu Station on 5th March'17. My father of 67 years of age was running on the platform while I was accompanying my mother and my 8 yr old daughter. As far as I know if the driver or the guard see a passenger running they have to stop the train immediately. That is why they have been provided with a walky talky.

            The guard saw my father but did not stop the train.

            We missed our train and then had to board Archana Express for Lucknow due to which we were unable to attend office on 6th March and I even missed my daughter's report card.

            The issue is not why we reached late, but the issue is that when its the responsibility of guard or driver to stop the train if a passenger is running, then why did they not do so?

              The transaction had been made on 24th February, 2017 for booking a railway ticket from Allahbad(ALD) to Klayan (KYN). The ticket had been booked for 03 person with train no. 11062 (DBG LTT Express) & generated PNR no. [protected] and total fare amount is Rs. 1635/- (Rupees One thousand Six Hundred Thirty Five) but amount deducted to my account is Rs 1703/- (One Thousand Seven Hundred three) which is Rs. 68/- extra from my actual total fare.

              I had also raised complain with IRCTC care & they provided me complain no. [IRCTC #5234902] on 24th February, 2017 on same day when I raised complain but till the time they didn't replied with any resolution or clarification with regards to my complain.

              It seems like a big fraud from or on behalf if IRCTC as they are deducting amount from customer but didn't providing any tyoe of bill/reciept with regards to that amount.

                I booked a sleeper class ticket vide PNR No. [protected] and Transaction ID [protected] a ticket from Varanasi to Ajmer in the Train No. 19408 BSB ADI Exp on 25.02.2017. The Train was cancelled at the last movement without any pre intimation and alternate arrangement.

                I and my family faced lot of problem and the journey was completed by road. In view of the same necessary refund with compensation to be paid at an early date.

                    I have Cancelled my ticket with PNR Number: [protected] on 9 February 2017. The refund amount of Rs. 4740 is not refunded yet.
                    Sent email to [protected]@irctc.co.in on 01 March 2017 and on 02 March 2017 with ticket ID [IRCTC #5269115] and [IRCTC #5274833] respectively.
                    the ticket is booked on 31 January 2017 and cancelled on 09 February 2017.

                      Pl. look into the attached screen shot which claims that my unfinished ticket transaction money is refunded where my money has gone from my bank account by but ticket was not done due to some technical error.

                        When reservation for a couple, especially husband and wife been made online, why the consecutive bearths are not allowed?
                        Everytime we travel, why we need to beg other passengers to adjust with our allocated reservation somewhere else ??

                        Though the booking time online is same, and from the same account reservation been made for duo, when we can't travel together in the journey being a family, what's the use?!!!

                        Please amend the software of seat allocation!!!

                        At panipat Railway station, at 6:10 pm railway tea venders giving normal tea at price of 10 rs instead of giving at rs. 5.

                            When i registered irctc i sumit wrong email id [protected]@gmail.com this id is wrong my right id is [protected]@gmail.com i am not got verification cod so how can i change email id
                            I am a long travel passenger. We reserve berth for entire journey and we do not want to share with anyone. People get in from nearby stations and use our berths and reservations compartment is like general now which is frustrating. Please do not allow them to be in reservation coaches.. this is my 3 Rd complaint to Railway. Please take action..

                                  I booked 3 ticket from Mumbai to Nagpur via debit card
                                  The transaction was not being completed
                                  So I retried 2-3 times to book the tickets via IRCTC application
                                  Finally when it got booked my account was correctly debited
                                  But later I received messages from my bank stating the additional debit to my account for the same transactions extra 2 times
                                  Kindly look and revert me back

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    My IRCTC account has been suspended from November -2016 and there by
                                    not allowing me to book any tickets online.
                                    But i have Rs. 7000 in my IRCTC e-wallet.
                                    Now that money is blocked, neither allowed to book my ticket nor allowing to withdraw my money back.
                                    I enquired with the IRCTC toll free number they advise me to mail me the issue.
                                    I mailed to IRCTC about the issue in December-2016 but no reply has come from them till today

                                      I need to update my mobile number in IRCTC login but when I am updating it is getting that mobile number is already registered...Actually ...two years back when i am creating IRCTC login id ... i gave my mobile number and email details...when i click on submit...it keep on buffering for 15 min and didnt generate any user id and password..so i used my frnd mobile number to create LOGIN because when i am giving my mobile number again ..it is saying that u r mobile number is already registered..So pls help me out how to reset that. Now I need to update my original number in my Login

                                        My name is dhirandar i am from coimbatore we were travelling from srr jn to adi jn on 1st march 2017 from shornaur we reached 3rd march2017 morning 8.00am to adi jn by that time platfrom ticket checking officer came to us asked me to show our tickets i showed him 2 online ticket papers and one soft copy window ticket contain 2 female ticket with all id proof totally we were 14 members i showed to the officer with all the pnr no but he refused that thy soft copy window ticket is not valued and he forced me to pay rs 1420 cash against fine chareg he gave recipet wat i am asking to irctc dep wat is the rule one pnr no sms is enough to travel with valid id then why should the officer collected fine from me i want my money back iam sending my pnr no and fine collected recipet pls do repsond as soon as posiable pnr no[protected] contact dhiran [protected] mail [protected]@ymail.com
